They were very quick to respond and had my truck ready really fast. The service department was the best I've ever dealt with. I just moved to Seattle from New York and this is definitely where I'll be taking my car from now on. Update: I’ve been in Seattle almost 3 years now and the original review still stands — haven’t and don’t plan on going to another service department

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Ashley was helpful & friendly!! One piece of feedback, when you have a 12:40 appointment on the website, you should say up front that the appointment won't start until 2:00 once lunch hour is over. I got there at 12:30 and left at 4:00 and if I had known that lunch time was 1:00-2:00, I would have come earlier or later.

I went here cause the truck I was looking for was priced well there. Their trade in estimate for my truck was also good enough for me to go in and see if we could make a deal. I’m a decent negotiator but I didn’t get them down a penny on their truck or a dollar more for my trade in. I got to charge my phone while I waited and got a tank of gas with the truck I purchased. Still waiting on the factory key, box link key, and code for the door. Tim was a nice guy, but seriously it was one way, I felt like I gave and they took. I didn’t get anything. ***2/10/21 Paul Service department is top tier. He took care of me. Happy to have a place to bring my truck for service or any issues that I can trust. Thanks Paul.

Attentive customer service team that communicates clearly, timely and with care for customer concerns (hats off to Paul and Nate). Effective service group completed repairs successfully and with surprising speed (given parts needed). Reasonable costs. Service team even applied a coupon about which I knew nothing until it was time to pay.

My car needed a had a recalled service and they scheduled me quickly and made the whole process super easy. The only thing is I dropped off my car Christmas Eve and they didn’t let me know that I needed to pick up my car before 2. Because that’s when they close. So that would of been some nice information!
