I flew down here from the northeast to purchase a car sight unseen. I drove it home. Shah went above and beyond working with the company I had the PPI with. Every detail was worked out nicely and no question went unanswered.

Probably the worst experience ever when trying to spend thousands of dollars for a product. I had located a vehicle that I was interested in on their website (not a 3rd party site) and attempted to see the vehicle on Thursday and they were closed at 6:15 even though the time was listed as closing at 7. I figured maybe because of covid 19 they were closing early. So the next day I went there early so I could be there when they opened. This was at 9:45 they open at 10 o’clock. Well 10:15 and I’m still waiting so I figured maybe they’re just running a little late since Houston traffic can be very unpredictable. 10:45 rolls around and still no one there. I sent an email and made several calls all of witch went unanswered. I asked the place next door what time they open and he said should’ve been open or they will soon. I run up the street and went back at 11:05 and still no one there and no one answering the phone. Then a car pulls up and parks behind me I asked if he worked there and he said he was going to ask me the same question, he was delivering a car and no one was there. He finally gets in contact with someone who said they would be there in 20 minutes. Well 45 minutes later he finally shows up I allow them to park the newly delivered car and he then ask was I there for a particular car I said yes and told him witch one it was. He tells me that they sold the vehicle 5 days ago and he can’t figure out how to get it off the website. If this is how they do business I honestly don’t know how they sell anything at all. I will NEVER give this place my business or recommend them to anyone. If this was the only place I could find a car I’d walk before I purchased from them.

Sam was very responsive and helpful. I was an out of state buyer who purchased a Mazda 6 site unseen using a vehicle inspection company for the test drive.
