The entire staff at auto land made car buying a pleasant experience, they were friendly, courteous and professional. We love the car it is in excellent condition. If I should need another car or I know of anyone shopping for one I will definitely be be sending the to Autoland.

When I started car shopping, I didn't plan to buy a car sight-unseen from a small dealership in Florida and have it shipped two states away, but I'm so glad I did. I got exactly the used car I was in the market for, in amazing shape, for a great price. When I contacted Mihai about the Prius, he immediately gave me a thorough video tour and even took me on a FaceTime "test drive." I was still nervous about buying a car sight unseen, so I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby mechanic, which Mihai easily obliged to. He dropped the car off at the mechanic and picked it back up. When the inspection came back clean and I decided to move forward with purchasing, Mihai quickly got the paperwork together and was available to answer all of my questions. The pricing was so straightforward and fair I almost couldn't believe it--local dealerships had been trying to sell me extremely similar vehicles for thousands of dollars more. He arranged the shipping, and I had the car in my driveway less than a week after he received my payment. It was in even BETTER shape than I expected--it literally looked new on the inside. I've been driving my new-old Prius for about a month and am incredibly satisfied with the entire experience I had with Mihai and Autoland of West! No pressure or transparent sales tactics, very fair pricing, incredible customer service. I'll recommend this dealership to anyone who tells me they're in the market!

I would highly recommend doing business with Mihai at Autoland of West. I was looking for a specific car and found one at this dealership, the only issue was that I was a few states away in VA. Mihai was very responsive and helpful during this entire process. He helped me with a virtual test drive and walk around. Was honest about every blemish this car had (which was little - but I am very particular) . I was anxious about purchasing without seeing the car. But put my trust in it and took a chance. The car was delivered sooner than expected and was in immaculate condition. I took it to my own mechanic to have a look through and he confirmed that the vehicle was in top notch condition, which cured my anxiety. Mihai was also able to help me secure temp tags and registration. All in all super easy transaction and service from Autoland of west. Will keep them in mind for future purchases.

Never buy a car from the dealership again. BMW X.3 With no navigation or back up camera. $9000 in repair not even a year of having the car. Owner of the dealership doesn’t know anything about the cars he sells. And his repair guy almost blew up the engine. I would not recommend this place and will inform everybody Not to purchase
