Don't Use Arapahoe Dodge Service for a simple Oil Change, let alone a serious issue.Their Service Team Advisers have no clue on the concept of Customer Service. Went to drop off a vehicle in the morning before my appointment for an oil change. 2 Service Advisers were standing around talking to each other, ignoring the fact someone walked into the Service Area. It's not like they were busy, no other customer in the service area. When I approached them to check in my vehicle, the Assistant Service Manager walked off with a response that another service adviser would assist me, and pointed to an empty desk. REALLY!! Again had to wait until this mystery person decided to show up and guess what they didn't. If you cannot take 5 minutes to assist a paying customer to check in a vehicle, then why are you working in a Customer Facing Roll. ARAPAHOE DODGE GET A CLUE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMERS DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT AROUND FOR YOU TO DECIDE YOU WANT TO WORK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN.

I went only for an oil change and was informed of a recall on the DEF system. I was informed that the truck could go into limp mode and I had 200 miles to get it to a service center. Since I live 150 miles from the dealership Danny worked extra hard to squeeze me in and get it done at the same time as the oil change saving me an extra trip.

Every single time I go here they under quote the time it's going to take, the service advisors don't return calls when you drop off and need to reach them, they're always booked out for weeks and car repairs generally cannot wait!! I will likely be moving my business elsewhere.

First, this site is full of SCHILL (fake) reviews. DO NOT believe AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe has a 4.6 star rating. Real customers know the truth, its either one star or five? Don't be fooled.DRIVE WITH CONFIDENCE! WORRY-FREE PRE-OWNED VEHICLES! All over their commercials and paperwork, but they don't operate this way. Zero customer service, lying, and potential fraud with their warranty "services". We have spent the past 2 months dealing with these people, to the point of screaming back and forth over the phone. No customer should have to do that to get some decent service. This is literally the largest dealership chain in the US and they operate like some fly-by night used car outfit in an old 7-11 parking lot.So what happened? -Bought our truck at the end of July. Within a mile of driving it away, the check engine light comes on. We take it to the auto parts store near our house, they plug it in and whoa! So many codes its crazy. How did the dealer miss what a 19 year old kid found in 5 minutes? They didn't miss it, they LIED about it.-Took it back to get checked out, sat just past the 3-day, money back guarantee period. Clever. $3500-$4000 in repairs. Wait 2 weeks for the dealership to "decide" what to do. Of course they don't want to do anything, they'd be upside down in the deal. Could we use the extended warranty you bought? It was better than the red tape, so we say yes. another 2 weeks goes by, no word from the warranty company.-Last straw, we've called dozens of times to sales, management and service. NO ONE calls us back. Finally get the service mgr. and he says the warranty was rejected. WHAT? WHY? Because it required a 125 point PROMISED IN THEIR GUARANTEE inspection. They didn't do that. They did a shortcut 55 point inspection.-Take the truck back. Get yelled at by the sales manager for "not communicating" Seriously? Salesman confirms that yes, he got all of our messages... Was told NOT TO CALL US BACK. xxx? We are absolutely done. Just want our money back and get out of there.As of this writing, it has been 2 months of nothing but headaches and money tied up. They still have our $2000 deposit and no return calls as to when its gonna be given back. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here. I don't even know if the names of the people we dealt with are real, every review I read has different people, and there aren't that many who work there. High turnover? Wouldn't surprise me. Our salesman, Chad, tried his best. Everyone else was nothing short of unprofessional.

I own a 2015 dodge ram 1500. I am a member of the automotive industry as a vendor. At approximately 2:00 in the afternoon on June 6, 2015, I decided to go to Autonation Dodge to see if there was any availability for an oil change. I drove into the service drive and parked my truck in front of two service advisors on the east side of the drive. Neither one was on the phone. I stood next to my truck approximately 5 ft from each advisor for at least 1 1/2 minutes with no awknowlegement of my presence other than slight eye contact. Finally, one of them asked me "can I help you sir" in a quite unfriendly manner. I have short hair and am confused for being a boy sometimes. But I am a girl. When I responded with "I am a girl", he took offense and condescendingly responded with "can I help you maam"? He acted as if a paying customer was an inconvenience to his day. I asked him of I was inconveniencing him and told him that if I was that much trouble I would gladly leave. I then asked for the name of his manager. He stated that he is the service manager. I'm not sure a person with that type of attitude should be leading others nor setting that type of example for customer service. As I got into my truck, I asked him if he treated all of his customers in that manner? He responded with a very rude have a good day. Not once did he stand up this whole time. I felt discriminated against, and in turn I would not have given a good survey in reference to his personal csi score. I have never left a place of business feeling bullied and hurt the way I did. I was only wanting an oil change, which I didn't even accomplish. I will not recommend this dealership to any person who is looking for a hello and smile when you arrive.

