We had an extremely odd situation where 2 parties were co buying a used 1st car for my 17 year old son. When the out of state co-buyer was being extremely difficult, Jeff and Marcus helped out so much to make this deal happen. Let's start with me mentioning that I never write reviews. Today, I bought my first used car and Autonation Acura North Orlando made this an easy and amazing experience. The salesman, Giovanni, was extremely nice, helpful, informative, and personable. He and the customer financial services manager, Mark, were able to work with my low budget and get me an amazing used 2013 chevy cruze. I am extremely grateful for their help. Like everyone else I approached the idea of buying a car with some trepidation. Well, y experience at this dealership was just great. Davis Shields was just the kind of relaxed, low pressure type of person that made my brother and I feel at ease about buying a car. The car we looked at and bought was just as advertised. Great condition and ready for the road. The sales process was profession and quick and it was not long before we drove off with just what we want. I would recommend the dealership and the selection of cars they offered to anyone. If I need another car, I will check with them before looking elsewhere.

My family and I were in town for the week in Disney world and we had major suspension issues on our MDX, 2005.I was concerned that we would be taken to the cleaners being from Chicago on the repairs. Much to our surprise this dealership was not like all those other places and our service advisor Mrs. Dobbs and the dealership went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and feel like family. They repaired our rear suspension problems provided a "2016" MDX loaner (really nice!!) Washed and vacuumed out our 2005 and to top of this great experience the repairs were way under what was originally quoted! I would definitely recommend this dealership as they have proven the great reviews to be true that they have gotten from other ACURA owners. We leased a 2016 ILX for my son and the experience was easy, up front and outstanding from end to end. My son identified the favorable Acura lease terms via google search and we went to see the cars as a part of our due diligence. We were very impressed with the cars and their pricing. Absolutely horrible customer service! I would never recommend this deal and at this point neither the manufacturer. I purchased my 2010 Acura TSX brand new off the lot. Over the years I have experienced several problems. I have had to replace all of the door locks due to electrical problems. My engine burns off at least 1 quart to 3 1/2 of oil in under 1,000 miles. I complained about this two years after buying the vehicle. Took it back to Auto Nation Acura Service Department and was told that it was normal for the vehicle to burn 1 quart to 3 1/2 in under 1,000 miles. I have taken my vehicle back to Auto Nation Acura three times in the last 3,000 miles (1,000 miles each time) and each time they found that I lost at least a 1 quart in under 1,00 miles. The Service Department Director was not helpful and rude. She pointed out that because my profession did not deal with cars that I would not know. I spoke to the General Manager and he told me that there is nothing wrong with my car and that it is normal for Acura and Honda vehicles to burn up to 1 to 2 quarts in under 1,000 miles. I was sold a lemon and Auto Nation Acura refuses to take responsibility despite the warranty. Acura recently sent out a bulletin that a select number of vehicles (including my car) were identified as possibly having oil consumption problems. According to Auto Nation Acura Service Department there is "No indication to suggest that my vehicle is experiencing oil consumption problems." This place is disappointing considering when the vehicle was sold to me the representatives were initially helpful. Now they refuse to take responsibility and hold themselves accountable.

But...their used car sales manager was terrible. We went over the labor day weekend to buy a car for my wife, our salesperson was great and treated us well. Soon after we started talking numbers for our trade and their car everything went down south. Our direct complain is not about the APR we were offered nor how much her trade or their car was worth but all the non sense, twisting and turning that the used car sales manager did try to fed us, his body language and facial expressions when he found out we had our own financing. Nevertheless, we left to have lunch and never went back. My wife was too upset about the whole buying experience. We ended up going to another Acura dealer in Orlando...90 minutes later we were driving home in a brand new Acura. We got a much better deal which included: extended acura warranty 7 years / 100k miles, spare tire kit, protection package, gap protection, 3 years maintenance plan, plus Acura Polo shirts and keyholders. Our out the door price was close to 10% lower than we were told at Autonation Acura. We had six Acura vehicles in the past ten years, that day we got our seventh... love the brand because their cars are well made, reliable and safe. We also used Autonation Acura for the same length of time to service our vehicles: no trouble no hassles there...their service dept is second to none. Why the " gatekeeper " was rude and disconnected from reality we don't know. Finally and while at the second dealership, my wife noticed 3 other families who like us left Acura Autonation that afternoon.

