I drove 13+ hours from st. Louis Missouri. I was coming home to visit friends and thought why don't I stop by Cary Auto Mall. I didn't seriously think that I can get a new car but I thought what's the harm. I stopped in at Autopark Chrysler Jeep, Johna greeted me right away and was very happy to help me. We walked and we found the perfect car we test drove it and then we went inside and tried to make it fit into my budget. Was a little reluctant to come here since one of my employees said his uncle works at this dealership. I was walking in expecting a pushy sales person senario. Joey was the complete opposite and was so laid back and took his time with the process of helping me get my first car despite a few bumps in the road. Found my vehicle at Auto Park Chrysler on-line through Chrysler.com and made contact with the internet sales representative Jody Bailey. She quickly provided window stickers and pricing details on 3 vehicles that I was interested in. Because the initial pricing was good and the vehicles had the features I wanted I made an appointment to test drive the vehicles. The test-drive and negotiations were so cordial that I did not go to an appointment with another dealer scheduled for that same afternoon and I purchased my vehicle the next day.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. What an awesome car! I'll be honest; I went to see my mom, Julie, at the dealership. I had previously bought a car there and she offered a trade in. I loved my car and it would take a serious deal for me to consider it. After looking at options I ended up with more than I ever could have asked for. Mike at the front desk did everything to get me exactly what I wanted. That is what sets this dealership apart from the others. I was trading in a car for a used and Julie Chasse helped me more than I can ask. I was specific with the price range and mileage I was looking for and she looked for every car that met the criteria. She was in constant communication with me and her excitement made my stressful car situation fun and rememberable. Their staff Jeremy, Mike, Julie made me feel literally like I was being catered to and that they honestly cared to meet my needs instead of their own. I visited several dealerships in Raleigh and had poor experiences from them all thinking that I would find a better deal or car. All the places I went to had either auctioned cars or not a very wide selection for what I needed in price and mileage. The day I contacted Julie just letting her know I was looking she began sending me cars that she did research on and meet every need and some wants that I didn't think I was going to be able to have. I wasted my time looking all over Raleigh and was finally excited when I came to Julie at Chrysler Jeep and she showed me all the cars in person. Chrysler Jeep had the biggest lot I saw, better choices than the other dealerships I went to, AND overall I liked the staff more! They put me first, were patient, and helped me trade in and put me in a safe, beautiful Chrysler 200 with only 15000 miles, backup cam, blue tooth, heated seats...when I started my car search I did not think I was going to be able to have such a nice car. I was looking for only necessities...that it drove and I needed blue tooth. no other dealership even offered the selection Julie did. She was the first person to tell me she could not only put me in a safe car, but that it could have features, and be in my price due to my trade. It was the most hassle-free experience for someone in their early 20's. I had heard horror stories about going to dealerships and I can not thank them enough for why I am so happy and excited for my purchase and to tell everyone. Thank you soooo much, Chrysler Jeep!!!!

On the downside, I have never been through the such a fast closing process with the business manager. He didn't really go through all of the numbers and explain the lease process which was totally new to us. I would caution anyone leasing from Autopark Jeep to do your research before closing.

I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and had a wonderful experience working with Julie Chasse. She was diligent and persistent, but not pushy and she really listened to my needs and concerns. She also was flexible with appointments and didn't try to push me to come in on a specific day or time. This was important to me due to my work schedule and travel. Other sales people from other dealerships were telling me that rates were only good on certain days, but Julie would tell me to come in when it was convenient for me. We drove over 150 miles to look at our 3rd Cadillac SRX, 2nd of the day. We just wanted to look at Premium, so we could compare the Luxury and Performance that we had already tried out. We had No Plans to purchase this vehicle but it was what my wife had been looking for and Julie and Ben worked hard to make us Happy with the Deal!! It would have been Perfect if they had remembered to take my front License Plate off of my trade in.It was mailed to me but wasn't mailed the next day and rolled into the next week. The other reasons are partially because of a Winter Storm causing a Mail Shutdown and a Holiday, but still had to wait 12 days. The worst part was having to drive back to Virginia in the Rain.

