Love my luxury Kia I bought from them! I always wait at least a few months to see if my car is a keeper before giving a used car dealership a review, and I am just as happy now as I was in July! Joe was very helpful, had everything fixed that I requested (even a little scratch) and John definitely knows the financial aspect of it! If you need a car quickly, they don't beat around the bush! Place is an absolute joke, get a new staff!! You wonder why those cars are sitting in that lot for months on end!! I bought a Chrysler 300 limited, from Automall Collection the other day and my experience was outstanding from from the beginning to the end. I called on Sunday to ask about the car and spoke to the sales representative Joe T. He was very informative and end easy to deal with, he directed me to the spot one their website where I could fill out a credit application. He responded back to me within 5 minutes. I drove down the next morning to take a look, I received a call from Joe on the way down to see if I needed any help finding the dealership. The car looked brand new just like the rest of the lot, so we got right to the minamal paper work and I would say no more then a half hour and I was on the road. There is no question that I will be bringing my buisness back to The AutoMall Collection, the staff is professional but you also feel very comfortable dealing with them. AMAZING. I've been shopping for a car for about a year now, and have had not so pleasant experiences with dealerships. Auto mall is by far the best dealer I have been to, quality wise, price wise, and service wise. I never felt pressured or stressed, and I was quite intimidated showing up to such a high end dealer with my little trade in (Mitsubishi Lancer). They made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me top dollar for my trade (more than any other dealer has offered me) and were willing to work with me if my new car payments were still out of reach. I arrived to the dealer at 11:45am with two car options in mind, left the dealer by 2pm with my new BMW. I would recommend them to everybody, thank you so much Joel!

Look no further if you are seeking a luxury car at a great price with absolutely ZERO pressure....Auto Mall Collection is the only place to go! In the past, I have purchased cars exclusively at auctions and stayed clear of dealerships. I saw the luxury cars on the the lot of Auto Mall Collection and thought I would take a chance....what a great decision! I walked into Auto Mall Collection and was greeted by Joel. I told him I was looking for a BMW 535xi that was a few years old, low mileage (35-40 miles), one owner, and no accidents. Joel stated they did not have that car out on the lot in Peabody, however, he brought me over to speak with John, the Manager, and John went online to see if their Dedham, MA location had a car that met my requirements. John informed me they had a car in Dedham (2013 BMW535xi 36,000 miles and one year left on the BMW Manufacturer's Warranty) and they would be glad to bring it up to Peabody for me to test drive the car. I test drove it with Joel and the car ran beautifully, however, I noticed the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Without hesitation, Joel said we will replace those for you. I moved forward with purchasing the car and then brought the car to my mechanic to have him check out the car. He gave me the thumbs up on the car and congratulated me on purchasing a great car. Joel is the ultimate professional; knowledgeable, friendly, straight forward, not pushy at all and great on follow-through. He is very thorough and kept me apprised throughout the process (while new rotors and brake pads were being installed, they obtained new plates, registration etc.). The process did not feel like a process at all as things could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend AutoMall Collections in Peabody as the only place to go to purchase a luxury car.

I love the car and Joel even arranged a service appointment at the local BMW dealership to insure the car was pristine. Most people, including me, do not look forward to the used car buying process but I can attest that even if you do not buy a car from the people at Automall, you will still walk away feeling that you've been treated fairly and professionally. I purchased a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive two days ago. The buying experience was great! Great service and Joel was there to answer any and all questions I had. This was my first time trading in a vehicle so he kindly took me thru the whole process. They even appraised my vehicle on-site (took less than 30 minutes) and gave me a great deal! On top of that, I found the car on cars.com and took a screenshot of the vehicle and price. When I got to the site the price was a bit hgher, but they had no problem in honoring the price from the screenshot even though it might've been an out-dated price. I never thought I was going to be driving into the dealership in my 2008 Ford Focus w/ 78K miles and driving out in my beautiful new purchase with only 35K miles in it! I am very pleased with the service and the fastness of the process. I don't have to even do anything in the Insurance side of things. They will call them and get everything set up for me - all I have to do is pay the difference and I will get all paperwork squared away without moving a muscle. I will be referring any and all friends that want to purchase a great vehicle from these guys!

