I am heartbroken to say this and I am very torn writing this review. I bought my first car as a 17 year old here, a convertible beetle. I know there is risk with cars coming from auto auctions but I was assured that they worked on it enough that it was practically restored. They definitely just reset the computer, because in less than a WEEK of having it and driving less than 200 miles it started shaking and the transmission light was flashing. They also sold the warranty pamphlet very well, claiming you would be covered for plenty of things that could go wrong in the first 90 days. My dad called the insurance coverer and they said we only had a basic package, and the whole pamphlet they sold us was basically not covered. I was also very upset because I trusted their integrity, they also gave me business tips and they did work with us very well but I guess it’s all for sales. very heartbroken as this was my dream car since i was 7. feel very swindled.

great service and so efficient! Remon went above and beyond to get me in a reliable (and adorable) car & walked me through every bit of the process along the way! this was my first car buying experience on my own and im so glad i stopped at Auto Credit!

Ramon was extremely helpful, friendly he went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we wanted and he was willing to show up on his day off to accommodate our needs. We will definitely use them again.