The limited warranty had expired on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, an intimation darker skies may be on the horizon. When we awoke on Saturday morning, we didn't realize we'd be purchasing a car. However, after realizing our old minivan had just about had enough we went on a search for a new van. Michael Englert was my salesman, he was very friendly, courteous, and more than willing to work with me and my wife to find a vehicle that met my needs. He was knowledgeable about which vehicles were in stock and the individual specifications of all the makes/ models that we looked at. Once we were able to settle on a vehicle that fit my needs the process of settling on a price was comfortable and much easier than previous experiences I've had at other dealers. From the beginning, he was an amazing salesperson - not overly aggressive or pushy on the phone - but VERY helpful! He even went and picked it up from the North Raleigh location and brought it to the Apex location that was 5 minutes from me - talk about great customer service! I didn't wake up with intention of buying a new Jeep. My 2002 Liberty needed inspecting so I could get the new tag. She had been a trooper, best vehicle I had ever had. The engine light was on though and facing more repairs to a 14 year old vehicle, it just seemed ridiculous to keep sinking money into a vehicle that had had better days. She only had normal things going wrong with her, just age and wear and tear. I knew when I did replace the vehicle it would be another Jeep. I left with a Patriot. I had a very nice sales person Vincent Scott and he did what he could to get me a new one. My credit hasn't restored since bankruptcy 8 years ago and though it's past the mark, I have no credit score as I refuse to have debt. It did limit me but he knew basically what I wanted and found the closest thing to that, that I could drive away that day and not need a co-signer. It's a nice car and I hope she gets me another 14 years before needing another one.

I have never been a fan of going to the dealership, i always feel like i am going to be taken advantage of in the worst way. I can definitely say that my experience with Auto Park Chrysler Jeep was not what i expected in an awesome way. I initially spoke to Daniel Edwards who set my appointment and Burke Minske was my salesman. They had a super nice used Camry that I found online that was priced to MOVE. The buying process was simple and the Finance manager was just as good, not pushy and allowed me to take my time and decide what was important to me and would fit in my budget. The dealership itself is very nice, facilities are super clean and inviting. The atmosphere is really laid back and the salesmen are down to earth. The greatest thing about my experience here was something i really wasn't expecting. I found an issue after i bought the car that needed repair. Burke trusted that it was something that he and i had both missed during the pre-sale inspection. They completely took care of me with no questions asked. My experience in the service department was just as good, Bill in the service department took great care of me and they have plenty of coffee, water, wireless, and TV while you wait. The whole service department are really nice folks and treat you well. I have NEVER had that kind of experience with any car dealer before. They are always wanting to give you the run around. It is this kind of thing that will make Auto Park CJ my one and only dealership from this point forward. If you are looking for new or used, call them today and ask for Daniel or Burke. Great car buying experience. I contacted the dealership late in the evening online via USAA Car Buying Service. after Ben Paulakonis had emailed and called the next morning. Ben was a great salesman, not pushy and honest in dealing with me. I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and was pleased with the process. The dealership offered other add ons at the closing, but they did not push anything that I dideclined to purchase. Once in the closing room to sign paperwork, Steve had everything ready and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and didn't have to wait hours to see him. I would purchase from Autopark Chrysler Jeep again and will ask for Ben.

I drove 90 miles to Auto Park in Cary for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this has to be the BEST dealership in North Carolina. Period. I called this dealership after seeing an add on the internet, and Julie Chasse answered the phone. She recommeneded making an appointment and coming in, no pressure, to see the inventory. When we arrived at our appointment Julie was waiting, and already had a few jeeps picked out that she thought we would like, and all within our budget. We went into the dealership fully intending on buying a used Mini Countryman that was in stock. After a quick test drive, our salesperson, Julie Chasse, suggested we look at something new, since the prices were similar. We were a bit apprehensive, but from the beginning, Julie made it clear that she wanted us to be happy. I leased a 2015 Grand Cherokee for my fiance' on May 31, 2015 using Jason Brascher who referred me to Jeremy of the Leasing Department. We worked out all the numbers over the phone. We then showed up for an appointment to meet Jeremy to finalize the paperwork. He had the Jeep pulled up in front of the office and it was washed and ready to go. The paperwork was all laid out and was also ready to go. The facilities were clean and nice - but this review is more about the excellent service Jeremy provided. When the initial paperwork was done he waited with us for 10 minutes or so in the waiting area for the last bit of paperwork to be finalized. Just casually sat with us and chatted. We then signed the remaining paperwork and we were done. Total time on the actual car lot was probably 45 minutes. He also took time show my fiance' how all the functions in the car worked (powerseats, etc). Transaction was easy. Jeremy spoke to us and not down to us which was refreshing. All questions were immediately answered. My fiance' and I left happy and they have earned our business. I especially like how Jeremy was willing to be there on a Sunday to make sure we got the car we wanted on the day we wanted.

