I AM A SINGLE MOTHER AND WAS TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF INCOME I HAVE. STEVE HERE AT AUTO DEPO HELPED ME UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION AND EXPLAINED TO ME UPFRONT AND HONESTLY ABOUT WHICH VEHICLES I QUALIFIED FOR. THE VEHILES WERE IN GREAT SHAPE BUT BECAUSE I HAD GROWING DAUGHTERS I NEEDED SOMETHING A BIT BIGGER. SO AS I WAS LEAVING I SEEN A CAR THAT CAUGHT MY EYE. A 2013 CHEVY IMPALA. STEVE EXPLAINED TO ME IT WOULD ME A BIT HARDER FOR ME TO GET INTO THAT TYPE OF CAR BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT SCORE AND WITH OUT BREAKING THE BANK. SO THEN HE WAS ABLE TO WORK A WAY FOR ME TO GET INTO THE CAR I HAD FALLEN IN LOVE WITH. THE PROCSS WAS SO FAST AND THEY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. STEVE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THE MULTIPLE TYPES OF INCOME THE ACCEPT WHICH WAS AWESOME BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF THE PREVIOUS DELERSHIPS I HAD GONE TOO ALL DIDNT MOST OF THE TIME DID NOT ACCEPT CASH AID. Steve was the first one to help me out and after explaining my situation to him about why my credit was very low he was still able to get me 2006 buick ! very nice and clean and under my budget. After going to 5 different car lots and getting rejected or needing a co signer I finally found this place and they actually helped me out big time ! Not sure what I wanted, I walked the lot. Heady walked it with me and went over everything on ever vehicle I looked at. He assured me that if he didn't have what I was looking for (even though I wasn't sure), he would find it and bring it to his store. Well, I did end up finding the perfect vehicle for me. A beautiful Silverado 4x4! Absolutely no pressure to buy and total dedication to making sure I was happy! I've always hated going to the dealerships because I hated being 'put' into a car.......not the case here. What YOU want is what you get. I'll be referring everyone I know to Auto Depot.

Jeff and Rush are beyond friendly and are more than willing to help you. I recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. Submitted an online credit application and within minutes Rush called back to get more info and was willing to work with me with what me and my fiance had for down payment. Drove over two hours from Stockton and they put us in the vehicle we wanted with no problems. Monthly payments are under the budget we gave them and everything went smooth. From the financing to even helping getting us a great deal on full coverage insurance. You seriously feel like FAMILY when you're here. Next time I need another vehicle I will not hesitate to come back and give them my business time and time again. I was generally pleased. I drove over 2 hours to get there. They had the truck waiting to test drive when I got there. Took it for a spin, negociated the price for about 5 minutes and the whole deal was done in less than an hour, and that included a trip to the bank to get a cashier's check. I think they even filled up the tank! It was kind of a crummy part of town, but that was the only downside.

Manny helped me with my car about 8 months ago. I went to a few other dealerships first but I wasn't satisfied. I came here and he helped me and told me realistically what I could afford without messing around. he was very straight forward and did everything he could to help. I purchased a car about a month ago. Long story short my wife got into an accident with the car ( wasn't her fault) she was hit buy a drunk driver. She's fine only 12 stiches when auto depot heard about the accident they called me to find out how my wife was doing and we're sorry about the accident.