Made appointment on March 9 Mar 16 for service on my RAM. Service was to occur 21 Mar 16. Get to the service department - they have "NO" record of me even calling them. Service adviser was pleasant - but not helpful. I asked to speak to the service manager and was told - we haven't had a service manager for over a month and won't be getting one for another couple of months. I then called the number I made the appointment with - they do not have any record of my appointment either. I was told that they have had some turn over and possibly my appointment was mishandled. WOW - not even an offer to schedule service. What poor customer service. I wouldn't take a broken wagon to get fixed there now. Don't buy from them either. They have "MAJOR" management issues.

My fiance and I went to purchase a car from this dealership with whom she had dealt with for 4 of her last vehicle purchases. Mark Hart was a great honest salesman. However, the other people in this department are terrible!!! First, when we came to sign the contract they had added in THREE warranties to the contract that not even our salesman knew had been added and that were NOT on the original sale summary and that WE DID NOT ask for and tried to smoke screen us. So ALEX came over to us and "explained" these warranties and grossly misrepresented the tire and wheel warranty stating that it would cover all four tires so due to his 'explanation' we thought we would try the warranty. Unfortunately, my fiance had a flat tire within the first week of having the vehicle that could not be fixed so we took it in to use this GREAT warranty... Needless to say, Go Dodge Arapahoe only wanted to cover the one tire. We have gotten the run around since and have NOT been called back but one time, today in fact, since January by a TONY one of the "managers' who was incredibly rude and ended up hanging up the phone on my fiance. This is completely unprofessional behavior and obviously they like to LIE to their patrons! Their excuse... "Alex did not advise us that the warranty would cover all four tires." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION FOR A CUSTOMER WHO HAS GIVEN THEM OVER 10 YEARS OF BUSINESS AND TO NOT HAVE ANY FOLLOW UP OR TRUTH OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS IS COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL. We also found out in this process by Alex that the original tires DID NOT meet the used car department's requirement for selling. So in other words the tires were too used and SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED out prior to being sold and even with that mistake on their part, they still REFUSE to assist us in getting the new tires of which they promised that the warranty covered or that they should have covered to begin with. I will NOT be going back and that sucks for Mark as he is a very genuine salesman!

I had a poor customer service experience with this dealers service department. It started with poor communication (was never able to get anyone from the Service Dept. to answer the phone, always had to leave multiple messages to get a single call back, and left a message for the Service Dept. manager that still has not been returned, etc.). I have little confidence anything was actually done, or done correctly. I finally gave up and called Tuesday afternoon and had to leave another message indicating I was just going to come pick up my truck and take it somewhere else. I did get a call back about an hour after that only to be told the tech had just looked at the vehicle and could not reproduce the issue that was my primary concern, but were able to repair one of two recall items I had called attention to. I had also requested an oil change. The service contact initially didnt know if the oil change was done or not, but then said he thought it had been done. When I expressed my frustration, he once again acted as though I was keeping him from something more important. My issues are less about the fact that they couldnt complete the repairs in the two days they had the vehicle, and more about the fact that they dont answer their phones, they dont return calls, and in general gave me the impression they could not care less about my customer satisfaction. If anything, they acted as though I was imposing on them by not having an appointment when I dropped my vehicle off the previous Sunday at their night drop location. I would normally have scheduled the service appointment in advance, but did not have the option in this instance. The primary problem I was trying to have addressed occurred the Saturday night before I dropped the vehicle off, and their service department was closed. I chose to drop it off at the night drop that Sunday night, because I was leaving town that following Wednesday and needed to know if would need to rent a car if they were going to need to keep my vehicle. I explained all of this in the messages I had to keep leaving, but it didnt seem to matter to them. Bottom line, I wont be going back and definitely would not recommend them. Ill probably have to drive twice as far to find another Dodge dealer, but Ill happily do that before I will encourage, tolerate, or pay for bad customer service at this dealer. And, I still dont really know whether any of my service issues were really addressed, or not. I gave them a 1 out 5 stars, but only because this site wont allow no stars as a rating option. One last note, I checked some other reviews for this dealer after this experience. I was surprised to see that there were several positive reviews. This initially made me wonder if my situation was unique. Upon drilling down on those positive reviews, I found they were all about their purchase experience. It would seem the sales team does a great job, and their customers were very happy as a result. However, when I drilled down on the more negative reviews, all of them were in regards to poor experience with their Service Dept. Might be a good place to buy a car if youre not planning on having it serviced there.