Vincent in sales did a great job assisting me with my used car purchase. I found a mechanical problem with the vehicle, but Vincent was promptly able to include a repair job as a condition of the sale. He followed up on the situation very promptly and effectively. Less than a week later the repair is done and I am overall very pleased with the car and the buying experience! I would highly recommend buying a new or used car from Vincent at Cary Auto Park Jeep!

Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Michael Englert at Jeep auto park and could not be happier. Michael is a great guy who genuinely cares about his customer's experience and satisfaction. He is a straight shooter, has in depth knowledge of the vehicles and is very attentive without being overly so. He actually spent a lot of time on his day off to accommodate the timing of my purchase. I also had a recent positive experience in the service department with another vehicle and will not hesitate going there for future services on the new vehicle. I did rate the buying process 5 stars because is was as far as Michael's involvement, however, the negotiation process with management on the purchase price of my vehicle was the one part of the process I did not enjoy.

I take a long time to make up my mind. I thought that it was great that everyone I worked with seemed friendly and patient. I had been to 6 Jeep dealerships looking at the jeep I wanted trying to find the exact blend of color and features that I was looking for. I worked with Bruce. He was great. There is not as much room to negotiate on car prices as there used to be but the whole team worked to get me top dollar for my trade. Bruce was knowledgable and professional and great to work with. He really worked to get me a great car at a great price. I didn't dread buying a car from Bruce because he makes it easy and works hard to ensure that when he calls you...he has good news. Julie made our car buying experience really great. We knew we wanted a Jeep but Julie was able to help us narrow down between the Grand Cherokee and Cherokee. First and foremost, I'm a 21 year old college student, so it's common for me to be overlooked on a car lot because I'm not perceived as a serious buyer. As soon as I arrived on the lot, Burke approached me and took me right to the car I had seen online that I wanted to check out. One of the first things he said to me was, "We'll beat any deal you can find." Typical sales tactic, but Burke and the guys at Leith followed through with it. I came in the next day and negotiation was very timely. The open scheme of the facility was so that the manager was sitting right in the middle of everything - no salesman going around the corner to talk to his boss for 20 minutes before getting a revised offer. Burke was extremely personable and provided great customer service, even after the sale in regards to making additions to the car. Buying used is always a risky endeavor but I think I got a great deal and Burke was willing to make sure the car was in excellent shape before I took delivery... I had to come with the kids in the evening after work and he even watched over them while I did all the paperwork. I stopped in to Auto Park Chrysler Jeep just to see what the new Renegade looked like and to get some information. I spoke with Bert Harden. He gave me his card and some information about the Renegade. I told him that I was interested in a Renegade Trail Hawk that at the time wasn't available on the lot. He didn't pressure me but simple asked if he could contact me when one arrived. As soon as a Trail Hawk arrived Bert contacted me. Bert took me on a test drive and impressed me with his overall knowledge and professional manner. Again rather then pressure me he used his knowledge to sell me on the vehicle. I have been a customer there for a few years- but have mostly just had oil changes/ tire rotations there. Once I had to start having repairs done, though, everything went down hill. The heat wasn't working back in December, and they "repaired" it for $1400. It is the middle of March, and the heat is not working anymore. And- after fixing the heat, the hazard lights & traction control stopped working. Yes- they had left the wires disconnected after they "repaired" the heat. There were at least 3 other unrelated repairs that they have done over the past few months, and none of those repairs were done correctly. Coolant still leaked after one repair, and the oil was still dripping after another repair. They also replaced weather stripping in the door and just happened to put it in backwards. I do not trust them with my Jeep anymore and have started taking it to another dealer. Meanwhile, Auto Park Jeep says that they do not need to refund us any money. So- I guess I will now need to spend another $1400 at the other dealer so that I can have heat in my Jeep.