It was easy from start to finnish. Alan(my sales associate)was very professional, and helpful right down to calling my insurance company directly to get the needed coverage on my new vehicle. During financing my debit card would not go through due to the large amount so I had to go to the bank for a cashiers check. Alan followed me to the bank so I could hand him the check in the bank parking lot and drive straight home in my new vehicle without having to run back to the dealership. That was great! Thanks Acura

I drove about 95 miles to this dealership and was not disappointed. I came in and saw the exact car advertised in perfect condition. Iy salesman Steve was very detailed in showing me the vehicle and how everything worked. No pressure to buy that day even though I did. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable. Let me start by saying that if you're looking for the absolute best Service Department anywhere, then this is the place. Adam is the General Manager, and Brian and Kenny are Service Managers, all of whom took great care of us after we bought our gently used 2005 Infiniti QX56. The person who owned it obviously took great care of it, and it runs perfectly! However, when Acura took it in on trade they did a thorough inspection and found that the steering column, front brakes, and oil filter housing seal were in need of repair. All of which was completed prior to me even looking at the vehicle. We bought the car at the end of October 2014 as a birthday present for my wife. She had been driving a 2000 Ford Expedition that we bought in 2004 with 70k miles on it (it was an excellent car). But after two kids and 190k miles it was time to retire the old girl. The Infiniti suited our needs perfectly, and we purchased it, even though it already had 100k miles on it. But, since Acura took it on trade, and with the great condition it was in, I went ahead and got it. Unfortunately, soon after driving it home, the steering column was loose. So, I called Acura, and they said to bring it back in for them to evaluate whether they could do anything. Well, they did something all right. They kept the car until they could locate a suitable replacement steering column, and provided us with a loaner vehicle, not once, but three separate times while they ordered and replaced five different steering columns. Also, that in that same time period, during one of the few weeks we had the car back, the brake system failed and I had to have it repaired at a cost of $1250. But, that's merely a coincidence of the timing. Acura took care of that repair in as best of a cost effective manner as possible. In the time that weve owned the car, weve actually only had it in our possession for about two months as Brian and Kenny were relentless in their mission to ensure that we were totally happy. They also took care of a few other minor issues: the side mirror switch had to be replaced, the ignition switch was loose and they had to order new bolts. All of which, they had to order parts and incur labor hours to repair. I cant say enough great things about the level of service, respect, and willingness to provide great customer service that Autonation Acura of Sanford has provided my family. I called when I was on my way from another city. Steve Greenhut was who I spoke to. I advised him of the car I was coming to look at and he advised me that he would see me when I arrived and said "drive safe". Upon my arrival the car that I called about was up front, clean, and waiting for me to test drive. Steve was with another customer so I was helped by Daniel Moyer. I recently purchased a preowned Hyundai Genesis from Auto Nation Acura North Orlando. The entire experience was first rate. The salesperson was very helpful and courteous. The price was very good as compared to some other dealers. The car is wonderful and was beautifully detailed. The purchase paperwork was the most complete I have ever experienced. Most dealers only give copies of the major documents but here I received a copy of every document I signed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used automobile.

All the staff seemed very friendly and we were treated with much respect. We had looked at a vehicle that we liked at another dealership because of their listed price, but Thank God we decided to come and look at the same model at this dealership; the outstanding service and courtesy was immediately obvious to us. Furthermore, David, the branch Manager, and the Finance Director (Robert Alier) were all able to top the previous dealer's offer; they really did great on pricing and gave us an outstanding offer on our trade-in. This dealership will nickle and dime you on the Service all the way. For simplest things: like carrying blended oil for Acura MDX, they will tell you they do not have/carry it. So you have to pay extra for synthetic, and pay extra for synthetic oil filter, etc. Just simple things, but they charge you every which way. Do not use their SErvice Dept; you will get jipped, guarantee you this is the case. guaranteed.

I dealt with a great no pressure salesman named Steve. I first looked at the RDX in June, gave him my contact information but let him know I was not interested in making the decision immediately. He sent me an e-mail to follow up and when I told him I would be back to see him when I was ready to change cars sometime in September, he honored my request. When I returned this month he happily helped with my car shopping to get a 2015 RDX. Great service from all involved in the transaction. I highly recommend AutoNation Acura of North Orlando.

