I had a great experience with Scott Moreau in July when I purchased my Tahoe that I decided to contact him to get a pickup truck. I purchased a 2016 Black Widow at a ridiculous discount. When he told me what the sale price was I didn't believe him. Sure enough he sold it to me at nearly $20,000 less than the sticker price. I will go to Scott from now on. He refuses to lie to his customers and the complete honest truth is what means the most to him. He prides himself on being a sales consultant. It is his job to listen to you and find the best fit for you. Ask for Scott! Tell him Kevin sent you!

But no dealership had been able to and I've dealt with ten of them. However due to Deb's level of customer service I will definitely be calling her in eight months when my credit is better.

Made an appointment to have battery tested and possibly replaced on July 7. Received two e-mail reminders of appointment. Showed up 15 min early on July 11. After 1 hr 15 min, asked if battery had been tested....it had not. Requested to have car returned. Went elsewhere to have the work completed including a new battery. They have no comprehension of their customers time. Bottom line: My last visit to this dealership!

The customer service from my Service Provider was non existent. I had to point out that my vehicle was not repaired fully, when I went in to pick it up. When I went back this morning someone left a soda can which had exploded all over the inside of my vehicle. You cant even find an email address on there website to send a letter of complaint. I cant speak to the quality of the repairs yet, it seams to be fixed.

While I bought my 2014 Impala at Sands, I preferred going to Autonation Chevrolet because of the proximity to my home. I arrived at 7:30 for my 7:40 appointment. I was greeted immediately and told it would only take 40 minutes for the oil change so no need to have the shuttle take me home. The agent then came and told me that my 4 free oil changes, which I had had done at your shop without incident in the past, were now used up and it would cost $39.99 to have that done including the tire rotations. After waiting for well over an hour I got the bill for $49.33. The bill showed labor, $19.82, parts $25.80 misc charges (unexplained) $1.50 and tax $2.21. Neither the cashier or the agent could explain what happened to the $39.99 special.My three year lease is up in December and I will have to give some thought as to where Iwill purchase my new car. .

Tomas Lopez was a dream to work with. After visiting numerous dealerships in the span of four weeks and being hounded, tricked, and haggled by a dozen and a half salesmen - I finally found Tomas. He did not pressure me and even encouraged me to go out and check out my options, which I most certainly did. In the end, no one came close to Tomas' customer service or AutoNation Chevrolet's fantastic deals. He understood my out the door price point and helped me get there without even the slightest bit of hassle. It felt like I was buying my car from an old family friend, and Tomas even convinced my usually stern father to laugh, smile, and consider trading in his Chevy for a new one! I am extremely grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to ask for Tomas Lopez. Trust me, you won't regret dealing with him.

My Daughter went into the purchase a used car. She was very interested in the Chevy Cruse. She is a single mom and had planned her budget accordingly. We viewed many cars and found a couple in her price range. Our sales representative was quite aware of her budget and assured her he would work with her. After test driving the car she was interested in, they went began the lengthy paperwork. What happened next was opposite anything I have ever witnessed or heard of, the price of the car kept increasing. She was told that she would have to pay for tinting of the windows, which they apparently do to all cars that are traded in, then pass on the cost to the consumer (she did not ask for or request tinting). Ultimately she was charged extra for several different items. Truth be told, the sticker price on the car was no where near what the ultimate price of the car would be. I recommend anyone who has a strict budget to stick to (and most of us do), this is not the place for you. Not only would I call this false advertising, but I also believe that the salesman was more interested in selling whatever car he could rather than helping a potential customer. Unfortunately for the salesman he unknowingly lost more than one sale, he lost several potential sales in the long run as well as the dealership itself.

I cannot recommend the sales manager Mike Choung enough when looking for a car. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were looking for a used truck. He did not try to pressure us or push anything on us we did not need. I told Mike I will keep him in mind when looking for my next car and I meant it.

My first visit to AutoNation was for warranty work, I thought there was only one recall but, found out there was actually 2. To take care of both I was rescheduled for another appointment. I found the Service Advisor Alex Perez that was assigned to handle my warranty recall did an emphatic great job from my greeting when I arrived to calling me when it was time to pick up my 2008 Corvette, it had been hand washed and made me feel like I'd found a dealer that I would come back to. After shopping for a car to lease 3 yrs ago autonation was the best, resulting in me leasing a vehicle from them. Being that my lease was about to expire I started the process of finding the best deal. After going to a dealer close to my residence I returned to autonation figuring that I would get the same results. Boy, was I WRONG!!! I had the same salesman who warned me that things changed. To make a long story short, I was never treated as a customer so poorly in my car buying experience. It was by far the most intimidating experience I ever had. Maybe I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but what I went through will make me think twice about going back...

I did answer survey questions on a phone call from Autonation - wasn't that forwarded to you?I commented that I was pleased that you fixed my transmission and transaxle and even moe pleased that it was still under warranty. Hopefully I will stay pleased for years to come.I also said that I wasn't happy that the actuator for the air exchange would cost $700 to repair and it was not under warranty.

