I went to ACD to observe their vehicles but I ended up leaving with a reasonable car thanks to the help of "Asian" Monica. On the other hand everyone was so welcoming and nice. I'd surely recommend anyone to check their dealership

My husband and I were at a total loss as to what to do because of the situation we were in financial wise. My Phoung was in constant communication as to how to help us every step of the way so she could ensure that we could get back to our normal life style. Not only did My help us but the whole entire team at Direct Auto was extremely hospitable from the second we pulled into the parking lot to assisting us with understanding every small detail. Had car troubles and needed a trade in. Phyuong has amazing customer skills and so nice. She was very friendly and made the wait worth it talking about met gala outfits with me. I ended up leaving with a 2016 Nissan in my fav color black. Definitely recommend that people choose them as the go to dealership.

This was just too good to be true , in all my car buying experiences I always felt like I was being pressured or swayed to make a decision based on how money I had to put down rather than what car I really wanted . You guys were unbelievable from start to finish helping me and my family choose the exact car for us . I would like to thank Gary Jones for a beautiful experience.. I walked in the dealership confused and unsure of what I wanted. Mr Jones was vert attentive and professional even though he knew I would not be purchasing the car until my money comes next month. It took alot of his time. He didnt treat me any different than someone that was definitely buying. Instead he was professional and attentive. I would like to say thank you. Bought a 2007 SUV, same day I took it home the Alternator went out, they went out to repair it and it worked ok, 2 days after, the power steering oil started leaking, called them, they asked me to bring it back, they ordered the part and I stayed there all day waiting, had to leave because they were closing, next day didn't hear from them until I called, left message for salesman, didn't get a call back, so it hasn't even been a week today 8/9/16 and I still don't have my car .........

My son and I had been to sewell,park place.wanted a es350. we're not impressed with the men in suits! didn't want to deal! one car an 08 es, was very nice drove it and it pulled to the right , I pointed it out and he said let's make a deal and I will get it fixed. WHAT! How come it's on the lot? went to 6 places, then came to "the family" No pressure just look around, ya here's the key just take it for a test.drive. didn't ask for my license, they had 3 es350s. 2 were ruff, but didn't hide condition.found a nice 08. was able to deal.Cory sales man ,no pressure, didn't talk to much. did not feel any pressure. if you want empty suits go to the million dollar show rooms. My car literally broke and I was in a jam. I found a car that I liked online and called and spoke to Courtney about it. I explained over the phone that I just went through a bankruptcy and had no down payment along with the fact that I couldn't afford a high payment. I filled out the credit application online and by the time I got there everything was done. I took it for a test drive and it drove like a dream!! I was out of there within 2hrs. No haggle, no nothing. They even played with my daughter while I was doing the paper work. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Thanks Courtney and Brian!!
