DO NOT RECCOMEND!! Financed a car here about 3 months ago and it has been the worst decision I have made as far as buying a used car goes. Nothing but problems with the car. Left me on the side of the road more times than I can count on my hand. Here I am now with a check engine light on, the car runs poorly and once you decide to turn if off then it won't start again. I towed it back to the dealership and they told me it was the "oil pressure sensor" that went bad and once that is replaced it should fix the problem. They quoted me over $500 in repairs?! I immediately looked up the part ($50 at auto zone) and Omar tried telling me it's almost $200 for the part plus labor, diagnostic fee and "reset the computer with special tool" ??? I took the car to auto zone parking lot and replaced the part myself and guess what? Car still has check engine light and still runs poorly and won't start back up after driving it for 10 minutes. And no you do not have to "reset the computer with a special tool" SO now I have a car in my driveway that I have to make payments on and I can't even drive it, thanks Omar. Not everyone can pay for a car then make repairs on a vehicle right after purchasing it. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They use the "as is" term to there advantage.

Don’t waste your time here. Bad customer service. Had an appointment at 11 the boss came around 12 but he was “busy” talking to someone. He told me I had no credit when I know I did because I just bought a house. He was gonna charge me 11% interest. 9k down payment. He told me that he’s good at what he does and to look at different dealerships because I told him it was too much and I wanted to negotiate. I went to to a different dealership the next day and they told me I had great credit bought the same car with no down payment. Never coming here again.

Lazy front office staff, nice sales guy (only reason for 2 star rating). The boss guy Omar was being rude to staff in front of customers. Made me uncomfortable being rite there to witness it. I was sold a car with a cracked oil pan, a $700 out of pocket fix. There's also a leak in the transmission. I'm guessing another very expensive out of pocket cost. Had they been honest they would have fixed these things before selling the car. Their mechanic should have caught these problems!! Disappointed overall. This place is a waste of time. Shity place. Go elsewhere!!

First i want to start by saying the people at Auto World of Sacramento are Genuinely good people. Omar helped me Finance my dream vehicle and Went above and beyond the call of duty. i recommend this place don’t miss out.

Friend had his car detailed. They were supposed to do inside and out, wash, wax and shampoo the interior. It took them 4 hours and it looks like they spent 10 minutes on it. Inside was half a** vacuumed and they didn't even wash the car. It still has bird poop on it from before they did their "detail". Total scam