Not only was this dealership stellar in every way possible, my car salesman, Michael Martin, went above and beyond in helping me get into my new vehicle. He was proactive in getting the loan pushed through finance, and the follow-up he did, was above and beyond what was expected. Going through the Finance department was not as trying as it has been at other dealerships. They did not try to pressure me for the additional purchase of every warranty in the world. I purchased a new 2016 Chevrolet Cruse on Friday 11.27.15. They were able to offer me a deal which matched car type, features, price, discount, finance rate, etcI was impressed with the how each step was explained and handled efficiently. After the paperwork was completed the salesperson Mike Dibenneto took the time to help me setup the On Star and Bluetooth features. He also explained many of the features and how to use them. When we took our truck in for a problem with the left turn signal initially it was going to get done that day. However when we checked in the next day for the repair to be done, they had checked on the history of our vehicle and found that it needed to have several of our vehicle's major systems to be serviced (in fact we were WAY OVERDUE) which included transmission fluids, spark plugs and wiring. Although not expecting these additional costs, we were very glad it was brought to our attention. This is why we keep coming back. To know that our vehicle will always be kept running in top performance. We have a 1999 Silverado that looks and runs like new -- partly due by the service we get at AutoNation. Thanks for all you do for your customers.

We arrive at AutoNation Chevrolet Arrohead on a Sunday afternoon to just look at colors. Mike Maritn, sales consultant, met us at the front door and after I told him I was not there to buy but to just look at colors, he proceeded to be the most helpful auto sales person that I have delt with in my 84 years. Mike checked the inventory and took us out to the lot to look. We found the color we liked and after I voluteered what features we wanted Mike found a car that fitted just what we wanted. We went in and negotiated a price and trade-in in a few minutes. I had been shopping the WEB for several weeks and I new this was the best deal and made the purchase.Many thanks to Mike for his knowledge of cars, willingness to listen to what the customer wants, energy to work at finding what the customer wants, respectfullness of the customer, patience, knowledge of how to get things done after the deal is made. At delivery Mike did more than just a quick run through of the car's functions. Excellent buying experience. Initially was going to purchase a new silverado in Prescott and I live in Phoenix, Arizona. Prescott dealer advised me to go to a Phoenix Chevy dealer and drive one before I went to Prescott to determine which model and options I wanted. Went to Arrowhead Chevy on Bell and told them what I was doing.They were OK with it and I was so impressed with them I let them give me a quote. The deal was much better than the Prescott one and I bought the truck from them.If you are in the market for a Chevy and live in or near Phoenix and don't try these guys you are making a mistake!

The sales person, Jordan Musick, and sales manager, Derek Miller, did an amazing job in helping me purchase a new car for my wife. My wife hates dealing with the pressure and lengthy sales process in purchasing cars so I was shopping alone. While she didn't pick the car taken home in the test drive, she was able to select the exact car she wanted based on the test drive vehicle. Went in to get a oil change and tire rotation. For the second time they forgot to tighten the lugnots on one of my tires. On the drive home it fell off. When calling back to get help I was transferred and given a we don't care attitude. When trying to get a hold of someone to talk with during the repair of the damage that followed the tire falling off, no body would answer a phone and no one would return a call. Afer picking it up again no apologies or true sorryness for what they did.

The service rep was very courteous. The vehicle took two trips to perform the diagnostics and fix. That seemed reasonable to me considering the ultimate issue. As a tech type person prior to retirement, I can appreciate the difficulty in diagnosing intermittent failures. While the quality of service was good,I was concerned with the competitiveness of the repair costs. It cost 700.00 dollars to replace two battery cables. As a former "shade tree mechanic", I considered that high. On the other hand, I worked on simpler vehicles. They had to keep my truck overnight, but they both got in early the next morning and got my truck fixed so I could get on the road out of town on time and with the piece of mind that my truck would not break down. This dealership is great. The cost for repairs is comparable to individual shops. They have a nice shuttle to take you home and pick you up. They have donuts, coffee, and water while you wait. I was driving to work and I noticed the display on dash indicating "engine hot a/c turned off" the temp gauge was at 0. Purchased my car there and visited service several times for routine things. Service has been fine to this point except I have had 4 service writers in less than 2 years, and my latest one is also gone. Went to get my car detailed (waxed) today and ran into a service dept. that is too busy for customers. Drive only had 1 car in it, but the only service writer I saw there (1:25 pm), Alex Perez, didn't want to be bothered with me. He didn't know what I was talking about getting my car waxed. Another guy tried to explain it to him but he was more interested in looking at a computer screen. I told him to get the detail guy, he would come and give me a price and I would wait until it was done. I had the same service done 8 months ago there. Still acting confused, he just started making excuses, they were too busy, he didn't know if they could do it, why did I want it done............. I finally said I will go get it done some place else and he said fine and went back to the computer screen. This dealerships spends lots of money on mailings to me, service coupons, emails etc but when you get there, they are too busy. I won't be going back any time soon.

