At first, i felt like i was getting the run around on which car i could get. later, i found out that they were short staff and just doing the best they could. after being sold on a car they told me i would qualify for, they then told me that i didn't. i believe that they sold the car and just weren't up front with me. when i showed up upset to the dealer the second time they were very helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me. i am so happy with my purchase, the price, the speediness; they even helped me find affordable insurance. i am so excited to drive off in my new suv.

It was a fun time. Ricky was the man and allowed me and my wife to get the car of her dreams. On top of everything the most impressive part of this experience is the fact that they did allof this during the worst storm of the year. They didnt allow the rain to damper getting a new car. I have been looking for a car for about 4 months. Everyone that I have talked to and explained my credit to mostly gave me an I don't know if we can response. Which didn't make me feel comfortable. I stood outside on the lot and gave Ricky a overview of my credit and his response was, "Let's go ahead and do the paperwork and see what we can get done" Ricky has a great "can do" personality. I've been driving past Auto Plaza for years and have always admired the quality of vehicles on this smaller lot. I came in today to inquire on a vehicle I'd seen online and to also see how we could raise my husband's credit score in the process. Victor, in the finance dept., was extremely helpful, sincere, and even gave us tips to help work on it outside of a car-buying experience. Our sales rep., Ricky, was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! A family-man, personable, and kind, he made me (a female) feel like an equal while shopping without my husband (minded, I have over 20 years in Motorsports - But HE didn't know that). Tony was the best sales man I have ever dealt with. I will most definately recommend people to buy a car here! All the cars are very nice! The people here at Auto Plaza are very helpful and friendly and will definately try hard to get you into the vehicle you want!!! :)

Normally dont do this but this place deserves it! I am one of the not so good credit folks. I went in expecting to have a high down payment and not so nice car. Well I was wrong the down payment was waaay less than I expected as well as my car payment and I got the car of my choice too! They are friendly there and provide great servcie in finding you a vehicle. I would reccomend to anyone and i WILL be getting my next vehicle from there. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

PURCHASING A CAR AT AUTO PLAZA WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE SALES PEOPLE (TONY, JOSE AND VICTOR) WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY MADE MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE FUN AND MEMORABLE. JOSE MADE ME FEEL WECOME AND ASSURED ME THAT MY BUSINESS WAS IMPORTANT AND TONY FOUND A GREAT VEHICLE FOR ME THAT MEETS MY NEEDS PERFECTLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AUTO PLAZA. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Auto plaza is not like other dealers where they don't care... Victor and his staff value their customers. My dad and I have been going Auto Plaza for years. My dad bought me my first car there when I was 16 never had complaints on referrals don't waste your time at those other dealers where they don't see you as your name but your Credit! over all it was a very good expierence. customer service was outstanding tony did a wonderful job. just wish there wasnt any mistakes in my paperwork, we spent a total of almost 4 hours getting the car. fair price but no facepate for the radio.

My Husband and I have been looking for and Automobile and decided to stop at Auto Plaza.we were approched by Tony. I could tell after a few minutes that he had been in the Business a while, and was concerned about Fitting you into the right Vehicle for your budget.Althouhg we have to wait a cople of more weeks to purchase.....but it will be at Auto Plaza, and I will make sure that Tony and Victor is their ...What a a Team!!!!

There are so many words to say but how do you put them on paper when you have such a FANTASTIC buying experience!!!! I had feared it would be like going to the dentist and having teeth pulled but after working with Tony and Victor that was not the case. I would like to thank Tony and Victor for their patience and knowledge. I completed my application on line, went in and drove home my new van! I have already posted one account but feel that I did not say enough to give my experience justice - I will tell all of my family, friends, coworkers, etc about Auto Plaza.
