This is by far the most amazing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Starting with James who was selling the vehicle to me. He was so knowledgeable about vehicles classics to present. Their entire team of mechanics and staff are so kind and all seem like people that you have known forever or your family. The vehicle I purchased had sat for years before they started restoring it and they told me any problems with it and you call us, we want this to be right for you. I mean what place is this thoughtful of how difficult any car issue is for every day people. Amazing!!

Just bought my 2005 Honda Pilot from Auto Focus today. James & Jim were a delight to work with. I live 60 miles away so I emailed James a few days ago to see if it was still available & he emailed me right back within 15 minutes of me sending mine. One of there service customers was looking to buy it but James said that if he did not buy it I was next in line I felt like I was a little Annoying emailing him every day asking him about it and finally he let us know that it was available we went and test drove it and everything was perfect to a tee perfect from the email to the experience walking in the door the whole process was smooth and great and they were the nicest people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone in state or out of state. 😊🚙😊🚙😊🚙😊🚙😊🚙😊🚙

We bought a Lexus SUV here a year ago. My only regret is we didn’t find this place sooner. They are not like the big dealerships at all. No pressure whatsoever. My husband had always said he would rather take a beating than deal with a car salesman. That is not the case here! The owner is so friendly and welcoming. James, Chris and Jim really know their cars. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was handled. I honestly believe they will not sell a car that they wouldn’t feel comfortable purchasing. I would not hesitate to recommend AutoFocus to anyone looking for a quality used car at a fair price.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to! We actually flew from out of state to see a VW bus here. Most buses we have seen have issues, but this one was perfect! The salesmen are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Volkswagen buses and the other vehicles at the dealership. James took extra effort to answer all my questions through email before we arrived and my other inquiries while we were at the dealership. We have no reservations about our purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

We have purchased our 5th car recently, and the car buying experience is as always nothing more than top satisfaction which is why we keep coming back. We have purchased cars for all members of our family here. I can say enough about all of their staff from James Garrison, (Sales) who very knowledgeable and goes above the call of duty to make sure customers are satisfied. James is great. Also, everyone else there including owners are just honest people and couldn't ask to work with a better group of people. I have worked closely with both James & and also one of the owner's, Scott and can tell you that I am not the only repeat customer. They have built their business on honesty & integrity. James and Chris are a great team. They are informative, friendly and no pressure. I bought a Mini from them and couldn't be happier. I drove around the state looking at other Minis and Auto Focus's car was the best around. There were some minor issues that they really wanted to get right before I left. They stayed late (maybe I shouldn't share that) to get me taken care of. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and I feel that the price James had for the Mini was fair. Thanks guys! I owe y'all a beer!

I have to say that Auto Focus is an Atypical Dealer. James and Chris went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. Having worked at another car dealership years ago, I've seen the best and worst of car sales people -- James Garrison is one of the good guys. We needed to find a new home for an old family friend... a classic Volvo. James found a buyer within a week, took care of all the details, was helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. James at AutoFocus made the car buying process simple, easy and very comfortable. I searched the inventory online, called about my needs and when I was ready went in to see the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and I was test driving down the road in minutes. After the decision was made to buy, the whole process was wrapped in less than an hour. The title and registration details were all taken care of without my even knowing. I drove off with the plates from my trade in vehicle. I would highly recommend AutoFocus to anyone looking for a vehicle. You can tell there are many years in the car business there.Doug

Straight-up, easygoing group. Understood my goals-- called me when they had a car that might be right. Clear about features and options, including making clear "missing" features that might be on my list. Have looked at their vehicles a fair amount-- find them typically "good values." James, Andy and Frank stayed late in order to allow us to have time to test drive several vehicles. They were very helpful, friendly, but not the least bit pushy. Buying a car at AutoFocus was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was forced into needing a new car due to flooding from Hurricane Irene, and I really liked my car. James patiently listened to what my car needs were, and directed me to some of the vehicles I had already previewed on their web site. I was encouraged to test drive as many cars as I wanted, even with my baby in tow. There was never any pressure to choose a certain vehicle, or to hurry up (we were there for about 5 hours!). James answered questions honestly regarding the history or performance of vehicles, yet was not breathing down my neck. I was given plenty of time and space to consider my options. In the end I went with a Toyota Camry which I absolutely love. The pricing was very fair, and the paperwork was the easiest part. My husband also bought a car at AutoFocus the same day! Thanks to all of you at AutoFocus for making a dreaded event enjoyable.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Auto Focus. When I first stepped on the lot, a freindly salesperson came out to meet me and go over the prices of the cars that I was interested in. Unfortunatly the cars that I were interested in were a little over my budget. When I told my salesperson what price range I was looking for and payment, he was able to straight away work out a deal on a nice Chrysler Sebring. They allowed me to test drive it and take it to my own mechanic for review. When I told the salesman what the mechanic's report was, they straight away fixed it and had me on my way with a huge smile on my face. Thanks to all the Auto Focus team for making my car buying experience a great one! EK :)

Extremely poor follow through on promises made--return phone calls non existant after sale. Same problem dragging on for weeks & weeks--disgusted with lack of service after the sale
