I had Sabrena Mathis and she was great until I changed my mind about purchasing a vehicle. She said, "She was upset because her child got to eat and she spent four hours with me and she could have been with another customer. Her attitude was bad. She came across as an unprofessional sales representative. It is policy if you have 3 days to change your mind. I just walked out without responding. I will go to Auto Nation again, but use a different sales person because everything else was on point.

Overall, this was an amazing experience. Our salesman,Raymond A. Johnson was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Especially considering that we had a 2 yr old who was a cranky and my 7 yo old got super sick aannnnddddd it took several hours. The only issue was with the banks and finance and how many times my credit got hit (8)!!!! Besides that, the service and value were both amazing and we will definitely stick with them for future automobile shopping.

Although we had to wait over two and a half hours they came and explained they were short-handed and that there was a couple of people ahead of us and the salesmen were wonderful and it was very pleasant and it was just a nice atmosphere we really enjoyed buying from AutoNation

I have a defect in the paint, it was there at the time of purchase, is there any possibility of that being repaired at an expense other than my own. Other than that, my salesman Donnovan was excellent, I do think though that at least one manager was very close to being condescending towards me!

I had a Toyota Highlander that I absolutely loved and it was totaled in a car accident. AutoNation was able to find me the same car in a newer model very quickly. The sales representative, the general manager and the finance manager were so nice to deal with. The car was a Certified Toyota and it was so clean. I love my new car and I appreciate the service from all of the employees at AutoNation.

We were completely satisfied with our experience at Autonation. Our salesman, Sam White, was exceptional. He made sure we knew our options, w/o being pushy or rushing us. Mr. White made sure we well aware of all the options and extras associated with our vehicle. Once the the purchase was complete, he even went as far as to help us pair our devices with the vehicle before we left the parking lot. If you're in the market, you should definitely give them a visit.