I purchased a Dodge certified used car (not from this dealer) and within 2 hours of driving off the lot I had an electrical issue. When I got into town I called the dealer that I bought the car from. They said that its a certified car and to call any dealer around me and they will be able to take care of what it needs. I called Autonation dodge ram on Arapahoe and was told that they could not get my car in for over a week. So I waited and took it in when they could get me in. long story short they had my care for over 4 weeks and I had to take it back to them 3 times before they fixed the issue. At that point I had already make a car payment and autonation dodge ram on Arapahoe had my care way longer than I did. As well I just had a radiator issue and could not drive my car 2 months later. I called Autonation Dodge ram on Arapahoe to ask if I can have my car towed into the shop to have it worked on as I was stuck in a parking lot. They said sure you can bring it but just to let you know that we will not be able to take a look at it it for 2 WEEKS.... 2 weeks to look at a radiator issue. It is so unacceptable and it make it worse that they are the only dodge dealer in this area. Its not worth having care with a warranty when it take this long to look at a simply issue. I ended up not taking my are here and paying for it to be towed even farther away to another dodge dealer.

Very disappointing! Booked a service appt three weeks in advance. Was assured the job would be done within one day. They did not start on my truck half way through the second day. I took my truck back and am glad they didnt begin working on it. Spoke with staff members who stated that the shop is consistently overbooked which impacts morale and customer service. They constantly shuffle priorities based on which customer is the most upset at the time. Management needs to realize that customers would rather schedule farther out and have good service then schedule sooner and receive poor service.

My wife and I visited Spradley-Barr dealership in Cheyenne, WY. We saw a twenty year old Dodge Caravan we liked because of it's low miles. Salesman, Spencer Gordon just got to work and let us drive the vehicle. Everything seemed to work just fine so we decided to try to buy the vehicle. The very next day the air-conditioning didn't work and Mr. Gordon told us to bring it in. So we did and now there isn't any item that doesnt work on the vehicle. After a lot of looking, I recently purchased a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the help of Alex Pruitt. I saw the car online and talked with Alex when I called in to confirm it was still on the lot. He offered to email pics and reserved a time that night to test drive. Following the test drive Alex was great with the purchasing process and even talked to my insurance company when I was clueless as to what level of insurance and changes was required to take the car off the lot. I brought the car in for some paint repairs two weeks after purchase and unfortunately during that time was side swiped during a hit and run that caused some minor cosmetic damage. When I picked it up I could not be happier with the paint but also the fact that Alex and the team put in extra effort to address the scratch from the hit and run incident to make it much less noticeable. Overall I am very happy I bought my car at AutoNation Dodge Ram with Alex. He and the team were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process!

He met us with the car my wife and I were interested in and took us for a test drive. I was impressed by his knowledge of the car and its accessories and proceeded to negotiate a deal for our car and the purchase of the 2015 Charger we test drove. The finance person handled the paperwork in a professional manner and made us feel welcome through out that process and did not try any high pressure to buy any options such as extended warranty, etc. All in all Rodney and the dealership as a whole made us feel welcome and considerate of our needs as a customer. Was impressed with his knowledge of the car and his approach to selling the car to us. No high pressure at all as the car sold us for the style and accessories included. We took our daughter to buy a car at AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe and it was the best experience we have ever had. Alex is absolutely wonderful. Found this very low mileage Ridgeline on a web search , contacted Julian , internet sales , went to look at it on November 4th ( 4 hours before my appointment with Julian ) ,wanted to check it out before the lot opened, at 7 am went inside was directed to GM Jim , told him had only a few hours and wanted to have my trade in appraised , he did that , after accepting his offer , drove it home , did not expect to complete a vehicle deal that fast and at 7 am in morning , can't say if this a normal occurrence at this dealer but worked great for me , returned for detail a few days later, it looks like new

I was having major issues with the Service Department fixing my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. It had been 43 days since I had the Pacifica running normal due to the timing belt breaking on me. I was very frustrated about this experince and was going was looking at options to buying a used car from another dealership due to the lack of communication from the service department. I came in today and spoke to Bill the service manager and we had a good conversation about how we would work together to get my Pacifica fixed. After I spoke to Bill I came in and talked to Al Yadgar and explained the service situation in full. Al was very understanding and told me to be patient so he could talk to Jim Bauman. Jim Bauman brought me into his office and we discussed what had happened and what my dilema was. I am still sitting hear in amazement what Jim and Al were able to do for me to make things right. I did not expect what they did but I am forever greatful for discussing this with them and working through this issue. Jim and Al have honestly made me a LIFETIME CUSTOMER now!!! I cannot be more greatful for your understanding and how you both dealt with this situation. This is truly an experience that started out horrifically and ended up being way more than I could have ever expected. Beware of Neil and Al they are so personable and hardworking that if you go into AutoNation you will leave with a new vehicle. Pushy, Rude and began treating me badly once it became apparent that i wasnt going to fall for their mind games. After we got to the real value of the car, wich was $3000 less than their innital offer (dont believe them when they tell you that they dont negotiate) they just wanted me out. when i asked for my free tank of gas they told me they would give it to me only upon receipt of a 5 star review. Needless to say I let them Keep their tank of gas. wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

