Very cold personality to be on front desk, no greeting, i said good morning did not answer, i ask for oleo change and was asked to wait he takes his time to write whatever, walkway and comeback with cup of coffee and them he looks at me (45 minutes later) we have 3 FORD cars over 10 yers, dealer is fine but the repair department needs attention.

We bought a brand new Ford Fiesta for our daughter to drive to school in. The driver's side seat support has broken four times each time costing $200.00 to repair. Trying to get waited on even if you have a reservation is ridiculous. We had a reservation that we showed up for, was told to come back the following Tuesday. Got there Tuesday, was told to come back on Wednesday. Took forever to get the part in, so by the time the seat was fixed 6 weeks had passed.

I am seeking to replace my Ford Taurus SE for work. I travel 40-50k miles per year and may drive up to 8 hours. The current driver seat is the best I have experienced in 25 years and I want a similar feel with thereplacement vehicle. However, I need at least the same trunk storage space as the Taurus, with easier access if possible. The Flex SE appears to be that vehicle. Isaac and the sales manager David were very accommodating to arrange a test drive.A decision will be made soon.

I had a software update and brought the car into service. I made the appointment over the phone. When I arrived to drop of Rick was super courteous, called the drop off service and got me back to work in little time. He expanded the software upgrade and did a complete reset since I had bought the car used and was the first time bringing it in. He called me later that day to explain what was done and tell me the car was ready for pick. All around great service.

I was a little apprehensive about what to expect when I walked into AutoNation. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hand shake. David Miller and Elizabeth Hernandez were excellent to work with. This is the 5th car I have purchased in my life and this was the best experience I have had so far. David was quick to respond to my request for pricing, and when I told him I wanted to close quickly, he did not waste time going back and forth on pricing or trying to work me into a different vehicle, he gave us exactly what I wanted at the best price I could find in multiple South Florida cities. Additionally, when the original car we wanted sold the same day we were negotiating, Elizabeth and David both worked rapidly to find me an identical replacement and had it brought in from another dealership at the original price we negotiated. Even after the vehicle was brought in from another dealership just for us, Elizabeth was very patient with us as we test drove the vehicle to give us final comfort that the large investment (F150 Platinum) we were about to make was the right one for us.

