𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: 08/13/21 I leveraged their service for the fourth time. As always; Lori, Mark & the Techs did a neat job on time! I am happy to avail their services again. 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: 06/07/21 This was my third visit with the same car. Lori & her teach service team team members (Adam & JB) were able to take care of all my needs. I plan to revisit. Had my second car serviced here. In spite of the ongoing challenges; Lori was able to coordinate and fix up an appointment. Adam as before; did a quick check, clearly conveyed the plan and delivered the service on time. Jeremy took care of temporary seating/waiting arrangements. Again; they keep things simple and does a neat job. I will be revisiting to avail their services going forward as well.

Skilled and knowledgeable technicians, Respected in the community, Stellar customer care. I have been a customer of Autohaus since 2014. They have performed a wide range of repairs and services on my vehicle. Such as: every oil change since I've owned the vehicle, major engine repairs, brakes and suspension problems, and also things such as replacing taillights and headlights. Having an older vehicle, there has been multiple times where there were overlapping repairs that needed to be done at once. The knowledge Adam and the other technicians have at diagnosing the issues and the sometimes creative solutions to fix those issues, show they have the mentality and willingness to think outside the box. It was impressive, and shows they are not only true mechanics but top class ones. Being an owner of an older Audi, one of the most common questions i get is, where do you get your car worked on. When i say Autohaus, they always reply, "there's no one better." One time, A good friend mentioned he played hockey with 2 of the mechanics and spoke highly of them. Well respected to say the least. Saving arguably the best quality they exhibit for the end, Customer Care. I unfortunately had the unpleasant event of breaking down and having to get my car towed to their shop twice. They have a relationship with one of the best tow truck drivers around. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions and shown they truly care about their customers.

Autohaus was fantastic! They gave me the best price in town for some general maintenance and servicing on my 2018 S4. They handled the work in a timely manner, kept me updated throughout the process, and did so with professionalism! Let them take care of your prized Europeans. They are awesome. Will be going back.

Got the steering fixed for my car! They know what they do, are trustworthy and fair with prices. Last time I went to an Audi dealership they charged me so much more than Autohaus, and still Autohaus gives a better customer service.

First time Audi owner and my experience with the local Audi dealership was filled with very, very unreasonable expensive maintenance cost for simple things. Feed up, Googled and Autohas was first choice and called. Certified AUDI repairs we’re almost 50% less then the dealership! Service was quick and we be back.