Mark (sales) was great! Helped us throughout the purchase process. We were hesistant to buy from this dealership because of a previous purchase experience, but decided to give them another chance and Mark came through. Mike (finance) left something to be desired. Thankfully we only spent about 5 minutes with him before he peeled out in the parking lot in his mercedes (not impressed). Mark helped us find the car we wanted that fit into our budget with the features we requested. The entire process from choosing a vehicle, test drive, finance, etc took a total of two and a half hours. A pretty easy car purchase compared to most experiences we've had in the past. Thanks Mark!

Last year I went to AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe to buy a car, and I was very impressed. Everyone there was friendly and helpful... no pressure. So when I thought of upgrading this year, I didn't think of going anywhere else. Working with Tom Freeman was great... we talked about what I wanted, looked at various models, and when I didn't see exactly what I wanted, he understood, and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything. Instead, he told me he would look for the car I wanted. Two weeks later, I called him and left a message inquiring about a model I saw online at another AutoNation dealership across town He called me back two hours later. He had the car brought over and waiting for me to test drive! When it came to actually buying the car, I was also impressed. Tom made sure that everything happened quickly and that I understood everything that was happening. In short, this was a great experience, and I highly recommend Tom and AutoNation Doge Ram Arapahoe.

In September of 2013, I stopped by Autonation Dodge Ram on Arapahoe. I was greeted at the door by Neal. The wife and I explained we were just looking and weren't planning to buy a car for a few months. Neal took the time to answer our questions and walk us through the car we were interested in. Fast forward to March 2014, I contact the dealership by email and scheduled a visit with Julian. As soon as I showed up, I was greeted by Neal. He remembered who I was and the items I was looking for from my previous visit. Neal and Julian worked with me to find the prefect car. There was no pressure to buy the car. My husband and I were very impressed with Neil Yadgar and the service he provided. He met us before we even reached the side walk and it was a day that was very cold and windy. Dispite my inability to make a decision on what vehicle we were after, Neil stayed with us the entire time and offered suggestion and information that I needed. By the end of the evening, my husband and I had not made a decision on vehicles, but we were certain that we wanted to work with Neil in whatever we planned on purchasing. I first contacted Jessie via email and phone calls two days prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle I ended up with. At first I was looking for a used vehicle they had on their lot. After I qualified for financing, I noticed a different vehicle of the same make and model at another Autonation dealership. I asked Jessie to see if the "numbers" worked well for that vehicle also. Jessie did the leg work and went the extra mile and brought the newer vehicle from the other dealership to his and it was ready for me to test drive on Saturday so I could compare both vehicles at the same time.After I made my decision to get the newer vehicle, Jessie and the others all did their parts. When two of my daughters arrived to see what I was buying, the sales manager gave them (and I) bottles of water when the girls mentioned that they were thirsty. This was a nice touch and very appreciated. The whole process from start to finish three days later was pleasant and stress free. No sales pressure was used and I am very happy with my purchase.This was the nicest time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

