This is the second vehicle I got from Autopark Honda. As my first experience...I have to say I am very satisfied. Khaled was my sales consultant. He was patient and extremely helpful . He answered all my questions and even gave me useful suggestions. In short, Khaled made sure, as a costumer, I was served in the best way possible and there was little pressure on the sale.I would also like to mention that Kain was my finance manager. He made sure the process was as easy as possible. Can't ask for a smoother transaction...If I had to go again for another vehicle, this will my first stop and , almost sure, will be my last one.

Best experience I've had since they did away with the Saturns! I dread going car-shopping, but from the on-line service and assistance to the receptionist to the finance help and to the Salesman--Keith--nothing but praise and professional courtesy all the way around! It was actually harder to figure out how to work and input this review! If the car and follow-on service is anything close to what I've experienced so far, this will be the only place I do any future car shopping!

My experience at Autopark Honda was actually very good. I normally hate speaking to car sales people, and I don't even visit a car lot during business hours. I was looking at a new Civic hatchback and decided to go by and have a look. I was greeted by Julianne Sloan, and within a couple of minutes, my apprehension was gone and it actually felt good to be shopping for cars. Julianne was very knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. I don't normally do reviews, but she was truly the difference in my car buying experience. She went above and beyond, and I never felt pressured. By the way, the rest of the staff were great too, I just wanted to ensure Julianne Sloan gets the recognition she deserves. I'd recommend anyone buy from her!

Dear General Manager,Yesterday 10/26/2016, I had the pleasure to buy a new car from your dealership. This was my second visit, my first one I met Jim, Sales Manager, and spoke to him for a few minutes about my requirements for the car and left . Jim introduced Justin and he called me after 30 minutes and we sealed the deal over the phone. I didn't even look at the car or drove it, I had visited 2 other dealers and just wanted the best deal. I work in the Health Care industry specially in the customer service area. I must admit I was extremely impressed by Julianne, Sales. She wasn't just kind, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. This should be at least the minimum requirements for any sales person in any industry. I was really surprised to learned her age as well. I knew she was young but didn't expect a 20 year old so good at what she does. I wasn't doing anything near this at her age. Working with adults and making financial decisions is some how a very mature job. She was all around great!!. My situation was perhaps a bit usual since I had to return a rental next door at 6pm. John, Financial, was another person who exceeded my expectations. I kept apologizing for only giving him 20 minutes to do all the paperwork. John was very understanding and at 5:50pm Julianne drove the new car to enterprise and I returned the rental car. That's when we returned to the dealer to teach me all the tech the civic has. In 15 years I bought 3 cars from Honda/Chevy Boyd dealership. This time Autopark was no match for them, from the staff to the perks and the price you guys were so much better. I am really impressed by everyone at your store . I teach Customer Service at Duke and talk about the wow factor and how first impressions are a big deal. Your store was not only clean and decorated and staff well dressed but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Jim closed the deal by phone and Julianne was waiting for me at the door to greet me. Jim, Justine, Julianne and John...(must me the J) you all are stars in my new AutoPark Honda book. Thank you for making my buying experience a different one and a really nice one. I absolutely love my new civic and I said I will be back for my Ridgeline in 6 years. Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am).I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, since the car would be on-site for service. I specifically asked for the power steering fluid to be refilled because it was well below the normal level. I was told that "all fluids will be topped off as part of our 55 point inspection".I couldn't make it by closing, so they arranged pick-up for Sunday. When i arrived, i immediately checked the ps fluid - the levels were the same as when i'd turned it in!! Hadn't been touched - cranked the car and the service light was still on showing service needed and an oil life at 5%.Obviously, no 55 point inspection had taken place. The oil looked fine, but how could i be sure it had been changed? I keep the car on a regular service schedule.Can i trust that the tacota air bag and tire rotation have also been done/replaced?? Takita airbags are killing people. If they'd been so lax at changing oil and topping off fluids (and how bout the tire rotation?) for the price of $68, how could I trust that a "no-charge" recall had been performed?The service dept was closed so i grabbed the sales manager to show him that i had bit received the complete oil change and service i'd paid for. He wasn't really interested and gave me the service managers number. I left - still needing ps fluid and with no real certainty that our family car was safe to drive.I took the car back in on Monday. This is now three days of dealing with a simple service job. Todd Stevens came out, popped the hood - looked at the power steering fluid and said "if it's THAT low there has to be a leak".Then he proceeded to tell me why they didn't top off the brake fluid which was also low. They took the car to the garage to inspect for any power steering leak. Came back, no leaks. "Bone dry" as one of the service advisors said.I've since asked another mechanic, and he said "power steering fluid does go down over time and should be topped off with regular maintenance."So that leads me to this conclusion: 1) since i've had my car serviced there, and without looking at my service records, i'd say at least the last three or four routine oil changes - the power steering and brake fluid HAVE NOT been "topped off" and 2) "All fluids topped off with our 55 point inspection" is a fraudulent claim. Three times in a row isn't an oversight.So after three days of dealing with this - and basically pulling teeth to get what i paid for - how was it resolved? Not with a handshake from Todd Stevens, nor a discount off of that or any future service.I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.If you are so inclined to give them your money, be sure to check behind them and have plenty of time at your disposal.

