We were out of state buyers and Doug Lucas made the sale so smooth. I was given so many pictures of the vehicle that I had nothing not shown. I knew exactly what I was coming to get before I made the trip. I had some random questions on some things and his answers were supported by more pictures of the areas in question. They made the trip from Arkansas to their easy to find location so simple. Once there, it was so smooth and fast and we were on our way home. I LOVE my new Toyota Sequoia. Thank you all so much.

Amazing place and even better staff! I went to many dealerships and as a younger person nobody wanted to take me serious, they thought i was just a kid messing around. The boss man over at auto showcase took me serious from the minute we started talking and he was just an all around amazing guy and very professional! If you are looking for a very reliable vehicle and want some trustworthy people when buying, i Highly advise to go check out doug’s lot. I would definitely do business with them again, I've never had a better car buying experience.

Doug Lucas made purchasing a vehicle hassle free and enjoyable once again. We came to an agree over the phone which we have never experienced before anywhere else. They are usually closed on Sunday but he made himself available on his day off, which we greatly appreciated very much! No hidden fees, everything upfront no surprises. Doug had all the paper work ready when we arrived so we could get back on the road in less then an hours time. The Truck was everything he said it was and just what we have been looking for!. I dealt with a great salesman Doug L. and although I was nervous to buy a vehicle online without looking at it in person, I couldn't have had a better experience. #tbss

Was/is interested in a PT cruiser convert but am shying away due to the distance and shipping from Tulsa. Forget salespersons name but appeared very sincere and knowledgeable over the phone. I would like to talk to the SAME salesperson again if the PT is still avail. He expressed he knew the person who traded it in etc. A school teacher??? Sounds like a tale but maybe not.

I bought a used Cadillac from this dealer and there was some minor damage to the bottom of the drivers side door that wasn't disclosed. The previous owner must have opened the door into a high curb and then got in the car, which ultimately bent the fender as well; so the door doesn't line up well with the front fender. I didn't notice it until I drove the car all the way home to Dallas. It will cost me $750 to fix it. Had I known about the damage I would have negotiated a lower price to compensate for it. When I called the salesman about it, he made it out like the damage wasn't there when I bought the car, which is an outright lie. It is my own fault for not noticing this damage but beware of this dealers deceptive sales practices.

Bought a 2005 silver corvette Saturday May 3 2014, Amazing experience. Unbelievable service, manners and made us feel like a King and Queen. Norm was fantastic.
