I could never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, people should avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a used car here. It was a terrible experience. Within days of purchasing the car, I noticed it had an oil leak. I made an appointment for the service department to look at it. They said it wasn't covered under the 1 month, 1000 mile warranty that came with the car. I paid over $500 for a new crankshaft valve seal and serpentine belt. My car was in the service department for just under a week. I had problems with the car on the way home immediately after it was supposedly fixed. The check engine light started flashing and the car was running rough. I get home and open the hood to find oil sprayed all over the engine compartment and the new serpentine belt. I tried calling and emailing the sales person and the sales manager multiple times but no one got back to me. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Someone called and left messages regarding my complaint, but no one ever contacted me regarding my calls and emails about the problems with the car I've had since the day I purchased it. I've left a message for the lady who called about my complaint and I'm trying to work with the service department (the service writer who originally handled my car is suddenly no longer employed there). The issue hasn't been resolved yet, but I felt it important to leave a review in the interim so other people don't get taken like I was. If the issue is resolved in a satisfactory manner then I will obviously update my review.

The first experience I had was terrible, weeks after purchasing a "certified" used car I had an issue with a tire. I waited 3hrs. Nobody came to me or gave me an update on my car when I went to check on status they hadn't even touched my car! Then after speaking to probably every employee and manager another hour later they tell me the tire issue is not under warranty when I had purchased tire warranty!! Really?!! And then they wanted me to spend $$ on an oil change I can get at Firestone for half the price! I went back for a recall, I had no choice but to go back, I checked after 1hr wait and they treated me like I was a bother, the service rep. Said its only been an hour we are still checking.. 0 on customer service, I was already stressed over missing work and was treated as if it was my fault the car has a recall... I will not recommend this service dept. I was much happier with the Toyota service they were better trained and had Better customer service skills, the waiting area had food and drinks while you wait, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge only have coffee and water and make you wait for hours... Sad you pay for warraties and to buy a car but get treated as a burden.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. First my Air conditioner was not working and took it to autoland for repair. I was promised a call back in about 3 days. It was a week later and no word on my vehicle so I called. I spoke to the parts advisor Santiago vega who stated the car was not ready. When asked why I was not advised by the third day he stated very rudely he's busy and has no time to keep people updated. I told him it's his job to make sure the vehicles are repaired or at least provide notice within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think he liked that statement to which he asked where I worked. I told him that it's not relevant where I work and that he should just do his job. He then asked where I worked, when I asked why do you need to know, he said don't worry about it you will find out. I immediately asked to speak to his supervisor Alan Rosenberg who apologized. He assured me that I would deal with directly and due to the time and the threat that was issued to me that the repair would be free of charge but would take another week. I asked for a loaner vehicle to which he stated would not be possible. A week goes by and they tell me the hose was the problem with the air conditioning and it was replaced. I leave the lot and on the way home the air conditioning does not work. I call back and Alan tells me to bring it in so I do the following day. Again he tells me it will be some time but this time provides me a loaner vehicle after I asked being aggravated for my vehicle being there for almost 3 weeks now. Then after he provides the loaner I ask why did they lie to me about not providing loaners. He ignored my question. I leave my vehicle there after a few days I reciece a call and Alan states that a rock shot up under the engine and hit the condenser in the air conditioning unit. It seemed sketchy and he proceeded to state it will be 600 dollars. At this point it sounded like they just wanted to make money from the whole ordeal. I stated no I'm not paying for a service you promised would be fixed and a rock flying under the engine and damaging the air conditioner within one day seemed farfetched and made up. So I asked to see the part with the damage to which he stated he could not do that. I then proceeded to ask to speak to Michael Maffuci. And Alan hesitated but eventually complied, I sat in an office to which Michael flat out told me they were no longer dealing with my vehicle for free and stated the repair would be 600. I said fine but I want to see the part Alan claimed was hit with a rock. Michael then told me that he would not provide it and if I did not like it I could leave. I told him what about the 4 weeks I left my vehicle here without it being repaired and what about the complaint against the threat I received in which I did nothing about. I stated its fine and they could fix the ac unit for the 600, this was in November. I left the lot a week later with a "repaired" unit, and due to the now cold weather in New Jersey I could not really test the air conditioning but I was advised by Alan that I am covered under the warranty and have nothing to worry about for 24 months. It is not June 2016 not even a year later and the warm weather returned. Guess what the air conditioning does not work I returned and attempted to get it fixed under the warranty that was promised and what a surprise it's not covered because it's a different part. I honestly think the service department did not know how to repair the issue and just kept guessing. 3 repairs later and still the same issue. I called and they told me they would not fix it and to not bring my vehicle there. This is a warning to everyone, they'll be nice seeing you the vehicle but when it comes to service or any type of customer satisfaction they don't care about you. My lawyer will be contacting them.