This is my 4th Vehicle I have purchase from this location, and now a proud owner of yet another Ford. I was introduced to Rita Benoit by my other half, who has been extremely helpful from start to finish. I had special ordered a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD (as they are hard to find in Florida) and it was painless. Rita was so kind to call me each Friday to provide an update on the process, and down to where it was on the railway system. Once I receive the vehicle last week, Rita continued to follow up with me and make sure that everything was to my liking. I finally found someone that cares and can maintain a smile no matter what! Buying experience was great with Denny Deacon. This is the second car I purchased with him. When it came to Finance Mgr. Had a difficult time getting registration. Was told it would be in the mail in a few days it never came. My car insurance threatened me for 2 weeks to cancel my insurance calling several times a day. When I contacted Autonation finance I was put on hold told they would call back for 3 days as of now, I am still waiting and do not know if I'll have insurance today to even drive the vehicle. Horrible experience.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford Margate. Typically finding the right vehicle is a hard and lengthy process. I wasn't dead set on purchasing anything but originally went in to this dealership to see what they had available. From the start they were very courteous and helped me locate potential vehicles in my price range and desired payment amount. I never felt overly pressured by any of the staff or even the salesmen David Miller. My potential vehicle was not at their location but they had it brought to the dealer the following day for me to come in an see. David notified me when the vehicle arrived and we were able to make an appointment for me to see the truck, test drive it and eventually purchase it. My entire experience was very comfortable, professional and ultimately rewarding in finding the RIGHT truck for me. Having experience myself in selling (boats) I was very happy with David's genuineness in helping me find the right truck to fit my needs and budget and not just looking to sell me "a vehicle." Even as friend's questioned me on the buying and negotiation process I had nothing but positive things to say. I can truly say I really enjoyed the entire buying experience and was impressed by David's followup call the very next day. We had a great experience buying a used vehicle from AutoNation Ford Margate, mainly because of our salesman, Dan White. We never felt pressured and felt that we got a fair deal. When we pointed out a few minor defects on the exterior of the vehicle, Dan went above and beyond to have them taken care of. We felt the hour drive to this dealership was worth it (even with a baby) to look at a specific used vehicle. In the future, we would gladly make the trip because of the great experience we had. Worst service experience ever. Repaired A/C under Ford ESP and faulty repair caused interior of the car to flood. First off technician accused us of driving with the windows open and A/C on. Then find out cracked evaporator case from 3 week ago repair caused the flood. Replace the carpets as I asked no way. Talked to the service adviser Andrew told him to have the Service Manager Armando call me. Andrew calls me back on his behalf after telling him of my situation (he's busy). Answer is no. If you dont like that decision, call Ford. I also called Armando directly and left him a voicemail. He was to busy for that also. Had hope today when I saw the (954) 644-4976 number. Hoping to talk to the General Manager. This is the switchboard number and the operator gave me the usual name please etc. For some reason I thought that maybe I had scored direct number but don"t waste your time. Called Ford also and was told "There is nothing further I can do to assist you". Haven't tried AutoNation Cooperate yet but that's also on the agenda. So to AutoNation Ford Margate I will not service my vehicle there so you can further damage it, and to Ford; have a nice life. I would still love to talk to the General Manager about busy Armando but I'm not playing that game. And yes I did purchase both the vehicle and Ford ESP from AutoNation Ford Margate. And it is comforting to know that shampooing the carpets is the way we properly remediate water and mold damage.

Went in to by a cpo Edge. Had a payment in mind. Wanted to be around $230 a month. I was firm on that. The salesperson was great but he's the sales person so he doesn't have say with the price. After under valuing my car big time I declined their offer. The sales manager came over (possible name is Brian but didn't really care to remember his name) with a new offer. It was still under valuing my car. They were at $300 a month. He dropped it to $280. I told him no and that if they weren't willing to drop the price of the car it wouldn't be a big deal. I said there would be no hard feelings it's business. He ended up calling me unreasonable and was very condescending. I left immediately. To shorten this up, my unreasonable self later received a phone call from the salesman and a different manager and settled on $215 a month. So you insult a customer and he receives a better deal than he was oringally asking for? So who's the unreasonable one again? I would rather pay more for a car somewhere else. Will never go back to a Autonation dealership again. Sucks because the saleman is a good guy.

