So far pretty good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I do not have the car I purchased yet, and why I am giving 4 stars right now. I had been conversing w Jason on the phone about the car I was interested in, and told him due to the distance, I wanted to make the purchase that day if I liked the car. There were no issues provided that would not happen. When I got there, there was a crack in the windshield, so that is being replaces, but I was not told about that prior to my visit. I was told that temp plates could not be provided because I live in NH. I was not told that. I was also told the 128 point check on the vehicle had already been completed, but upon test driving, the light was on for oil change/maintenance, and then was told that work had in fact not been completed yet, and will be prior to delivery. The car will be delivered free of charge, and we were able to negotiate a bit. As with any new purchase, no one likes to wait, especially when you think you will be driving home w your new car. I set up the insurance this morning and emailed the binder to, and I apologize, I forget the gentleman's first name, but C Sorm. I did request to have the car delivered this coming Monday 9/20/2021 if possible. I have not heard back at this time.

Sold my car to this dealer. Highly recommend doing business with them. Treated me with professionalism and integrity. They were kind enough to give me a ride after the transaction. Myles and Jonathan were fantastic!!

I had gone in to look at a certain Audi but when I had arrived, I wasn’t to quite sure about the vehicle. The sales man was very considerate of my needs and extremely helpful! I had a bit of interest in a black vehicle so he had asked that the vehicle be cleaned so I can see how it looked with a full wash! I had a good experience there and with that being said, I bought a vehicle! Thank you mark!! Great salesman with lots of laughs!!

I never write reviews. However, this was too good not to! My husband and I began working with Myles to sell our Toyota last week. NO exaggeration.... this process started at 1030AM on a Friday and by that same afternoon they were at our house picking up the vehicle. (payment in hand!) I shuttered at the thought of having to sell a car on our own rather than a trade in assuming it would be a painful process. Myles could not have made this more smooth. several times during the day, I thought it was too good to be true.. that's just house seamless it went. anyone looking to sell a vehicle on their own, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Myles. He also went above and beyond the sale of the vehicle and offered general information he thought could be helpful to us in the future... just because.

Jordan and Myles were both very polite and professional. They seemed to be very upfront and honest when inquiring to purchase my car. We did not agree on a price, however I would certainly contact them in the future in regards to a different vehicle.