This has been the worst lease experience I have ever had ,I have leased multiple vehicles from another dealership prior to this. We decided to try a Toyota instead of a Honda this time and went to Autoland, after negotiating a down payment and monthly payment the finance manager tries to leach more money a month for all these different options, one being gap insurance($97/month) that was always included in my Honda. Now at the end we happily went back to Honda and have the pre inspection company come out to look at the van per the Toyota website saying this was required, wasting from 9am-1pm and losing overtime because of the window. Now Autoland says I need an appt to return the van so they can inspect it, wasting more of my time and money lost from overtime, and oh yeah I have to keep it insured and pay for that the whole time, and yeah also there a $350 disposition fee. Ending this lease has cost me over $1000 plus a bs disposition fee

I wasn't impressed with how I was originally greeted and treated when I entered for the first time at this dealership. I came in for a 2015 Rav4 and was immediately told "we are sold out". I promptly stated that their website showed that they had 8 and there was a blue one I was particularly interested in, and asked if she could check her system. A minute later it was confirmed I was correct and was shown the vehicle. If I didn't do my research prior to coming in, I would have simply walked out after the first 2 minutes. I proceed to make a purchase a couple of days later and feel that I received a fair price for my purchase. Without going into the details, the process of taking delivery of the car the same evening as the purchase was very rushed and unpleasant. However, since I brought it to the attention of the management, Autoland is trying to make up for my bad experience including sincerely apologizing for what I went thru. They personally came to my job to deliver my new plates and registration and took the time to explain the feature of my new vehicle. Sometimes when you screw up, it's how you handle yourself afterwards that determines how the customer ultimate feels about your organization. They seem to be trying, so I can't ding them too much. Can't give them 5 stars but 4 stars means I'll come back if I need another car.

Autoland's showroom was spacious and comfortable it did not feel like a typical car dealership. Music was playing, food was available, families were smiling and the Autoland staff was very attentive. From start to finish Jean Rock was very attentive to my needs, and that is in his nature this is my fifth (yes people fifth) Toyota that I have leased with him. He always gives me all the information so I can make an informed decision and he never, NEVER tries to up-sell me on anything. Autoland has a lot of cars so it took me a while to look at them all but Jean Rock was always at the ready in case I had a question about anything. His, professionalism and knowledge about cars is just some of the reasons I will come back to him for every car I purchase. When it came time to process everything Billy Negron very thoroughly explained me to all the optional packages, based on my commute. When the purchase was all over I left in my new car with the peace of mind knowing I made the best decision because I was well informed. How many people can really say that? I highly recommend Autoland to family and friends.

The salespeople we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us into making a buying decision. Great experience here. Tried pricing a new 200 and it didn't work, although we had another car in mind. Finally the next day we came back with information on how a car on their lot was overpriced (as stated on a website) and they dropped the price no problem. Michael Wright was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him to anyone. Be weary of the dealer in general though, as they can be tricky with their pricing and the conflicts between the website and the inventory maintained on the actual lot. All in all, happy with my purchase and the experience.