Barbara went out of her way to help me. She is very professional, and her level of customer service far exceeds expectations. My little dog got sick, yesterday morning. I had appointment with Barbara at 1:30 to do all the paperwork, and finalize sale of my CRV. I HAD to take my dog to the vet. Barb was very compassionate. We agreed that I would get there some time yesterday, depending. Luckily, I was able to leave my pet, and go on out to the dealership. I got there, she came up to me and said, "You need a hug!" Then we got down to business. Wow, she doesn't miss a thing! She sure 'dots all of her I's and crosses all of her T's! Very thorough! That is very important to me, as I am a single woman, and am living in retirement. She looked out for me. That does not always happen, unfortunately, in today's world. When all the red tape, was done. She helped me clean out my car, and put things in new CRV. Then, we sat in my car for probably an hour and worked on the computer, she showed me how to hook up Bluetooth. Then, she told me to call and make appointment next week and she would help me with all my questions. She said, "Nancy, write down all of your question, as you work with it" She is amazing. When compared to other Honda dealerships in the area, Autopark Honda is the best. The typical 'back-and-forth' process of negotiating a price/APR was expedited by using a system that both sales and finance had access to in real time. I liked the transparency and immediacy of not having the sales person disappear for periods of time while you wait and twiddle your thumbs for a response to your offer.I felt like we got a fair price on our trade and a fair price on the new-to-us vehicle. I'd definitely do business with Autopark Honda again when it's time to buy another vehicle, especially if Jada is still working there! She was fantastic and very personable.

After requesting a quote for the model Accord I wanted, AutoPark Honda emailed me back very quickly. I checked the quoted price online to see if was comparable with what the car typical sells for, and it was. The model I wanted was not on the lot, but Shawn Whitfield, the salesman I worked with, worked hard to get the car to the dealership. The only discussion point was trade-in and financing. Financing was not an issue--my credit's good, so I qualified for 1.9%. The trade-in offer was fair, and Shawn worked to get some fees reduced as well. Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't use high pressure tactics. After the sale I found the car had a license plate holder on the front bumper--when removed, it left two small xxxxx. I contacted Shawn about this and he was able to get body work done on the car, free of charge, so it looks good as new. Shawn definitely wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the new car. Overall I was very satisfied with the buying experience, the car, and the service afterward. I would definitely recommend buying from AutoPark Honda and working with Shawn. The only negative of the experience, if any, was talking to the finance rep. Here they try to upsell you pretty aggressively to expensive warranty options, but if you're like me, you'll just want to decline them, especially for a brand new vehicle.

We actually purchased two cars from Autopark Honda. Our first was a new Accord in 2015. Our second was a used Accord in 2016. After having such a great new car buying experience (our first time buying a car where it wasn't a hassle) we went back to Autopark for a second car when the need arose. For our first purchase, salesman Eric Rich was excellent to work with. He was friendly, fun to be around and very helpful with the car buying process. He went out of his way to take care of us. I went to several dealerships and this was the one and only where the sales person "sold" the vehicle, which is ironic because the vehicle pretty much sells itself. Often when going through the purchase of a vehicle, salesman will try to lead you to the purchase that benefits them and the dealership the most, not Mr. Ng. Dropped off car for recall work and maintenance on 9/21/16. The work itself might have gone well but the employee-customer interaction did not. On a positive note, the work was completed well before it was promised. We picked up the car on 9/22 when our scheduled appointment wasn't even until 9/23. Here are the negatives. First, we called back in July about a recall notice. We were told that Autopark would call us back when the parts were available. We never received a call back. We call earlier this week and scheduled an appointment with no apology for not ever calling us back. Second, we are a non-profit agency that uses a 3rd party to approve and pay for work done to our car. The employee expressed his annoyance at needing to call that 3rd party for both approval and pay. Third, when the work was done, the employee was rude to 2 different people when we asked for an explanation for the work that was done. His initial response to the second person that asked for an explanation was, "I just explained this to 2 other people." To his credit, he did end up doing a thorough explanation to the second person after that statement. The employee did not seem like we were worth his time. I remember his name but I refuse to expose it here as I do not want to smear him in any way. We have been looking for a new service garage for our service needs. Needless to say, we are not returning here. Very disappointed. Maybe the extra time in calling the 3rd party makes us not worth your time but it would have been nice for you to just tell that to us rather than give us the impression that we were being intrusive.

The staff at Auto Park Honda were prompt and helpful. Brian Fabricatore was our salesperson and he was very friendly and patient with us while we tried to find the vehicle we wanted and ultimately ordered a new Pilot. Brian also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process of ordering; always available by phone, text and email. The only reason we are giving a 4 star rating is because we found noticeably sized scratches on 3 of the wheels on the Pilot; it must have happened during production or while installing wheel locks. We contacted Brian less than a week of purchase and he immediately scheduled a service appointment where they took pictures, filed a report and he promised they would make this right...hopefully Honda will follow through. Overall great experience and love the Pilot!

Love Hondas and we have dealt with honda dealerships all over the county. I will not recommend this dealership for service. There is some kind of diconnect between the scheduling dept and service people. This is our second time bringing our vehicle in for service since our purchase. Both instances have been for warranty or recall work. The first time I followed my husband to leave the car and when he got there they said he was not in the system for an appointment. The service person was able to work him in since we chose to leave the car for the day. This time i called on monday and was scheduled for friday at 10:15. Explained to person this was for a big recall and based on honda car needed to stay at least half a day. I would need a loaner if this was the case. She said service person would determine if I rated one when I arrived for the service being done. Arrived for appt on friday and asked about loaner. Then sevrvice person said they only have 15 available each day and it is first come first serve. Of course by 10 in morning they are gone. I live 30 minutes away and needed to pick up a preschool child at 1. He would not have time to get anything done. He said he had a loaner vehicle coming in on saturday and would call me to confirm that it was available for me on Monday. I called him at 5:15 saturday after not hearing from him. Dept. closed at 4 pm and no one was available. Only manager available was sales manager who basically told me he would pass this along to Todd the service manager on Monday. He said so when I call back I could ask for Todd. I explained that I will not be calling back to speak to anyone since they apparently are not worried about setting me up for Mondays appt. He can get my number from his service guy Daniel and pass that along to Todd. In the meantime I will be driving farther and finding a new Honda dealership who cares about my business and service.

