I made an appointment for an oil change and received a next day appointment which to my surprise was unexpected. I anticipated something a week out. My experience was pleasant, cordial and gracious. The waiting area was clean and the coffee/beverage area was clean and accommodating. The bathroom was clean and the seating area very accommodating. My overall experience rivaled a Lexus dealership.

Working with Carlos was a breeze. We went to buy a car on a whim on a Saturday evening and he not only waited to get the car delivered that night to his location, but stayed with us past hours to make sure we were all set up and comfortable with the car. The dealership is all about customer service. We got asked by many people if we needed anything all the time and then the lounge/waiting area was a very nice and relaxing environment.

I viewed the vehicle I purchased on the dealers web site. I went to the dealership and was greeted by the salesperson. Who took the information we went for a test drive. The salesperson and manager took my information and presented me with what I thought was a very good deal. No hard sale! They also helped with various aspects from finance to getting the car registered. I was very pleased!

There was no high pressure sales pitch. Our salesman Wayne simply described the GMC Terrain features and the benefits of leasing the vehicle. We told Wayne the monthly payment we were comfortable with and AutoNation was able to meet that amount. Both my wife and I found the experience to be very pleasant. Wayne maintains contact with us to be sure we are happy with the vehicle and to answer any questions we have. Would do it again.....but in 39 months:)

The service was,as always,the same. When we walk into the service center, knowone acknowledges our prescence. Finally someone will look up and then just as fast look back at what they are doing on their computer. This last time we waited a good 8 minutes before any of the 3 people sitting in their stations would acknowledge us standing right in front of them. Once our business being there was discussed, the rest of the wait for our car to be serviced went rather smoothly. Then we got our car back after about an hour wait (not too long). Our service man went over all of the important facts regarding our serviced car & even told us he set up an appointment for our next scheduled service requirements. That was great. Then we got our car & was shocked at what a terrible job they do washing your car windows. This was the 3rd time we have had our car serviced & the same bad window washing problems for all three times. Doesn't anyone ever complain what a terrible job your workers do when washing their car after being brought in for service? You should really stop the workers from using dirty, greasy rags & leaving awful streaks. So, our biggest complaints are not being noticed when we walk up to your service desks,(just a 'HELLO,we'll be with shortley" would be much appreciated. & of course the awful job you do washing our windows.

Called my Buick Dealer for service on my 2004 Buick La Sabre. I had the oil and filter changes, the tires rotated, and a complete inspection of the vehicle. I've always had one service writer to deal with me reguarding my service, but was told that my Service Writer was leaving the company at the end of the month of Jun. The one thing that they have changed is that it's musical SW's when you come in for service, which means you never know who you are going to get to take care of your vehicle. I like having one person to deal with my vehicle, not the practice of "who's ever there at the time". I discussed this with the head of the service Dept. at AutoNation GMC/Buick on W. Sahara in Las Vegas, NV, and I was told that I could choose one new service Writer, and deal only with that person in the future. This should be your policy in the future to bring better customer service with AutoNation. It assures the customer that they are getting the best service on their Vehicle, as that service writer knows about the customer and the history of that persons vehicle.

I scheduled a service visit on February 19 for the Ignition Switch factory recall for my 2006 Buick Lucerne and there have been no follow-up issues. I am live in California, I have a house in Las Vegas also but was getting ready to go back to California when I noticed fluid leaking from the vehicle. At 9 am we call Auto Nation and they asked to have the truck there by 10am and they would get to it that morning. Got to Auto Nation right at 10am was greeted by a nice young lady, do not remember her name, could have been Carlyon. Within a couple hours we received a call that work was done, was AC line. Oil change and service resulted in drips of oil on our garage floor because they did not clean up the frame and oil pan area after the service. Tom is very particular about his clean garage. We should not have to bring it back to clean the undercarriage after an oil change.

