I never thought that buying a used car could be so pleasurable. From the minute we walked through the door Dan & Mike were courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. We brought the vehicle back for some minor adjustments and Mike & Dan were right on it. It was ready within 24 hours. They say what they mean and they mean what they say.

It is rare to find a car dealership that is looking to build a long-lasting relationship with a customer rather than gain a sale by putting someone in a car that is not tailored or liked by the individual. Mike and Dan were helpful throughout the sales process and approached the sale in a manner that was unlike any other experience. There is no pressure to buy. They want to see their customers leave satisfied with the right vehicle.

My wife and I stopped to look at a Jeep Patriot and from the time we got there until we took the car home, 2 days later, we were treated exceptionately well. Mike helped us with all the paperwork and even arranged a local insurance agency to stamp our paperwork. This saved us probably 3 hours of round trip drive time for the stamp. I look forward to patronizing auto city in the future for more vehicles. In the time of high pressure sales and pushy salespeople it is nice to find people that are concerned with what you want, not what they need to sell.

My 16 year old son will be getting his license soon. As is tradition in my family, the first one is on us. I wanted something dependable, not too many miles on it, and fairly priced. I saw the SUV, a 2008 Mercury Mariner on the lot and inquired about it. Mike gave me the key and let me take a test drive. The car was just what I was looking for. I was going to negotiate the price and Mike told me the price on the sticker was just reduced by $500 and was not reflected on the windshield. I was please with the value! I told Mike that the brakes seemed a little choppy. A brake job was done before delivery, no hassle. I would definitely recommend Mike and this dealership based on the honesty, ease of pricing, and good customer service!

I was hesitant to buy a vehicle from a smaller used car lot, as I had typically only bought from larger name dealers. I needed a lower cost, but reliable car and was not having very much luck...until I found Auto City. From the start, I got a good feeling about this dealership...Dan and his brother Mike were friendly and up front throughout the buying process. The cars they had were clean and fairly priced. I was also pleasantly surprised that negotiating trade in value for my existing car required no haggling to get to a fair price. I had been to a few other lots before and was given drastically low ball offers, but not here. The sales process was quick and painless! Post sales customer service has been great as well. They fixed a few minor things (it is a used car, after all) under the warranty and made sure all issues were addressed in a time frame that worked fro me. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership again!

Everything went smooth and they made me feel comfortable buying a new car. I didn't feel pressured or rushed like at other dealerships. They wanted me to test their car, I didn't even have to ask. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and I definitely would buy a car from them again!

Mike helped with anything I needed and made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable! I had been looking for a new vehicle for several weeks when I stopped at Auto City. I spotted a vehicle I liked, I did some research, returned two days later for a test drive and now it's in my driveway. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and with dealing with the people at Auto City. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I searched for a specific car for a long time before finding a very affordable one here. I took it to a local mechanic who independently looked it over. There were a few small things and one medium issue, all of which the dealer had fixed immediately. The car was in great shape, and I am very satisfied with the entire process. We also did a trade-in, we never felt any pressure, and we are happy with the car and the price we paid. I will definitely recommend this place in the future!

was in a desperate need of a car after totaling my previous vehicle. Found a new one through cars.com at Auto City in Bridgewater, Ma. After arriving I couldn't help to notice the great selection of cars with good quality. Very friendly employees, I would recommend going there if in need of a vehicle. They will definetly be at the top of my list when I need a new car in the future!

Great dealership, I was treated with respect and was not pressured. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made the entire buying process pleasant, quick and with ease.
