June 14, 2021 A few days ago, my wife and I took delivery of a 2017 Range Rover from Autobahn. Had it delivered by truck sight unseen. My first point of contact when calling Autobahn is the “gate keeper”. She is the qualifier, and she did an excellent job determining who I needed to speak to. She forwarded my call to Kyle. Which was funny as I am from Charleston, SC (good old southern boy) and of course Kyle is from somewhere up there, Boston maybe. We had a few laughs about how “slow” I spoke and how “fast” he spoke. Discussed details about the truck and the purchase and cut a deal. Kyle then via phone introduce me to Adrian. I found Adrian to be knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Qualities that seemed to have disappeared into today working environment. I had bought a couple of vehicles in my past online, but without a doubt this event has been one the best vehicle transactions I have experienced. From dealing with Adrian and Kyle, the way the organization prepared and forwarded all documents, a total transparent transaction was a pleasure. My wife and I thank all the staff at Autobahn. I felt comfortable at this dealership from the moment I met with my salesperson Adrian until the sale was completed. There was no pressure to buy. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I have never worked with such a professional Finance Director...thank you Chad! It was also nice to have Anthony, the General Manager stop by to introduce himself. I highly recommend the folks at Autobahn if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Excellent no pressure experience. Make sure to ask for Marjorie, she was friendly and easy to work with. I will be returning to purchase my next vehicle there and hopefully from her. I recently purchased a 2018 BMW 430i from Autobahn USA in Westborough. I had a great experience overall. The test drive and buying experience was easy and hassle free. The entire team was accommodating and helpful, especially Adrian Hester who was the Sales Associate. Adrian went the extra mile to expedite delivery of the vehicle to my town hall to register the vehicle within 2 days of purchase. I highly recommend people check out Autobahn USA if they are looking for great selection and service.

I just bought a BMW 3 series this week. Adrian Hester was our salesman and he did an amazing job along with the rest of their staff! Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. The process was quick and easy. If you are looking to buy a car, go through Autobahn. We visited many dealerships, and the service here was the absolute best!