The recall repairs were done well, and they basically got the car finished when they said they would. The one fly in the ointment was communication. Our Service Advisor (Kimberley, who did an otherwise outstanding job) called me and said the car would be ready in 15 minutes, whereupon we waited at home for about 20 minutes before taking the 10 minute drive over to the dealership. When we arrived, I could not locate Kimberley (more on that later), and was directed to the cashier, who had no paperwork or record of me. I was asked to step away from the counter and wait. After a few minutes, Kimberley came up from the garage area and said our car would be up soon, and directed another employee to get our car from the mechanic's stall. At that point, I signed the paperwork (which was quite thorough in explaining what was done) and we then cooled our heels for at least another 20 minutes before the car came rolling up. I have no issue with the car not being ready until the time that it actually was, I just would have preferred to stay at home waiting, as I was in no rush and told her so at the beginning of the process. Now, I have no idea where the breakdown in communication occurred, and I wasn't THAT inconvenienced, but if you honestly want to know where the service could be improved, that would be the place. Overall, though, it was far better than most service appointments that I've had over the years at other shops and dealerships ( this was my first trip here, though, so no point of reference on that score).

We had warranty service performed at Midway Chevrolet which was not done properly. They also claimed we needed new belts due to cracking, however upon inspection by a third party, we did not notice one single crack. We were given Autonation as an option (by warranty co) to diagnose claims of faulty work. Autonation confirmed our observations and corrected issue. Autonation was very accomodating and professional from start to finish. They delt directly with warranty to ensure positive customer experience.

Jim showed us several models and colors of the Equinox that we were interested. He took me on a test drive so that I got the feel of the vehicle. After we decided to purchase the Equinox, Jim connected me with OnStar to transfer to the new vehicle, he explained everything about the inside features along with the lift gate on the outside. We appreciated all of his input and we felt comfortable driving a new vehicle off of the lot. Jim is an excellent salesman and we did not feel pressured at any time. When we were taken to the finance department we were treated exceptionally well by Kelly Fraley. He explained all of our options, he applied for a refund on our warranty and license plate fee. Kelly was open and honest. We had a very pleasant experience through out the purchase of the vehicle.

Our experience at Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead was, by far, the best buying experience I've had in 32 years of buying a car. We were warmly welcomed and never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. In fact, on our first visit we only took a test drive in a new Equinox. We decided not to buy that day and left the dealership. The sales reps didn't hassle us, beg us, or try to "deal" us to get us to stay. We came back the next day to drive a Traverse. Again, no hassle from the sales team. The just handed us the keys and allowed us to drive the vehicle on our own. When it was time do the deal, they worked diligently to meet our budget and within a few short hours were out the door with the Traverse and a price that fit our budget. We'd definitely recommend this dealer ship; Saul Aguirre and Charles Moore, specifically.

was in AZ for wedding when oil leak was noticed - dealer took me right in and Chevrolet had already identified potential problem and sent notice to dealers - my corvette was repaired promptly while I waited and it did not adversely affect my trip. Just bought our second car from Autonation Chevrolet. The buying process went completely smooth due to salesman Tomas Lopez and finance manager Kelly Fraley. Tomas listened to my needs and told me all of the facts about the cars I was looking at straight up. He was not pushy whatsoever and was willing to do anything to make sure I was satisfied with my car choice. He was there throughout the whole process. Kelly in finance was able to get me in and out of the finance office quickly and offered me all of the options I'd need to be safe and happy after driving off the car lot. As I arrived and stepped out of my car, the staff were friendly and right away asked if there was something they could help me with. From there, I was treated with most sincerity and was asked what I was looking for in a car. Every question I had in terms of a vehicle, was answered. The vehicles I chose to look at were thoroughly explained as far as features and so forth. The dealership and staff were exemplary when it came to customer service. With it being my FIRST purchase of a new car, I was beyond satisfied with the customer service I recieved. Even after leaving the dealership, I was contacted soon after to see if there were any questions or further explanations on the vehicle I needed answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership to those looking for excellent customer service alongside being heard out on your needs and wants in a vehicle. I cannot express highly enough the level of service I received. My new Chevy Volt was delivered to me at my home roughly 40 miles from the dealership. Mike Grahn was and still is VERY helpful--he even helped me put air in one of the tires that was just slightly low from sitting on the lot. I didn't know how and he offered to do it for me even though it was after 6pm and getting dark. Over and above is how I would describe his service!

I was under time and money constraints when looking for a replacement vehicle for my business. Other auto services did not meet either of the constraints. Auto Nation did and it was local, at least as defined that it was within the Phoenix metro area. Came in for oil change. There was a transmission leak discovered. Aaron, my service guy, immediately got me a loaner for the day because they obviously had to look for a cause. Turned out that there was a problem. They pulled the engine and tranny, had ny car for 4 biz days. They found a silcone seal had gone bad.. still under warrantee, phew! Service was smooth, loaner cost me 15$ in gas...I left happy and satisfied. Car runs great! Will continue having my service here.