I bought an audi approximately 4 month ago, car looked good at sight but month by month theres new things coming out for repair, and the expensive kind, rims needed to be change 3 of them to be exact and tires too, and don't get me wrong i know about used cars and the burden that comes with them, but this was a "pristine car" thats what the dealer keep saying , and it was not a cheap car either, everything was uncomfortable about this buying experience, the extreme pressure you feel, the rancid and absolutely unfriendly attitude of the owner, I would never go back to this place , I bought the car because I really wanted it and the model is hard to find around, but never again, terrible terrible place.

I bought a SUV. They convinced me to sign off an additional warranty of about 1,600 USD for 2 yearsResult:After 1 week oil leakage from engine. I followed their suggestion to go to their suggest workshop. I came back there, I'm not joking, 10 times!!! Issue no solved.Finally I went to another workshop: 400 USD not covered by the above warranty.After 1 month heating fan burned. Replaced after 3 times in their suggested workshop at no cost.After 3 months engine light on: in MY workshop they repaired it at 300 USD. Not covered by warranty.After 3 months I had to replace the 2 rear rotors because seriously damaged and very dangerous: 900 USD not covered by the warranty.I think is enough...

I recently purchased a car from Automall Collection and the entire experience was excellent. The model year was 2011 but the car was pristine and the price was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, my salesperson was Anya. Other dealers obviously try to put you in pressure situations but in my dealings with Anya at Automall I never felt like I was having anything pushed on me. Anya was realistic about how long the car would last on the lot without pushing for me to leave with the car after the test drive. This was actually my first time going through the car buying process and Anya was very understanding and patient while we worked out the details. We were in constant contact during the whole process and she was very helpful and professional throughout. I felt comfortable the entire time and would recommend Automall to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2013 BMW X3 from Joe (and general manager John) at this dealership. The price quoted for this one-year-old, fully loaded, low mileage vehicle was among the most competitive I had seen. I called from several hundred miles away on a Friday afternoon and expressed interest in the vehicle. Joe spent time with me on the phone, explaining the features and answering my questions; when he didn't know something right away, he took the time to find out and called me back. He faxed paperwork to me so I could find out more about this SUV. I told him I was interested in the vehicle and would drive there the next day, though it would be late in the day when I arrived. When I got there, the vehicle was waiting, just as described to me. I took it for a drive - and then took time to think about whether this was exactly the right SUV. Joe offered a "no pressure" approach. Even leaving the building to buy a cup of coffee from a nearby Starbucks for me and my wife as we discussed what we would do. We decided to purchase the vehicle and John made a very good offer to us for our trade-in. After the sale was completed, John let us know that two other people had stopped in who were interested in the vehicle that day and one made an offer. Joe, however, told them that a potential buyer was making a long drive into town and he insisted on keeping his word that the vehicle we were interested in would be there when we arrived. He was true to his word and we could not have asked for a better buying experience. I would recommend this dealership and both of these gentlemen highly.

I bought a 2011 BMW 535 here. And only after one day driving I found this car has a problem. It vibrates after 70 miles\h. i thought it was small problem like the balance so I agreed to let them to fix it. But they fail to solve it and wast one week of my time. And finally they deny the vibration problem though it is so obvious. Their manners and attitudes are also pretty vile. I'm talking to my lawyer and decide to cancel this deal. Be careful when trade here.

I had been shopping for a small suv for about a month and looked at a number of different makes and models. I finally found exactly what I wanted (Audi Q5 Premium Plus with the 3.2 liter V6) at the Automall Collection and headed up to check it out. Mike was friendly and personable from the get-go and kept away from the typical car sales BS. After a test-drive and some negotiation, we were able to come to a deal that I was very happy with and ended up driving the car home that same day.

