I am consistently blown away with the customer service of this establishment! The new store front on Peach Street in Erie is great. Joe and his team are the best. Hunter N. is one of the best in the business, and always delivers the best service (especially for those that aren't too car-knowledgeable or may have questions). I always have peace of mind coming out of service appointments knowing that I was taken care of 110%. Would recommend 10/10 for your next place to purchase or have service work done.

Great service! We were in and out for our vacation check over with a wash in 45 minutes just like we were told. Comfortable waiting area as well.

If you decide to buy a car from Auto Express Kia on Peach street, do not go through Don S; he was very rude and unprofessional when I expressed being upset by all the scratches and mismatched mirrors, one being a charcoal grey, the other a black (I didn’t notice this until day 2 since it’s hard to notice at first glance) on the 2019 Kia Sorento I had purchased. Not once did he address these issues in the car buying process. I will say, Regina and Joe were very helpful though.