My boyfriend and I both went to numerous jeep dealers and were getting very upset with how we were treated until we decided to try one final one which was this one in Cary. We met Burt and he was the best sales representative possible! He got us both exactly what we wanted plus more in our cars for a great deal! We also had a great experience with the sales manager and also Daniel, the Internet sales manager at the dealership who all helped get our cars in to town, cleaned, and perfected. Michael Englert made the buying process smooth. Typically, I have buyer's remorse, but not this time. I feel that I got a really great deal. I got a fair value on my 10 year old Town and Country trade-in. There was not need to haggle, as they met my desired monthly rate. There wasn't much waiting for the paperwork. There was not an exorbitant amount of paperwork. They even transferred my existing license plate over, so I didn't have to wait in line at the DMV. Michael even cleaned the plate before installing it! Michael isn't pushy. He listens to what you're looking for. He made sure that my nine year old daughter was occupied with popcorn. It's the little things that added up to a happy customer. I'll definitely stop by Autopark Chrysler Jeep first the next time I am car shopping.

We never been over to Cary Autopark and was overwhelmed by the inventory! Not only they would answer our questions over the phone before we came, Julie, our sales rep, was correct in telling us we would find the car we wanted with the right price! Turned out , we found exactly what we wanted in the showroom, "deal of the day" and then we got the Jeep Cherokee down to the price range we were looking for. Staff was all professional and the process did not take as long to purchase as we thought. We highly recommend Julie and Auto Park Chrysler Jeep for your next purchase. Julie even helped us to pick up our new car from work to have it "simonized" since it was raining on the day we bought it and couldn't get it done. Much appreciated Julie! I spent an hour or so with Vincent looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and Limited. He set an appt for me to have both of them side by side ready for test drives and did a great job explaining all of the differences. When we settled on the Limited, he did a great job supporting the buying process and spent a good deal of time with me at new car delivery to make sure I left knowing how to use key features.

My daughter,husband and I went to test drive some jeeps this past weekend. Our daughter was leaning towards getting a Wrangler. Julie Chasse was the sales representative who greeted us. After an exhausting Monday searching for a pre-owned within our budget, my son and I were in another dealership's lot by mistake when we got lucky and ran into Bruce who had a vehicle for us to see in his lot. Come to find out it was exactly what we were looking for but unfortunately newer and beyond our budget. Undeterred, he convinced us to at least come in and talk. Bruce and his team worked hard for hours making a deal work for us that was within our budget. Four hours later, we drove off in a cream-puff '08 Altima that was beyond our expectations....and no, it was not a Chrystler or a Jeep. Hats off to Bruce and company and Autopark CJ. I will be back to talk to Bruce later this year when my daughter is ready for a pre-owned replacement. That's our story.

I have been looking for a new car on and off for the last few months. I was looking for a 2013 or newer Honda Civi Si 4D Black. Every time one came up for sale I always felt the price point was not where it needed to be. I happened to stumble across the vehicle I was looking for past weekend on cars.com I had to do a double take because the price was so low. There was also 2 other cars in the area at other dealers with more miles at the same price. I called Auto Park Chrysler and spoke with Michael Englert. He checked on the car and it was still available. I told him I would be there in an hour and he said he would have it ready for me. When I arrived the car was out front and Michael was waiting for me. We took it for a test drive around the area and on the highway. I was really impressed with the cars pickup and handling. I was in love. We went back to the office and started discussing prices. My last car buying experience at another dealer consisted of about 8 hours total at the dealer. Needless to say I had a bad taste in my mouth. The process was seamless. We negotiated a price, payment and trade-in that was more than acceptable. I took my car home that night. About 3 hours from start to finish. Big improvement on my last experience. I want to thank Michael and the rest of the team for a great car buying experience. I will be coming to see them again when we get another car

Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. Michael Englert won my business after numerous stops at various dealers across Raleigh. Michael has a very honest approach and generally seemed to care more for what I wanted rather than just pushing me to make a deal, which all too common across other dealers. Michael waited for me during a 3 month or so process and was ready to go when I scheduled an appointment with him. Although AutoPark didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted, they were able to move very quickly to secure the exact vehicle I wanted and get me in and out of the dealership within 2-3 hours. I was impressed with the disclosure of all of the information during the negotiating phase, and will be very comfortable to come back here for any repairs/maintenance in addition to purchasing again from them for my second car when we are ready. I'd highly recommend going here and can definitely see myself purchasing again here. Make sure you ask for Michael Englert for a very positive experience!!!