They all were willing to answer any and all of my questions but did not pressure me or do the "wheeling and dealing' aspect that I had experienced at other dealers in trying to find a used car. Tom Freeman my salesman was absolutely wonderful in answering all of my questions without any pressure or having to go to his manager to get the deal done. Once I decided to purchase the car, the process was a very efficient in completing the sale. The whole process was very efficient and was done very quickly. When going into Dodge Arapahoe for service, my wife went into the showroom to "look around". By the time I joined her, she was sitting in a new Dodge Durango with a smile on her face. Hubert had welcomed her to the dealership and was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. We didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed as we have in other dealerships. Hubert was very informative - he really knows his cars! We took our time; got answers to any questions we had; went for a test drive; decided to buy. Hubert handled everything for us - including stopping the service on the vehicle I originally brought in for service. We didn't feel as though we had to jump through hoops as we have previously felt at other dealerships. Jim, in finance, was thorough and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. We ust moved to the city and we needed a more reilable vehicle to drive that would have enough room for our grandkids. We stopped at Dodge on Arapahoe and were just gonna look at smaller suvs, we were greeted by Jesse B and he was very helpful. He showed us the durango then the journey and i liked the journey better smaller and still has alot of room. We needed to find one with no sunroof i just found out i have skin cancer and cant be in the sun he show me many models with no sunroof so i could have a choice on vehicles. We ended up getting a silver used one that was just perfect for me and my grandkids. The salesman Jesse Bradway, was extremely knowledgeable, and got me a "SWEET" deal. A excellent warranty! The financing department was excellent and I had less then perfect credit. Then they had a game going on where we picked cards and I got to pick 2, The first one was 50.00 dollars and because it was red I got to pick another. The second was 75.00. Nice 125.00. My experience with the people at Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe started decent, and moved to sour in a fast hurry. My wife and I went to Autonation to try to find a car for her. She fell in love with this 2009 Toyota Camry, so we ended up buying it. All along, we thought the service was nice, however some of the knowledge presented to us was lacking(at best). The salesperson really didn't seem like he knew too much about the car, as a matter of fact I knew more than he did about the vehicle. The General Sales Manager didn't really seem to care about anything more than his ratings being highest of all the dealers in the area. I found this quite annoying, to say the least, and really didn't go along with him. Since buying this car, less than two months ago, we have had to bring it back to them 3 times for the same issue, and it STILL has not been fixed. They keep trying to tell me that I flooded the engine... let me tell you all something, the purpose of a fuel injected vehicle is to PREVENT FLOODING!! I have found technical service bullitins that have stated the issue very clearly, yet they will not listen to my knowledge of the situation. They have had terrible customer service all the way through the sales process, and the only person I can honestly say that has been professional towards us is Jesse in the service department. I would not reccommend this place to buy a car to anyone in my family, to any of my friends, and quite honestly not even to my worst enemy.

My wife and I had been looking around for about 6 weeks for a new or used RAM 1500 truck, 09 or newer. I emailed a number of dealerships trying to get information on trucks they had posted but could not get anywhere, they all wanted me to come in. I had stopped into a number of dealerships around the Denver metro area and got swarmed by salesman who would not leave us alone or just wanted to know what they could do to get me to leave with a truck that night. I wanted to go to a dealership one weeknight just to compare a crew cab with a quad cab and just look at the trucks, nothing more. AutoNation Dodge on Arapahoe was the closest dealership to my house so I talked my wife into going just to look, not to deal. We showed up and saw a few salesman standing out front. As we walked towards the used trucks we were greeted by Jesse Bradway. I told him we were just there to look at the trucks and nothing more. He said that was cool and handed me his card. He then asked if we wanted him to accompany us at which point I said no we were fine. He said great, just let him know if we needed anything. I was pretty impressed at that point. We walked around the entire lot with no one bothering us. We had one other guy passing by on his way to do something ask if we were OK then moved on. There was no pressure at all. We finished looking around then headed back to the car to leave. As we were getting in the car I happened to look back and Jesse waved and said thanks for stopping in. I decided to go up and talk with him. He asked if he could email me information on any trucks I saw but did not pressure me to give him my email or phone number. I gave him my email for him to do so. Long story short I came back the next week and bought a used 2011 RAM. Pricing was awesome and there was no pressure to buy all the extra stuff I didn't want. They answered every question I had and did not pressure me to just sign and move on. Josh was very helpful as well. I came back a week later to buy some new floor mats and Jesse met me at the door. He made sure I was taken care of and even put the floor mats in for me even though he didn't have to. I am super impressed with Jesse and AutoNation Dodge on Arapahoe! Chris

I had never previously dealt with Autonation before, but after my latest experience, I would recommend them to any friends or family. I dealt with Steve Mehrain, and he made the process easy. In addition, I felt like he did everything he could to work with my demands (which were kind of high). I aprpeciated their time, even staying later than normal business hours to detail the truck and fill my tank.Bottom line, highly recommend them to anyone.

Jordan Van Voorst went above and beyond in taking care of me, eventually delivering my vehicle less than 3 hours after the deal was struck. It was quite a coincidence that Jordan happened to have grown up in my town and that of all the people I could have contacted, he was in the best position to meet my rather unique and urgent need for a vehicle. When it came time to purchase a replacement for our Ford F-350, we choose a Dodge Ram. We made a brief scan of the inventory and were met by sales rep Brian Day. Brian explained about the vehicles we questioned and we test drove one particular model which was in our price range. Although it was not quite what we were looking for, Brian searched for a model more suited to our needs. We were able to make a deal and trade in and could not be more pleased. Our experience was pleasant and we have appreciated the follow up after the pruchase. The entire process was painless and we would easily do it all over again.