I came in to see a 2013 Highlander. I called ahead to say I'm 45 min away and therefore wanted to confirm availability including the specs and mileage of the car. Was told that the site was all accurate and car would we be waiting. When I arrived I noticed that the car had more than double the advertised mileage and was told it was a "system error." I reluctantly asked what the bottom line price was and was told by the salesman that "I'm not supposed to do this, but here is our markup and I'm prepared to knock off all but $500 of that markup". Sounded great until I saw the number and realized I was given a price $2.5k over the advertised price! When I pointed it out to the salesman he acted surprised and claimed he didn't realize it was an "add car" with special pricing. I asked what an add car was and he replied it was anything on the dealer website with a price that ended in a 2 designed to bring in traffic. I pulled up the site on my phone and noticed all the cars ended in 2 and asked if there were additional cars not listed on the site. He replied yes but failed to find any cars in his database that weren't on the dealer website with a price that ended in 2. The salesman then shamelessly claimed that the dealership was aggressively pricing all their cars with "add pricing" designed to move cars. They basically lured me in by advertising a lower mileage and then purposely offered me the car at a higher price than advertised. Its unfortunate because I've been to several Toyota dealerships in NJ and this was the first time I had a negative experience.

I purchased a 2013 Prius C from Autoland in September of 2013. The first red flag I saw was the fact that they add "dealer options" to the car for $600. These option included a racing stripe decal and some moldings on the door edges. I got that knocked down by having them totally remove the racing stripe. After negotiating, I got a price that I wanted and an ok (not great) offer on my trade in. I also made sure that the salesman provided me with the full price that I was going to be paying for the car. This was key and everyone should do this. After that, I got to speak with the finance manager. His name is Billy Negron. The first thing that he did was claim that the APR on my loan was 1% higher than I had been told earlier. He claimed that no one had told him that it had changed. I then asked him what the total value that I was financing was. It was about $800 more than the purchase order that I had from the salesman said. I asked him what the discrepancy was and he told me that there was a $799 "dealer prep fee" on the car. At that point I was ready to walk out and not buy the car. He went out and "talked" to someone and then this fee magically disappeared. After that I went through the normal rigmarole of maintenance plans and warranties. I was at the dealer for a total of 3.5 hours. If you are going to buy something from Autoland, be careful as they try to basically steal money from people that are not vigilant. I would really go to any other Toyota dealer over them. If you do end up going here, make sure that you go over everything to make sure they are not hiding the fact that they are adding fees (apparently for no reason).

I dropped my Prius off for the 5000 mile checkup. Service department was clean. Attitude of the workers was pleasant. My car was done early and I both received a phone call and email to let me know. My car came back all fine. Only wish they washed it. Guess that's only at the high end auto dealers. My experience at my last dealer for my Mazda was repeatedly not good. So far, Autoland Toyota is off to a good start.

Good dealership, just 2 things that bugged me. I was there looking at vehicles about 1.5 years ago and when I was ready to lease a Toyota Camry, I call my insurance to see how much the insurance would be and after I give my insurance agent the VIN number, she tells me that it is a 2011 Camry NOT a 2012 Camry. I told that to the sales person and he kept insisting it was a 2012. YOU MAKE THE DECISION AS TO WHO WAS RIGHT.I then buckled at purchasing the vehicle and kept giving them reasons why not to buy...one of them the "actuality" of the model year, and the Manager angrily comes to me and tells me how much you do you want to lease it for? I just give him a number of $250/month....and he goes and writes on a little paper that if he gets me the vehicle at this price that I would agree to buy it. I reluctantly replied that I WILL NOT SIGN your little made up contract, and told him to see if he could get me that price. He got mad that I did not sign his agreement and that he cannot give me a deal until I sign his little paper.UNBELIEVABLE TACTICS!!!!

My Experience with Autoland was great. The sales representative took the time to make sure that all my questions was answered and was able to explain the benefits of each car. I was able to test drive each car, to determine which one would be right for me and the sale representative was patient and understanding. The only problem I had was the Financial Associate/Advisor who kept on forcing me to purchase an extra coverage which I did not need nor want and the waiting for someone to put gas in the car I purchased. I was waiting for about an hour for the car to get pump up with gas. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We had our young daughter with us, and as the time went on she got restless, however the salesman did his best to please her & keep her happy,. The delivery was late at night & they missed a few spots in cleaning, but quickly and effectively resolved that the next day., The finance manager we worked with, Steve was very professional & did his best to get me the best rate he could. Every aspect of customer service experienced here was great, the best part is that there was no pressure to purchase, and that was a relief from years past experience. I came to this dealership to test drive a Toyota Prius. I was not expecting much if could make a good deal of the Prius since I need to trade my 2010 Honda Accord. Everything was great about my my experience except the actual purchase. After we settled on a deal, I had to wait a long time for finance. All told, I was at the dealer for about 4 hours after I said I want to buy the car. Other than that, though, everything went well. Orhan, Lawrence and the finance team were friendly and I never felt pressured. I would definitely recommend AutoLand and especially Orhan.