Eric was great, easy-going, & generally nice. Glenn was patronizing, pushy, and unreasonable. He was more concerned about the free massages, oil changes, & starbucks & how they were the number 9 dealer in the country than offering a fair price. I got the very clear impression they didn't want to sell me a car.They have a lot of overhead built into their price, know they're the most expensive dealer, and just want to match what another dealer quotes you instead of giving you their best offer. I was willing to overpay on a 2016 Civic EX-T if I could get a respectful (and ideally quick) experience and shared that with them, which was probably dumb in retrospect, but I wanted to be transparent. I wasn't there to get an award for "best haggling" or "cheapest civic," but I knew the appropriate price ranges from Edmunds, TrueCar, KBB, forum research, etc and wanted to not be toyed with more than anything.Glenn quickly decided that wasn't the play, and would "let me walk," even though he had my car keys (awful trade-in value, by the way). I got up to leave and asked three times for Glenn to please get my keys just for him to ignore me and keep talking to Eric. As Glenn went to get my keys, Eric said, under his breath, "that's exactly what you needed to say," regarding me leaving but that was it. I never heard back about a deal and I'm absolutely fine with that. It was an awful experience if you expect to be treated fairly and respectfully. I bought a car from another dealer two days later for a fair price and no patronizing attitudes. If you walk into Autopark without knowing what you want and carefree financing, and want to get massaged in a dealership, you'll have a wonderful time. If you've done even the slightest research, in my experience, they'd rather not deal with you.

My husband and I were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey EX-L. I shopped around online with different local Honda dealerships in the area, and was offered a great price on the Odyssey by Sanford Honda. Since Auto Park was the closest Honda dealership to my home, I decided to test drive the car there and see if they would price match the deal Sanford Honda offered me. I met with salesman, Khaled Elridi. He was very informative and he knew just how to explain all the bells & whistles and safety features on the car. Mr. Elridi was a definite bright spot on my overall experience. Once we sat down to discuss the price, I asked if they would price match or even beat the price Sanford gave me. Glenn Finkel, the sales manager came over to meet with us and gave us this whole spiel on how Auto Park is currently the #9 ranked dealership in the nation and how they sell 250+ cars a month with a million dollar profit. Then he started to belittle Sanford Honda saying they only sell 21 cars a month and that there's no way that they would take such a huge loss when they don't make much profit to begin with. He warned us Sanford Honda would probably hide and add extra fees because the price was too good to be true and there was no way they would let the vehicle out the door at that price. So I asked Mr. Finkel, if Auto Park is the #1 Honda dealership selling 250 + cars a month and make a huge profit why wouldn't they price match Sanford Honda's price? Certainly, the "loss" wouldn't affect them, as he made it clear they take losses on some vehicles but make them up on others to the tune of an overall profit. But he refused to work with our number and told us to go to Sanford Honda because his dealership would not take a $800 loss. He assured us we would drive out to Sanford only to find out that the vehicle would not be sold at that price, find up-charges only to return back to Auto Park and take his offer (which, by the way, already had someone else willing to buy it...you know how it goes).Well the following day, my husband and I went to Sanford Honda and lo and behold purchased the Odyssey EX-L for the same great out of the door price they had offered us... plus they included additional accessories at no extra cost. There was no games or gimmicks with them; we were in & out the door in 90 mins. They did not add any extra hidden fees as Mr. Finkel said they would.If you want a great deal on your next Honda purchase go to SANFORD HONDA...it's a bit further if you live in the city, but it's worth the drive there! Auto Park Honda is a GREEDY dealership! They do not seem to price match or try to negotiate with their customers to try to get them the best price for their budget. My husband is likely getting a new vehicle in the next year and it will NOT be from Auto Park Honda.

He was attentive to all my questions.I thought the process of finalizing the terms of the lease took a little longer than expected, and once I got through talking with the finance people, I ended up with a higher lease amount than I would have preferred. But all told, I was happy with the experience and extremely satisfied with the new Honda Fit that I'm driving now.

I initially met Brian Fabricatore in the showroom and explained I was just there to look and get the feel of the CR-V. He was accommodating and explained the features of the auto and answered my questions. I explained to him I was not ready to test drive as I wanted to check out a couple of other models (Toyota, Ford and Nissan). He was fine with that and did not pressure me in any way. After putting hands on the other options and driving them, I decided the Honda was what I wanted. Going back to Brian, we completed the deal with little "haggling" and I believe I got a adequate deal. He walked me through the intricacies of the various systems and helped me feel comfortable with the new car. He got the car ready and I was able to drive it off the lot the same day. Allen did a great job and then turned us over to Brian Fabricatore. Brian was wondewrful! Bedides being knowledgable about the various vehicles, he was extremely friendly and pleasent to deal with. There was never any pressure to over-buy, or to choose options we did not want or need. Wow! Mr. Khaled Elridi at AutoPark was one of the best (if not THE best) sales consultant I have ever worked with! I have bought many cars over the years and, based on past experience, was expecting the experience to be a long, drawn out process. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Mr. Elridi was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling and, clearly, believes in the quality of his product and the integrity of the dealership. I dropped my vehicle to get a recall service done, at the same time I requested for an annual inspection. Then I got a call saying the inspection didnt pass, because of the catalytic converter issues. Service manager says we have one in stock for $850 and asked if I want get it replaced today??, I was shocked since I had servicing done a couple weeks ago at another place. Next day I took my vehicle to a Jiffy lube and inspection was done without an issue. I was disappointed that service guy tried to rip-off blatantly.

The first time I went, the man who helped me complained and was pissed off the whole time bc his work load was heavy and stopping to help me was inconvenient and someone else should have done it. The next time I came in, one guy kept staring at me and 3 minutes of this he finally asked me if I had been helped, knowing I hadn't. I even had an appointment time to arrive! After service was finished and we got the car home, my husband found two decent sized bolts and nuts on the driver's side floor. Considering that my airbag was being replaced, that makes me extremely nervous and I question that the mechanics have any sort of eye for detail. Which is kind of important in their job field. This wasn't a simple oil change. We are new to the area, leaving behind an incredible Honda dealership in our hometown. We have high expectations and AutoPark fell short in every way! When it comes time to buy a new car, it won't be here. I may have just been a Honda recall service appointment but it was a great time to leave a good impression in order to gain a future customer, they did not.

