Purchased a 2000 Toyota Avalon from here. Over all decent deal considering what I paid. Check engine light came on after a few days, replaced the front CV joint, rear wheel bearings, front end alignment, windshield leaked and had to replace the headliner due to mold. Over all invested $2k after I drove it off the lot. I deviated form my normal go to used car dealer and do regret it somewhat. Go see Ilya at Avin Enterprises on Florida Ave for better deals.

Bought a Honda Civic from this dealer today. Looked nice, mileage was okay. After driving for 5 miles on the way home, car just broke down. Wouldn't even start back up. Had to pay for a tow truck and deal with the headache of getting my money back. After all this, the guy has the nerve to ask if i wanted a different car on his lot. This was a terrible experience that took up the majority of my day and i ended up paying for a tow on a car that i don't have. I should have known when i had to ask about for my change 3 times that this wasn't a good idea. Don't waste your time.

I usually do not buy my cars from a dealer. I like to buy private sell because I always had better experience that way but this auto place changed my mind. I bought an awesome car at a reasonable price and even though its used I feel like she is brand new. Mike was very kind and honest. I asked him about a car on his lot I really wanted and he truthfully told me it might have a few problems instead of saying its perfect go ahead and buy it. I thank him for his honesty and I am very pleased with the car I purchased. He also gave me the carfax history on my car without me asking for it.

They didn't allow a test drive. Advertise trade in but weaseled out of it. Full price, no negotiations. Hacks! I could write a book about them.. save yourself a headache, find another dealer. You will thank me