Great service from the time we walked in. Barry introduced himself as we walking in the door. He is genuinely friendly and personable without being pushy. We were looking for a truck for my boyfriend who was very interested in looking at a few vehicles, old and new, and then learning about each one. Barry was very patient and allowed us to take out time and really get all the information my boyfriend wanted in order for him to make the best decision. This is the first time that my boyfriend has had a car dealership experience and he and I are both extremely happy with both our purchase and where we purchased it from. I was looking for a super duty truck and was pleased to find an F-350 on site that fit all my needs. After I determined that this was what I wanted, my concern shifted to the price. I asked for their best price and was blown away by the incentives and willingness to work with me to get me in the truck. I was a first time car buyer and I was lucky enough to get assisted by Renee. I love my Toyota Camry and knew I had to have it almost as soon as I saw it and the price was perfect. However, there were set backs. I am young, my credit is not that great and I just graduated college. Renee worked like crazy to help me get into my Camry and approved for financing. When I was finally approved, she was just as happy as I was! Car buying is almost always extremely frustrating. So when i set out to trade in my 07 BMW i expected nothing less. My first stop was my local dealer which turned out to be the absolute worst car experience i ever had in my life. I visited another dealer before making my way to Autonation Ford Margate. Let me start by saying that the customer service and overall process was night and day from any dealership I've ever been to. My experience started with Akilah Threadgill who made sure everything was prepared and ready before i even arrived. Akilah was involved in the process from start to finish making sure everything was top notch. I cannot thank Akilah enough for her hospitality, knowledge and general communication from start to finish. Glen Saccomanno was my sales associate and I did not make his day easy to say the least. I came with a plan and a goal and even though at sometimes it seemed impossible he did not blink an eye in trying to make the deal work EXACTLY how i needed it to be. Finally Edwin Rivera was the sales manager who was very friendly and made things a natural smooth negotiation. When we hit an unforeseen bump in the rode he fixed the mistake without even thinking twice. I cannot stress enough how much i recommend Autonation Ford Margate. This was the easiest and less frustrating buying experience I have ever encountered. They were patient and helpful dutingvthe paperwork process. Edwin and Jerome were both very helpful and made the process very fast. We had to take our two kids and the offered bbq to all customers. Very comfortable experience. I needed a new car as my old 2006 Mustang was now in need of service that would add up too much to justify paying and NOT invest in a new car. So we went to AutoNation Margate Ford, where I bought my original Mustang. Ken Lunkins gave us the "white glove" treatment -- he was GREAT! He found us the car that we were looking for and took us out for a test drive, The 2015 Mustang GT Convertible was loaded with features ... more than I expected.... and the driving experience was so much fun ...... but it was at a price I didn't expect. So my wife and I took a breather to discuss our options on getting a cheaper car.,... which was not in my heart to do but what else could we do? Then Edwin Rivera came outside to talk to us. He asked the right questions in what we needed to do to get the car.... and he worked with us in getting the car at our price AND showed us that it was AFFORDABLE in our budget! Both, Ken & Edwin made this happen for us and now we have a car that I love and enjoy driving and it does more than expected. Raymond Puente made it all happen writing up our contact and made everything easy for us. He was great! Andre (I forgot his last name) he showed us all the amenities that the on board computer dash system has and how to run it. Wow... he knew everything and synced our iPhone up to access everything from our phones! EVERYONE from the front desk to even the service guy came out to great us before we left the lot with our new 2015 Mustang GT Convertible! What a super place to buy a new car! They stayed late (well after closing time) to make this happen for us. I remember when it was Mulenex Ford/Maroone Ford........ AutoNation Margate is TOP NOTCH.....That's the place to buy your Mustang..... I will never go anywhere else! Now the car--- runs like a top...... sounds, features, style & everything you would expect and want is in this years Mustang. I loved my 2006 but it was time for an upgrade and I'm glad I did. All I can say is that "I'm loving it!" This weekend is our wedding anniversary, so we're going to put the top down and head on out to Key West in style with our new Mustang! :-)

Bad service we set up an appointment 5 days before we went turns out they don't even take appointments seriously. then they sent us to a different person named Ricky we were talking about the problem with my A/C then he tells us he couldn't find our warranty information in their system then he told me I had to bring a physical copy of the warranty I had so I went home to go get it, I came back 15 min later and he's to busy now and makes me wait over 50 minutes for him than he finally takes my car to his tech guys and tells me I can come back later to pick it up. He calls me 2 hours later saying that it turns out my warranty doesn't cover the problem with the A/C and that I'd have to pay out of my pocket to fix it, I told him ok then he calls me an hour later saying there's a problem with my tires and that I'll have to buy new ones from them (my tires were 2 months old) I asked why and he gave me a big speech that had nothing to do with what I asked I told him no thank you and hung up the phone. He calls me 2 hours later saying that my car is finally ready and to hurry up because there closing in 15 min I get there and he takes me to the cashier to pay and he leaves. Later that night I found out that they had changed my car lights from white to yellow which made me mad because my car is fairly new and is a fully loaded model and I never asked them to change my car lights and now my car looks like a cheap model. I called back the next day and he told me that he didn't do that and that there was nothing he could do about it unless if I buy the lights from them. After this experience I wouldn't recommend this dealership to nobody not even my worse enemy. Stay away from this dealer