I bought my 2007 Dodge Charger R/T last September at AutoNation. The dealership also threw in free oil changes for duration of my contract. After my first oil change, I was checking all my fluid levels in preparation for a trip out of state. I checked the oil (out of habit), and it was 2 quarts low. I checked the paperwork from the dealership and it showed that 7 quarts of oil were put in the car. Not knowing how many quarts of oil a Dodge Charger took, I checked the Owners Manual. It said 7 Qts. I knew that 2 qts didn't magically vaporize into the air. I dutifully put in 2 qts of oil in my car and attributed the negligence to an oversight by a rookie technician. Today (at 6 months since my first oil change), I went in to have my 2nd oil change. When my car was done, I checked the paperwork and it showed that 6 qts of oil were put in the engine. I opened the hood of the car and checked it myself. It showed that the car was a quart low. I asked to see the service manager and explained my previous experience (2 qts low) and my current situation (1 qt low). I asked him if it was their policy to only honor a 5 qt limit or did they fill oil to manufacturers' specs? They, of course, said manufacturers' specs. The service manager took my car back into the service bay. He asked me to join him in the bay and proceeded to open the hood of my car. The 2 service techs were with him and they said the put 7 qts in the car. They even showed me a gauge attached to the oil pump. It said 7.01 qts. Interesting? My car was first in the bay. The next oil change was a Dodge truck. All they did was show me the amount of oil put in the TRUCK, not my car. The truck was gone, also. I just drove home (10 miles), and opened the hood. It still said I was a quart low! Just think. All those oil change shortages multiplied by the number of oil changes that a company like AutoNation performs each day. Wow! Talk about service after the sale! They take you when you buy, and they keep on taking when you go back for service. I'm sure I'll be targeted by these people after this review (since I have more free oil changes). I don't plan to go back to AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe ever again for sales or service. Word of mouth goes a long way. Internet, too.

I started my buying experience corresponding by e-mail with Randy Richins, Internet Sales Manager, with AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe. Randy contacted me promptly by phone and I informed him of my interest in a 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT. I also informed him that I had a trade-in and my payoff had prevented other dealers from making a deal. Randy stayed in touch with me by e-mail and encouraged me to stop in and see if we could work something out. When I arrived, he had one of his staff, Colby Pardue greet me in the parking lot, he also had a Challenger ready for a test drive. Colby was fully versed on the details of my situation and got the appraisal process started promptly. Colby and I are U.S. Army veterans and we hit it off right away. During my appraisal I had a chance to speak to the General Manager, and he thanked me for my service and informed me of his company's commitment to hiring veterans! Later Randy informed me that he had discussed my situation with his General Manager and they believed a deal was possible. Throughout the process Randy and his team were upfront and honest. I received fair trade value for my vehicle and a discounted price on a new Dodge Challenger. The entire process exceeded my expectations! I am now the proud owner of a new Dodge Challenger!

Go/Auto Nation do an excellent job of servicing their cars and go through a very long inspection. I was worried about getting another lemon car so I asked the deal be done as long as my mechanic looked it over and gave the thumbs up. My mechanic found nothing major wrong but there were a few preventative repairs I wanted to be taken care of so I wouldn't have any big repair bills in the future. (Original water pump, original timing belt, one strut replaced and wanting the other strut to be replaced for better drive) and some minor repairs like cabin air filter and a burnt out bulb. Bill and Seraj went above and behind to help me and really made me feel like I was more then just a sale but a part of the family and they wanted to make happy. They even lent me a car of the dealerships while mine was being repaired. (2012 Chrysler 200 which if I had the money would have bought too.. SMOOTH ride and very nice!!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO DODGE ARAPAHOE!!! Plan to ALWAYS buy my cars here in the future!!! Telling my family and friends to look here when they are car showing!!

He asked us what we were looking for in a new truck and then showed us trucks that fit what we told him. The dealership made us feel at home and took care of business very professionally. I bought a brand new 2013 Dodge Journey. I made my first payment yesterday and the car broke down today. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that this was a brand new car and it is already having problems. Although the staff were great when I bought the car and I can't say enough about Al's friendly service. I am extremely concerned about the quality of this vehicle. The manager tried to explain to me that this was a fluke and they'd never heard of my situation happening before (the car wouldn't shut off). It does not make me feel better though when I shucked out a ton of money and have only had the car a month. If these issues continue I'll be speaking with my attorney sooner rather than later.

Looked around for the car I wanted and finally found it at Go Dodge. The person I worked with was a new salesman, however he was very friendly and answered all the questions I needed answered. The car I purchased was exactly as displayed on their site this was my first time financing a vehicle and was very happy with my experience. No pushing for me to buy the car which was a nice plus, looked it over drove it and decided to buy. Both the salesman and the finance person explained all the paperwork so I could understand everything before I signed anything. Thanks again for everything and the way you run your dealership. We were in this dealership for a defective vehicle trade through Chrysler which took over two years to complete with Chrysler. We had originally found a replacement vehicle at another dealership, but they were not willing to process the paperwork since they technically did not make any money on the deal. The service manager and our sales rep at Go Dodge Arapahoe found a comparable vehicle for us on their lot. The dealership completed all the tedius and technical paperwork for the trade, and went above and beyond what was expected. We will continue to use this dealership for future purchases, and will bring our current vehicle in for service.