Rob was fantastic!! I initially submitted an internet inquiry - he responded within minutes. I had submitted LOTS (at least 20+) prior to this inquiry with very slow response times and in most cases my questions were never answered. Rob was quick to respond, answered any/all my questions and found vehicles that met my requirements and/or limitations. I had had a very bad experience earlier with a different dealer and it was refreshing to be treated with respect and honesty. I would not have expected to buy a Buick - it wasn't even on my list of search vehicles - but I came across one on the internet and although it wasn't the one I ultimately selected Rob found a car that fit my needs. I am very satisfied with my experience. I had doubts dealing with a big corporate giant like Auto Nation but Rob and the entire team at AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara were so professional - it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. I had e-mail interest on purchasing a Jeep Commander. I received an e-mail back from Internet sales. I indicated that I was very serious in purchasing, applied for credit via internet but did not get any call back. I stopped by the dealer but no one helped or even acknowledged my presence, not even a receptionist. I left and went back again a second time, same result. No help or anyone to talk to. I called back internet sales and was then told that the car I like was already purchased. There were no alternatives or suggestions. I ended up purchasing a car in BMW Las Vegas.

The sales consultant who assisted us was Carlos Velandia who did a great job explaining all the features of our new 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. He is knowledgeable and very professional. We were also assisted in various ways by Jerry, Miles, and Clifton. The entire staff did an exceptional job to meet or requests. I've been buying vehicles for over twenty years and this is the first time I didn't feel pressured. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been contacted numerous times by our Sales Consultant Carlso to ensure everything is fine with the vehicle and to answer any questions my wife and I may have. Service was great !!!!!!!, I took my vehicle in, explained the issues to the service tech and explained that my son had a football game that day, they provided transportation back to my residence, and a few hours later I received a call that my vehicle was ready and I could pick it up at my convenience, as the service tech could here the noise in the background he knew I was still at the game. GREAT SERVICE NO PROBLEMS!!!

Went in for oil change svc on car! From the moment I pulled up, to when I pulled out after our car was completed, I was treated in a friendly and efficient manner. The young man that first greeted me - wonderful. Mike Zibell was excellent! The courtesy/coffee girl (I don't know what her real title is, sorry) was super. The waiting area is fantastic! And free car wash.....goodness! That's some of the many reasons we think your organization is Great! You have excellent people and that's the real reason for your success! Top notch service and sales (we've bought 6 cars there from Jerry!)

Super pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Was ecspecially surprised by the professionalism of Doug Saxton as he took the time to show me the Yukon and Terry Schaier in finance to explain all that was available for us. I would recommend anyone to either one of these guys if you want to have that different experience than the old dealership ways.

The service tech that helped me took the time to explain to me in plain English what needs to be done to my truck which is a new filtration system. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I regret buying my truck at Desert Nissan, they sold me a truck with an after market filtration system that will cost me more than 1k to fix.

Our experience at Desert Buick was excellent, our service representative Todd Bishop was the best, not pushie like alot of sales people are just friendly, courteous and got us exactly what we wanted never pushing us into a sales, just getting us the best deal possible. Todd is excellent with customers they need to keep him around he is an asset for the company. They're new sales manager is also very courteous and worked with us. The finance rep Terry was great explained everything to us. Also want to add that once we bought our truck Todd took the time and did not rush to explain how things worked in the truck, fantastic guy. Very good experience there 3rd time we bought a vehicle there and will return.

I spent about 4 weeks looking for a vehicle mostly through cars.com and I found the truck I wanted. I emailed the dealer about the vehicle I was interested in and Clayton contacted me right away, I told him I could be down in about an hour he said he would have the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. My daughter came with and we pulled into the dealer and parked. They are having some remodeling done at the dealer but no problem affecting any of the sales process. Clayton met with my daughter and I and we went for a test drive, I knew I wanted to make the purchase when we got back. Everything went smooth and Terry in the finance department did a great job explaining all the paperwork and talking about the dealership and it's service. All in all a great team there at Desert GMC/Buick.

