Great experience today buying a vehicle. We did not experience any hard sell tactics. From the time we walked in they were hospitable. They were efficient in processing paperwork. Additional fees were comparable or less than other dealers. Absent any latent defects, this five star review will remain. I have been to many used car dealers recently who tried to push me into financing with them. That was not the case here where it seemed any method of payment would result in the same price. They offered a modest discount but in my experience that is all one can expect in a the current market.

My family loves our Honda CR V. Jeremy was the absolute best. He was so patient during the entire process and explained everything to me. The atmosphere there is so warm and comfortable. I Thank You Jeremy for such outstanding customer service. You are greatly appreciated.

I have owned 15+ vehicles in my life and always purchased them from private sellers, never once from a used car dealership. For me, the stigma of used car dealerships as scam artists was turned upside down by David and Jeremy at Autoleader. They not only answered my questions before my arriving to test drive the vehicle, but it became abundantly clear upon arrival that they had taken the time to ensure the vehicle was in good working order prior to its sale. Autoleader sets the standard for what we should expect from used car dealers. David and Jeremy were knowledgeable, communicative, and fair in their dealings. David followed up on the issues discussed at the point of sale and left me feeling that they truly care about the quality of the cars they are selling. I very HIGHLY recommend seeking these gentlemen out for any used car purchase you are considering. They are second to none!

I worked with David, who intially made me feel secure in finding a new car after mine had been totaled in an accident this Saturday. I had given him authorization to run one hard inquiry on my credit report. He did that, than called me to let me know they had already sold the car I inquired about...why my credit was ran for a car that wasn’t there I’m not sure. I got an alert that he ran 8 hard inquires without my authorization. After running the reports he didn’t even call me to notify me if I had been approved or not. I had a very good credit score and I have 0 problems when I apply to get cars,homes,etc. The fact that he ran 8 shows how impatient he is, because I would of been approved the first time. David is just trying to sell a car. He doesn’t care about his customers. This effected my credit score and of course I’m highly frustrated, added on to my stress. All I tried to do was find a new car. I confronted him about the action and his defense was that I had authorized them. No. I did not authorize 8 hard Inquiries on my credit report. Who would? He continued to say that he will not do anything to fix the problem and showed terrible customer service. I tried to reach out to someone higher and customer service was of no help. I do not recommend working with these people they are shady, don’t explain anything and do whatever they want with your credit.