The the process in buying the car in total took 20-25 hours. Whatever procedures policies that are in place from walking in to driving out the door with new car need to be revamped. I am sure you do not want a sales person working on that process for that long when they can be closing more deals. I am sure this cuts into sales time which in turn cuts into profit. Might want to streamline process and have each department communicate with each other more efficiently to cut down on wasted time for customer. I had no issues with your staff, I think they are good people and helpful and kudos to them. I think JeanRock did a great job in handling it.

Scheduled maintenance for my Toyota. Received a list of items that needed to be done in addition to the maintenance that was schedule. Agreed to go ahead and do the work. When work was completed, I wrote out a check for the full amount of the service visit. The girls in the office ran the check thru some third party credit evaluator service. The check was rejected, not because there was no money in the bank to cover the check, not because my credit rating was poor, not because I have ever bounced a check, but because I never wrote a check for this particular dealership. The only credit card I had on me was an American Express card, which they would not check. They would not accept my check, nor credit card and would not give me the keys to the car.At this point the Office Manager in the back office came out after I requested she come to the desk. I went online and showed her that I had more than 10 times the amount that the check was written for. She said she would not accept the check because the third party service they use would not approve the check. I asked to speak with this service on the phone, and they confirmed that the only reason they would not accept the check was that I had never written a check at Autoland before.I called my husband at work and he had to leave his office to come and help me deal with this.When he arrived he asked to speak with the office manager's boss and told him what had happened. We happened to have leased this car from this Autoland dealership, and had done all maintenance for the leased car as well as a second Toyota we owned there. He told us he would try to help us out.When he returned he said they would accept the check. The woman office manager came out of her office once again and said that she had initiated a conference call with the Autoland Controller, and the Manager of Autoland to review the situation and after they checked us out they decided to accept my check.Though this was an aggravating process, I was very polite so much so that another customer waiting for their car came up to me and congratulated me in dealing with this situation in a very professional manner.Administrative people in the service department who accept payment for work done need to be instructed on what constitutes "good" customer service. They represent Autoland and their attitude towards the customer can negatively impact future repair work and future sales of their cars.

My husband and I are very careful consumers and were dismayed to find ourselves suddenly in need of replacing my 18 year Camry. I knew that this time around I wanted a hybrid...hopefully used. We headed for Autoland on Rt. 22 in Springfield, NJ because we thought there would be a variety of cars to choose from. And there were, but not what I wanted in a used car. So, facing the purchase of a new car we did more research. The sales people with whom I dealt were very patient. They knowledgeably answered every question and let us go out for two test drives on our own. It took a couple of days but we ended up with a new Prius V 5 with which I am extraordinarily happy! Everyone at Autoland was very friendly and helpful. And that hasn't stopped just because we drove out of the showroom. They still call and email to make sure that every last detail has been nailed down and that we aren't having any problems. Within days of the purchase, I drove the car up to Maine. It was perfect...even getting over a bump in our road that I was worried about. Looking forward to the drive home again. Maybe we'll even drive across the country! On my first visit I had a salesman who was very polite, but I could not understand his speech due to a heavy accent he had, so on my second visit I requested another salesman. We got Steve who was excellent, knew his product very well, and was able to answer all our questions and was quite helpful in explaining what we wanted to know. I felt that I was treated with respect throughout the transaction, and although I think the trade-in value of my car was worth more than the dealer gave me, I did agree to the final price. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and tried to be helpful, which made our interactions very pleasant.

Although I was apprehensive going to a "Highway" dealership, I was very satisfied with everything about my experience. You had inventory, so I could really check out different models, had the actual vehicle equiped as I would have ordered it, on your property, my sales person was knowledgable and very pleasant, and even the "closer" who's name I can't remember was great. This, even despite the fact I had my nephew with me who sells Buicks and who got pretty agressive with the "closer" in my opinion. All in all my experience could not have been better and actually changed my long held opinion of highway dealerships for the better.

