I had been looking for a used Honda Pilot and found one that cost a little more than I wanted to spend at another dealer. Then I found the ad for one at Auto Time. I called up Bill and he told me all about the Pilot they had. It was in my price range, so I went to see it. The other cars on the lot looked really nice as I pulled up. When I saw the Pilot, it was no exception. We went for a quick test drive that included in town and on the Interstate conditions. We quickly made a deal and began looking at financing options. Bill hooked me up within minutes with a good rate based on my credit score. I drove away with my new-to-me Pilot in well under a couple of hours time total. I knew what I was looking for and Auto Time had it.

Live in denver and had to replace my 03 avalanche that was totaled when rear ended. Searched local area then regional then national for specific model.... an 09 or 10 avalanche low miles with certain options. Auto time turned out to have the vehicle i wanted. They were knowledgeable about the avalanche and options and were low key in the sales process. They were very competitive and fair in the pricing, helped me with all the paperwork and even came up with better financing than what i already had approved from denver. Erik picked me up at the airport, was patient and showed me all the gadgets on the truck and then test drive, we got the papers signed and then the auto time team helped me find my hotel. It was a great experience and they are extremely professional and courteous. When at their lot i noticed their entire inventory were exceptional low mileage vehicles; they know how to buy great vehicles as an overall business practice which gave me confidence in the truck i was traveling 500 miles sight unseen to drive back to denver! Bottom line, these guys are car professionals and i would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in search of my first family SUV, I have been using the cars.com app and the website, looking for a clean and low mileage vehicle. I stopped at a few dealerships and had been extremely disappointed with how the dealerships portrayed vehicles to be nicer than they really were. I came across a Ford Escape and went into Auto Time to check it out. Bill was the man who assisted me in checking the car out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have walked out on 3 different dealerships recently because the salesman knew nothing about the car or how to interact with me, but Bill was on point. I had an excellent experience and will be recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a really nice, CLEAN used vehicle.

I had to purchase a vehicle as mine was destroyed in an accident. All of the staff at Auto Time were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They called me the next day with an approved loan and stated since the interest rate was a little high due to miles, they were going to try a few other places to get me a lower rate. When I arrived to sign the paper work, they had already found another credit union to issue the loan at a much lower interest rate and payment then previously discussed. I will definitely return when in need of an automobile and I will recommend them to others.

I had been scouring the Internet and lots for months looking for the right truck for me. In this process, I came across just the right vehicle in an ad from Autotime on Autotrader. I showed up at 9:30 and was driving off in the Tacoma I'd been searching for by 10:30. No haggle, no hassle, great price and a pleasure to work with. The financing they were able to get for me was so unbelievable that i decided not to pay cash as I'd intended. Wes was a genuine guy - no BS, no pressure, no big promises or hard sales. For my next car Autotime will be my first stop.

I was always leery of going to a "small lot" car dealer, but I will never go anywhere else for my future car purchases! The customer service was amazing, no high pressure sales. They gave us plenty of space to look around and ultimately find what we were looking for. I was in and out once we selected our SUV. In the past I have spent over 6 hours trying to purchase a car from those well known hugh car lots.... never again. I forgot something in my previous car and they called to let me know immediately. They sell quality cars at the right price. Auto Time made my car buying experience quick and easy.

We drove up to Omaha from Topeka to look at a 2005 Suburban that I thought I might want. Bill was super awesome to work with and let us spend a lot of time with the vehicle looking it over from front to back. I didn't feel pressured or hurried in the least, even though I know we interrupted his lunch, for which I am truly sorry. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in their ad and they were very open and forthcoming with all information we asked for. They were even willing to give us one heck of a deal, but, unfortunately, in the end, I decided I really didn't want all the "bells and whistles" that I thought I had wanted - one of the reasons we made the drive. I would definitely drive up there again to buy a vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone who asked! Thanks again guys and sorry to have wasted your time in the long run!

The Auto Time folks were laid back, but professional at the same time. The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to find me the right vehicle quickly and efficiently. Loved it, No game playing. Test drove the car and was leaving in less than an hour. We worked with Wes, we made the deal, he arranged finacing and we were out of there!! Had an issue with the vehicle took it back and it was fixed promtly. Wes even came in on Sunday so we could leave the car for the repair. Would highly recommend them.

