A very pleasant experience, purchased a Honda Accord for my daughter with the sales team at Auto Village Right from the start when I reached Daniel on the phone , very pleasant and helpful which was my whole dealings. Road tested the Accord, showed my daughter how most of the options worked and allowed us to road test on the highway which was great because I told him that my daughter would be traveling to college over a 125 miles away. The took care of all paper work , got me registered in no time. All though they would not go down on the listed prices they assured and proved to me it was a great price right up front. Explained to me all the repairs / upkeep was done by their service department which my mechanic verified. A nice place to purchase.

Not one to review as I just never take the time , but after purchasing a Chrysler Town and Country Van, I just had to relay how good it really is. From the start I met with Daniel, He presented very well and I decided to let him take me on a test ride, after he showed me all features, opened all the doors and showed me that all the doors were operable, windows opened, child lock features, power and manual doors locks worked. he was very nice as he drove it off the lot and took me to a quiet street and helped me adjust the seats, mirrors and steering wheel., I could go on but he had me take this onto route 95 one exit and suggested that if one was not enough to just go onto the next one. This is how the whole process unfolded as he was very patient and everything that he went over was very through, considerate and friendly from the display of his van, the purchase process, registration and final delivery. After all of this I asked how long he worked there and he told me about a month, I was amazed, but he reassured me that the company was in business since 1976 and under the same ownership.

My wife and I went in to buy a car for our daughter. We were met by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Heather. She was very patient and answered all of our questions then sent us on our test drive. The car was ok but not what my daughter wanted, so we decided to try another. She really liked the second car, we were told that auto village stands behind all there cars buy quite a few people so that was why we decided to stop. We are looking for a safe reliable and affordable car. Upon returning from our second test drive the young lady invites us in out of the cold to discuss the car a little more, while doing so she was interrupted quite a few times by another lady that was inside (owner maybe?) Anyways my wife and I felt it was extremely rude. We ended up leaving and decided maybe to continue to shop around

The facility want very good and they never responded to any email and when I went to look at cars no salesman was present and then when I went to test drive a car the cars themselves didn't seem very good, the first call I tried the engine seemed off. I told them that I could do one price and they didn't understand that. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Auto Village is a low key and personable operation. There's nothing fancy about it, just a lot with 10-15 cars and a servicing station. The owner was a pleasant man and obvious mechanic. I went there only to find out the car I was interest in was already sold, and weeks later is still on car.com. However, this place seems to consistently put out good value cars. This place also has a 100% 1 month/ 1,000mi guarantee. while other places tend to have 50%

Shopping for a new car was easy using cars.com. It was 10 minutes to my lunchbreak when the car photo was posted on cars.com. I called the dealer and asked the office girl about the car and that I'd be up in 10 minutes to test drive it. She had the 06 Gran Prix out and ready for the test drive. It was the car I'd been looking for! When I returned I negotiated the price right then and there. I feel like I was treated like family. They were so good to me and I got alot more car for my money than I'd anticipated! You rock AutoVillage!!
