I would like to say that we purchased a vehicle from Auto Lenders after going to a dealership that could not accomodate me and wasn't very willing to anyway. We stopped at Auto Lenders to check it out and I was quite surprised by the Customer Service we received. They did not want me to leave until I found something and made the financing work. They did not haggle us , haassl us, or blow us off. They were quite abliged to help us. I thank your Team so much for helping my Husband and I to find what I was looking and make it happen. Also, I had WEO and the service department was accomodating and made sure to fix everything so I didn't have to come back since the drive is 45 mins each way. I only wish there was a service center a littl closer to where i live. I will tell everyone and anyone looking for a vehicle to stop and see you.

Amazing customer service--Chris White was informative, down-to-earth, relatable, listened to us, and got me into EXACTLY what I wanted with the payments in the range I needed them. Cannot say enough about my experience. Easiest and most pleasant way to buy a great car at a fantastic price. They show you the Carfax report, and go over it with you (nothing signficant in car history). After a 15-minute test-drive during which only my husband accompanied me, I was ready to buy it, as we took a look at it inside and out without any pressure at all, since we could do so "on our own". I went to local dealer who charged me $500.00 to bring a car in to see if I wanted to purchase it...... It took 7 days for them to contact me to let me know the car arrived. In the meantime a good friend referred me to Auto Lenders. I contacted Auto Lenders on Wednesday, July 16th via email. Ross Waller contacted me by telephone on the same day to tell me the car was sold but there was another car at a different location. Ross Waller transferred 2 cars for me to see in less than 24 hours & charged me $0. On Thursday, July 17th, I called Ross and was told it was his late day but Craig Johnson didn't miss a beat. He finished the paperwork and I drove home in my new Mazda on the same day. The kicker is the entire car purchase was done via telephone and email. Whenever I go to a car dealer, I find myself looking at a different car than I originally wanted. They tell you one thing, another happens, and the first thing they say after greeting you is "How much can you put down?" When you add in my situation, the car buying experience has been a total nightmare. That is, until I went to Auto Lenders. For a while I had been looking to get out of my car and into an SUV. I had done my research and knew the car I wanted. The car I wanted was at a different lot, and when I called about it, they OFFERED to move it for me. I didn't even have to ask. When I walked in I was welcomed with a warm greeting by Jason Jordan. I explained my situation, and the first thing he suggested I do is test drive the car to make sure it's what I wanted. He had it sitting out front for when I got there. I drove it and loved it, except that the bluetooth was not working (I'll come back to that). After the test drive I had him show me other vehicles in the same price range, but he wasn't pushy about it at all.During the financing process, this is where Jason really showed his worth. My situation was a bit odd, but he worked with me on everything. Normally whenever I went to another dealer, there was a "take it or leave it" offer. Not once did I get that impression from Jason or anyone in the financing department. Simply put, they don't push. They let you think on your own. I told them where I needed to be and what needed to happen, and we worked it out. Jason was by far the most professional and patient sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to put me in a different model of vehicle to knock the price down, instead he did everything he could to get me in the car that I wanted. Jason really went back and forth with the finance department, to make sure I drove home in that car.After we worked out a deal, I voiced my concern over the bluetooth malfunctioning. I was weary about spending money on a new car and having to pay to get it fixed. He said it was no problem, and even put in writing that he would have it fixed at no charge. In writing! That was so amazing! I've never been to a better auto dealership in my lifetime. The staff as a whole is so friendly. They understand that you want to be put in a car, and they want to put you in one that you want. The experience is just Even if you're unsure if you can get in a car, if Jason could put me in a car, he could do the same for you.

He offered advice with everything, handed me keys for test drives and even provided some advice with choosing car insurance policies. Everything was wonderful and they even allowed us to have the car overnight to test drive and make sure that there were no concerns.

As usual, I had another great purchasing experience with Auto lenders in Williamstown, NJ. Last year, I purchased a Ford Fusion for my Son. This past Thursday(July 10), my Wife purchased a Nissan Altima. The Sales Manager, Frank Welsh helped us with our purchase. He gave us the keys to 2 cars and told us to take our time test driving and coming to a decision....absolutely NO pressure to purchase! The business transition was very simple and stress free. Having no haggle prices makes the process much simpler. Craig Johnson, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork and financial arrangements quick and easy to understand. We even met the owner of Auto Lenders, Brad Wilmer, a very nice person, with your happiness being his main concern. I recommend Auto Lenders to anyone looking to buy a one owner, late model vehicle.

