BUYER BEWARE! My friend bought a used car from this dealership and not even a week later his car shut off in the middle of the road which could have lead to a fatal accident. Turns out his engine blew due to a timing belt which should have been replaced before they resold the vehicle. He had to tow the vehicle to the shop, and had to pay the bill himself, even though it was a default in the car THEY SOLD. Upon bringing it in, their mechanics claimed it was a faulty battery. Low and behold, the timing belt was bad which caused the engine to blow. They said they would put a new engine in, free of charge. Great. They quoted my friend that it would only take a week for the car to be fixed. So far we are sitting at 2 weeks and every time my friend calls they keep postponing the date. Please note that this is his ONLY source of transportation for work, so he’s had to call off multiple days due to their inability to reach their quoted dates. Not only are they selling lemons, but they continue to give the run around for reasons unknown. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I bought a car from them almost 2 yrs ago. (This October). I gave a trade in as well as a 3500.00 down payment. Which brought the car from approx. $14000.00 down to around $6500.00 Well.... when I FINALLY got my paperwork from Credit Acceptance it said I owed $20000.00 DO WHAT???? So, I have been battling this for all this time. I sent in paperwork to Credit Acceptance that I got from CarMax. Well, how convenient they have lost all my papaerwork. Of course I could not afford to get and send copies i had done that already by fax a few times, then I had to mail in everything. Well, they say they never received it... B.S. is what I say.... now instead of car being paid off or dang near paid off they have me owing them over $20000.00 I'm ready to just take the car to them drop it off and file Bankruptcy!!! Anyone else have this issue????

This is THE BEST PLACE to get a car. We have gone twice to get our vehicle and Victor was extremely personable and helped US to get exactly what we needed both times. When the first car was wrecked within 3 months of leasing he answered the phone immediately and talked me through the process of what to do and was always available for questions until it was time to get the next vehicle. We will NEVER go through another dealership in the area and will continue to give them all our business throughout the years and so should anyone else!! 10/10 recommend.
