A big THANK YOU, to Jim Jahn for helping my sister through a difficult time. After the death of my brother-in-law, she was left with three cars which he dearly loved. Her, not so much! We were looking for a Honda Fit for our daughter. We are from SW Washington and planned a day in the Seattle area to look at three. This was our last stop. The car was exactly what she was wanting and the experience was fantastic. NO sales pressure at all, compared to another dealership that continues to call me when we decided not to come.... I don't care how much I like a car, if the sales person is pushing, I won't buy it. Thank you for a great experience.

Only giving this place 1 stars and cannot give no stars. Unfortunately Jim is not a very helpful individual. When I inquired about a vehicle that is on the lot that I had found on cars.com, stating the car can be delivered to my home. Since I work 2 jobs and have a very busy schedule it would be difficult to get in and test drive or spend 5 hours in their finance office (I have bought a car before, it takes FOREVER). I waited for a response, and his exact text back was "you know it's a stick shift transmission!" Instead of informing me on how the process works or that they weren't able to sell a vehicle that way, not only that he was also assume because I am a female I do not know how to drive a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Any way took my business somewhere else.

This is a great place to buy a used car in Seattle. Jim and his crew go out of their way to give you an super-easy buying experience. I bought a used Subaru Outback and wanted a hitch installed. They delivered it and picked it up from their welder - and filled it up with gas too. The paperwork was ready when I came by to pick up the car. If you're in the market for a used car, check with them first!

Bought a 2004 Vw Touareg from this dealer and after 2 weeks of driving back and fourth to work the check engine light came on. After taking it to the dealer they said the thermostat was not opening and closing properly, causing the engine light to come on. I called the dealer and told them what was going on and they said I bought the car as is and if I wanted his mechanic to look at it, I could do that but it might take a few days. Come to fine out his mechanic works out of his garage on the weekends doing under the table work for this dealership, no warrantys on his work ect.... I would highly recommend not to buy from this place!! I got the car repaired on my own from a great garage with a 3year and 36,000 mile warranty.

I bought a 2001 VW Golf there last week. I love the car and Janna was very accommodating. They let me know that they haven't had a chance to repair much on the car and to have it inspected. I took it to my VW guy and he said there were some minor mechanical issues but totally normal for the mileage. I went back and made an offer. They don't leave a lot of room for negotiations but they came down a couple hundred dollars and I still feel like a got a fair deal. They made the buying experience fast and painless. And I love my Golf!

MAXIMA HE HAS FOR SALE...HAD 83K IN 99! NOW ITS GOT 44K? COME ON HE CANT BE THAT STUPID....AND GAVE THE VIN NUMBER TO PROVE IT WAS ROLLED BACK... WHAT OTHER CARS ARE SCREWED UP? NOT TO MENTION THE ODOMETER NUMBERS WERE CROOKED... WHICH IS A DEAD GIVEAWAY THAT ITS BEEN ROLLED BACK! AD STILL ON AS OF 5/31/13 950 AM....BTW