After doing my research and confirming Autonation Acura had the lowest prices around. My shopping experience was excellent and my Acura TL was sold to me by the very attentive and no haggle sales rep Gerry Horruitiner. He was very upfront and open minded about what wanted and made it happen. There was absolutely no back and forth and asking for more this or another that. He asked me what I wanted and I drove away in it a couple hours later. The finance Manager, Sebastian, was also very exceptional. My experience at Autonation Acura was excellent. I inquired online about a 2014 RDX and was put in contact with the internet manager. We setup an appointment and went in. They were ready for us when we arrived and quickly went about showing the new RDX. They were all very courteous and not pushy at all. The buying experience was smooth and very easy. They were up front through the entire financing process and we left with a new RDX and a great deal. Sales staff and finance department were excellent. Great experience and great car, Gerry was terrific to work with and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Most of the information was exchanged via e-mail prior to my arrival at the dealership, so that really made it easy. The finance manager was very informative and helpful, I do think there is room for improvement on that portion of the deal as it took a long time to complete the paperwork. I was not disappointed in anything about the car or the buying experience and am enjoying the RDX every day!!!

We are in the market for a used car. We have purchased a car from this dealership before, and thought we would be treated fairly. The sales associate was very nice, but when it came time to make an offer, we offered $2500 below the asking price. The man the sales associate took the offer to, countered with $600 below the asking price. When we stood firm, that decision maker (first time I've ever seen anything like it) came out of his office, sat down across from us, and proceeded to tell us that five years ago it was possible to make an offer of $20,000 on a $30,000 car, but car dealerships don't advertise like that any more, and then there was plenty of babbling about the internet, etc. It didn't make any sense, as our offer was only $2500 less than the asking price on a car higher priced than the example he gave us. I've purchased two used cars in the last three years, and have no idea what he is talking about. We even asked if the sticker price was as low as they would go. If it is a "no-haggle" dealership, advertise as such. We are familiar with those dealerships. But don't tell us how smart you are and how out of touch we are with car dealerships these days. Everyone knows what you're up to.

Honestly, the dealership from beginning to end was a pleasure to deal with. Matt, the Internet sales manager, was professional and polite. The salesman, Bill, was a complete gentleman and gave me no issues. When I pointed out the car I was test driving was shaking, he didn't question me and immediately got another (I think he could feel it too). Adam, the sales manager, was a pleasure to deal with. I felt he was honest and I believed what he told me. Lisa, the finance manager, was just as great as the rest of the staff.

Nick was a pleassure to work with, so was the manager on duty and Ventura the finance manager. I had met with Nick previously just looking at some cars about a year ago and all the time I spend with him showing me cars and me not buyiong anything at the time, ay no point I felt pressure into buying anything. So when I was ready to buy I went back to him and bought two cars. His manager was nice to work with me on the "deal" anf the finance manager stayed late ton finish all the paperwork even with a small baby at home. Overall I was happy with the service.

Courtesy Acura is the best car dealer/ auto service that I have ever done business with. I bought my Acura MDX from Courtesy almost 6 years ago, and the buying experience was easy and low-pressure. And I have been bringing it in for service ever since because I find them to be trustworthy and reliable. I live in East Denver and make the 40 minute trek to Courtesy for all my maintenance because I don't trust anyone else and they provide the best service I have ever encountered - did I mention I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here! Linda is always friendly and makes the check in/out experience truly enjoyable. All the service consultants I've had dealings with (Lorenzo, Sandy, Matt) are beyond excellent. I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" me or do repairs that aren't necessary. They also explain things in a detailed way to make me feel comfortable with any unexpected repairs. I truly believe they try to do the right thing for the customer. I simply have not had better car service anywhere else, and plan to bring my MDX here for service for as long as I have it .