This is the most honest, caring and committed auto dealership I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. My salesperson Barbara Yarber is knowledgeable and most importantly honest and committed to her customer. I had no problem asking her opinion of various options and feeling very comfortable that her recommendations were in my best interest. Following my auto purchase as I was leaving the dealership parking lot (still in the lot) an individual backed into the side of my brand new car. I was devastated as they towed my car away. After some discussions with the dealership personnel the general manager made the decision to replace the car and the dealership would take responsibility for the crashed brand new car. He was not at all pushy and spent time answering every question we had. When we arrived a few weeks later to purchase, he was unfortunately busy, but left us in the more-than-capable hands of Carly. She was also extremely helpful and had a wonderful personality that made the process enjoyable. Carly was very honest and forthcoming during the price negotiations. Once that was completed, we met with John to discuss Finances. He walked us through each option in thorough detail and was very good at simultaneously entertaining our young children. Although the Pilot we had requested was not on the lot, the Autopark team worked tirelessly to get it from another dealer in only three days time. Initially I thought I would buy a new Camry and I knew if I bought a Honda I would use a different dealership. For convenience we went to Autopark for a test drive. Calvin took his time, showed and demonstrated all of the features of the Accord and accompanied us on a test drive. I went back the next day and drove it again (the first test drive was during rush hour). We ended up buying an Accord from Autopark. While the product sold itself, it was our interactions with Calvin that sold the dealership.He paid a lot of attention to what we wanted, obviously knew the product, and didn't try a pressure sale. He worked with us to honor a price I had gotten from the internet team, explained what dealer options were added to the specific car I got, etc. Others I dealt with at the dealership where as helpful and friendly, but I wouldn't have been there at all if not for Calvin. He was sharp ..listened.. .no nonsense .. fairy tales.. and directly went to pros and cons... of each car. I researched my cars and Mr. Don made me test drive the two cars I had my eyes on. He was very patient with me and showed me how to adjust the seats, the steering wheel before I sat down to test drive. He told me about important features of the car and how to use them. I told him this was my budget and he was kind enough to work with me so I can take the car home with me on the day. He got me a very good deal and I thank you the most memorable and enjoyable car buying experience. I have been to all other dealerships in the triangle and non compare to Mr. Don at Auto Park Honda.

Ronny is not like the typical sales person you are dreading to have to deal with to buy a car. His personality makes it very easy to conduct business. I looked at two automobiles, test drove one and left the dealership to finish my workday. Ronny called a few hours later with the information I requested on both cars. As soon as he did, I made a decision and set up a time the next day to purchase the car. Once I arrived there, it was a very fluid experience. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership but the first one with Ronny. Hopefully he will be there for my next purchase!

I found Mike very upfront and honest about the various options we were considering. He would've done whatever was necessary for customer satisfaction, but wanted to present the best option. We were at the end of the month. The dealership did not have the color we were looking for. We were concerned that with the extra logistics that we might miss out on the Financing deal that was to end in the next day. He was very responsive and patient through the whole process.It was also nice to work through the Internet department for an initial quote and start the process rolling. The purchasing process took a little longer than I liked, but the accommodations were nice with a coffee maker, water, and popcorn snacks.

Last week we started to consider what we might do if our second car, an old-but-reliable 1997 CRV, were to need any major service (our "good" car being an 11-year-old CRV). We did some online research on 2016 CRV options to get an idea of what we could expect to pay. Past experiences with trading well cared for older cars had left us expecting that a dealership might belittle our attempt at a trade-in, but we researched the potential range of value on that 1997 anyway. Having retired to NC several years ago, we asked some friends with Hondas about their experiences locally. Even though Auto Park Honda was a little farther drive for us, it came highly recommended so, armed with our internet research and a really good internet quote from the dealership, we met Jae Kim for a test drive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. He went to bat for us and managed a trade-in that wasn't an insult to that vehicle's long and distinguished service to us. (That was our first Honda and I will always look back on it now as a positive experience from beginning to end.) He listened to a minor concern about the new car that he could have dismissed, but instead he fixed it. All those forms were made basically painless and we drove our new CRV home, just what we wanted. I think that it will be worth the effort to drive the distance for service and give the service department the opportunity to match the sales experience.

My wife and I would highly recommend working with Khaled. No high pressure sales tactics and very informative on the Honda Pilot and CR-V's we were looking at. He also said if we have any questions at all to give him a call. The end of the sale is just the beginning of the relationship. We mentioned we were on the fence with a Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. He encouraged us to go to the Toyota dealer and test drive a Highlander to make our own conclusion. We did try a Highlander and made a trip back to Honda. Ended up going with a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX-L. The Pilot was just too much vehicle for us. Larry is a no BS kinda guy, so if you want to know the truth about your huge, expensive purchase, make sure you have him! I'm a young college student buying a brand new car. I believe I qualify as "easy to take advantage of" so it was a huge stress relief to be sitting across the table from this guy. He's helpful and kind while also being funny and entertaining. He gives you the straightforward truth and gets you the car you want! I spoke with many other dealers throughout the process of buying this car. Everyone was funny and helpful. The facility is clean and accommodating. Bought a car from there 3 years ago and had a great experience. So I referred my mom there to look for a vehicle and couldnt have been more disappointed with the service we received. My mom found a great used vehicle that she was interested in purchasing; however, when we returned two days later to make the purchase the salesman could not have been any more disrespectful. He talked down to us the entire time we were there, told us we had no experience with understanding the price of vehicles, and then began the antics of trying to make my mom feel guilty about not agreeing to the sticker price of the vehicle. As we attempted to negotiate he became very angry and frustrated that we would not simply agree to pay the sticker price resulting in him yelling and pointing his finger at us as if we were children that needed to be scolded. I have made numerous vehicle purchases in my lifetime and have never been treated by anyone the way that he treated us that day. For someone with years of experience under his belt he was completely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