The dealer was helpful enough when we were interested but he told us a number of things that turned out to not be true: 1) he said the car was a trade in. When we checked Carfax, it was sold at auction. 2) we weren't able to have a mechanic check it out until after we bought it; when we did our mechanic told us the car had been wrecked and rebuilt 3) the dealer insisted that our interest rate on financing was 2.5; when we did the paperwork it was suddenly 4.9 (my husband has a credit rating over 700). The Carfax report didn't say anything about the car having been wrecked: it doesn't report private repairs. I'm very displeased with this dealership and cannot recommend them in any way. Their practices are unethical; they should have told us upfront the car had been wrecked -- there are plenty of buyers who will happily take a chance on such a car. We're not one of them.

My wife and I bought a 2010 BMW at this place. We were told several times the car had Bluetooth, but we could not figure out how to activate it...very much needed it. The dealer sent me to a service center in Norwood, where the tech told me this car did not have Bluetooth. I could get it installed for about $400, but they don't do it there. Also, the tire pressure dash alert light won't turn off. The dealer checked the tires and told me "It will turn off after you drive a few miles." The light never went off. The Norwood tech told me it was probably one of the sensors in the tires. And because the "tires" aren't covered by the factory warranty, they can't fix it. They don't do "tires" anyway. Ok...perhaps this dealer should acknowledge that they sell cars "as-is" and don't back-up repairs that should be covered by the factory and extended warranties.

I LOVE this car dealership! I bought a 2011 Mercedes C300 from AutoMall Collection a few weeks ago. Not only does AutoMall Collection have great deals but the sales guys there are so nice. Poor experience - I got a rental car to drive the 20 miles to their location. Although previously agreed to make a test ride with a 528 2012 model with John P Morgen (called ray) the car was in service. The 2010 model was at another location but should be there in 10 minutes. When answering that I will not make the decision on spot Ray started to show me some models where either price or mileage was above my limit - not considering my answers at all. When it was clear that no car is coming he promised me to let me know once the 2012 model is back from service. Needless to say that this never happend. Bad experience but as I see from other reviews that happens to other people too. Take car.

I saw a great deal via cartrader.com at automallcollection. I arranged a meeting with the sales guy for Saturday at 5P to look at a 2012 528 used car, so I rented a car to drive there. Strange office - anyway, when arriving there he though that I am coming for a 2010 528. Although arrange a specific meeting the car was at another location and I was told that it will be here in ten minutes. In the meantime he asked me if I am willing to make a deal today and I told him, that I will need time to consider. When mentioning that I actually came for the 2012er model that one was suddenly in service and not available. So Jon started to show me some other cars outside without taking car of my budget or mile limit. As it was clear that no car was coming (not even the 2010) he promised to let me know when the 2012er would be back. But that never happend.In the end I ended up with paying for a rental withouth having a test ride. So if you go to automallcollection - be sure that they have your car ready or otherwise don't go there - I cannot recommend it.

Great Prices that under Kelley Blue Book. I bought a lease turn in from Auto Mall that was from Mercedes Benz Financial Services. I have been looking for months for a nice Mercedes Benz C300. They had the BEST price within a 200 mile radius. I asked them why were their prices so low and they stated to me that they have a very low over-head costs and the savings are passed onto the customer. My main concern was getting APPROVED for credit and amazingly I was. The Sales Rep (SONNY) was EXCELLENT. He answered all my concerns and even delivered my car to me. The car buying process went very smoothly and I was there ONLY 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Auto Mall. If these guys can't get you approved no one can.

Went there after looking to book a test drive and the refused to let me drive the vehicle unless I was willing to purchase the vehicle that day as they didn't want to put on any additional miles on the car. I am happy to report that more then 6 weeks later the car is still there and they had to drop their price. The odd part is I was willing to buy just didn't like the high pressure sales tactic and pour customer service