I was greeted by experienced Hubert as a first time buyer after having an absolute dreadful experience at Cherry Creek Dodge. Hubert was very welcoming and very informative. He immediately pulled a Carfax on the vehicle I was interested in. I made it to the dealership late Saturday, was unable to receive approval that day, but Hubert stayed in touch with me until I was able to get the vehicle on Tuesday. We dropped our truck off for service on Monday morning, they kept it all day before telling us that they could not complete the service due to sick calls so told us that if we left it overnight they could start the service early on Tuesday morning. At 11 am on Tuesday we were informed that our truck was missing....yes gone!!!!!!!! They claim the keys were locked in the lock box so either they are lying and left the keys in the vehicle or else an employee stole our truck!!!!! To top it off we were informed that because of the release you sign when you drop your vehicle off for service they are not liable and we have to go through our insurance which of course means out of pocket expense and tons of inconvenience! After all of this we still haven't spoke to the service manager who was supposed to call us back when he got out of a 'meeting' and didn't. Do not use this dealership, have never had a good experience there but this one takes the cake!

We purchased a 1 year old Grand Caravan with 22k miles 8 months ago. Since then its been to the service bay twice. Neither time was it fixed. Now we've received a saftey recall from dodge concerning the starter (same issue as previous two visits). The engine shuts off randomly while driving, sometimes you can put it in neutral and it will start back up, sometimes you have to wait 10-20 minutes before it will start again. This dealership is completely incompetent and not helpful at all. Had to threaten a lawsuit to get a loaner rental, now they're telling us they won't have parts to fix the problem for months. This place is a joke.

We stopped by on a Saturday to check out trucks. We were greeted by Mark Hart in a friendly, but not over bearing manner. He inquired about our needs and actually listened and showed us the vehicles that we were interested in. After about 30 minutes we informed him we had enough information and we would be making a decision over the weekend. He encouraged us to talk it over and come back on Monday. Monday morning he remembered us and was very helpful, showing us the trucks that suited us and in no way exterted excess pressure. We made our choice and he helped us through the entire process, making it a truly positive experience. Mark is well up on all the specs, and different packages and we left feeling we had received a good deal and eatablished a positve business relationship,not only with him but also with Nick and Jim. Mike in finance made the process move along quickly, and most of all painlessly.Thank you GO Dodge for stepping up and beyond take care of us. My wife was very happy that she was included in the purchasing process and made to feel she had a voice in the decision. We look forward to long relationship with Go Dodge.

Mark Hart took fantastic care of me. I had a very specific requirements in the vehicle I was looking for. They did not have the truck I was looking, however, they located one at a competing dealer and acquired it for me. If that wasn't enough, my sales associate stayed late and drove across Denver at 8pm to bring the truck back in the time frame I required. To top it off, they let me test drive a charger while I waited. I look forward to buying my next truck from them in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience during the purchase of our 2009 Dodge Journey during the recent 'Go Car Supersale' in Denver, CO. I had a great experience at Go Dodge Arapahoe during my recent 2011 Dodge Durango purchase. They were very patient with me as I was undecided on which vehicle I was most interested in. I changed my mind more than a few times. When it got down to the negotiations, they were very fair and, while no doubt trying to maximize their profit, there was no deception with regards to the money trail for any discounts, trade-in value, etc. I have purchased a number of new cars from other dealerships and every one of them prior to this purchase from Go Dodge did some 'clever math' when calculating the out the door price. I have also used the service department prior to this purchase and so far I have been satisified. I appreciated their friendliness, honesty and patience and will not hesitate to shop there again.

The people here are fun to work with and work real hard to get the price and payments you need to be at. He can usually advise me of the problem before it even gets back to the service department. Of course the service manager Bob Carmichael says it's all because of him. Purchased a used 2009 Dodge Journey awesome car, awesome experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Neil the salesman we worked with knew that we were tight on time and that we didn't want to haggle a lot, we knew our price range, we knew what we were looking for as far as body style and features. He led us right to the Calibur area and we spotted the Dodge Journey next to those and BAM that was our car! We were out of there in a few hours financing and all. They have great warranties and graet prices on those also. We actuaally came in under budget in the entire purchase. Thanks GO Dodge on Arapahoe! What a great new start you gave us after our recent chapter 7!