He stayed and drove my car home with me to my house , with another security guy following him in another car. This way I would not have to drive him home. If you only need to purchase a vehicle and never have to deal with them again, by all means consider Autoland Toyota. For leasing or servicing your vehicle avoid at all costs. They kept my vehicle in service for two months because they could not resolve an issue and tried multiple times to return it to me without having solved the problem. Their leasing process is also a complete joke with lack of professionalism all along the way. Ridiculous.

Salesman, Steve Souh was excellent. I highly commend his service. Overall procedure inefficient. After I complained about the inordinate amount of time I was spending, Financial Manager, Steve Stheifer told me "If you don't like the procedure, you don't have to take the car." This after I had spent an entire afternoon in the dealership, agred to the terms and had already changed my insurance and handed over my check.

Having visited other dealerships prior to coming to Autoland, I can better appreciate the care I was given at Autoland. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted enthusiastically. A young man approached me with a welcoming smile and introduced himself as Angel. From that moment on, I was on the path to buying my new car. Angel asked what type of car I was interested in. When I told him that I wanted a Rav 4 and that I knew what features I wanted but was unsure of color, he walked me out to the lot and discussed colors with me. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the Rav 4s he had in inventory. At other dealerships, the salesman had no idea what they had. Angel knew his stuff! That young man was prepared to sell those cars. After a test drive, Angel gave me a tour of the Autoland departments. When we sat down to negotiate, I honestly thought, please let them come to me with a good price because I want to buy my car from this young man. I was so happy when we reached a deal. From start to finish, it was an extremely pleasant experience!Yesterday, I went to pick up my new plates. There was Angel waiting for me with everything all set. No wasted time, in and out in fast time. But as always, Angel asked if there was anything else he could do for me. As I told him, I am raving about him to all of my friends nd encouraging them to visit Autoland and ask for Angel.You have an eager young man there. What a big difference from the disinterested attitude I had encountered in other dealerships. I hope he will have a long and successful career.

We arrived at this dealership on a Saturday afternoon with a specific vehicle in mind that we had seen online. After wandering around the parking lot for several minutes because the salesman couldn't remember where the models in which we were interested were located,we test drove two vehicles and were definitely interested in purchasing one of them. We sat down with our salesman to discuss pricing and the trade-in value of our current vehicle. The salesman disappeared with our keys - understandable for them to value the car. He returned several minutes later without the keys and when I asked for them, I was ignored. At this point we felt like we were dealing with the three stooges in a tag team attempt to get us to sign a contract. During the course of the negotiations one of the assistant managers actually raised the quoted price of the car by $500. I asked for my keys 3 more times before I went to the service desk and got them myself after insisting that they tell me where they were. After 2 1/2hours, we left without a car. I would not purchase a vehicle here. If you enjoy this type of tag-team nonsense, this is the place for you. If instead you are interested in a courteous and businesslike approach to the purchase without the comedy routine and "let's make a deal" nonsense, stay away from Autoland. I have since purchased a new Toyota; it did not come from Autoland.

We had leased our previous 5 cars from Toyota of Morristown, but when we had gone back there last month to make a deal for my next car, they seemed to disregard our previous loyalty and would not come to terms with us. I went online to check inventory of all other Toyota dealerships within a reasonable range of us and found that Autoland had the exact same car as the one we were interested in at Morristown, and in the same color that I wanted. I asked for a quote online for a 36 mo. lease, 12,000 miles/year, no money up front, and then Dario and I went back and forth via email on the haggling until we reached what we felt was a fair deal (upping the lease length to 42 mos). With that, we arranged to come in the same evening and we came home with our new Prius! Humberto in particular was a pleasure to work with, as well as the 2 financial guys, whose names I unfortunately cannot remember.