Why I have given this review is simple - Sunny was outstanding in his service and his consideration. The other employees were, to be quite honest, not friendly and hot helpful with an unfortunate incident I experienced with a rental car and loss of a key. Sunny, on the other hand, was like family. He made the effort to ease the tension among the other employees and also volunteered to take me to Boston to get the key. He also waited for me to return on the T, and I had received another ride, but he was still the major reason why the sale was made. From my first phone call to today it has been a great experience dealing with the Automall Collection. My initial call was an inquiry to see if they still had a vehicle I had just seen advertised. It was late in the day and the Automall would be closing in 30 minutes so I really did not have time to get there that evening. I spoke with Eddie, the owner, he said come down anyway and I will wait for and he did. I purchased the vehicle and in a few days I picked it up. The entire experience was easy. Now, with all things a problem may arise and one with the vehicle did. It was a small safety issue and Eddie was a concerned and wanted to get it taken care of right away. As things go, this started on a very busy weekend and I could not get the car to a local garage until Monday morning and that would be a logistical nightmare for me at the time. As I was getting ready to enjoy the balance of my Sunday afternoon Joe called and asked if they could send a tow truck to get it to the repair shop, this was completely on their own. I did not ask, mention or request this. The problem was fixed and it could not have been easier. These are very friendly and accommodating people. They could manage any business well as it is all about customer service and these folks have it down.I would recommend the Automall Collection to anyone without hesitation!

I called this dealership Monday June 16, 2013 and spoke with Ramon about 2 different cars. One was a 2011 Mercedes E350 with 44k miles and the other was a 2009 BMW 650 with 30k miles. I specifically asked about the Carfax for both and was told they were both clean, never in an accident. I asked Ramon to email them to me and explained that it was a 35 mile trip one way and didn't want to waste my time. I got the Carfax for the e350 within a few minutes. I waited about 1/2 hr and the one for the 650 didn't come yet. I had errands to run soI left. They were expecting me there at 2pm but I was running late, mainly because we were having thunder storms and it was pouring out. At about 2:15 I got a call from another person at the dealership named Jay. He called my home number first because I didn't give them my cell. My wife told them I was out looking at cars and gave them my cell. He wanted to make sure I was still coming and I assured him I was. I asked a second time about the Carfax and was told it was clean no accidents. When I got there Jay was with another customer and eventually another person helped me. I wanted to take the 650 out first because it was the one I was most interested in. I asked him if I liked it, could I take it home to show my wife so she could feel how it rode (she has 3 disks degenerating in her neck and some cars cause a lot of pain). They had no problem with that so I took it for a short ride and didn't think it would be too bad for her so I went back tothe dealership to make arrangements. This is when the Carfax appeared. They showed me how it had ALL of the service work and maintenance done whch was several pages long. They also pointed out that it was a one owner and no reported accidents. Strangely enough, the carfax recommended taking 1,700 off the book value. Thought this should have been the opposite given the service records and one owner. When I asked about this, they said it was because the dealer bought the car back. I was originally told it was off lease. I took the carfax to look at it myself because it just wasn't adding up. Looking closely, there it was. The car was bought back and "BRANDED A LEMON". They still tried to sell me on the fact that the carfax was clean. We obviously had a different definition of clean.After wasting 3 hours of my time and 1/2 tank of gas, I checked to see if they ever sent the carfax, which it looked like they did but when I clicked on the link, I got an authorization error.They had about 50 cars on their lot and they were all high end so you would expect honesty, but in the end, they turned out to be the type that continue to give used car lots, the stigma that some of them do notvdeserve but end getting thanks to dishonest dealers like this that will tell you anything to get you on their lot. I sure hope the roll over I saw on the way home wasn't driving too fast in the pouring rain because he was angry after just having a similar situation.

I walked in looking for an advertised Audi A3. When I got there Sonny had the car pulled up for me. It was just as advertised and looking good. He was really friendly and took care of me. I was asking a lot of them to make me happy and they met all my needs. When trying to get a price that worked for me Eddie was firm but extremely fair. To me, that is all you can ask for. I ended up bringing my girlfriend to look at an Acura TSX. We walked out with both. After the sale they made sure the cars were up to our standards and they really appreciated the business. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and by the way, they have great cars. I was really impressed with the selection. Go see these guys!

