Bill Noble was awesome. I dealt with him for 9 months to buy a new Corvette. The length of time was caused by slow production, lack of enough allocated vehicles, people lined up to buy them, and other issues, all beyond the control of Bill and or AutoNation. He kept me apprized of where I stood, what he knew, and when to come and pick it up. He spent hours with me learning the neat abilities of the vehicle. Then he followed up with offers of help and advice. Very thorough salesman.

That was probably the best and easiest experiance I have ever had buying a car, and I have bought a lot of them in my lifetime. My daughter and I appreciated Dustin Finley as my salesman. He was courteous, efficient, professional, and,. a fun person to know. I enjoyed everyone I met while there. And, I am enjoying my new Equinox very much. Thanks to all.

Great sales team. Service department does not have it together. I bought a certified used vehicle in March with a 90 day warranty on it. A week after I bought it I realized the gas door doesn't pop open like it should. I talked to the sales guy who brought me back to the service department. They looked at it, said they had to order the whole assembly and would call when it was in. No worries. Except they never called. I went in a second time a month later and was told they remembered me and they would take care of me and call me asap. No call. I called a couple weeks ago and they told me no work order ever existed and they would have to look at it again in order to help me. My warranty is now expired, so I won't be taking it in again, but they shouldn't certify cars with broken things or at least disclose them if they aren't going to fix them.

I have a 2013 Chevy Equinox 2.4 Ecotec engine that is burning oil. I’ve been doing research that this is a known problem. I made an appointment for today to have it checked, but when I showed up I was told they couldn’t help me. I could only get an oil change. The info on my appointment states the reason I was bringing it in. I currently have less than 120,000 miles and the vehicle is 8 years old. There are several Service bulletins listed as to this problem but I feel like I’m being ignored. The service rep told me he’s never heard of an issue with oil consumption in these engines…that is hard to believe after researching online. Something needs to be done and I don’t feel like I should have to pay for this issue to be resolved. I bought the vehicle at this location. This is a safety issue and I’m concerned that this vehicle will break down while driving which could cause an accident. I really hope I get a response soon. My name is Mark Thomas