I walked in wanting to buy a new car and that is what I got. I was a first time car buyer and before family and friends would say your going to get pushed and upsold and hassle. That was not my experience. I was able to get the car I want. The monthly price was slightly high and I mean only 100 more but that's what I was expecting for having no credit. Customer reps were nice and didn't hassle or push. I was straight up with him and he didn't make me fall in love with something and then told me the price.

Debbie, Mark, and Charles were all very helpful. The exact truck I wanted was very hard to find. The three of them were all were very patient with me and made sure I was getting everything I wanted in my new truck. After two days and 5 different trucks we finally found the perfect truck for me. Mark was my delivering salesman and did a great job. He even brought the paperwork to my house for my husband to sign. Anyway I took my brother to buy his Malibu and he too would recommend this place they are quick and easy to work with. I think I will give them another 10 years of my business since I tend to buy a new car about every 2 years or so me and my friends and family love you guys and trust me they have all shopped here including out of state family. Once the car arrived everyone from the sales rep, finance rep, and the general manager were great to work with and I actually enjoyed the buying process. First when calling the store I spoke with Renee which he seemed pretty nice. He said that he could help people with bad credit. We got bad credit from my husband getting out of the marines and not being able to find a job right away. Then we sat up an appointment with him for 9 am today. Came in and he wasn't here. Didn't come in at all! Then after telling the next sales person my credit was bad he ran it and then they deny us because of credit. This was a waste of time and we got lied to multiple times. Will never go back even when our credit is fixed!

I bought my car from here and I get it serviced. They are usually pretty fast with my car and usually wash it after every time. The past 4 times I have been there I got my truck back dirtier then when I dropped it off. And they car wash is always broken. I have been having a problem for over a year with my ignition switch they replaced it once and now its broken again but they cant pull a code so they wont replace it. Other than that Scott is my fave service adviser and Mark is the best sales man.

I wouldnt say Im a die-hard Chevy fan but I am someone who would not do business with any person I did not trust, and respect. Im here to tell you that Debbie, Charles, and Scotty are a large part of why my wife and I keep returning. Recently I reached out to Debbie to tell her I was considering trading in our 2013 Malibu 2LT and what type of vehicle I was looking for, and what Im willing to spend. We wanted a bit of a larger vehicle. A day or two goes buy and I get a call to come in and see what she had, and when I get to AutoNation I loved the car she found, a 2014 Impala 2LT. However, my wife saw another one onsite, 2014 Impala LTZ, which we liked even more. My wife and I sat down with Charles and he and Scotty came up with a payment my wife and I could live with. We love this car, and if you can find it in your budget to get one yourself, you will not be disappointed. The ride, the look, the bells and whistles of the 2014 Impala LTZ, let me tell you its PHENOMENAL. We never feel any pressure to buy when we are shopping at AutoNation. Ever since I have been doing business with AutoNation I have never thought I made a wrong decision. When the time comes for another car Ill call Debbie again and see what AutoNation Chevrolet on Bell Road has to offer.

I have been going to this dealership for years, lately for maintenance on my Chevy Malibu. They asked me to review my last maintenance visit, so I am writing this. Contrary to almost every other visit, this one was disappointing. They made it up to me in the end but I did have to wait an hour for my service only to find out the car had not been touched. I didn't have time to wait, so they ran my car through the wash for me and I left for an appointment. Mike apologized for what happened before I let. While driving down the road on the way to my appointment Mike called and again apologized and told me that when I came back to get that service done, there would be NO charge. The repairs were done within the time frame he said they would be and so the overall service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return. If there was a down side - it was only that I asked if the Tahoe could be washed & I was willing to pay extra for it. I was NOT charged for the wash - but it was the worst car wash ever seen. So retrospect the next time I return I will skip asking about a wash

I went in looking for a car with good gas mileage and found the Chevy Spark and traded in my 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Tomas and Brenden were great. This was the best car buying experience I've had. I wanted the Salsa colored Spark and Brenden worked hard to get it. Tomas is low key, friendly and knowledgeable. Greg in the Service Dept. was great when I had to have a minor problem fixed on the Spark. Nick in finance was nice. The employees in the Parts Dept. were also good when I bought floor mats. Randy was also very helpful and nice. All the people I dealt with were very friendly. I'm also impressed with how clean the Service Dept. is. The Spark is the 3rd car in a row I've purchased from this Chevy dealership. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Never have I once had service this bad with a dealership. Normally recommend getting exteneded warranty on a vehicle, but not here. Nothing will be cover under warranty and was told car would be ready the very next day. Part was in the shop and routine work has still taken to this day on day 6 now and STILL have yet to receive a call for a service member about the vehicle. I have to call everyday to get a different story About another day to work on it. Most of the time I don't receive a callback or status update until I talk to whoever is available. Even than was the information minimal. Very very disappointed with my service the last two occurrences with the same service supervisor: Scott Davis. I will not be returning yet I have extended warranty with the company. My money and time would be valued more elsewhere.