I met with David Penney and was treated professionally right from the start. The car needed a few small things to be perfect and David promised me that the dealership would provide those things at their cost. I contacted this dealership about purchasing a used smart car. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealership they explained that there had been some sort of mistake and that I actually had to pay $500 more. When I complained to the owner he agreed to the original price but said that I would have to pay $478 in document fees. Then the battery in the car was dead and I couldn't take it for a test drive. Needless to say, I didn't buy the car.These people are caricatures of sleazy car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Drove 30 minutes last Saturday to this dealership to purchase a 2009 C300.when we arrived the dealership was busy with customers and since we did not call in advance and they have limited amount of dealer plates for test drive,we were asked politely to wait for a plate to ba available for test drive.meanwhile my Sons got comfortable on the nice leather couch in front of a Big screen TV in the showroom.I was offered a coffee from Starbucks which was very nice indeed.after 15-20 minutes we were off for a test drive with a very clean C300 we came to purchase.the rest was easy process,the financing was quick and we were out in no time,happy with our purchase.Thank you Joe for all your efforts.

I had to wait almost 40 minutes to take the car I was interested in for a test drive. I thought that maybe it was me but I asked a couple leaving the premises and they told me they waited 30 minutes. So I guess this is the norm. Sales guy was good, professional and friendly. The car was awful dirty, still had receipts on the floor from the previous owner. I was told this car had gone thru their wonderful thorough inspection. Yet the car had 3 bold tires, engine bay, interior and exterior were dirty. The salesman said he was embarrassed to show me the car. Guys.. Dont put up a car for sale until you have at least cleaned it. I decided not to pursue the vehicle purchase based on their lack of effort to pay attention to detail.

I gave these guys 5 stars in another review, based on their friendliness and helpfulness when I bought my car. I also just had the Golf I bought checked out by my mechanics, who said it's one of the cleanest used cars they've ever seen. On the other hand: when they brought the car to me they hadn't even taken off their stickers, let alone shined it up as they said they would. And when I called about a problem with the valet key, they never called back. So I'm not sure what to make of them. Would I recommend them? Maybe, but I'd say be alert--they weren't as professional as I first thought.

I just bought a used VW Golf from these people, and everything about the experience was great. From the time I parked in the lot, everyone was friendly, helpful, warm, informative. Because my car was in the shop they picked me up and dropped me off, and they'll be bringing the car to me. They answered every question I had along the way. I'd also just gotten some bad news about my old car, and they helped me deal with that. I usually buy cars from individuals so I can avoid all the high pressure techniques of car dealerships. Here I didn't feel pressured at all. I liked everything: size of the place, the people I dealt with, the result. Go in, look around, buy a car. These guys were amazing, beginning to end. I wish they were my neighbors.

I have been driving a Mercedes-Benz CLK320 convert. for over 8 years (I bought it used with 45k miles) and loved it. I felt it was time to upgrade to a newer version of the same car. I started my research about a month ago and began to focus on the 08/09 year to achive the price point that I was looking for. I also wanted heated seats and a nav in this one that was missing in my last one. I was only interested in Silver or Black.As I continued to look, the same two dealerships continued to pop up with the cars I wanted at prices that were on the lower end of the range. (Dedham Auto Mall and Auto Mall Collection). I spotted a clk550 at Dedham, drove it by found the suspension too firm for me coming out of a clk. I was interested in the 07 they had in Dedham, but it was priced a bit high for the year and options even though it only has 15k miles on it. I then saw a silver clk350 up at Peabody and called on it. I spoke to Dave would invited me to come and drive the car. I came to see the car a few days later and was interested. It did not have the nav I was looking for, but at the right price I would take it. After leaving and thinking about it, I made and offer for the car. We could not agree on price, primarily because of the trade which I knew was a bit aggressive on my part. Dave stayed with me and kept me informed of all of the new cars as they came in. A black CLK350 showed up with everything I wanted and got a call from Dave. The price was attractive based on everything else I had seen. I shot up to Peabody to drive the car, loved it and about an hour later, the deal, my trade and financing was complete. Dave an Eddie were helpful, and efficient. I was hoping for a bit more on the trade, but was happy with the deal and felt I was treated fairly.I would not hesitate to recommend Dave or the dealership to anyone looking for a new luxury vehicle. Also, Dave delivered the car to me in Waltham to accomodate my schedule.

