I have to say, from the moment I stepped foot on the property I was greeted by Bob and this was the best car buying experiences I have ever been a part of. I saw a Honda Accord online online that brought me to the location. I got there and went straight to the car. Bob came out to chat with me than gave me the keys for a test drive. the car drove great but I was waiting on my bank financing to go through so I had to come back at the end of the week. Unfortunately the car was sold while I was waiting on my bank but Bob worked with me to find the perfect car for me. I was blown away by the customer service because I am used to being steam rolled by pushy big car dealership salesman. Paige was also very friendly and helpful in getting the paperwork completed efficiently and painless. I will let anyone I know who is in the market for a used vehicle to send them to Automotive Experts. The experience truly stood out to me.

Bob absolutely took care of us had a few issues with the flex we purchased was able to fix them. I highly recommend purchasing car from him. Thank you for all you did made our experience a great one.

I was watching this 2013 Subaru Impreza online for weeks. I finally went down to look at it and knew I wanted it. It had a couple problems but Bob was willing to work with me to repair the issues and offer a great price. Paige was also amazing at helping me through the buying process. They were all very honest and kind. Honestly one of the best buying experiences I have ever had.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Our recent experience with Automotive Experts in Stuart. We saw a vehicle very interested in purchasing. Was told by their salesman that it was clean. Looked too good. Took it to a mechanic and found what appeared to be a gasket oil leak when on the lift. Went back to dealership, explained the issues found (oh WAY more than one) and was led out the door while being told "guess that's not the car for you". None of the ..let me see what I can do, let me have my shop look at it..just led out the door. That was their customer service! WOW! This particular salesman was so condescending and quite rude saying his mechanic NEVER looked at the car. HOW CAN YOU SAY IT'S A 'CLEAN' CAR WHEN IT WAS NOT EVEN LOOKED AT BY YOUR MECHANIC???? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the type of place that gives used car dealers a bad name. He is obviously hoping to sell that vehicle to someone that trusts his word and doesn't take it to their own mechanic. Want to save someone else the time, money and headaches.