This is the second vehicle within the last 2 yrs that we have purchased at AutoPark CJ, and it was another positive buying experience. I feel that AutoPark CJ provides honest experience, and I can't say enough good things about our sales person Johnson Bullock. Johnson was attentive to our requests and needs, and truly wants his customers to be happy and satisfied about their vehicle purchase. He and the dealership followed-up on their promises, and I felt like they went beyond what many dealerships would do to satisfy me. There were a couple of things that they agreed to address on the vehicle (it was used), and they came and picked the vehicle up, addressed them as promised, and returned the vehicle the same day. They even delivered the vehicle to me to test drive prior to deciding to buy. I think the folks at AutoPark CJ are great; the sales crew, management, financial, and service. I plan to go back to Autopark CJ first for my next vehicle purchase...as I did for this last one.

I purchased my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee about four days ago. I specifically came to this dealership because my brother has bought many cars from them before and spoke highly of them. The sales process was wonderful, and they delivered a beautiful brand new car. But after driving it back home to VA Beach, I noticed that the steering wheel was harder to turn. While I was driving, it completely cut off, almost getting me and my kids into an accident. The Jeep dealer here took a look, and there were some hoses that were never connected properly and the steering fluid completely leaked out. Now my driveway is covered in steering fluid, I've had to spend two days without my new car because of repairs that needed to be done, AND I received an inspection report from Autopark saying that everything was in order. Apparently they missed a pretty big item! No one should have to tow their brand new car only two days after buying it. I will never visit this dealership again. Very, very disappointed.

I waited a while to post because I wanted to cool off, but thought I should share with prospective buyers. My family has purchased 3 cars from Autopark in the last 4 years totaling around $85,000.The last one was purchased on Sat. March 8th. A 2011 Limited Grand Cherokee. On Tues the 11th I came out of work and the car would not crank. Got it to the dealership and they kept it until the 15th, told me it was fixed and sent me on my way. On the 19th after work would not crank again. They kept it until the 24th. After I got home I realized the window molding on the passengers side was loose. They assured me this did not happen at the shop, fixed it and finally waived the deductible after some discussion. On April 1st the check engine light came on, I called and was told it would go off on its own. The 3rd the light was not off and a loud knocking started in the right front of the vehicle. I took it back they fixed both of these issues and did charge me the deductible this time. This is where its gets interesting. I picked it up again on the 7th. I tried to talk to the sales staff but it was too early. I called back later in the day and was told to bring it back, I could pick out a new car and we would be even on the one that was having issues. I came back after work test drove and decided on a different car. They asked me for the keys to the one I was having issues with and a man I had not seen before came out and drove it. So the salesman comes back with a trade offer for $4500 less than I had paid a month before. Full disclosure, I did know that one of their staff had wrecked the car before I bought it. When buying the car I was informed that it was minor damage and would not affect the value of the car. 1 month after selling me a lemon car the same sells staff that wrecked the car looks me in the face and says "The car has been wrecked there is no way we can give you what you paid for it". I did not trade for the new car. I talked to HR who set up a meeting with the general manager for the following Friday at 11:00 AM. When I got there he was out of town on business. Eventually, the next week, I got him on the phone and he relented and offered what I still owed minus my down payment. In synopsis you owe it to yourself to go somewhere else. Yes they are nice, friendly and courteous. But this is when they think you are going to give them some money. From my perspective I do not know how they can close their eyes at night and sleep.

I went to just about every Jeep dealership in the Raleigh area and I must say I did not meet anyone quite like David. He listened to what I wanted in a jeep, not just what he could sell me from his lot. He also had the most in depth knowledge of Jeeps out of all the salesmen I talked to, which was very important because this was my first Jeep. He also didn't push me at all and I felt like he cared about getting me exactly what I was looking for. The other salesmen also seemed nice and friendly, but I didn't get to talk to many of them. I believe Autopark Jeep is the place to go to get the best customer service in Raleigh! The atmosphere inside the dealership is very laid back, with a relaxed environment which makes it nice when negotiating prices and vehicles. I recently leased a brand new Grand Cherokee and Coy helped me out. This was the third dealer and 4th car I test drove and ultimately made my decision based on the deal I was given and I can thank Coy for that. Too many salesmen (and I happen to be in Sales) are far too pushy and demanding because all they care about is getting you in the car same day. I never felt that pressure from him because he took the time to understand and evaluate my needs and constraints. The car is beautiful but he made the process more enjoyable!

