We recently purchased a Ford F-150 supercrew from Auto Outlet of Vineland. The Owner was very pleasent and extremely honest with the information of the vehicle. He had no issues with me bringing my personal mechanic to fully inspect the vehicle inside and out. We left a cash deposit and he held the vehicle for us until we were able to get financed, which was a few days. He worked with our limited credit and was able to approve us with a decent rate. The price of the vehicle was fair and I would recommend auto outlet of vineland to anyone looking for a good deal and excellent service.

These guys are great. Super friendly and helpful. They gave us a great deal on a 2010 Nissan Sentra, helped us with the financing (referred us to BOFCU, which is an amazing credit union we wouldn't have found otherwise), and were very timely with everything on their end. The first day we had the car, we had a problem with the muffler (a connecting piece had rusted off) and they not only referred us to a great mechanic, but they also paid for the service. The cost was minimal, but we really appreciated the gesture. Overall, we were very nervous about the whole process, and they made it so quick and easy. We love our car and would definitely go back to Auto Outlet for another purchase.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Purchased a Ford Five Hundred and it performed as expected. Great price and a great car.I would highy recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Bought a 2005 Mercury Montego from these guys, trusted the dealer at first but turned out to be a mistake. Drove the car home was fine, went out to wawa that same night got a check engine light and throttle response started acting funny, when i would step on the gas it would be really slow and over-drive wouldn't kick in . Had it reset at auto zone the next day turned out to be a cylinder misfire in cylinder 1. About 3 days later got a check transmission light, went back to a local automotive shop to have it connected to the computer,the computer read the cylinder misfire, and torque management request for the transmission. After the first week than i started seeing more problems. Going into 3rd gear their would be a reasonably noticeable jump in the trans and once i hit 50 mph the engine would shake. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle on my way home, got a check charging system light. I pulled into a gas station and car just completely died. The Alternator went. This vehicle did not have an inspection sticker and was told there were no problem with the vehicle. So i trusted these guys word. In total I've had 3 check engine lights and a blown Alternator in 2 weeks of purchase. Called the dealer to work out swapping the vehicle for another one and was told there is nothing they could do unless i fixed the problems myself and THAN possibly i could trade it in for something else. Vehicle came with a warranty, took it to a local transmission shop to determine what the torque management problem was, had the guy test drive and he told me "take it back, they robbed you" most likely I would need a new transmission. The vehicle warranty will cover the engine and transmission but no other major parts going wrong. The warranty company since it is not through the dealership themselves would have to approve what if my vehicle needed a new trans even though the 2 shops i took it to said its what i would need. I bought a car to drive not to have it in the shop getting a transmission 2 weeks after i purchased it.The warranty also doesn't cover the smaller pieces of the transmission, the fluids, etc. so i would have to come out of pocket even though i still have a warranty. All in all i would never recommend this dealer to my worst enemy, sure the guy was friendly selling me the car, but would he help me out afterwards? NO. These guys are crooks and just wanna sell a car off the lot regardless of the condition and obviously are NOT out to do good bussiness. They don't have their own mechanic so there's no bringing the car to them get something fixed. They sell you a dream with these warranties giving you the assumption that your car would be taken care of if something were to go wrong, but when it does they don't want to help. If you want a car that is gonna inconvenience your life the first week or two after purchase, than this is the perfect place to go! But if your like most people and want a car to drive without any MAJOR problems 2 WEEKS after buying it than DO NOT buy a car from here. These guys are crooks and will rob you, sell you a busted down car they would patch up to work good for the test drive and hopefully the drive home than you'll see problems immediately. I understand cars have problems and things go bad but its like these guys don't service or even check their vehicles before they leave the lot. I will NEVER buy or recommend anyone to purchase a car from Auto Outlet of Vineland ever again in my life !

Beware this dealer,I put a deposit on a car and explained i would be there in 1 week to purchase it cash in hand.I passed up on another great deal with a another seller to purchase this vehicle, and left a deposit on Friday to lock it in. The dealership owner (fully aware i had left a deposit) sold it the very next Monday day behind my back and the salesman's back.thus causing me to lose out on 2 great vehicles. I would never deal with this place again no matter how much i liked the car.Deposit is non-refundable and meaningless to them. Don't get screwed... avoid this dealer at all costs.

What a wonderful experience my wife and Ihad dealing with this dealer. No pressure and. Verry helpful in finding financing for my wife where other dealers did not putmu h effort. The prices were thousands cheaper than other dealers for same vehicles. We purchased and Steveand Jack assured us if there Are any issues with it to return it and they would take care of it , well there was a small issue and they did even though we have a warranty they insisted they handle it . Thank God for honest dealers

The sales team at the Auto Outlet in North Hollywood, California is outstanding. My car buying experience was stress free. The finance manager is willing to work with you but you need to be honest with him. I am thoroughly happy with my car and my financing. I highly recommend this dealership when searching for a used car. They care and are willing to work with you.