I purchased a certified 2009 sienna last year and after I came back home I found out one headset in the back seat was missing. I went back and was promised to have one for me. During 6 WEEKS waiting, they got one with wrong size, another one with wrong color( both were used ones, very old, like from juckyard). finally I asked the manager when he will get right one for me. His answer was that he did not know. He also claimed that I got used car, therefore the replacement should be used( the tone of the voice was not friendly). Out of disappiontment, I called Toyota USA 1-800# to complain and they sent my complaint to the dealer.This is the turning point for me. Paula( customer relation manager) called me right away and promised to order a new headset for me. 2 or 3 days later I got my new headset( I bought car on 10/1/2011 and got my headset on 11/19/2011.) Before Paula got involved, I swear that I would never come back to this dealership and I would give zero star to them. Now I give 5 star to customer service because how Paula took care of my issue and did right thing for the customer. For that reason, I will come back to buy a car from them knowing someone in this dealership cares about customer. Thank you, Ms. Paula Guthner.

Wilson was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. The car was bought for my daughter, and Wilson took the time to answer all her questions. She was not treated as a young girl who did not know what she was talking about(which is what we experienced in another car dealer). We got a great price, and a great package. My only complaint was the amount of time it took us to pick up the car. The car was already set up and on the lot waiting for us when we arrived. Even with that, it took at least 2 and a half hours to get all the paperwork done. That being said, we were treated nicely the entire time.I absolutely recommend you to others. I was amazed that buying a new car could be a nice experience.

1. I have recommended the dealership to a co-worker. I would not have done that unless I was satisfied.2. Joseph Catena closed the sale and was good, however Humberto did the follow-up and he was GREAT (not to take anything from Joseph because he was just fine). Note we, Dolores and I, spent at least 3 hours with Humberto and perhaps 15 minutes with Joseph. I never had to ask for anything twice...one request to Humberto and it was done then or at the approiate time. 3. All the personnel at your dealship were quite friendly. Always getting a greeting and a smile. (Go to another dealership and you will know why I even mention this.)4. Something I do not like...The Pop-Up at the end. All that legalize when all I'm doing is answering a question request from you. That gives me a bad feeling. I only continued because of the good will of the personnal at the dearship.

I was satisfied with over all customer service with this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. Nissan and Kia give a bonus of $250-300 on recommendation. If there are such bonus schemes in toyota showrooms I am pretty much sure the sales would increase than expected. Everybody are aware that toyota is much superior to kia and nissan, but they give extra bonus on referral which makes them more competitive. I believe the real competitor is honda accord which is equally a good car. I just suggest to improve the marketing skills like bonus which nissan and kia gives. I am driving this car and am loving it.

I have been leasing / purchasing cars from Johnny for 16 years. For this lease (for my Mom) I considered comparable cars from two other manufacturers. There were advantages to both cars over the Camry. My family was urging me to investigale all options in order to get the best deal for my Mom. I spoke to salesmen at two dealerships regarding the cars, their lease promotions, and set up appointments. But I've dealt with other car salesmen in the past and every experience has be a nightmare. The advantages of the other cars, including alleged lower cost, just couldn't outweigh the benefits of dealing with John Grasso.Johnny's courteous and friendly. He listens to what your needs are, and with his incredible knowledge of the industry, he "leaves no stone unturned" to find exactly the car that you want, and a deal that you're comfortable with. He doesn't waste your time, doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. To me that's the ideal salesman. I am grateful to be able to deal with Johnny every few years when we need new cars.

The new car owners seminar was very useful and again many questions were answered. In 1999 I bought a new Camry for my wife, the first car agency I stopped at was AutoLand it was terrible, needless to say I didn't buy the car there. So this time I went to AutoLand with trepidation, merely to get a competative price, ready to run - this was the second Toyota dealer I had stopped at, and the first dealer was very nice - however it ended up that I bought the car there...no pressure, just politeness. I will recommend AutoLand to anyone I know who is in the market for a car.

We went there yesterday and we had a great experience better than other dealership we already experience.As soon as we arrive every single salesperson or manager we pass by greet u to say hi . Salesperson Roger Knight is so friendly,honest and polite.The place itself is so child friendly had a separate room for them to entertain while waiting for us.And also have free food like pizza ,popcorn, fruits and drinks.They have a little incentive thing for new owners,they gave us a scratch off game that we can win prices from $10-$1000.even we won $10 still its a good thing for people its like treat for everyone. And i see other people beside us look happy because they really work it out for everyone to get a good deal they wanted even u have a bad credit rate or a good one.I trade in my honda passport with no problems and give us a good price for trade.Overall our experience in Autoland dealeshipwas was indeed very good and highly recommend this place to all my coworkers,friends and families.