Service advisor answered all of my questions regarding tire pressure monitors and how they are re-programmed in the vehicles computer after being rotated to provide correct tire location/pressure in the DIC. Appointment completed and truck was washed before I finished the coffee and doughnuts provided to the customers. I guess my only complaint would be that Power Chevrolet was too efficient. : > )

We were in the market for a new car and decided our first stop of many would be to Power Chevrolet. Upon pulling in the parking lot we were instantly greeted by Joe who asked us within the first 30 seconds if he could do anything for us. We starting talking about a few different chevy's and Joe suggested the Sonic to us; my girlfriend instantly fell in love with it. After we took it for a test drive, our long day of car shopping was cut short, as we decided we were going to buy it right away. Our salesperson, Mike DiBenedetto, and the rest of the customer team were friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. My husband and I had not purchase a vehicle in 6 years. Mike patiently and clearly reviewed the technology upgrades and related them to our needs. He went where few sales people go - he actually listened to us. He also allowed us to test drive the vehicle to our home so that we were able to ensure that my 85 year-old mobility-challenged dad could get in and out of it. The dealership experience and the quality of the vehicle precluded any further car shopping. Again, Mike and the team did a great job and Power Chevy has two new fans in Glendale.

Went in for an oil change and while I waited, went to see Mike D to price a Camero. He ran the figures and showed me one on the lot but was listening very closely to all I had to say. I was trading in a truck and he didn't think I would be happy with a small sports car. We looked at a new truck, took it for a drive, priced it (less expensive than a Camero) and after all the paperwork, I drove it home. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and Mike was great. Very honest and enthusiastic. Bought my last truck from him 10 years ago and he remembered me and was awesome. Thanks soooo much!

I can't recommend Power Chevy enough. From the moment we were there and beyond they gave us nothing but the best service. My fiance was in need of a new vehicle so I was able to convince her to go to the same dealership I've gotten my last few cars from (all of which mirrored this visit). Debbie Ponticelli is the best, and she helped us pick out the right car with no pressure. From there, the paperwork was a breeze, and before too long my fiance was driving off in her new Chevy Cruze; happy with a great product and great customer service. Right afterward, Debbie and the rest of the staff helped get me settled into a new car as well. On 4 Feb 2013 I purchased Chevrolet Spark. Chris Curtin. (SR Manager) told me car was at other location and will be ready on 5 Feb but I gave them another day because the rental car I got from the insurance had 2 more free days left. When I call the Chris on 6 Feb they told me the car will not be here till 12 Feb. I told him it was ok because Chris told me earlier that they had a loaner car that my son in law could use if the car was not ready. But I found out it was lie and I had to pay for extra day of rental car. On 8 Feb Chris found another Spark for me when I went to pick up the car it a had paint chip and little dent on the hood so I told Chris I need time to think about the purchase and he told me they can fix the issue or cancel the contract. When I call the Navy Federal Credit Union about canceling the check they told me it will take about a week or more to reissue the check. So I had no choice but to purchase the car from Power Chevrolet because my son in law needs the car for the work. But I had excellent experience with Nico Norik the Sales Consultant Very honest, friendly and only reason I didn't give all 1.

On 1/9/2013 I brought my 2011 Malibu LTZ in for an oil change. Roger my service tech advised I needed the fuel intakes cleaned. It would take about an hour or so for the whole process. If Roger suggested it needed service, I wasn't going to doubt him because he had never steered me wrong and always watch out for my vehicle. While waiting I went in and visited with Deb who sold me the car and she started talking about the 2013 models and it's new look. Before I knew it she and I were looking at the 2013s and the dealing began. I started asking for all the bells and whistles and wanting Power to throw in some free stuff. I wasn't making it easy for her because I really wasn't looking to buy a new car because I LOVED my 2011 but she stood toe to toe and really worked to make me a happy customer. So it got to a point where she introduced me to Charles. She and he were on two different computers looking for the car I wanted with all the extras and you know what they found one. By this time it was getting late and I told them I needed to leave but would be back the following day and you know what - they didn't pressure me to stay and do the deal that night, I left and my wife and I went back the next day and drove our new 2013 Malibu 2LT home. This is the second car we bought from Power Chevrolet and if Deb is still with them when it comes time for our next car, Power Chevrolet will be where I'm headed first.

