My husband and I just bought a Chevy Tahoe From Auto Mart , as my 2001 Chevy Blazer I bought off them 8 1/2 yrs ago had blown the head gasket , we had great customer care dealing with Peter , who was friendly and full of lots of information with the questions we had , everything went as smooth as possible , we have bought other cars off Auto mart as well and have always got great service, My son even bought his first car from Joe 10 yrs ago , and Next yr when my daughter in law is ready to buy a car , I will recommend Automart , Keep up the Great customer Service ... When it comes to purchasing anything large or small, I rely on reviews from others of the product or service in question, research and facts. I have been "researching" the perfect truck for me for over a year. I was searching for a used Ford F150 Lariat. I knew what I wanted for interior and exterior features as well as the budget amount to purchase the truck. Because of my research, I knew exactly what I was to pay for the make, model and year and condition of the truck. I finally ended up finding Auto Mart right next door in Derry where I saw a 2005 Ford F150 FX4 that had all the features I was looking for. I researched the dealership and finally stalked the parking lot. I came back and spoke with Don. Don was great to work with. He sent me on my way for a test drive. After the test drive and thorough inspection of the truck, I was ready to make a deal. Don was not in any way pushy or manipulative but rather fair and willing to negotiate. Don and I finally agreed on a price that was slightly above my set budget and slightly below the asking price. Lets say, we found a common ground and shook hands. I was thrilled. I found the truck I was searching for and paid what I had anticipated to pay for it. It had a spotless CarFax report, one past owner and all service records. After coming back the following day to finalize the paperwork and have the truck serviced and detailed for delivery, I drove away a new happy truck owner. But, not before Pete walked me through every feature of the truck inside and out. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and and personable. I would honestly recommend Auto Mart to any of my friends or acquaintances who may be shopping for a quality used car or truck at an affordable price. I am grateful to have finally ended up at Auto Mart after a year of truck shopping for I feel I got the best truck for me. I am confident that should any issues arise, they will stand behind the vehicle as they provide excellent customer service. However, I don't anticipate anything major as like I said, this truck was in great condition inside and out. Finally, this leads me to my most recent dealing with Auto Mart. The rear glass slider was inoperable as I noticed when inspecting the truck. At the time of purchase, I expressed that I would like to have this fixed prior to finalizing the sale. They agreed, had me bring the truck back 3 days later (they had to wait for the part to arrive) and had it installed. My phone conversations were with Chris, who was also the service technician who did the install. Chris was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. He promised when the repair would be done and was spot on. I would not hesitate for a second to have my truck serviced by Chris if ever needed. I am confident he knows his stuff and will always do a top notch job! Thank you to everyone at Auto Mart for turning a naturally intimidating car buying experience into a positive experience for me. I am happy with my "new" used truck and plan to have it for many years to come. When I am ready for a "new" used truck, I assure you...I will be back!

We just purchased a used chevy silverado from Automart and it was the easiest and best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had, and we have had many. Jim worked a small miracle with an unbelievable financing rate. Peter was a great no pressure salesman. We cannot say enough about how great the experiance was. Go see these guys if you are cosidering a used vehicle!!!!

We bought a used Corvette here recently. The salesman, Peter was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable purchasing this car from this dealership. Would do it again.

My wife and I went to Auto Mart,because of the positive reviews we read, We were interested in purchasing a vehicle that my wife, could get into easily, and give her the needed room and comfort to drive in. Don, our salesman was courteous, and listened carefully to what we required. He was sensitive to the needs of my wife and treated her with great dignity. We left the dealership, kind of discouraged, because the vehicle we liked was t more than what we could afford. Later that evening, Don called us to tell us we could buy the car for what we could afford. Today, we came home with our new car and could't be more happy! We will look to Auto Mart, in the future for our vehicle needs!!!

My wife and I just purchased a 2005 Corvette convertible (sight unseen) from AutoMart Derry, NH. A CarFax was supplied along with about 40 photographs. There were many phone conversations with several salesman, all very knowledgeable. I mainly wound up dealing with Joe on the final sale. Everything stated about the car was very factual. He gave us his sell phone # and advised to call anytime with any question. I must say I took advantage of this. This is the first car I ever purchased via. internet and sight unseen. To say the least we were nervous in doing so. Prior to delivery the vehicle was detailed for us and many text photo's sent by Joe on the progress. Delivery was suggested to be handled by Intercity Lines by Joe and a contact for them was given. This was another great move on his part. We were notified by Joe of the pickup again with many photo's taken and sent to us. Corvette was covered and wrapped in plastic inside of an enclosed tractor trailer and delivered. The whole process was smooth and professional. Everything told to us about the corvette was accurate. Thanks Joe and all salesmen involved with this sale. Ron & Janet

We purchased a Toyota Tundra from Main Street Automart in Derry and can't say enough about the quality of the vehicle and the timely and well organized manner in which our transaction was handled by the salesman. We later returned to have mechanical service on another vehicle as well as purchasing and having 4 tires mounted. The service staff took pains to explain exactly what was done and, to our pleasant surprise, washed the car before returning it to us. And to top it all off the price was right! We would unhesitatingly recommend Main Street Automart.

I have purchased and owned many cars but never ever have I been more taken advantage of than I was here. My 17 year old son has worked very hard to save his money to buy a nice diesel pickup. Having lived in town and passed this dealer many times, it seemed they always had newer used vehicles on the lot. My son and I stopped in, looked at several vehicles on the lot and was then told by Pete, the salesman that they had just the vehicle for us. They had a 2001 Duramax that hadn't even cleared their shop to be on the lot. We looked at it and took it for a ride. Everything seemed fine. Never having owned a diesel, I voiced my concern with diesels and stories of injector problems and the cost to fix them. I asked how to tell if there was a problem. He told me loss of power is an indictor and that this truck was strong, that there wasn't a problem. We purchased the truck. I should have known from the night we brought the truck home there was going to be problems. As my son backed into the driveway for the first time, both reverse lights didn't work. We called the next day and they said to bring it in and they would fix. He did that and they fixed it. Then the real problem started. Days after we bought the truck, the check engine light started coming on. Again, they seemed more than happy to help. My son brought it back in, fuel issue or so we thought. They asked where we got gas, (from a popular brand name station) They told us that could be the problem, that they were known for bad diesel. My son did what they said to do, continued to have problems, brought the truck back and eventually we were told they refused to fix the truck. We contacted someone and was told the error code that was generated had something to do with the injectors. They refused to fix the truck, refused to give us our money back and basically held us hostage. We had to pick a truck from the inventory they had on the lot. My son did select a truck, not a diesel. Although it seems to be a decent truck, it is not what he wanted but we had no choice. One of the owners, Jim was rude to my wife, not helpful and when my wife told him that we would never go back to them he said "good". I can't believe the indifference shown by this dealership and will tell everyone I know not to go there. It's unfortunate that they probably will either fix the vehicle my son wanted at cost and mark it up as to not take the loss or sell it to another unsuspecting buyer who won't put up the fuss that we did and be out the cost of repair which is substantial. I hope that person reads this before getting taken advantage of.

guy that came out to greet us was a real jerk. knew nothing about cars just wanted money. couldn't answer a question and will not budge on their prices. they shouldn't be selling cars. car looked good but wouldn't buy a car there if it was the last dealership on earth
