I called the Canandaigua location and spoke to Robb B. He kept telling me he would call me back whenever I called. Im still waiting on his call. Very poor Customer Service.

I went to the Webster location. Zero customer service. No ability to negotiate on price even though their price was OVER market value and there was a giant blemish on the tailgate yet they advertised the vehicle was below market (not the case) Good luck trying to get them to call you back ... Took about a week to hear back from Shelby the first time, still waiting to hear back from my second call (been over a week) Not to mention when I emailed the sales manager, John, two weeks after originally looking at the vehicle to try to make a deal, I was told " I have an appointment on the Tundra tonight if it doesn't work out Ill give you a call" ... 5 days later, the vehicle is still for sale, no call back. Save your time and effort, go somewhere where you may get a little respect and deal with people that may actually want your business and money.

We were not looking forward to the vehicle search, just bought a used truck 2 years ago, we were now in a position to have to purchase another. we made our 1st stop at Auto Outlet of Wolcott, we were heading Rochester way to check out trucks we researched online, Auto Outlet was our 1st stop, Sal our salesman was AWESOME! Knowledgeable, personable and genuine! The price was great, no haggle pricing right out of the gate! I HATE HAGGLING!!!!! We did not need to venture any farther that Wolcott and found the perfect truck, they were even gonna let us take it home today and just bring it back Monday to get the plates, registration and all the other stuff taken care of! We told Sal we didnt need to and he was having it completely redetailed and gas tank filled up to pick up on Monday! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Thank You! The Crisafulli's
