Great experience at Auto Plaza of Gainesville. Our previous car was stolen and totaled, which meant that we were looking for a replacement during the pandemic. After searching used car lots and online sites for a suitable car, we finally found a car at Auto Plaza of Gainesville. Every vehicle on the lot was in good condition for a used car; the Car Fax was there on the website, with full service records. There was no pressure from Aria to purchase or finalize a deal. We finally settled on a vehicle and he was able to handle the DMV tag/registration from his office. Fair deal, all the paperwork was handled in an efficient manner. It was a pleasure working with Aria, the owner.

I have a good friend that bought a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealership. She is a single mother and bought the car for her daughters first vehicle. After 700 miles the transmission went out on the vehicle. This dealership says that’s it’s her problem and they’re not going to help fix it. She saved her money paid outright for the vehicle and has gotten the short end of the stick. Dealers like this should be ashamed of themselves. Don’t do business with shady people. I will never refer anyone to this place.

Honestly the best prices in town. We looked for weeks talked to tons of sales people and these guys are hand down the best.