I started searching for a newer car about a month ago. The process and search went on and i started to get impatient/disappointed,I was not having much luck with my search. Either the car got sold or something was fishy about it. I decided to wait and see what else i can find. So i drove towards Peabody and arrived at the BMW of Peabody saw one car that could have been considered but the numbers were not to great. Me and my Pops walked across the street to Auto Mall Collection, where we were greeted by David. We quickly became friendly and started looking at possible cars. "I found my car" i said a beautiful Black BMW335i was sitting there and i took it for a test Drive. The car felt great of course its a BMW but nonetheless it would all come down to the $$$ payment a month. We sat down talked numbers and everything seemed to work out just fine. I'm paying a bit more a month than i planned but that's all do to me adding an extended warranty on the vehicle. No matter how nice the car or sales people are covering you behind for an extra 40 bucks a month is a "No Brainer." Since it was the weekend i had to wait a couple of days for the car, but i received it and it has been good so far. But of course nothing is ever perfect i realized that after receiving the car the rear door panel had some cuts/holes in the interior. I addressed Mike about it and he quickly told me bring it back and we'll take care of it. So in conclusion the experience was good everything worked out and I'am enjoying my new car. Thank you to the gentleman at Auto Mall Collection hopefully i wont have to return with any issues but with more business till next time, Adios.Kelvin Taveras

When I went searching for a new Acura, I located the Automall collection and saw that the price was the best I had seen anywhere! When I got to the dealership they went to get the car off the lot for us, and made sure it was in perfect condition. They also had a selection of four or five for us to choose. After working with our pricce range we found the exact car we wanted and they made it look brand new. The financing was so easy and was probably the easiest part. We enjoyed our time at this dealership and would recommend to anyone who wants a great price, professional atmosphere and easy non pressured buying experince.

Tooth extraction, hemroid surgery, buying a car. What do they have in common? You don't look forward to any of them. I have had my eye on an 08 Maxima for some time and when my current vehicle reached 190k, it was time to act. Their selection was attractive, the Maxima was agressively priced, and looked very nice. My sales guy was accomodating, assertive, but respectful and the deal was done. When the vehicle was delivered, there were a couple of issues which were supposed to be fixed but were not. This started to raise my concerns. After a couple of phone calls to Mike and Eddie, I was assured the situation would be addressed. I sat down with Mike and found him to be professional, sympathetic to my headaches with the car, and committed to making the situation right. I drove out of the dealership satisfied that we had worked together to a satisfactory resolution, pleased with the courtesy demonstrated to me, and thinking that, of the first three items I mentioned, the third was not that bad. When I have to purchase again, I will go back to Mike and would suggest to my friends they do the same.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I bought a BMW x5 and after less than a month, it started leaking oil and they could not help me fix it. The brakes needed to be repaired too. I spent $1000 to repair the oil leak and another $800 to repair the brakes in less than a month after I bought the car. The staff were very unprofessional. This is one of the dealership that don't care about you as a customer after u hand them the check!!!

Met with Chris on my first visit to this dealership, I pretty much knew what car I wanted. I've always had my guard up at dealerships so I tried not to let on. He was very knowledgeable, didn't try to push me at all, I just felt really comfortable. When we got back to the dealership I told him I still wanted to show my wife, but she was at home with the kids, he offered to let me bring it to her and I did. That's pretty much what sealed the deal for me. I got to do everything on my terms and never felt uncomfortable would recommend Chris to my friends and anyone who asked about him.The showroom was a little small, but very nice and clean, the price was very fair and they even got the plates for the car. I've had the car for less than a month now, I'll update again if I need to.