Headed to Auto Park Honda knowing we wanted to take a look at the Honda CRV's to "maybe" at some point very soon trade in my 12 year old vehicle. I can't remember if he found us or we found him as we were walking into the showroom but either way WE GOT LUCKY!! Brian Fabricatore was the most pleasant, regular type guy ever. When searching for a new family car we went to auto park honda and hendrick toyota. We compared the accord to the camry and then realized we wanted a compact SUV instead so we compared the CR-V to the RAV 4. Overall we simply preferred the honda of both options for a few reasons. Auto park offers a few great advantages for new purchases that other dealerships do not. My favorites being the free oil changes and loaner vehicles for the life of the car. Additionally, the customer service provided by James was hands down my favorite encounter with a car salesman ever. He does a great job to help you get what you're looking for without being too pushy (something that I experienced at Hendrick's). I would highly recommend this dealership and James if you are interested in a Honda.

The dealership is modern, open, and inviting. The sales agent, Khaled, was superb! He bent over backwards to get me into the right car to meet my needs and financial limitations. Great place to buy car. Friendly car dealers and great selection of cars. We had never owned a Honda before and Calvin convinced is to try. We looked at another Honda dealership but because of Calvin's friendliness and williness to listen to us we chose to buy here. Also the car was very comfortable. Visibility and sight lines were important to us. I coul see very well out of the back and to sides. We just liked the car overall. We were Toyota owners before but with Calvin's expert help we are now Honda owners.

I came to the Honda dealership in Cary in hopes of finding the right vehicle for my growing family and possibly surprising my wife with a vehicle for Christmas. It was freezing the night I was there, but it didn't stop my sales person, Keith, from showing me around.His knowledge of the vehicles on the lot and genuine desire to help me find the perfect one gave me a sense of comfort that made my decision much easier. I never felt rushed but instead like I was shopping with a friend. I purchased a new Honda Pilot for the wife and family the day before Christmas. Keith Medlin was awesome in giving me the best price in the area just over the phone. He also helped me get a better deal for my trade-in and discounts. The sales experience was at my own pace, and Keith accommodated my group with grandparents and toddlers very well, and we were very happy with the experience. We found a small scratch on the bumper of the first vehicle that Keith brought us, and he worked hard to satisfy us by trying to remove the scratch, but since it cannot be removed, he got us another new van to keep us happy.Johanna Que was helpful and gave us some very good personal finance advice, while we were finalizing the sale through the finance department. Also, she got us a great discount for the car protection and 10 year warranty package. We felt it was a must for a family with toddlers and a car that had so many electronic components.Overall, we would buy from Auto Park Honda, again!

I was searching for a used car the other day and THANKFULLY Eric came by to help me and my fiance out as we were certainly lost as to where to begin. We had already visited a few car dealerships and no one had the deal that we were looking for that fit our budget. Eric very quickly introduced himself and spoke about Honda's leasing specials on the new CR-V's in a way that was easy to understand. We were instantly sold on the deal and test drove the car. He was fabulous! He did not make us feel nervous and was very laid back. I was very pleased with Calvin's demeanor and character throughout the entire process. I made an appointment with the dealership after I found out that my 2004 Odyssey was a subject to another recall. Made an appointment online, brought the car in. It was taken care of quickly. No problems here.What was the problem is that I decided to do a test drive of the new 2016 Accord. After all they have signs "test drive a new Honda today" plastered all over the dealership. Also, I will be buying a new car within a couple of months anyway. And I bought my two last cars from them.So, I asked the receptionist for a test drive. As it was before 9AM, when most of the salespeople show up, I was asked to wait till 9AM. OK, no problem. A bit after 9AM I was called as a salesman (Dennis) was available to test drive with me. I told the guy that I am not planning on buying a car today and gave him specific reasons why. He tried the usual sales speech about how it's the best time to buy a car right now. I did not care and reiterated why I have to wait a couple of months.He then asked what car I would like to drive and started checking the inventory. Then he said, we don't have in the color you want. I reiterated that I am not buying it today anyway, I just want to get a feel of the car. He checked the inventory again, found the one that I should be interested in and got the keys.We went outside to search for a car. Since the salesman had no idea where the car was parked (how they keep a track of their inventory?) we got into a golf cart and embarked on a journey of finding the car. After about 15 minutes in the temperatures below freezing and wind, we finally found the car. However, it was a 2-door car, while I was interested in a 4-door. The salesman apologized and brought me back to the dealership.So, just help me to understand the following:1. If you lose interest in me after I say that I will buy the car, just not today, how do you expect me to come back when I am ready to buy?2. Why you just don't listen what the customer wants?3. Why you don't know where your stuff is?4. Why not to bring the car to the dealership, so the customer won't have to freeze in the cold?Sorry Autopark Honda, but you lost my business. But please feel free to take my complaints seriously and act upon them. It may prevent you losing more customers.

I've been driving a Honda for nearly 20 years, and when it was time for our family to buy a family vehicle - I knew I wanted an Odyssey (even though my father-in-law owns a Ford dealership and would have loved for us to buy one of his SUVs). We drove down from Greensboro after a not so good experience with our local dealership and immediately knew we had made the right choice. When I first got to the dealership, I was able to walk around and look for myself, which is what I wanted. Normally you are greeted time you step out of the car. When I walked in Carly greeted me and asked if I needed help. She took me for a test drive and answered all my questions. She stuck with me the entire process and made sure when I got my car that I knew how to operate all the features. They were very busy that day, so I appreciated Carly taking good care of me. Autopark is a truecar dealership so I didn't have to haggle with the price. Excellent experience overall.

Couldn't of honestly been easier. I walked in with a TrueCar certificate (well from USAA) and the price had already been negotiated. There was no haggling at all and signed a piece of paper and put down a deposit. When it actually came to pick up the car (we got a Pilot) it was extremely easy as well, minus having to sign a bunch of things, not as bad as closing on a house though, haha. Craig made the process incredibly easy and really took price in everything he did and it really showed through with his personal touch.