I had a great experience purchasing my auto through Auto Park. First of all my intent was only to look. However, without being pressured I drove away in a new 300M. This was because of the great service provided by Coy and the other gentleman (which I cannot think of his name). Coy patiently showed me numerous cars. I knew I wanted something that was larger and after going through several choices, I was presented with the 300M. I knew this was the car I wanted but I was not sure it would fit my budget. I think Autopark Chrysler-Jeep was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I traveled to Autopark purchase my SUV after I searched inventory online via Autopark's webpage. Their inventory was plentiful. I locked in on a 2007 Ford Explorer Limited online and had first contact with salesman, Nicki, over phone to confirm vehicle was still on lot before I drove to Cary. She greeted me on my arrival, we located the car on the lot, took a test drive, and then closed the deal in less than 3 hrs. Nicki was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. She was courteous, diligent and friendly. We were able to come to agreement on my trade-in and SUV purchase without any difficulty. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicki and everybody at this dealership. I will most definitely recommend Autopark Chrysler-Jeep to all my friends!

As i was driving through the dealer lot i came across a salesman named Alan. from the minute he shook my hand when i got there to the minute he shook my hand when i left with my jeep, he provided the BEST customer service i've ever dealt with and was the best salesman that I have done business with. The same goes toward everyone at the dealership that i dealt with that day. the next time i buy a car, i will not hesitate for one minute to go to auto park jeep!

I think Autopark Chrysler-Jeep was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I traveled to Autopark C-J from Virginia to purchase my new vehicle after I searched inventory online via Autopark's webpage. Their inventory was plentiful. I locked in on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and had first contact with salesman, Mike Wing, over phone to confirm vehicle was still on lot before I drove the 1 and 1/2 hours to Cary. Mike greeted me on my arrival, we located the car on the lot, took a test drive, and then closed the deal in less than 3 hrs. Mike was very personableand knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He was courteous, diligent and friendly. Through Mike and one of the sales managers, Brandon Rigney, we were able to come to agreement on my trade-in and new car purchase without any difficulty. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and everybody at this dealership. I will most definitely recommend Mike and Autopark Chrysler-Jeep to all my friends in Virginia!

I was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle on the day I pulled into the Cary Auto Park store, it was my very first day of looking at my options. I was greeted by Mohammed Alqoh, who was super knowledgeable of the Jeep cars on the lot, friendly and flexible with every request I made to test drive a vehicle or help me with questions I had. Neathless to say, I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier! They gave me an excellent deal for my trade and accomodated the requests I made. One of the best experiences Ive had buying a vehicle, no hard sales tactics,or pushy, and we received a fair price for both the trade in and the vehicle I had purchased. It was easy in and out, for a busy saturday afternoon there, Michael even had sandwiches for us brought in by a local sub shop. From the start to the signing the papers, was all so easy, and friendly. for all the staff thankyou, it was Just a great experience. I will shop there again soon, hopefully for a new jeep wrangler. The Salesman (James Mills) who took care of me was very professional. I felt very comfortable communicating my needs to him. I didn't feel pressure and he took his time working out an affordable plan with me taking the car home the same day. It has been a long time since I bought a car and I have dealt with insensitive and self centered Salesman in the past. After a year of several attempts to purchase a new car I finally got one. I went in on a whim to look at a used Honda and drove off with a brand new Chrysler 200S. I went in initially for a costly repair and drove out in a new truck. They tried to make me pay a lot but in the end I saved a good piece of change. For the first time I actually felt that the negotiating was fun and good hearted not nasty and sleazy like at other dealerships I have been to. Ask for Johnson and Glen they were great.

I went to the dealership after finding an Accord online. The guys were very friendly and provided great information. The only thing I did dislike was when they were trying to persuade me to buy a Chrysler instead of the Honda I originally came of. Once I asked them were they trying to sell me a car or my father they immediately stopped talking about the chrysler. Overall the team was was great, I did spend the entire day there. But I drove off in the car I wanted. Thanks guys.