Along with staying late on a Saturday night so I could test drive the vehicle, they also offered to come in on Sunday if I needed help. They were very accommodating and polite. I bought a Saturn Ion for my daughters 16th birthday last weekend. I dealt with Wes at the dealership. He was great! We made a deal, I picked up my loan papers and check from my bank, he had the paperwork ready to go when I got there. I bought my last few cars from big dealerships, and It is always such a huge hassle. You have to play their game, and it is so much work to walk away feeling like you got a good deal. This is not how the guys at Autotime operate. I had been shopping around for a while and I knew exactly what I wanted and what a good deal looked like. They had exact;y what I was looking for, and gave me a terrific price without any hassle at all. Shortly after purchasing my new vehicle, it had developed a small mechanical issue. I talked to Duane about it and he insisted I bring it in and let them take care of it. Both Duane and Dan made it clear that it is standard business practice to do the right thing. I brought the vehicle in the next day and they kept their word. Everything was fixed and I was on my way. My experience with Duane and the guys at Autotime was great and so unexpected. I have been recommending Autotime to all my friends and family. As long as I live in Omaha, I'll be buying all my cars from these guys.

Duane greeted us within a minute of arrival. Duane as well as the owner was very friendly using great integrity. All we did was drive the vehicle & they did the rest. Duane went above and beyond the sale, making sure that we were very satisfied with the purchase & even coached my daughter the do's and don'ts of maintaining her vehicle.

When shopping for a used Suburban, I was nervous, since my dealership experiences have always left a bad taste in my mouth. Duane was very helpful and answered all of our questions, but gave the time to check things out on my own as well. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and we are very pleased with the buying experience. No hassle, no haggle, no worries about the truck that I brought home. I drove over 170 miles to get buy the vehicle and I'd do it again. Not your typical "big city" used car dealer.

Not real high pressure sales. We have bought from here before (2009) and this was the second car we purchased. We looked seriously at two cars this time. The first car had old brakes. They said they would have the brakes done and did not raise the price. We opted for another car from them, not because of the brakes, but we felt the second choice was better.

My wife's car was past it's last repair and we needed to replace it. After some internet research for types and prices that were in the budget we went to check out a car from Autotime. Dwight was very friendly and provided the perfect buying experience. The car I purchased was spot on for pricing, very well maintained, and only had one service issue that Dwight took car of on Autotime's dime, no charge to me. Been driving it for two months and it has proved to be a great purchase! I'd highly recommend looking at their inventory or even just letting them know what you are looking for because I'm sure they could make it happen. I plan on replacing my car in five years and plan on going back to Autotime for my car search.

I wanted a used pickup but had been finding the prices were higher than I had hoped. I'd been on another lot and was discouraged by the price versus quality that I had seen. As I was driving unsure where to go next, I happened upon AutoTime. I thought it might be just another typical small dealership with little to offer, but I stopped for a quick look anyway. I met Dan(owner) on my first visit and was impressed with his friendly, laid-back demeanor. He showed me what he had on the lot, but told me another truck was expected to arrive later in the day. I received a phone call when it came in and I returned with my wife for a look and test drive. At that time, Dan introduced me to Duane and Duane showed me an exceptionally clean, well-maintained, one-owner GMC Sierra that impressed me. Duane patiently answered questions from my wife and I. His vehicle knowledge as well as his outstanding customer service & people skills helped me feel at ease. I felt no sense of sales pressure. His integrity was evident as we talked about what to be aware of regarding the vehicle. His warmth and sincerity impressed me as being genuine. He also helped us get very good financing terms. The next day, after I'd bought the vehicle, I returned and he personally attended to some small details that had been overlooked. Rather than merely giving me some bulbs and telling me to replace them myself, Duane fixed them himself. In my opinion, he went the extra mile with me and won my respect. I will be back to AutoTime next time I need another vehicle.

