I had the initial impression that Nick and Frank were courteous, professional, and had "no BS." When purchasing a car, I asked Frank for a written agreement about a repair that was owed to me. He was initially reluctant to sign it because he said I needed to trust him, but he eventually signed it. He said he ordered the part which should arrive in several days. Despite my follow-ups via three phone calls over the past 30 days, the repair has not been performed. I keep getting the run-around from Nick who says "Let me talk to Frank," and "If we say we'll do it, we'll do it," and "I don't know when." The written agreement states it expired after 30 days, and now I'm left without the repair. It's not personal; it's business. I'm willing to revise this review if they make it right.

Although I ended up not purchasing a car here, I feel that the customer service was phenomenal. I was helped by Nick who was really nice and made me feel comfortable through the car shopping experience. He answered a lot of my questions and was helpful in every way. They have a nice selection of used cars at decent prices. I highly recommend them and be sure to ask for Nick.

Great dealership to work with. Nick and GM were honest and straight forward with me from the beginning. I am usually very nervous about buying a car but they made me feel comfortable and did not try and talk circles around me. The GM even had the mechanic put 4 new tires on the SUV because a couple of tires were low when we tested drove the SUV. I would and have recommended you guys to friends and family. Thank you

Great auto detailing especially when compared to other dealerships. Awesome customer service. Bought 2 vehicles from here, once in 2016 and recently this month. Second vehicle has a bit more maintenance/repair that needs to be done, but overall it’s a good vehicle.