Their selection along with their prices had everyone beat. My sales associate was very polite and attentive. He was very patient and showed me all of the cars that fit my description. I was in the market for 2008-2009 BMW X5 and am very particular on the features, quality and condition of a car I am about to purchase - after all BMWs do not come cheap and it a serious purchase and stressful time to an extent. Prior to coming to Automall I entered into an agreement to buy a car from an official BMW dealership in Western MA conditional that they would fix certain cosmetic items on car. After waiting four days, all they did was clean it and I pulled out of the deal and got my deposit back as I was dissapointed in their lack of listening to my requests and attitude. While some folks would rather deal with an official dealership, my experience at Automall proved otherwise. Everyone at Automall worked hard to get my business, found the best loan rates available, and catered to my many requests prior to picking up the car. The car I picked up was in very good condition and they obviously cherrypick the cars they inventory. I would rather deal with Automall who listens to their customers requests and are honorable any day, instead getting your car washed and a filled with a tank of gas at a traditional dealerships - while ignoring my requests. Not only did the Automall team address all my particular items, they also honored fixing a light on the side of the car a week after it was delivered. Again, I am very particular on the car and customer service experience and would rate my experience as exceptional. They all worked hard as a team and followed through on their commitments and even helped me out beyond what I hoped for.

My wife was in need of a replacement for her 11 year old minivan and she wanted a Audi A4 3.2 convertible - preferrably a dark color. We had been looking around for some time and went to several dealers including a couple Audi dealerships. Tom at AutoMall was by far the superior representative of all the people we met or spoke with at the various dealerships. We called ahead since we live about 45 minutes from AutoMall and Tom promised to have the car ready for us to test drive and also indicated he had the carfax. When we arrived, we found an almost new looking - and driving - 2007 Audi A4 3.2 Cab. Car looked great and drove great. As a matter of fact all the cars on the lot looked brand spanking new - inside and out. This was not our experience at other dealerships - including Audi dealerships where the response to our comment regarding the obvious wear and tear on an '08 we test drove was "well, it is a used car which means is was used" - thank Mr Audi salesman for that insight. And that car was priced at $7000 more than we paid for similar mielage, more wear. Anyway I digress. Tom knew his product well, was not pushy at all, answered all my wife's questions patiently. The one fault we noticed on the car was some worn leather on the drivers seat which Tom immediately agree to have repaired.The end result is we bought the car, Tom had the leather repaired within 48 hours, kept us informed along the way, personally made sure the car was detailed - even though when we test drove the car, it was already very clean. The sales/finance manager was quite good and thorough. They did offer an extended warranty, but didn't push. All in all, we are a happy customer and would definitely come back in the future. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership was a wonderful experience. They are friendly easy to negotiate with, NO GAMES and GREAT interest rates! if you like the deal then you buy if not you don't. This is our third car already from this dealership. We bought the Mersedes E-350 at this time. I would say this dealership saved our marriage because i'v got the car i dreamed about. My favorite color is green. My eyes are green and now i have the green car!John was very friendly. We'v got all papers very quickly. And the most important thing that he reduced our percent for the bank.We are glad that we chose Automall Collection of Peabody. I would recommend this dealership to everybody. There is good price deals for low milege cars!

I Live in salem,ma. I owned every car i ever wanted,and bought from a lot of places,about 6 mounts ago i promised my oldest daughter a car, Stoped by the auto mall she saw a range rover she she loved it, john was my salmon at that time the man was a grate help showed the suv gave us a ride and waded as it was bought it,it was a 2003 Range Rover Hse,the car looked runs perfect... and stills dose, then the other day i stoped by and seen this Black Jagaur XJR Sam ,and Ed helped me took it for a ride, And i didn't say another word,they said leave it to us,so i did. these Boys are pros,they know who buys what car if your going to look and wast ther time , they have a Very Very high line of cars with low miles and Extra clean non Smokers cars,so if your looking for a clunker Don't go Thes People have the best Cars in Boston Area................................. this is not a place for tire kickers........ I don't even know where to begin... The price of the vehicles is not worth the aggravation of dealing with the people. Save yourself some piece of mind, and look elsewhere!!! From the second I walked onto the lot, I felt as if they did not care weather I was there or not. This continued right up until the moment I drove away. I've had a few small issues with the vehicle I purchased and getting ahold of the salesmen that I worked with is impossible. Every time I call in I get the same story "He's not here right now.... I was not your salesman, so I CAN"T HELP YOU. Call back later" It's absolutely absurd. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau, I found out that I'm not the first. Stay away!!! And if you don't heed my warning...... Best of luck to you!