Everybody else even doesnt bother to said that they will look what was going on. We had continuesly problem with AC. Nobody in NYC wasnt able to find what was going on. Here it take 35 min ! After much thought I decided to trade in my 2011 Ford Fiesta for a 2015 and took it to Copans Auto Nation. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I did not feel the anxious or pressure I had in the past with other dealerships I had dealt with. The appointment setter, Mr. Lynn spoke to me for a period of time while I waited for my salesmen to do some initial work. Glen Saccamano, my salesman walked me through the whole process from beginning to end, checked on me, didn't leave me for longer than 20 minutes without an update on where my sale was in the process. And, the finance manager who handled explaining all the financing paperwork was patient and still smiled throughout the hour it took to sign all the papers. Everyone was nice and still smiled an hour before closing on a Saturday. I can't forget to add that I was able to get a chair massage during the wait time. It was complimentary and the massage person was there the whole time for other customers. What a way to keep the customer relaxed!!!!

Had a terrible experience today All fast talking used car stereotypes confirmed for me with their floor manager (All other people I spoke to (3) were accommodating and certainly did their best). I was the second person to have "misunderstandings" at the tail end of my transaction over money none of the support staff seemed surprised to me. Too bad, I have been buying Ford products for over 25 years, will just have to travel further next time away from AutoNation Ford Margate Got an easier transaction in New York if you can believe that.. go figure. GOOD LUCK with these guys get everything in writing keep an eye on the numbers at the end of the deal!!! PS went through all the paperwork and on the last step the "misunderstanding" jumped out of nowhere, so disappointed.

Before I start talking about Elizabeth Hernandez, let me give you a little bit of back history. My husband and I was looking for a Volkswagen CC (manual) for the last three years. We seriously started looking the last year. Unfortunately, no Volkswagen CC was available in our area (Gainesville, Florida) within our price range. We knew and understood we would have to travel to get what we want because we traveled to Georgia to receive our last purchase, a Jetta. We traveled to Orlando and Tampa but no one would work with us. Our last trip was to Tampa, Florida. We left there discouraged. On Monday, we told ourselves the time is not now. Then on Tuesday, we both searched and found two CCs. One at AutoNation Margate and another in Miami. My husband told me to email them and just see what happens. We knew our budget was tight but felt someone in Florida would work with us. We didnt want to travel again and come back empty handed. The dealership in Miami contacted us the same day but wouldnt negotiate over the phone. I had to set up an appointment on Friday, October 3rd for a friend to stop by the dealership on behalf of us but they were too slow. Elizabeth Hernandez called and swooped in for the sale. After I emailed the dealerships, I tossed it from my mind because I didnt think they would respond. On Wednesday morning I received a phone from Ms. Elizabeth Hernandez. I was taken back and responded, who and where. After digesting who and where she was calling from, I just told her my bottom line dollar. My spirit was so discouraged, I hope I didnt sound sad or mean. She paused and said ok but in a positive voice. She continued by asking me, Do you have a trade in. I said yes and gave her the information between two phone calls. The last phone call she said ok and I will call you back. Still in a positive tone. Her tone of voice resonated hope. A hour or two later, she called back and said its a deal. She made the impossible, possible. She made the deal, requested and received our paperwork all while keeping us positive, encouraged and excited. We pray were able to purchase another car around the same time next year. We will definitely call Ms. Elizabeth Hernandez first. We will also recommend her to friends and family now and years to come. If she had some bumps in our purchase process, she didnt let us know. That is what you call top of the line.

