I bought this car about a month and a half ago. If I could give them 0 starts I would. I bought an Audi from them and not even a month into it the car started giving me problems I've taking the car multiple times to pep boys for multiple issues. So far I've spent over 3000 in repairs. I will not recommend this place and will not come back again.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The transaction started off fine, then as soon as we purchased the car, they hadn't smogged it and car was taken out of state. They charged me MORE than California charges for registration and I just happened to catch it. BEWARE of them OVER charging you more than the correct fee. I wouldn't purchase from them again. I spent countless hours chasing them down for answers, them trying to have me do the work to fix their error and a car not registered for 5 months after purchase. Not worth all the time I put into this.Extremely disappointed.

UTTER CROOKS! They replaced an engine with many more miles in a car without notifying carfax or potential buyer and then would not work with us to make it right! In addition parts were missing in the engine, he said it had a full service which it had not (we took it to a land rover service center and they said oil and filters were filthy) and roof racks etc that were expressly listed were not included. Mark Safari, the owner is a crook!

I have never had a better experience at ANY car dealership (new, used, or otherwise). Mark is classy, friendly and wants more than anything for you to find a car that will make YOU happy. What this means is that he is not going to try to pressure you to buy a car outside of your budget, he is not going to try to tag on any up-sells, he will try to give you a deal that is fair and he is going to treat you like his guest. This kind of business mentality is extremely rare in any business but especially the car business. Mark had a few examples of the car that I wanted, let me test drive both with my wife alone so we could discuss in private (trust!), negotiated fairly on the price, offered me a great deal on my trade-in and took care of all the paperwork, financing etc.; everything took less than two hours and we only had to deal with one person start to happy finish. Mark is a gentleman through and through; take any opportunity to visit them and you will understand. Looking forward to doing business again when my wife is ready for her next car. Until then keep up the great work and thanks for the BMW 128i, it is fantastic vehicle!

Could not be happier with my purchase of a cc. Charlie went out of his way to help me get my car and I could not be happier.