First of all, the selection of used vehicles here is above and beyond what we found anywhere else. Not only that, but every car in the lot looks brand new, new tires, brakes, and the interior of every car we looked at was immaculate, even in the older vehicles. I had two vehicles transferred from another location ahead of time to the Autolenders that was closest to me without a problem, which was great. Michael Cassetta was extremely professional, not pushy AT ALL, even when we were walking around the lot to check out other vehicles after we had already test driven two, he politely checked in on us and then went inside to let us look around on our own. That really impressed me, considering any other dealership would have had a salesman down your throat every second you're on their property. The process of buying the car was absolutely painless. Mike asked us about our budget what we were looking to get for our trade-in, then within a few minutes he had three awesome payment options for us, like I said painless. Because of Michael and the selection, I gave this place 5 stars all around. The ONLY time I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman, was at the end when we were passed over to another guy to sign all of our forms, I think he was the General Manager, and he was pushing the Extended Warranty on us pretty hard. It was the only time I felt any sort of pressure through the whole experience, but he was still polite about it. It was just a bit off-putting after having such a pressure-free experience with Michael. I can't remember the other guy's name (the pushier one) but I imagine no matter who you deal with when you sign all of the paperwork at the end, they are all trained to push the extended warranty as much as they can. Either way, it was a perfectly pleasant experience and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You will be impressed. (P.S. I LOVE MY CAR!!!!)

My husband, daughter and I visited Auto Lenders in Williamstown early May, 2014 looking for a car for my daughter. We were on the lot and ran into a salesman named John. We really were not finding anything in our price range so he offered to take us inside so we could view all the cars in our price range. We did that and then test drove 3 cars, one of which we really loved. We worked out a sale price with our salesman and GM and the rest was easy!! Great price on car as well as financing. My husband has 3 siblings who purchased vehicles from Auto Lenders as well so they were happy to have another family member purchase a car from them. Without a doubt the best car buying experience I've had over the past 30 years. Mike Cassetta was by far the most consultative, knowledgeable and service oriented car salesman I've ever met. Mike met us on the lot, took the time to determine our purchase paramaters including price range, style, color etc. Mike then proceeded to send us out on test drives. He presented the saliant aspects of each car and sent us out on our own to get a feel for it. When we returned, Mike determined how we felt about the car, answered our quesitons and then led us to another option which he already had queued up on the curb for us to test drive. We never considered the make of the car we purchased and would have missed the opportunity entirely if Mike hadn't pointed us in the right direction. Very important to me: Mike never put a car in front of us that was higher than our max sales price (no upsell). If he did, I would have walked out.The 'no negotiating' aspect of the Auto Lenders process freaked me out because I've always felt I had to fight to avoid being taken advantage of by the car dealer, but in the end, the price of the car I purchased was in line with my research on the vehicle.If you prefer to work with a straighforward, consultative, service oriented, knowledgeable good guy who works hard to help you find the right car for you, then Mike Cassetta at Auto Lenders is your man.

Went in not expecting to purchase a car that day. I was treated w respect. I didn't buy a car BC the salesman talked me into it; I bought I car BC it was the perfect fit for me and the salesman Ross respected my space n talked to me like a friend. They printed me out carfacts report without even asking and did their best to give me a good rate at the right price. The manager was helpfull aswell. I def recomend this dealer in williamstown. Even though there was snow everywhere they cleaned the car I wanted to test drive before they let me drive it. Love this dealer!

The main reason we chose to buy from Auto Lenders was our first impression/experience visiting the dealership with Chris White. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles and definitely helped us figure out what we were looking for and what make/model would work best with our needs/wants/budget. Being a salesman, he of course wanted to know what he could do for us to purchase a vehicle that day but, when told we were just starting to look, he understood and did not pressure us further. The sales people at the other dealership we were seriously considering were behind pushy - a very intense, uncomfortable experience. The vehicle there was still a contender when we went back to Auto Lenders since it was a year newer and had navigation, but Chris worked with us on getting a good warranty and low APR so we were within our budget. I would definitely recommend Auto Lenders Williamstown, and specifically Chris White, to anyone who is looking for a low-mileage well-kept certified pre-owned vehicle!