Jae has always managed to get the model and color I wanted. This past week, I purchased my first Honda Accord, because I wanted more room and slightly better fuel effeciency. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was because like the two Si's before, I needed the Accord in a Manual Transmission which I know in the industry is slightly hard to find. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure to work with/meet, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly genuine. They work hard to get me to where I want to be on payments, expectations, etc. They show patience.I had the pleasure of having the first encounter with Danny Williams via email. He arranged for me to meet with Christopher Kenney upon arriving at the dealership (already filling him in on what the deal was). Christopher was very friendly and just an all around genuine guy. He went over all features and answered every question I had clearly. Finally, as the car was being pulled around, I sat down with Luiji to sign all of my documents. He was very nice, talkative, funny and explained everything I was signing clearly.Finally, Caleb brought my car around, got me a bag to get out stuff from my old car, put on my front license plate and showed me how to sync my phone to the car. THIS is what car buying should be like everywhere! I was shopping the compact SUV segment which is a crowded segment with lots of good choices. When making my pros and cons list to help me decide on which vehicle to purchase, let me tell you that "my experience with Autopark Honda" was an actual line item on my pros list! The Asst. Gen. Manager at this dealership, Mike Icenhour, is a true professional and very customer focused. He made himself available before, during, and after my purchase. You can imagine if that is how it is at the top that it only trickles down from there. My salesperson Chris Perri was a delight to deal with. He respected my wish to communicate via email, didn't bombard me with phone calls or emails, accommodated my numerous requests to come and test drive the vehicle and didn't require too much back and forth to settle on pricing and fair trade in value that was fair for both of us. Also, there were no exorbitant and unnecessary dealer add-ons (something I found commonplace at a lot of other dealerships). There was none of that dreaded "slimy" dealership experience. Well, maybe at the end when they offer you warranties and you have to decide right there and then, wish they would give people time to go home and mull those additional options over, that would be my only negative. They also give you free lifetime oil changes with your purchase (sure that may be a ploy to get you to take your car to them so they can upsell you by finding things wrong with your car, but doesn't AAA and JiffyLube do that AND charge you for the oil change too?) Only time will tell what my experience on the service end of things will be like but hopefully my CR-V will be as reliable as my husband's Ridgeline has been these past 10 years and I won't have to find out. If you're even thinking about a Honda, go here, ask for Chris, it will help make your decision easier.

I had to make the decision to purchase a new car because my current car was out of commission and I was spending too much money each year in its up keep. Before going to Honda I had made my mind up that I was going to be stern and not very nice to the sales people because they typically prey on young women. However, upon meeting Ronny I knew that I would not have to be mean because he was going to give me a great price and take care of me. The 8 collective hours I spent there were highly comical and not taxing at all. I recommend Cary autopark to everyone who is looking for a new car (or a comedy break) because the staff is excellent. Even the manager, Glenn, made me feel well taken care of. Could not have had a better experience!

Although this is a Honda dealer they have several used cars of other makes. Craig Nachsin handled our purchase of a used Mazda. He was very professional and understood our need to find the right used car at a good price. Respectful and without any pressure. This was a great experience for us. I am a loyal Honda owner. The two vehicles that I have chosen to drive have both been Honda's. I went in yesterday (11/15/15) to test drive the CR-V. I dealt with Jada who was very nice. She took me out on the test drive and all went well. I was not in a hurry to buy. I figured if I was able to get a good deal I might be willing to move forward. So we sat down to talk numbers. Jada asked what I wanted to pay. I said $20,000 to 21,000. She asked I was honest knowing I would most likely not get that price. She sent the info to the financial person in the back. He came back with a $1000 mark down. All well and good but it wasn't enough to sell me. So she said let me go get him... That's when everything went down hill. I can't remember his name but he was a younger male with braces. The first thing he did was shake my boyfriends hand before my own even though it was clear I was the one purchasing the car. I would have let that go if he was a pleasant individual but he was cocky and rude with everything he said. Had he simply said we can't give that car to you for that price but here is what we can do that would have been fine. He started by lecturing me about what a Honda was... I know what a Honda is I've owned Honda's for the past 12 years. Then he said if I was shopping for a Lexus that a $7000 discount would be considered a reasonable offer but I Honda wasn't worth that (yes he badmouthed the car) So at that point I said ok well the price point you have is too much for me to pay I'll have to rethink things. He then said well maybe you should look at something you can afford, but this won't be in your price point. I took offense to this. Again had he simply said we can't sell this car at this price and tried to work with me for a better deal then what they currently were offering they might have had a sell. But he continued to lecture me and was condescending in everything he said. Without using the word he basically was saying I was ridiculous. What he didn't know was I had $23,000 to be used toward the car of my choice. I left the dealership extremely upset! I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person! I slept on this situation thinking maybe I am over reacting, but I woke up still steaming over the way I was treated there. I purchased my last car from Auto park Honda in 2011 and I don't think I will ever go back, because no one should be made to feel how I felt when I left that showroom. I will make sure others know about my experience yesterday. ***Update***I spoke w/ Carl Salyer who is part of the management team. He called and apologized for what happened. He asked that I give the dealership a second chance. I appreciated his phone call and said I would put this update on this site so others know that he tried to rectify the situation.

My experience did not start well, but Brent Mikell saved it turning a 1 rating to a 4.5. The first salesperson I dealt with did not search the inventory correctly and the car I wanted the first day went to see the dealer, and was told is not on the lot, was sold later in the day after I left. I found this out the next day when searched the inventory online and found the car I wanted. Unfortunately, it was sold at the end of the previous day and the inventory was not updated Saturday night. But I went back and worked with Brent Mikell he got me in a car that I liked just as much as the one I originally wanted. He got me features that I did not think I would pay more for, but the added cost for the next trim up was well worth those options and I have found those options invaluable now that I own the car. Thanks Brent. Vinnie Ferrone processed the paperwork and he was very easy to work with even though I did not want add ons offered (no pressure to buy).Thanks Vinnie. I just wish I had more time to consider the increased interest rate as a result of the extended term adding on the Gap Insurance and keeping the payment the same. Just a tip for anyone else, please consider. Not a slight of Brent or Vinnie though. Great guys to work with!!!

