Online only purchase, bought from out of state. Communication was excellent, until I purchased the car. Following transfer of funds, the car arrived without any notice (despite me reaching out several times to confirm delivery). I received a text from a strange number stating they had my car and would arrive shortly. Car arrived in good shape, although missing a plastic piece of the mirror (after I reached out, the dealership offered to reimburse me for this part). I took the car in for a look through since I wasn't local. A few servicing items were needed after only driving the vehicle 400 miles. Auto Park refused to reimburse me for the items, stating that the dealership "was trying to make money off of me". In retrospect, they told me I should have reviewed the Carfax for servicing details. Love the car, disappointed with the service. Given communication challenges, I would hesitate to recommend purchasing from this dealership out of state.

Buying process is excellent and Customer care is outstanding... To be considered when you want a top quality car and when you want to be considered as a CUSTOMER! Every person I talked to seemed genuinely interested in getting me in the right car for the right price. This was my first car-buying experience, so I appreciated how patient everyone was with me when I asked my many, many questions or clarification. No one ever talked down to me, and they seemed to work hard to make sure I fully understood everything. They was so helpful and so easy to communicate with.

Fast, smooth and easy. Looked at the vehicle I wanted to see and within an hour drove away with it. A small repair was needed and it was taken care of in a matter of 5 minutes. I'll continue to chek out inventory at this dealership should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I found the exact used Porsche I had been looking for and completed a purchase from out of state in just a few days. Andrew was terrific in ensuring that I was happy and satisfied with all the information I needed. My "new" Cayenne came off the transport truck looking as exactly beautiful as I was told it would be. Called ahead to make sure car was still available and let them know I would be driving 2 hrs. To look at car. Got there and no one was to be found. When a man finally came out he was not friendly didn't shake hand ask names or really great us. Went next door to see the car which was inside a strange unit. The battery was dead tire was flat. Told us you had the car a few weeks and replaced battery yet carfax shows they have had car for months. Side window wouldn't roll up and had tons of dents near indie and door from being repoed. Worse experience ever. Will never go back again!!!!

No pressure, no games, no hassle. I don't write online reviews, but I felt compelled to write this. I had visited several dealerships prior to Auto Park, but couldn't find what I needed. I didn't really expect that Auto Park would be my last stop, but I was pleasantly surprised, and I ended up buying the car I came to see. They genuinely seemed to be as interested in providing good service, as they were in making a sale. Also, they went out of their way to work around my schedule. I got a good car at a fair price, and overall I was pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Drove 600 miles round trip to see a Camry for sale. Told them I was coming the next morning. I show up and was told the car is gone being looked at by someone else 10 minutes ago. I wait 1.5hrs to see if I can at least look at it and was told it was Sold. Was it ever for sale? I would not do business with these guys. Doesn't seem they have good business ethics. You decide.