I bought a new Tahoe from Mike DiBenedetto. Mike was very professional in the way he handled the transaction. He showed me how to operate all the equipment, plus marked the pages in the operator's manual. I chose Arrowhead because I had bought a truck from Mike in 2005 while he was at Lou Grubb. Can't day enough how wonderful it was to work with them. They have my vote of confidence. Even my experience with Kelly from the finance department was great. He worked quickly to get me in and out which after looking at cars all day was very much appreciated. After a week of looking for a new car at nearly all the lots in Peoria we came back to Power Chevy to take a second look. Our salesman was very informative, low pressure, and wasn't worried about the time being spent to view different models. Our experience was based on the pressure we received at other lots. We had one lot double up on sale's people, both pressuring to make an immediate decision. We haven't made a new car sale since '05 and wanted to make our purchase fun. We are very much satisfied with Power Chevy and even got to know the sale manager and the finance closer. This is our second vehicle we purchased at Power and would recommend them. We had to return the next day because we did not have our trade-in with us. Upon our return, they had the paperwork and the truck ready for us. I am a veteran and have my insurance with USAA and so when decided to purchase new small 2nd auto, used the discount offered by USAA. Charles and Debra were my contacts. USAA only recommends the dealership that their insured can trust. The first person I talked to at Power determined which dealership to do business with. That was Debra. I am disabled and wanted to make the purchase w/o hassle and that is just what I received. Between Debra amd Charles everything went like clockwork. You have a an excellent team working with USAA. Will and would recommend to friends this team and Power. Service on older Saturn, 2nd estimate for emmission testing went from 3000 at another dealership to 500 at yours. Trust very high; would recommend your service department as well

This dealership is 400 miles away from me and Chris Wamsley went above and beyond meeting my needs/interests in their new Suburban that I found online. When I made the trip there, all I had to do was call Chris and let him know my status and he and Charles Moore had the car detailed and papework ready so I could sign and head back home before dark. These mechanics don't know diddly-squat! After seeing them for a knocking sound which they forgot to check, I was charged $65 for some coolant that I had requested. Then, when I gave them a bad rating, they told me to come back in to have the manager check it out. By that time I had e-mailed my brother, who is an excellent mechanic, and he told me it was a sticky lifter problem. I went back and saw the manager who agreed with my brother's diagnosis. His solution was an expensive lifter replacement job. He didn't check the springs, spark plugs or belts. All he did was add some Risolone that I had brought with me.When I came back in and told the service rep to check the spark plugs, tap the lifter springs, and examine the belts, he did everything but that and charged me $50! He called me at the end of the day and told me I needed to have the lifters replaced for about $1700. I asked him if he had performed the checks I had requested and he said no. He said that if I wanted those things checked it would cost me $200. Well, why didn't he tell me that in the beginning when he was writing down everything I said? I asked him what would happen if I didn't get the lifters replaced. He said that nothing would happen; it would just be noisy. I was astounded that he said that because both my brother and the websites that I had read said to get the problem solved right away.My point is this--How do they know the lifters need to be replaced when they haven't checked the springs? And how do they know for sure that I don't have faulty spark plugs when they refuse to check them? In my opinion, they just want to get the most money out of me that they can get.

I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new Chevrolet Equinox from Power Chevrolet in Peoria. I looked at the vehicles during Saturday evening near closing time. I was met by Doug Joseph who answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Never was there any pressure, our initial contact was pleasant, with Doug giving me his business card.A couple of days later, I contacted Doug and arranged an appointment with him. I took my trade in vehicle to the dealership. Doug and Travis Miller looked over my vehicle and after minimal negotiating came to an acceptable trade in value. I had several request, exchanging the rims off of my trade in vehicle and obtaining the vehicle I wanted from one of their affiliate dealerships. Additionally, I wanted to pick the car up and drive it myself back to Power Arrowhead in Peoria from Mesa. Both request were granted without compromise.The whole experience was relaxed. Doug was pleasant, easy going, and knowledgeable about his product. A week or so later, he contacted me to follow up on how I liked my new purchase. Furthermore, he was neatly dressed and professional, something that is overlooked these days.

Came in on 9/8/12 for a service appointment at 12:30 pm and went in at 12:00 pm. I said that it had a sound from under the vehicle. I was told that i would be contacted when they had found the problem. I did use the shuttle and went to the mall a very nice thing they have. Long and be hold it was 3:30 pm (three hours later) and have not heard anything. So I called and left a message. Did not get a call back!!! I get a call from the shuttle so they can pick me up 15 minutes after 4. When i arrived i talked to the service advisor who was just sitting in his little so called office looking at the computer, and was told that they had ordered the part and it was one of the struts now i have to return again. Seriously it took 4 hours that it was a strut. No courtesy call at all or returned phone call. Very disappointed with the service. And will not return in the future. I wasted almost a whole day at the mall, when I could have done other things. This is the second incident that i was very disappointed with service. Will look for something closer in my area to service vehicle I will not be traveling more than 35 minutes and recieve bad service. Just not worth it!!

My salesman Michael DiBenedetto was great, it was hands down the greatest experience I've had with a salesman. Unlike the typical stereotype of a salesman that tries to get you in the car and out on your way with a car payment, Michael was there every step on the way, he would respond to my calls and e-mails promptly and even managed to get me the numbers that I liked on my car.On the other hand the finance guy, Nicholas Pitts, is your typical dealership employee. Pushy, arrogant and has no clue what he is talking about, makes promises he cannot keep and if he cannot upsell you something he will turn on you and try to make you feel dumb about not buying what he's trying to sell you.If you're planning on buying a car, I would highly suggest asking for Michael DiBenedetto, however stay faaar faar away from Nicholas Pitts as it will ruin your experience.