Curtis was wonderful to work with. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom, waiting area, and children's play area. Steven was really great too and very speedy. Joe was a little intimidating at first because he did not come down from his podium to speak with us. My husband had to ask him to do so, and once he did, the relationship became much nicer. Our new Highlander Hybrid is super cool! We would definitely purchase another car at this dealership.

I called before going in to test drive a 2009 Rav4 Ltd with 24,290miles, to see if the internet price of $23,992 would be honored. I printed the internet listing and presented it to Joe,a manager. I was happy to find that they did honor the price, although I was told on the phone that the car was listed on the lot for $25,600. The sticker on the car though, was $24,500.They charge $100 for computer fee, and another $100 for accounting fee along with the DMV processing fee of $200. I wasn't keen on paying the computer and accounting fee, so they agreed to knock $200 off the internet price, so I paid $23,792. The whole process took 4 hours but everyone was cordial and accommodating. Ask for Roger if you plan on using this dealer.

I feel that my time at AutoLand was excellent. The sales department was exceptional. David Lutz was my saleman and he showed me all the possible cars I could get in my price range. When I selected the Rav4, he showed me all the options as far as leasing, buying, etc. I did not at all feel pressured into leasing right at the moment I was there. He also let me look around on my own and was available for any questions I had. The only minor issue I had was when I went to get my car serviced. I only went in for a simple oil change (at 7:30am on a Saturday) and I was there for about 2-2.5 hours. I don't feel that if I was there that early in the morning I should have gotten my car back much sooner.

I bought a certified car on Saturday but went back to buy instead. Brand new car. I called my salesman to hold the paper works and he showed he the papers in his hand on Monday morning so the sales manager and finance officer delightly agreed on new dealwith me for a brand new car with gentleman hand shake. After few minutes the sales manager rudely scratch the new deal because he will not make profit enough. He even threatened me legal charges if I will not take home the used vehicle. I am very very disappointed tothe max.

On Friday, December 18, while driving the Sienna 2010 to my newborn's doctor, with my husband and my 8-year-old daughter, we all felt jolts from the brand new van. The jolts continued throughout our journey to the doctor's office. At around 4:00 PM on the same day, I had my husband bring the van to be checked by service and found a problem with the transmission. "A brand new Toyota Sianna with a transmission problem!" I told myself. I must say, I felt cheated and insulted because the car was not even two months old and only had about 2,400 miles on it. The initial hoax and tricks began on November 20, 2009, I had stopped by Mr. Shami's office to ask him to cancel the unauthorized insurance and service he signed me up for but he was not there. I returned on Nov. 24th, and Mr. Shami cancelled the Gap, Towbuster and the service contract, but he told me he could not cancel the life and disability insurance until he checks to make sure he is able to do so. It is ironic that a capable financial service person like him had no idea that all insurances could be cancelled. He had me wait for almost a month for him to find out that he could cancel it. On Monday, November 30th, Mr. Shami initially told me he was going to call me, but he did not call. On Thursday, December 3rd I left him a message on his answering machine. Mr. Shami called me on Friday, December 4 and left me a message on my home phone, while I was in labor at the St. Barnabas hospital. Furthermore, I did a research on the price of the car that was sold to me and the price of the DVD that was installed in my mini van. I found that Mr. Eric Zagadou, the sales person, quoted me a price that was $1000 more than the actual price. As a result, Mr. Orin was able to give us a discount of $1000 on the car since I did not get the exact color (light green) I wanted. In other words, Mr. Orin's $1000 discount he gave us was in essence, Mr. Zagadou's over priced DVD. This means we did not receive any discount that was promised.When I confronted Toyota sales people, Mr. Shami said the stress I was causing myself was not good for my unborn baby and me. Mr. Orin McKay also told me that I should not stress myself too much. Even though this was a good advice from both gentlemen, I did not find such statements helpful. However, Mr. Orin McKay was willing to listen, and he said to call him on Wednesday, November 25 at 11AM. When I called him around 1PM on Wednesday, the 25th, Mr. McKay said he was about to pull my information and will call back after he reviews it. He failed to call on that day, but he had Mr. Zagadou call on Saturday, November 28 instead. Mr. Zagadou and I did not come to any conclusion on what to do. He also said he'd talk to his manager and try to see what they could do to make it up to me. Even though I have written to Mr. Mark Montenero, I have not heard directly from him yet. I met with Joe Petino, who said he manages the Toyota branch of the dealer on route 22 in Springfield, NJ. He gave me an impression that those at the top are in the hoax and tricks perform by sales and financial people. Watch out for the niceness when you go in and recalculate all the quote they give you. Ask for the paper they write on (if the refuse to give you that initial paper written on, take your money and leave). If they tell you there is something good or deal they can strike with you to make you take a car home that day; run.