Very disappointed considering Auto Lenders reputation! The salesman (Ross) and finance manager were very unprofessional! The salesman took advantage of my cousin who is not legally competent to buy a car, they took trade of a car that my mother is co-signor w/out her being present to consent to the trade in! When my 63 year old disabled mother and cousin went back to dealership first thing in the morning, they were bullied by first the salesman then the finance manager. My mother called me while I was at work to help her with the situation. I spoke to both the salesman and finance manager who were also trying to bully and bluff me. After calling corporate headquarters and advising both of them over and over that the credit app was invalid as well as the fact that my mother was not signing off on the trade in, they finally gave the car back to them! And to top it off, they told her they could not put the tags back on the car for her b/c they "didn't have a screwdriver". Shame on Auto Lenders of Williamstown!

I have been looking for a vehicle for the past 4 months.. when showing up at auto lenders my hubsban and I was looking around 15mins later Ross came out to introduce himself and to let us know if we needed help he was there no pressure at all!I immediately told him what I was looking for at this point I did not even know what brand..after telling him my needs and what I want out of a vehicle he showed me a mazda cx9..took it for a test ride and fell in love with it..I have to give thanks to Ross for all of his help if it was not for him I would still be searching not only did he help me find the vehicle that I described but he help me find a vehicle that is safe and perfect for my family.I will definitely be going back in a few years for my next vehicle and I will be referring whenever I hear someone is looking to purchase a vehicle the whole staff is great!!

I bought a car from Auto Lenders about 9 years ago and just recently another one. From my first phone call four days ago to actually signing the purchase agreement I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Besides having acquired a really great SUV at a terrific price, I had the pleasure first to speak with Scott who gave me all the information I would need to come into the dealership and talk with a sales person. When I came in one evening I really only knew that I wanted a smaller SUV, white would be great, and the night progressed from there. I met Frank Welsh who could not have been any more helpful or friendly. He had two cars waiting for me and gave me the keys to test drive both, which I did. I finally had my eye on a really cool white SUV on the showroom floor, and we went from there. Due to some issues I had to complete before turning in my other car, I did not take the SUV home with me that night, but I could have done so. The next day I called again and spoke with Santi Marti who could not do enough to help me accomplish the acquisition of the SUV. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Scott Goldman, another very positive experience. In the end, I am now driving the 'very cool white SUV", which I had wanted, and I can come away from my experience with Auto Lenders and say that Frank and Santi spent so much time and effort to help me accomplish my purchase and I want to thank them so much for that. Scott was my first contact and he was responsible for steering me in the right direction, and I thank him for that. I guess you get the idea that Auto Lenders is the place to go when you want to buy a car, as well as have a great bunch of people to help you through the process. Thank you guys again. Loved this dealership! I had lost my car in a wreck two months ago and had looked online at thousands of similar cars (05-09 Mustangs) and had been to about a dozen dealerships, but the prices and reputations werent that good. I took a four hour commute from NYC to go there and it was worth it. This place was great. Matt Sebastian responded immediately to my email and set me up for an appointment. They held the car for me until I could get out there to test drive it. Frank Welsh was extremely helpful and didnt pressure me at all. He offered to pick me up at the bus stop, bought me a soda while I waited and let me test drive the car alone which was nice. They worked to get me a good loan, and even put on a 3 year 36,0000 mile warranty on it for me at a reasonable price which was amazing considering the car is 7 years old! Sebastian Marti (a fellow Army Veteran like myself) was extremely helpful and patient while I called my bank to authorize the down payment. The dealership was clean and the cars were beautiful. They helped me register it and do all the paperwork fo New York so I wouldnt have to transfer tags from New Jersey. Before I left, they cleaned up the car and gave me a full tank of gas to hit the road. I didn't even notice it at first, but there was a paper in my packet that said I'll be entitled to a free oil change and inspection of the car in November. This place was all class and professionalism. Will definitely point friends and family to this dealership. You will not be dissapointed.

I needed my husband to try it too...so my salesman Scott Hendricks arranged for the car to be sent to the EHT location since it is very close to my house. Although it's a given that you will get a car at a great price, your shopping experience will be easy and one of the better times when purchasing a vehicle. This particular salesperson (Ross Waller) was instrumental in making my choice easy to understand. He was very knowlegeable, obviously friendly and quite forward when asked questions. The cars are all off-lease vehicles so it's an obvious choice for affordability. If you are already there to shop, then you must have some idea from visiting other car sales companies that this is a very friendly, laid back and probably one of the best places to look around without being attacked. The actual sales transaction was smooth and comfortable. There were no hidden agendas as far as pushing for extended service or upgrading to another vehicle, which has happened to me in other dealerships. They do offer extended contracts, and I do think that the price is good at this dealer, so it is an option for vehicles coming off Bump-Bump warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership and of course the young gentleman (Ross Waller) if you are looking to buy a used/off-lease vehicle.