I have worked with many dealerships in the Denver metro area throughout the years and was particularly impressed with Go Dodge Arapahoe for primarily two reasons. First, I was greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable salesman, who did not pressure us in the least. Nothing irks me more than to talk to car salesmen that know very little about the products they sell. The salesman should be able to answer ALL of my questions about their vehicles. In this case, Travis was quite knowledgeable. Second, the General Manager made the effort to come outside and introduce himself to us; as though he didn't have anything more important to do than to insure we were being taken care of. In fact, when we were ready to buy days later, GO Dodge did not have the exact color Durango we wanted. I wanted to buy from GO Dodge, instead of the cross-town dealer that actually had the color we wanted. The GM jumped right in and made the deal happen. The Durango we wanted arrived on the GO Dodge lot within hours!The negotiations were fair with no apparent price rigging or back-end profit loading. I believe the price paid for the new car and the amount the dealer paid for my trade-in were fair. I never got the feeling that they were not being honest or fair. (Bear in mind, that they have a responsibility to their business to maximize their profits and I have a responsibility to minimize my costs.) In this case, we reached a fair and equitable sale.Sean, the finance representative did a great job in explaining my different options for financing and made honest representations of what financing deals he could make from the start. The terms were clearly explained and did not change. I never got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of or manipulated in any way. All-in-all, this was a great car buying experience for me. Weeks later, I do not have any remorse from my experience. The 2011 Durango is a phenomenal vehicle for the price!

Friendly, straight forward, honest. I took my time and they were patient with me. Worked with me to get the best price possible. Made sure all my worries were addressed and taken care of before we left the building. I did not feel taken advantage of, being a woman. Will go back in the future!!!

I have purchased many vehicles from Neil and Jim. This last purchase was a Dodge Nitro and I'm always treated like family. I live much closer to another Dodge dealeship and would not trade anywhere but Dodge on Arapahoe. I have also referred many friends to Jim because he isnt the "typical" car dealership manager.

I purchased a new 3500 here. My dealings have have been nothing but lies , half truths and outright lies. That's just the sales dept. the service dept can't be trusted to even check fluid levels. There is so much that could be said wrong about these guys.Do your self a favor run away from these clowns. No.matter how sweet you think the deal might be.Or I promise you'll be writing your own review. I had better stop as my blood pressure is raising and my head will explode thinking to much about these idiots.P.S. the company dress code should be cheap polyester leisure suits.

Bought used car with major electrical issue, signs within the first week of ownership, didnt even use the whole tank of gas they gave us, car has been sitting for 7wks! Thanks for the NOT "dependable used car". I love wasting thousands and then having to dump thousands into it to get it to run-the way it was suppose to be when (before, during & after) I bought it. What gets me is noone will say, no worries we will take care of it for you, just for their reputations sake! Worst used car buying experience EVER!! Loved my experience at Rocky's Autos though, very nice and helpful staff, well go back there next time!

I bought the used Dodge from the Go Nissan, I was told I had to have my Dodge serviced by a Dodge dealership. It started last year when I had to have the rear end rebuilt, when I brought my Dodge in because of problems, I was told the rear end needed to be rebuilt. I said to the adviser "Again?" What do you mean again, the rear end shouldnt have to be rebuilt 2 times in 1 year blah blah They looked up the records, Yup too soon, Oh well, So of course I am not going to pay my deductible right, Yes you are. Ben finally informed me that I would not have to pay the deductible but next time I would if it happened again. So in the mean time I also had them change my oil and the front wiper blades, after getting into a screaming match about the rear end I was not in a good mood. Ben called said my car was done and come and pick it up, paid for the oil and wiper blades, drove down the street and went to use my rear wiper blades, gone no blade, drove right back to the dealership, Ben came out and told me " Get off the premises or I will call the cops", I told him to call the cops cause they stole my wiper blade- Ended up I got a new blade for the back window, was told by Ben never to return or he will call the cops

The service department is running a very dirty business! Lies, Lies and more Lies! They will Lie to your face and then deny that they ever did. They charge more than twice as much as other dealers, which are already "Stealers". They will try to guilt you into fixing parts that don't need it. They do not have the customers interest in mind, only $$$$. They will even screw you on parts that should be covered under warranty - saying "You didn't buy your vehicle here" or "You don't bring it to us for enough maintenance so your warranty is void". When there is an apparent problem they say "I can't see or hear it". They try to make you feel like you are stupid for thinking there could possibly be a problem before it completely breaks down and leaves you stranded. They are corrupt! Honesty nor integrity does not exist at GO DODGE! I will not do business with a GO dealer ever again. There is not enough room to explain the multiple horrible experiences with them. If you choose to take your vehicle to GO for service, Be Aware and be ready to bend over.