Went in looking for a used Saturn. Upon arrival, Mike was waiting with the car. Easy guy to work with, not pushy at all. Respected my knowledge of the market and matched the price of a similar car. Process was delayed due to only one finance guy working. He pushed the extended warranty hard, but I declined. Overall not a bad experience. The facilities were in the process of being remodeled.

It was such a relief to not experience any manipulation or pressure. Another dealership had insisted on a car twice my budget and tried to get me to bring my wife over saying she'll love it. Power Chevrolet respected my requirements and quickly got to the paperwork, financing, and said they'd have it ready to pick up in days. They followed through with everything and I'm very happy with my purchase.

My buying experience with Saul Aquirre was smooth and stress free. I did not experience any game playing that I experienced with other dealers. I paid a extremely fair price and he added a bulk head protector and had it installed in the van as part of the purchase price. I would buy from him again.I needed some work on my air conditioner. I had been assigned a service manager, David Lewis. He knows my vehicle from servicing it before and I knew him and was comfortable working with him. He discovered in his inspection a small leak in my oil pan. I had not seen any oil in the driveway or any other symptoms. He notified me and he fixed it. I didn't have to pay for any of the repair work and it was done quickly. If the mechanic didn't notice the leak it could have lead to larger problems and potentially extensive cost. I highly recommend Power Chevrolet at Arrowhead.

The experience was the best I have had with that dealership. Nico was great. He asked all our questions. Went out of his way to get us the deal on our new car. The Genaral Sales manager Jimmy Zamorano help alot with getting the best value for our trade in even know we had a minor accident the day before. He is also helping us with the insurance companies to get the vehicle fixed. He also ave us a nice package.Last the Finance Manager Kelly Fraley was easy to work with. Did not try to force extended warranty on us.

We were on vacation and 1500 miles from home. The car had been worked on prior to our trip but the problem had not been fixed. We were told it was fixed but the noise would disappear in a few days. The noise only got progressively worse to the point we were not comfortable driving it. Called Power Chevrolet and they said to bring it right in that day. Roger checked the noise and the steering function and knew what the problem was. He make us an appointment on the spot that was a couple of days away. The car was fixed solving the problem only to have an additional problem show up that was fixed quickly when we returned. We were very satisfied with the service and Roger was a great contact to work with. When we return to Sun City West next year we will be using Power Chevrolet for our auto service.

Nico was a great salesman and I would highly redcommend him. I don't think the financial person was up front. Almost to the point of being dishonest just to make a sale on the extra insurance. I know I should have read everything I signed but I thought it had already been extablished re the lenght of time we were financing. I did go back and tell the finance manager how I felt and I got "I'm sorry" He knew exactly why I'm upset. I thought I was financing for 60 monthe got home and relized it is for 75 months. This all happened re the extra insurance. I was led to believe the payment I ended up with was with less insurance instead I had the same amount with an extra 15 months added on the contract. I'm not a happy camper and would not purachase with this company again. I do like my car,though.

I bought a car from them in the past and it was a good experience. So, after I had a bad experience at Midway Chevrolet I decided to come back to Power Chevrolet and I'm glad I did. I got the truck I was looking for and I got a really good deal.

We had a 10 am appointment on 2/20/12 to have the oil changed on our Silverado pickup. We had an hour and a half drive to get to this dealership, arrived there around 9:45 am. One of the service adivsors located Dino for us. Dino suggested that since the tires had not been rotated in 6000 miles, this should be done also. We agreed. Dino told us it would take about an hour to have the work done on our truck. The truck was soon removed from the service center area, we thought it was going back for the service. After sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half, I noticed that a truck that looked like ours was sitting out in a lot behind the service area. One man was seen getting into the truck and then getting back out and walking away. I left the waiting area to check out the truck, came back and told my husband it looked like our truc, he promptly went out to see for himself. Yes, it waqs our truck and was just then being taken back for the oil change, etc. At this point, I went looking for a service manager. Soon, Ross came out to meet me. I told him of our frustration over this matter. He said he would check it out and get right back to me. After waiting about another 15 minutes, Dino came and said that Ross would like to see me. After going into his office, we were told that one of the service techs had not came to work that morning and had put all sevices behind. We were told that they were adavised of this around 10:30 that morning. I asked why we were not told of this at that time. Kept hearing that there were no excuses for what had happend and that there were 9 people waiting to have oil changes done at that time. There were not 9 people in he waiting room at the time we were called back to speak to Ross. I kept asking why we were not told of the delay. Still excuses. I told both of the men that we had seen numerous people come in for service after we had and they had already received their vehicles and left for the day. My next question was, since we had a prepaid maintenance agreement was we put to the rear of the service. Was told "NO" but I do not believe that. There are no reasonable excuses for what happened to us that day. I did tell them that we had a prior bad experience at this dealership due to service issues and since this had happened a second time I would never be back there for a service of any type. After looking at our truck after receiving it, it does not appear that the tires had been rotated as we were told they would be. It only took the tech about a half hour to change the oil, so there is no way the tires could be changed in that time also. Very poor service and communication on the part of the service man and the manager during our time at this dealership. We will NEVER use this dealership for service issues in the future.