This is the fifth car that we have bought here. You are in and out quickly with straightforward answers and service. There is no wasted time; no "I'll have to go talk with my sales manager, etc." Their inventory is posted on-line for you to see and they'll move cars from one location to another for your convenience. The car that we just bought (2008 Toyota Camry-Solara) they actually held for us over the Presidents' Day weekend so that we would have first dibs on purchasing it - awesome!

Purchased 2008 Lexus RX 350. Prices were below Kelly Blue Book - cars were beautiful - everybody was happy - and I mean everybody. Seemed like a nice place to work. Frank Welsh was a sincere individual who stayed past their 5 o'clock closing time until 7 to help us out. I just purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V with low mileage at Auto Lenders in Williamstown, NJ. For my husband & I, Auto Lenders turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant purchase experience. I am currently unemployed, & I have not had a car payment in over 5 years. Financially, we were not planning on adding a car payment to our household budget, but had no choice due to VERY necessary & VERY costly repairs needed on my 2002 Toyota RAV-4. Rather than sink so much money into a 10+ year old car, we opted to buy a gently used SUV. My husband bought his last 2 cars from Auto Lenders, so we went to them before going to a new car dealer or anywhere else, for that matter. Even though I cannot consider buying a new car, I was not willing to sacrifice dependability, style or comfort. I was having trouble getting a new car because I owed too much on the car I was currently driving (which was pretty much falling apart!). I had gone to numerous other dealers and nobody could help me out. My dad had previously purchased a vehicle from Autolenders in Williamstown and he was thrilled with his experience. Matt took the time and put in hard work to get me a great deal. Everybody there was incredibly nice and efficient, especially my salesman Matt, and Santiago, and even the Vice President congratulated me on my purchase. I wanted to post this sooner but have been busy since 1/17/11.Back in October my wife was in a accident which totalled our '03 Camry. I began looking for a replacement car or SUV on line but were unable to test drive anything due to her injury.In the past when looking for used cars,I could never find anything of good value locally.I had seen some cars at AutoLenders on line and inquired about them and got a quick follow up call and e-mail.My wife had a price in mind of what she wanted to spend on a car so I looked other places.She's allways liked the Nissan Altima('02-06 body style)so we began the hunt for those.After nearly 3 months of looking,and driving many miles to look at cars that look good in pictures,but are a different story when you see and drive them.Out of frustration and disgust tring to find a good used car,I took another look at AutoLenders.I liked the concept,1 owner,off lease cars that are meticulously gone over and offered at a fair price,without having to deal with sales people working off commision.I went to the Williamstown location after seeing some '07 Altima's online that looked really nice.It was cold,and had just snowed but I went in and met Morris Silverman.I was angry over the dishonest games that dealerships play.Morris took the time to listen and the show me a few cars on the lot.I told him that my wife really needed to come with me and actually drive the cars.So after weathering a few more snow storms we came out on 1/15/11 and she drove a '08 Hyundai Sonata which she liked alot.We originally came to look at the many '07 Nissan Altima's they have but she did'nt like that body style.We asked Morris if there were any other Sonata's on the lot as the one we test drove lacked a few of the features my wife was used to. He took us inside and we looked at the companies inventory and found 2 at 2 different locations.I asked if there was any way to get both cars at the Williamstown location on 1/17/11.He said he would do the best he could.Well on Monday he called and said both cars were there I and assured him that we would purchase 1 of the 3 cars.We puchased a beautiful '08 Sonata in pristine condition.My wife said it was the best car buying experience we ever had.Kudo's to Morris Silverman,and the staff.It was'nt a Lexus, Mercedes, or Land Rover,just a Hyundai, but he treated us great.I would say still do your home work know the vehicles retail value,(NADA,Edmunds,Kelly Blue Book)they use car fax I had used AutoCheck as well.I hope this review is helpful.

I was looking at different car dealerships before i went to Auto Lenders and found that Auto Lenders was the best deal. after having several dealerships give me the standard run around. I was refered into Autolenders and was shocked by how much friendly of an atmosphere they had. The sales people aren't paid on comission either so he didn't care what i bought or how much i financed. They foud a great Lexus for me that fit my needs and they even beat my credit unions rate!!!! I didn't even have to haggle bc the cars price was thousands less than the actual Lexus dealers in the area.