I had a great car buying experience at Auto Park Honda in Cary. Barbara Yarber made the whole car-buying process easy and painless. There was no hassle or price haggling and not once was I ever pressured or rushed into buying a car. Barbara made the whole process stress-free and worry-free. She got me a good deal on a used 2014 Honda Civic. Given my current situation (was in a car accident that totaled my car), I needed a new car fairly quickly, but not once did I ever feel rushed into buying something here. I came to Auto Park at 8:30 am and was in my car ready to go by lunch time. Some other perks of this dealership:-I was able to get a better interest rate by financing through Auto Park Honda rather than with my credit union.-Barbara and other staff will help you return your rental car. In my case, I was rear-ended by another driver who's insurance was paying for my rental. Barbara let me drop the rental car off at Enterprise and she even picked me up and took me back to my new car at the Honda dealership.-Barbara offered advice on my car purchase and treated me like a family member rather than just another sale.-Free Starbucks Coffee and popcorn is always nice too! :)Thank you Auto Park Honda and Barbara and Vinnie for making my car-buying process the best possible.

I moved to Cary 2 years ago and have dealt with Honda dealerships in many states but this one is by far the best. My wife and I went into Autopark only to explore a deal that was advertised through a mailer that we got. We had bought our last car at Autopark 2 years ago and the mailer was advertising a special trade-in offer. Calvin greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and from there took care of us every step up of the way. He worked out an amazing deal on our trade-in (better than advertised) that got us a brand new car for actually less money per month than we were originally paying. Calvin admitted that he was new but that didn't stop him from his focus to make sure we had all our questions answered, had a clear understanding on each step of the process, and that our needs were being taken care of. It was also clear that he was trying hard to not just meet our needs but actually get to know us on a more genuine level. The whole staff at Autopark is great and in a couple years when we are looking at trading our car in again Calvin and Autopark will be sure to see us again!

From the moment we walked in and our consultant greeted us the experience was very enjoyable. No pressure and no "typical" Car sales gimmicks and games. No one enjoys going car shopping because of years of bad auto dealer reputations. In my opinion this dealership and staff has taken away that worry and fear and they treated me and my family very well. Caleb took me, my wife, and kids around in a golf cart to view inventory that was far away. The kids really enjoyed the ride. Negotiating and working out the deal we wanted was easy and low pressure. Glenn was very respectful and understood what we needed and made every effort to accommodate us. Johanna Que was the best Finance person I have ever dealt with and that includes my time actually working within a dealership environment. She understood what we wanted and didn't and explained all our options thoroughly and quickly. Once we made a decision she didn't get upset or pushy like most other dealership finance managers do. She was a pleasure to work with. In addition to the staff the showroom and facilities were very updated, clean, and even decorated for the holiday. The kids waiting area was great bonus, our kids enjoyed playing there, eating popcorn, making a mess (sorry), and making new friend who where also purchasing a Honda Odyssey like us. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I can't speak for any of the other salespeople, but Caleb Elks was great.

I have never had good experience with dealerships around Apex NC but since it was closer to where i live, decided to give this dealership a chance. First i had an approval from Capital one already so i pretty much knew what was my monthly payment and APR when i went to the dealership and picked the car which by the way it was not the color i wanted but gave me ok deal i decided to move forward after numerous emails back and forth with the salesmen i finally went in to make the purchase. They brought the approval from the bank and told me the APR was higher than what i told them, the salesmen kept insisting that i was wrong and that my letter was just a pre approval while i was there i called the bank and they confirmed the same information i had. So i told the salesmen and kept saying that it was just a preaproval and that i needed to bring a blank check. After a while i got frustrated and i could see the same from the salesmen, he kept asking me for additional paperwork while i kept telling them that the papet i had was all they needed. So after almost 2 hours i left frustrated when i was driving i got a text from the salesmen saying they had got a fax from the bank saying that the APR i was quoted was correct. So after spendig 2 hours in there trying to tell them how the bank worked i was upset. So after i reply with a few questionscould you reduce the price of the car? NoSince the color is not on stock could you give me an option for the same price? NoSo after spending much time telling them that i was correct on the information i got. I didnt get an apology or something to work a deal. It seems that at the end they just dont want to earn my business.

Just purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from the dealership. One of my best car purchase experiences ever thanks in large part to Caleb in sales. I have walked away other dealerships not because of price but because I did not feel like I was being treated as a customer. It's important for the dealership to listen to the customer, their questions, and requests rather that trying to drive and dictate the purchase experience Also the sales manager was not directly involved. In my experience once a sales manager directly injects themselves into the purchase process I am generally ready to walk. This dealership treated me as a customer and offered a very fair price for the car.

I was driving an Audi A4 2.0T that I absolutely loved, but was 10 years old, and due to be replaced. Between my wife and I, we've owned a number of Honda's including Accord, Civic, Prelude, Odyssey and Accura, and have always known them to be great reliable cars. I narrowed my purchase to an Accord, and confirmed pricing. My dealer (Jae) was very fair and competitive in his pricing. With the free oil changes, I'm confident I received the best deal anywhere in the area. In pricing my Audi, I realize I could have asked for more if selling it outright, but as a trade-in, Jae gave me a very fair price that I was happy to accept. We signed the deal, and with dealer incentives from Honda (and Luigi), I also went for the extended warranty. I thought it would be really difficult to part with my Audi, but my new Accord is fantastic, and the staff at Auto Park could not have made the purchase any easier.