I took my Tahoe in for a oil change and fuel injection flush prior to a out of town trip. My normal service advisor was not available so I worked with Dino. He called me during the service to state my transmission fluid needed to be changed as well. I advised him I had it changed at another shop 3,000 miles ago and to please double check this. He called me back to tell me "The fluid was dirty and smelled". Of course I was upset thinking the other shop didn't change the fluid. My husband picked up the truck immediately taking the truck to the other shop. After inspection with their techs the fluid was pink as it should be and didn't smell. To make matters worse the next day leaving for our trip the Tahoe came to a complete stop. It was the transmission. We were told it was a concidence but we had a inspection the prior day at this dealership and they didn't find anything. Not sure how in this day and age how a service advisor thinks he can lie about the fluid being bad when it was obviously just changed. This was confirmed again when the truck was towed back to the dealership.We worked with Josh Bartlett and he was wonderful. He pulled some fluid out, he checked it along with Dino's manager and another tech. Again, was confirmed the fluid was good.Unfortunetly, now because of this experience I will never go back here again. I will drive many miles to another dealership before I will come here again.

after searching for a truck for my son for more than 3 months the man who came through for us was the very same one I bought my car from a little more than 7 months ago. Mr. Agguire was aggressive in his search and in keeping within our parameters and almost within our budget but market as it is gave us yet another very pleasant car buying experiencee. I really appreciate his honesty and ethics.

I called on a specific vehicle and spoke with Saul Aguirre. I made an appointment for that afternoon and within a couple hours of arriving I was driving off in the truck I came to look at. Ther was a problem getting a document from my mortgage company that took almost 72 hours but during this time the finance director Luis Becerra remained calm and steadfast and the problem was resolved. Very nice people to work with and the simplest buying experience I have ever had.

I requested a quote through one of those internet car sites and Saul Aguirre from Power Chevrolet send me an email asking me for more information on what I was potentially interested in purchasing. Saul's email was straight to the point and when I told him what I wanted he got back to me within minutes with exactly what I wanted. Although I'm from the North-East side of the valley, The drive was worth it. I was so pleased with the price I didn't have to haggle. I actually felt guilty about the price I got. The whole dealership was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The entire purchase process what quicker than I expected and I never felt pressure at any time during the process. During the paperwork process (Really no up-sell sales pitch, just the facts...) I explained exactly what I thought I needed and they put together a custimized set of additional coverage based upon my needs that was minimal but covered exactly what I wanted. I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. (With a Clean New Chevrolet Camaro 1LT Convertible with a full tank of gas). I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know that is in the market for a car and tell them to ask for Saul Aguirre! I am extremely satisfied.

Everyone at Arrowhead Power Chevy are always nice to me. They explain to me what they are going to do ahead of time and if anything new comes along they always tell me what else is needed to be done now or if it can wait a while.

Saul was great, no pressure, no worries, paperwork was ready on time, all options were discussed and explained to everyones satisfaction, the decisions were left up to us without the usuall pressure to spend more than intended, the sharks didnt line up for the kill when we arrived on the lot, they were polite and inquired if they could help, the lot was clean as well as the building, service staff cleaning and prepping the car were professional and timely, this is our first purchase from Power and I would recommend them for future sales.

The staff at Power Chevy Arrowhead is second to none. I worked with Deb who made the sales process EASY and felt like a part of the family after the whole process was complete. Floyd Brown and Larry Smith (the GM) helped me get exactly what I wanted for my trade. I went onto Autotrader.com and did research before which helped me in my car buyind decision. I have been to several other dealerships in the vally and have bought cars from many dealerships in my day...this was the best experience I have had by far. I showed up at Power Chevy at about 12:30pm today with my friend Don Perine. Was immediately greeted by Al Marshall where I explained that due to family matters I had a limited amount of time to review a vehicle that I had found on the internet. Al showed me the vehicle and when I asked for him to have the appraisal done on my trade-in he explained to me that the manager who appraises the vehicles was busy and this could not be done for the next couple days. Further, he went on to explain that this vehicle would most likely sell prior to the end of the weekend. If I wanted more assistance I should drive back to the dealership over the next few days. I asked him if he would be willing to discuss the vehicle I was looking at and my appraisal over email knowing that I had only a limited amount of time. He said this wasn't possible as he has no email access. The internet advertised price of the vehicle was 23,900+ however the vehicle marked price on the windshield was 1000.00 more than the advertised price. When questioned about the difference, Al explained that although the internet price showed it at one price, the add-ons that were also included in the internet price were extra and increased the value of the vehicle so they were asking for 1000.00 more once I arrived at the dealship. I explained to him multiple times throughout our conversation that outside of the test drive that this was the vehicle that I am looking for. Al showed no true interest, no urgency, and no willingness to provide satisfactory service. I felt that I was bothering him. I will NOT go back to Power Chevy, and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and colleagues.