I bought my 2010 Malibu from Wes last September and I have been so pleased with this car. The salesmen at Autotime are a delight to work with and are willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. I have told many of my friends and family members to check Autotime. I previously had bad experiences with big dealerships and I thought all salesman were jerks until I came to Autotime. I had been looking for an Escalade for a few months when I stumbled across a smaller local dealership here in town; Auto Time. From minute one I was treated fantastic by everyone there especially Duane & Dan. I drove the car and loved it but with no surprises there being that it's an Escalade but what really blew me away was the fact that it looked as if it were given a once over with a fine tooth comb. Clean and I mean CLEAN. Everything, interior, exterior, engine, undercarriage the whole nine yards and brand new tires on top of it all saving me hundreds. I bought with confidence and decided to take it to a good friend of mine who runs a local Firestone Auto Shop just for peace of mind and to get a professional opinion. He gave it a look and said it was very impressive and after finding out who I bought it from he said he was not surprised it looked so good. Saying that Auto Times owner (Dan) and dealership is notorious for selling high quality cars and standing behind them, so that obviously made me feel that much better about my purchase. So I'd just like to take the time to say Thank You to Duane, Dan and the rest of the Auto Time crew, my hat's off to you. The reason I really enjoyed this place was because they didn't sugar coat anything - they explained everything up front and didn't try to over sell their vehicles. They were also very negotiable on the price and were able to work with you in that way. Duane, the gentleman who help me, was very informative and overall just a very easy process. They know good cars when they see them and try to sell you what you want and will help you out in every which way. Also, the wight distribution on my car was off and they immediately sent it in to have their guys fix it with no cost! They are very reliable in that aspect - looking out for their customers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I had stopped in to Auto Time, in addition to other dealerships the same day, and found a vehicle that we really wanted. Upon first arrival, we were approached by Duane "Chalky" White. Duane was very helpful without being a vulture and without falling into the same slimy category as many other car salesmen. He was the type of person you could compare to a well-loved uncle or grandfather. After talking to my husband about the price of the vehicle, we spoke to Duane about the price we could afford, knowing that there was no way that the dealership would be able to meet the price. After thinking of more questions about payments and interest rates, Duane was more than willing to give us the information we needed, acting as though he had all the time in the world to help us and find the answers we needed. In short, my husband and I ended up buying said vehicle, and it was a great experience. The team that was working that day, including the owner Dan, worked great together, helping each other to complete different aspects of our vehicle purchase. This dealership is what is considered a small business, but all the team members acted with utmost professionalism. The waiting area feels as though you're waiting in someone's living room, and the building is nicely decorated and well-maintained. Not only are the facilities well-maintained, but the vehicles on the lot were quality choices, all of them in good and great condition. No junkers here. The next time my husband and I purchase a vehicle, we will be sure to make this our first stop, it was such a good experience.

I have been looking and looking all over for my first new Cadillac Escalade and stumbled across Auto Time. A smaller local dealership here in town with miles and miles of heart. I was treated so well and got a car I love at the price I needed. Duane and everyone else there couldn't have been any nicer and made me feel at home, making the buying process that much easier. After I purchased this SUV I felt very comfortable with what I purchased but wanted to get a professionals opinion so I took it to a good friend of mine who manages a Firestone Auto Shop to see if I missed anything. It passed with flying colors and he told me that the Owner (Dan) and dealership is notorious for selling high quality vehicles in great shape so obviously that couldn't have made me any happier. Before you buy a car from a Stealership, check out Autotime. If you are looking to trade or just purchase, that's what you will do. No pushiness, no lying, and Wes will do right by you. I had something added to the vehicle I purchased and Wes took care of it in one day, also providing me with a rental car. There are still down to earth Honest car salesmen out there! What can I say but a HUGE thank you for your honest, amazing customer service. I can without a doubt say I will continue to utilize the services of Auto Time for all vehicles not to mention I will tell everyone within my family as well as others to make sure to go to Auto Time before you purchase your next vehicle from someone else. I blew the engine in my vehicle and they were there to help in every way possible from offering assistance where wasn't expected at all but it second nature to them. After my transmission went out on my school car, I needed a car soon for under $4000. The employees at autotime quickly and easily found me a great car for $3500, and I've been so glad with my purchase ever since. They were such a great help and stuck to the type of car I wanted for a great price. My '98 pontiac has been a wonderful car that will get me through college!
