Absolutely poor service and communication with the salesman. Not only did he first assure me that he could honor the price listed by the Capital One website. But then I was told that they wouldn't be able to match only to find out that the vehicle I wanted was a 'service' vehicle and therefore not for sale. Which to me says that the salesman did a poor job of actually looking into the vehicle that I sent him all the information for. I was then informed that there were 2021 options that were just a bit over what the other car was, but not until a day later. Had I been informed of that the previous day and still given the hope that I could be within my budget, I would have come out. I bought a car yesterday. It could have been from Auto Town Buick guys but instead after poor service, communication and lack of care --- I found a vehicle elsewhere. Really don't recommend this place.

Ben @ Auto Town Buick GMC is amazing to deal with he is definitely a true asset at this car lot. I do feel that he is way to busy and dose not always responsive. I am concerned about my warranty on my new used vehicle and being covered should something happen. When Ben first started the truck it had a lifter tick, but when I test drove it , it went away. the fact that the purchased warranty starts now along side the factory and will expirer before the factory ends so why purchase the warranty then.

Went in with an idea of exactly what I wanted with my trade in and new purchase. Fisher walked up to me right away and was such an amazing help. He was very honest and straightforward, had a great sense of humor, and was the perfect person to help. I highly suggest booking an appointment with him if you can because he will help anyway he knows how.

Super helpful staff. Came in for some recalls and got helped super quick and always had a phone call everyday explaining what’s going on and what the progress was on my vehicle. Auto Town also provided me a courtesy rental vehicle at no charge which was very helpful. Thank you!
