Recently I bough a Lexus 2013 RX350, I was very satisfied with the dealership, Mr. Suleman Sohani was very helpful to arrange the financing for me with best possible rates, actually better then I was going with other financial Institutions, I was very please with that, He is very polite, nice and honest person, I was very happy that I bough car from them, Peter is an excellent person, he was very nice, pick me up from rental agency and when I arrive my car was ready and paper work was very smooth, no hassle and no hidden charges, I highly recommend anyone who may be looking for luxury used car to take a look this dealership, I can't say enough that I have very good experience buying the car from Auto Universe and plan to buy my other car from the, thank you gentlemen.

This was the first and only car lot we visited today. The salesman was so friendly and knowledgeable. The finance manager was very kind and willing to work with us to get a good deal. They have a large selection of cars and very good condition.

This dealership is the place to go! The guys that work there sohani and peter are awesome! I'm a young girl buying my first car and they made sure the car was in good working order and everything was taken care of before I got the vehicle! They will take great care of you and are so kind!honest businessmen with a a goal to make sure their customers are taken care of! i recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! I've bought at least 10 cars in my life. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Mr. Suleman Sohani is very trustworthy. He's not full of bull like so many other sales people. He doesn't hover over you or try to push a car down your throat. He's knowledgeable about his cars. And he does what he says he's going to do. I bought a 2015 Lexus ES 350 from him, and I'm 100% satisfied with the car and Mr. Sohani's service. If I need another vehicle I'm going back to Auto Universe. Make sure you visit them before you buy your next car.

Sonny and Pete are great to work with. Very friendly and personable... and very helpful! I was looking for a Honda Odyssey in good condition, at a good price.... and Auto Universe appeared on one of my web searches... so it was the first place i went... after test driving I wanted to look at other places so that i could make sure i was making the right decision... but i should have just saved my time and bought the car right then! The other dealers did not have the quality vehicle that i had experienced at Auto Universe, and their sales people were not nearly as helpful. I will buy other cars from Sonny down the road when the need arises. He has great cars and you can tell that he takes pride in his inventory and will only sell cars that he has confidence in. Great experience!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt that my experience at this dealership was so exceptional for a used car buying experience I just had to share. I worked Pete and Sonny and ended buying the car of my dreams. The car buying process was easy... no hard pushy upselling .. I felt these guys were fair and honest and I got great deal. I will definitely consider them when I am in the market again for another car.

Oh my goodness, from the moment I arrived on the lot I experienced nothing but exceptional service. I was not over run by pushy salespeople, nor did they pressure me to buy one of their vehicles, in fact they offered to purchase my vehicle even if I didn't buy one of theirs. I didn't have to go through 3 or 4 people or offices in order to make my purchase. I dealt with 2 people and the process was completed from start to finish in one office. Even the workers who were detailing cars outside took their time to make sure the cars were thoroughly cleaned and were very polite. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 and am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend Auto Universe to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

I saw the car, Audi Q5, that I wanted online and went to the dealership and met Sohani. He was super nice and allowed me to test drive and take the car to my mechanic. After my mechanic told me it was in great shape, I negotiated the deal and Sohani held the car for me for several days while I got my bank to arrange the loan. When I went to pick up the SUV it had been washed again and filled up with gas. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Recently bought a 2009 X5. Great place to buy a pre-owned car. they treat you right, straight forward, no shady tactics. you'll be happy with the experience of buying a car here. I did not require a loan so i cannot speak to that part of the experience.

I am so glad I went to this place. Customer service was awsome. I went there just to look around. They were about to close but didn't until I was satisfied. And yes I bought from them. I have been to a lot of car lots,but the gentleman there didn't make me feel like a stranger. The buying process I had no hassles. Was not pressured at all. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The place was clean. Everything I asked for was done to the best of their ability. I was undecided when I got there,but was very sure when I left. Thanks for all u did.

The day I inquired about the Honda Odyssey I received a callback from Sonny with all the information and answers to my questions. He had taken over 100 pictures of the vehicle and there was very little left to wonder about from a visual perspective. Sonny was very easy to visit with and very open and honest about the condition of the vehicle. There was no pressure to sell or buy during our conversation. Based on that call I decided to travel the 150 miles to Memphis to get a firsthand look at the minivan and to drive it. When I arrived, Peter Moore, Auto Universe's Quality Customer Service Rep. had the vehicle ready for inspection and never rushed me in any way. We looked the vehicle over for over an hour and then took a test ride. Peter was very informed on all the features and functions of the vehicle and allowed us to test them all. Again, there was no pressure to sell, only a pleasant experience, like visiting an old friend. Hey, I really like this kind of car buying experience. The price was right, the car was exactly as described, maybe better. Sonny helped secure excellent financing terms and took care of all the paperwork in relatively short order. Peter filled the car with gas and I drove home a very happy car buyer. Note: I experienced some tire bounce on the way home and had the tires rotated and balanced the next day, which cured the problem. I mentioned it to Peter who had called to check on how we liked the vehicle and he told me to send a photo of the tire repair and he would send me a check in the mail. That, my friends, is 1st class. The folks at Auto Universe made my car buying experience a real pleasure. I will definitely keep Sonny and Peter in mind when I think about my next vehicle.

I could not have asked for a better buying expereince. The dealers were knowledgable and personable with no "sales pressure". There was a wide variety of vehicles in the makes and models in which I had an interest. The cars were clean outside and spotless inside which was not what I had experienced earlier at a larger franchise. In comparing prices on cars.com, as well as, several on-site visits, I found this dealership to have fair market prices and beat their competition in the make and model I purchased from them. I would difinitely recommend them to family and friends.

These people are truly honest! They even drove me over to my bank to handle all my loan stuff. They gave me a car for a few days while they touched up the paint on my new car. They were great and would recommend them to everyone.
