I went to look at the trucks they had. First salesman showed me one I was interested in and asked if I was ready to trade in my truck today. When I said no this was my first day looking he abruptly walked off. Leaving the parking lot another salesman stopped me and was very pleasant and explained a few thing's and turned my experience completely around. If I see something there I decide to buy in the future I will definitely use the second salesman.

My wife and I where looking for a family vehicle with 3 rows and we went to Autonation on a Saturday with all 4 of our kids. We met "Al" who was understanding of what we wanted and what we needed. After telling Al our price range that we could afford, he immediately had 3 vehicles for us to look at. While Al showed us patience with our 4 kids and enduring the Texas heat he allowed my wife and i to talk in private and with him. We noticed a 3 row vehicle under our price range and Al had no problems with us test driving it also. At the end of the day we found a vehicle that was perfect for our whole family. Thank you Autonation and Al for helping us in a timely fashion, and being so patient with our whole family being there. God bless yall for making this a enjoyable and easy experience.

Okay to start, we bought a truck brand new they were very helpful at that point. We had a problem with the drivers rear view mirror whistling horribly and not fully attached. We have taken it back and contacted them five times the service manager Victor is useless the whole department is useless. They don't care about any service after you buy a vehicle. I took my brand new truck back also for a oil change I got it home and checked it and it was a quart low on oil. How do you run a service department when you don't know what you're doing. I would never recommend this place to purchase a vehicle because of their service department.