I found a 2010 Civic on line and went to look at it and had a pre-approved check from the Credit Union . Long story short while filling out paperwork the Salesman told me we had a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty and that sold me . Well it didn't have it but had 30 days or 1,000 miles warranty . I showed the Salesman the bank check and he said everything was good . When I handed in check they told me the bank had done something wrong after being there for 4 hrs. and couldn't take check . So we left without car a three hour drive with a daughter that tried not to cry . We did go back later to get car and now we have not got plates and was told today 3 weeks later they will send paperwork in next week but if I get pulled by police just tell them they are on the way and gave me her phone number if they give me a problem . This is my first dealing with a large dealership and I must say I was disappointed .

To make a long story short I purchased a 2005 Odyssey and it has 197,000 miles on it now and has been experiencing problems since October of 2014. We have been through a series of issues but on Aug 29th 2015...the plan was just to bring the van in for service. After all "I LOVE my ODYSSEY". After my husband and I left the van, we began walking around the parking lot at the dealership looking at various vehicles, both new and used. Well, before I knew it we were test driving a CR-V EX which was the perfect color and only had 3300 ish miles on it on the used car lot. By the end of the day, we were the new owners of a CR-V. I know I will grow to love this vehicle as much as my Odyssey....but it gets even better. My Odyssey is now fixed and I still have it...it is just running like new again. Thank you for the excellent service on the Odyssey, Eldwin and Thank you for your patience in making the sale, Khaled. Now I can say, I love my HONDAs!

We went to Auto Park Honda in Cary and met with Khaled - GREAT guy! He was very helpful and knowledgable and helped us through the step by step process there. We did much research before we walked in, and we feel we were able to get the best price on our new purchase for a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with NAVI. We also had a trade-in and he brought in Glenn who rose to our challenge for a reasonable offer for our trade as well! Then our experience with their finance representative Luigi was refreshing to say the least. We feel he found us the best possible rate. Our over all experience was a good one. And for our next purchase we will go back to Khaled who walked us through the whole process with ease and a much needed sense of humor in tense negotiations. Thank you!

After thinking several months about trading in my 2004 Honda Accord for a late model used car I went to see the Sales Manager Glen Finkel who had sold 3 other Honda cars to me in the past. In speaking with Glen he explained how it would be beneficial to consider a new 2015 model instead of buying a a 2013 used car but I still had some reservations. He introduced me to one of his sales associates Craig Nachsin who showed a couple of Accords to me and explained the latest and greatest features that I would be missing out on by not purchasing new. He was very thorough, very sincere and friendly, and not pushy. He went over the financing options with me, reviewed the trade in amount and we came to an agreement that I felt was a great price.Buying a car is not usually a pleasant experience but I would say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend doing business with Craig and Glen as they are honest, sincere and more importantly trustworthy.

I bought an Accord Coupe from Jae Kim at this dealership. All in all I was satisfied with the experience. Mr. Kim answered all of my questions, did a walkthrough over both the financial documents and the car-specific basics. Did not try to pressure me into a purchase. Was able to contrast the differences between the Accord and the Civic SI that I bought from the same dealer earlier in the year. Did not try to upsell. I got the car for $500 less than my offering price which was a nice surprise.

Jae Kim spent nearly all of Saturday morning helping us test drive and compare the EX-L and Sport models and giving us the information we needed to make a decision. You expect a salesman to be personable but its rare to find one so patient and wonderfully low pressure. We highly recommend calling Jae if you are looking for a new car.

My very old second car had gotten where I didn't trust it, so I was looking for a replacement. I already have a 2010 Odyssey with 157,000 miles still running great, so I stopped in at AutoPark Honda on a Friday afternoon. I told Mark Williams what I was looking for, and we toured the lot, finding three that met my need. I bought a 2012 Civic EX on the spot on Friday, and told him I'd settle on Monday, Monday afternoon Mr. Williams came to the house to pick me up and return to the dealership. The car was spotless inside, spit-shined like new, and it took less than an hour to complete all paper work and drive it off. Mr. Williams could not have made the transaction any more efficient than it was. And I am still extremely well-pleased with the vehicle.

I recently purchased a brand new Civic Si from Auto park Honda. I was looking for a certified pre-owned Civic Si, but they are very hard to come by and get sold very quick. I went to the dealer to test drive a 2012 CPO Civic I saw on the website. Unfortunate for me, the car had sold. With the help of my salesman John Escano, I decided to look at and test drive some new models. When He informed me the pricing deals going on, and the test drive I had, I was sold on the new model. This is my 3rd Honda vehicle and second in 4 years from AutoPark Honda. My salesman was very polite, helpful, and straightforward. I go the fun car I wanted at a good price.

I had been to another Honda Dealership in the area and was not happy with the way that I was treated. They didn't want to take the time to show me the cars that I was interested in or take me on a test drive because I was not prepared to buy that day. Ferrante, on the other hand, took time to go over all the different features of the car, explain them to me multiple times if needed, and was not the least bit pushy. He went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted! Everyone at Auto Park Honda were just as nice and easy to work with! I spoke with and emailed back and forth with the internet department first. That is where I had a fabulous time talking to Danielle Henderson, who was patient, extremely helpful, and funny! Auto Park Honda staff are truly exceptional at what they do. I walked into the dealership with a plan in my mind but a lot of doubt and confusion but as soon as I met Barbara, she was able to put provide me with a new perspective of options that were actually VERY affordable and appropriate for my situation. I was very pleased and grateful with the way Barbara and her team worked diligently for hours to provide me with a deal that would work for me. Although I was at the dealership for more than a couple of hours, the time was WELL WORTH IT and truly well spent. I did not expect to walk out with a 2015 Accord and to be paying less than I paid for my 2004 Accord. This experience has made my life so much easier. Our visit to Auto Park Honda went very well. Facility was outstanding. Our first color choice was not available but we had several other color options. Our sales person was Ferrante Campbell.He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He spent time explaining all the updates to the 2015 Odyssey. Once we purchased the vehicle he walked us through setting up our phones and explained other features. Ferrante also went out of his way to help us after the purchase was made and we had returned home.