I originally put out feelers on Autobytel to two dealers, one local and one a bit more out of town hoping to look into an RDX. Matthew at Courtesy's service was SO much better (don't want to bash the other dealer, but they were AWFUL!) that I was really glad since Courtesy is 5 miles from my house. We tried hard to like the RDX but decided it was a bit small. Matthew was courteous, patient, helpful, honest etc. etc. etc. I got a nice note from the GM after we broke off our interest thanking us etc. and when we ended up deciding to move back to a larger car (we were trading a Lexus RX) we thought we would check out the MDX that we really didn't think we wanted previously. We drove MB, tried to drive a BMW (long story not pertinent), a Lexus, Toyota and looked at Volvo etc. We ended up not only liking the MDX but frankly the treatment we got from Matthew and everyone at Courtesy Acura swung us there. We have bought 5 previous Honda products so the car wasn't the issue. Price and service were and Matthew hit a home run on both. His colleagues at the dealership were terrific, we feel like part of the family there and will recommend Matthew and Courtesy to our friends. GREAT job, very pleased.

I initially contacted Acura through the internet, and Matthew responded to me.At that time, we could not agree on a price/pymt.I than re contacted a few days later, and he than called me with some numbers.In the end we were able to agree on price/pymt, and I am now a happy owner of a 2012 TL.The process was seamless and everyone at the dealership was a pleasure.After going from an Acura to a Toyota and now back to an Acura, I feel like we will most likely be Acura owners for life.

Dealt with Mr. Carducci over email and the experience was awesome. We negotiated fairly on a 2005 Acura TL that was sold on his off day. He then extended the same deal to another TL with less miles although 1 year older. Everyone was great to get us in and out of the dealership when my wife and I came in to sign the papers.

I was reading the reviews on here for Courtesy Acura and I'm really confused because my experience was *nothing* like the ones described in the negative reviews.I called on Saturday and Michael answered the phone. I told him I had a 2007 Honda Civic Sedan and that my payments ($433) were too high for me now. I told him I wanted another 4-door car and that I was considering a pre-owned Acura. My requirements were really just a 4-door car, and I preferred to stay in the Japanese built cars. He told me that he was sure he could help me and asked me if I could come in. I had classes that day, so I told him I would come in the next day (Sunday.) That afternoon, he emailed me a link to the online credit application and told me that I could fill that out before I came in to save time.The next day when I showed up, Michael told me that he'd found the perfect car for me. I followed him outside to their little covered area and he showed me a really great looking Honda Accord (a step-up from my Civic!) It was a 2006, a year older than my Civic, but it had half the miles (only about 26,000.) We drove the car and I LOVED it! We went back in and they showed me a printout with the price and payments and all that on it - my payments were going to be around $285/month. That was great news to me! I was getting a model that was better than what I had, it had half the miles, and I was saving about $135/month on my payment.I told them that I needed to come back the next day because I was waiting to see if my grandmother was going to be able to help me with my down payment or not, and I wanted to show it to my mother. They told me that if I wanted I could go ahead and take the car with me (without signing papers to buy it first, I made sure of that!) and show it to my mom at home, then come back the next day to either buy it or return it. So I took it home and went back the next day with my mom. When we got there, they said there was a small issue with my credit, and that to get the car finance through Honda/Acura Financial, they would need to discount the car more. They told me that Honda would finance me at 8.7%, but only up to a certain amount of money. They said other banks would finance me, but that the rate would be much higher. So, to get the car to work for Honda Financial, they actually took another $1,300 off the price of the car! (They had already taken $1,000 off to begin with.) Where else do they discount a car to keep you at a lower interest rate??!? That was amazing to me!When it was all said and done, my payments are $268/month for 60 months and I absolutely could not be any happier about it. The people (especially MICHAEL) were SOOO nice and the whole purchase experience was truly better than I ever thought buying a car could be. I really think that people should visit Courtesy Acura if they're in the area and looking for a car.

I recently moved to Orlando and since I have always had great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually makes it worth it. I was wrong. The people at Courtesy Acura were unfriendly and uncaring. It took almost 3 hrs to simply get my tired balanced for $60 and when I went back in my car, the issue I came to fix was still there. I called back to see what had happened and got that uncaring attitude of "bring back the car and we'll see what we can do"I don't have another Acura Dealership in the area but I will have to look for another Garage to service my car.

Our 48 month lease on our car is up in 9 months. Just received letter from the GM about wanting to buy our car and end the lease early as well as exchange our lease for one of equal or less payments, etc. Of course, it was a come on to get us to rollover our remaining 9 months into a new lease. We figured so but had to visit to see for sure. Very deceptive letter and dealings. Our third and last Acura and last transaction...ever.... with Courtesy.