Visited this dealership looking to buy new Toyota 2010 4Runner. They didn't have it in stock so they suggested to check if they can order the one for me for the reasonable price I offered. 2 min later, they came back and said that they could probably do it but is going to take a 3 months to get the color I wanted. That wasn't really a good deal anymore as in 3 months, prices would probably go down since more cars will be hitting dealerships. I told Autoland that I wanted to call another dealer who had it in stock and if I can't buy it from him now I am going to order it from the Autoland. Autoland general manager got upset and told me that he wouldn't be playing a price game with another dealer for me, refused to talk to me and made me walk away. I am not sure what is the point of Autoland bussines - to sell the cars or to satisfy their personal egos. As previous Autoland customer I was quite surprised with such poor treatment and I will never be stopping by this dealer again.

I stopped in one weekday afternoon to test drive the Camry. Louis came up to me and introduced himself. We did a test drive, and he wanted to give me the numbers on the car as we got out of the car. Normally, the salesman brings you into the dealership, talk about the test drive, then give you the numbers based on whether you're financing or leasing. Louis gave me a number, and said there was no need to sit down and talk further. I was taken back by the rudeness. We did sit down eventually, and he basically gave me a ridiculously high quote for the Camry. Mind you I've already been to many other dealerships, and only one other dealership made an unreasonable offer. Louis didn't even bother asking about my credit ratings, and just gave me a really bad quote. Don't waste your time with Autoland.

The "free oil change" for new a new Scion purchased at the dealer is pure HYPE. ALL service personnel are told to "monetize every visit," and they lean on you VERY HARD to add on something you probably don't need--but have to pay for. And everything is done far from sight, so you don't even get to ask direct questions or observe--even a local gas station lets you do that. On the follow-up email, anything you ask is completely ignored. The air of rip-off greed is so thick here it's hard to breathe.

I put in an order over the internet and someone was to call me back. They took forever to call and had me on hold for hours on end. I dealth with Cristina who convinced me to come in alleging that I had been approved for a loan. When I went in this was not the case and I was referred to multiple people who attempted to sell me a vehicle I did not want. Disappointing experience I will not be returning...and recommend that you do not even bother to waste your time.

i bought my 06 corolla there and i was happy with my experience.since they were local, i also got my service done there. i got my 15k mile service done there when the time came. i believe the service went ok, but i cant forget how they suggested i change my transmission fluid after only so many miles (quoted at 200$). i knew normally it was changed at 30k so i declined. when i went home i checked that it was clean. since then i had my 30k done at route 22 toyota without any mention of dirty atf. so i believe they were lying and trying to rip me off. ive also gone there two other times for warranty service. two times my radio/6cd changer has died. they put in a new one each time without a problem. but the second time they didnt call me when my cds came back and they were just sitting there some x months.overall, when i was there for those three times, they were very disorganized. you pull into the garage and you have to look for a service adviser who is either missing or busy with something else. this is not acceptable for good customer service. for example, i made an appointment to get the cd changer fixed, but when i talked to the adviser he couldnt find it, and even had to call the mechanic not to change the oil. since all this happened ive gone to route 22 toyota with no such complaints.

They really took advantage of me. It took almost 6 hours to get through all the paperwork and garbage. I had to go back and forth to autoland almost 3 times and then after i had the car for about a week they called to tell me that the payments that we agreed upon were not approved by the bank and they raised my payments almost $40/month. <br><br>I will NEVER buy another car from them again.