We were in need of a bigger car but our credit was not the best they worked with us to get us the payments we needed and not a crazy intrest rate. They treated us like we people.....The dealership we had been to before Desert I left telling my husband that I would not step foot on a car lot again we were treated like crap because of our credit. william was awsome to work with. Driving out on a Saturday to get my car fixed because it was recalled isn't fun. What is less fun is after my wife and I, in separate cars, are told that despite having the repair scheduled for 4 days, they don't have the part. So we just wasted 30 minutes getting there to be told something that they should have known. Instead of a "We're sorry, how can we make this right?" we got a "What do you want me to do about it?" repeated over and over. UNBELIEVABLE. So, we reschedule. Something comes up so I need to change the time for my appointment and I get put on hold for 15 minutes, then I get transferred to a VOICEMAIL Box. So I call back, and it happens AGAIN. The THIRD phone call, I am told that someone will call me back shortly. An HOUR AND A HALF later I receive a phone call. In that time I just called another dealer and went with them.

Our experience with Desert Buick GMC was fantastic. We were shopping for a used vehicle and found a suitable vehicle on the Desert Buick GMC web site. I sent an email to inquire about the vehicles details and promptly received a personal phone call from Mr. Foster regarding the inquiry. Since we do not live in Las Vegas we had to make the 2 hour trip in order to test drive the vehicle, both Mr Foster and Mr. Thomas were very accommodating as we attempted to nail down our schedule for the trip.Upon arriving at the dealership the vehicle was placed in front of the showroom and impeccably detailed and ready for our test drive.As a general note, it has been almost 15 years since we have bought a car, Mr Foster and Mr. Thomas put absolutely not pressure on us to make a decision one way or the other. We decided to purchase the vehicle and negotiated a few minor repairs be made to the vehicle. We ended up staying the night in Las Vegas so that the repairs could be made the following day. We actually drove the vehicle from the dealership (fully detailed and full of fuel)that night to our hotel and returned it the following morning for repairs.Mr. Foster actually authorized an additional repair, which was not included in those negotiated. We really appreciated the extra effort.We received nothing but the highest standard of customer service from Mr. Foster and Mr. Thomas and would highly recommend Desert Buick GMC based on our experience.

Three days after the car was delivered, I received a call that I was given too large a discount and that I needed to provide an additional check for $1,000. I was accused by General Manager William Foster of being less than honest in holding back a discount certificate that I had from GM until after I had attempted to negotiate the best deal possible on my own. There was no value placed on the certificate. Someone other than me placed a incorrect value on the certificate. Two managers of the dealership signed off that the deal was correct. I then signed that I accepted the deal and the car was delivered. The mistake that was made in the eyes of Mr. Foster was my fault when in reality all I did was provide a discount number that was confirmed by GM as being accurate.I traded in a leased vehicle that had a payoff to be made to the leasing company. Two weeks after my new car had been delivered, I received a call from my old leasing company that the payoff had never been made. The leasing company was looking to me for a payment. Until the dealer pays off the used car, it is still on my credit and my responsibilty.I called Mr. Foster and he said the car was paid off three days after I turned it in. I spent a frantic weekend calling my old leasing company looking for the check that was apparantly never sent to paid my car off. I was within two days of having my credit compromised. The payoff check was received the following Monday. My call to Mr. Foster alerted someone that my used car had not been paid off. Had I not made the call to Mr. Foster, there is a strong possibility my used car would still not have been paid and my credit rating affected.When my car was delivered, The salesman never gave me a tour of the service facility or did he explain the services provided by the dealership. When I alerted Mr. Foster to this fact he told me he would personally take me on a tour of the service facility and introduce me to the principal people involved. When I arrived for this tour Mr. Foster and I were walking down the hallway to the service facility. Standing in the hallway was a service writer, Allen Wright. Mr Foster introduced me to Mr. Wright, and told me he would be my service advisor. After this introduction, Mr. Foster waived his arm in the direction of the service department and promptly left. This concluded my tour of the service facility. Mr. Wright took me to his little booth, handed me his calling card and said to call him when I needed service.As you can see, this dealer in my opinion provides little or no customer service. There are other things that have happened at this dealership that have proven to me that Desert Buick does not care about me as a customer. I have a wonderful automobile in my new Buick, but honestly believe and feel I have no support or back up should I need any services from this dealer. I have met several times with Mr.Foster to explain my unhappiness and ask for his assistance in trying to resolve the issues involved. To date, he has offered nothing and rejected my attempts as to what he needs to do to make me feel like a valued customer.