When I mentioned my research experiences to my cousin, he immediately said, "Go to Ford AutoNation in Margate. They have a wide selection and the rebates are great." I did as he said. Glad I went. Their service is exceptional; I had the pleasure of making my selection and test driving with Denny. They offer a wide selection of payment options; best rebates in my opinion and best selections. I settled for the Ford Edge. I am glad I made that decision. I am enjoying it more and more each day. My recommendation to you is try AutoNation before any other. This dealership was "johnny on the spot". Literally, within minutes of my request, they responded. I didn't purchase a vehicle from them only because I wasn't quite ready to make a decision. I wrote a short review yesterday 08-22-2014 while sitting in the showroom waiting to close my deal, but I needed to expand on my experience in finding the right vehicle for the right price from AutoNation Ford Margate. From David Lyons (sales mgr)who introduced himself to me to make sure I was being taken care of while I was waiting for Eddie Hodges (an awesome sales mgr) who introduced me to a young, bright, funny, sales associate Gabriel Natera who took care of my every question and or concern,then to the customer Financial Service Mgr. Brian Hugon. The entire experience was more than anyone could ask for. I swore years ago I would never buy a used car from any dealer, but these guys definitely changed my mind forever. As a matter of fact I already sent a very close friend there today, because after he saw my 2005 Eddie Bauer Expedition that is AutoNation certified, with only 61k miles, he is now wanting to buy from AutoNation as well. Especially after I explained they could will get him any vehicle he wants. But this review is more about my experience with this staff. Everyone mentioned above as well as Patrick, who with Gabe delivered my vehicle to my home because I could not wait any longer at the dealership due to other commitments, as well as they were detailing it to get it perfect. Again all I can say is the entire staff even the receptionist / cashier "Varsha" made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the entire process. I will definitely be buying there again and sending all my friends and family. I recommend you go to AutoNation for any vehicle new or used. Make sure to see the managers at the Margate location on Copans Road they will introduce to one of their great associates who will help you find your next vehicle. The entire staff down to the detailers even treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and did a great job. We are a Toyota/Honda family. This is our first Ford and our first encounter at a Ford dealership. After going to a Toyota dealership(and NOT happy with service) we decided to try a different make. We went to Autonation Ford Margate and couldn't be happier. Duane McShane greeted us and showed my daughter the cars that she was interested in. He is a no pressure salesperson. He took his time with us and allowed my daughter to test drive all that she wanted. He walked the lot with us looking at each car, His patience and NO pressure was great. We purchased a Fusion Hybrid and the follow up from Duane makes us more sure that we made the right decision. I highly recommend Duane McShane :)

Aquired a 2014 Taurus in late June. I saw the unit online and called Jennifer M . She is one of the internet sales people. After telling her what I was looking for within minutes, she forwarded me spec sheets on four vehicles. After narrowing down my choices to the car with the correct featurers I asked her the cost. She told me and I made arrangements to drive to the dealership the next day. Upon arrival they appraised my trade and gave me what I felt was the high end value for my car. From there we went to financing and I was able to close the entire deal with in 1.5 hours. It was a pleasure! No negoitiating, efficient nice individuals in all aspects of the transaction and quick! I came to the dealership with no hope of being financed. Less than stellar credit and very little down. Test drove a few older models hoping that perhaps with less cost, and more miles, I could get financed. We worked the numbers only to find out that we weren't getting to where I needed to be. The sales person Tim Leograndis worked diligently to find something that not only fit my budget, but also I would be happy driving away with. The support he got from Amir, the sales manager was excellent, and though there faces express lack of interest ;) they proved in the end that my best interest was their's as well. Being a former car salesman myself, many years ago, I knew that at this point, though we got to the numbers I needed, there were still a few hurtles to jump over. The most tense part of my experience was right before walking in to the finance office to talk over the numbers. Solomon Mills, the finance manager who worked everything out on paper was a tremendous comforter, figuratively speaking. His lack of aggression, and passive pitches convinced me that I need at least some "back-end" products like Tire Replacements and Dent Repairs. All in all, I walked out of his office with a huge smile on my face and a comfortable payment plan for my vehicle. I Sincerely thank the staff at Autonation Ford of Margate for their tremendous work and for the experience of car shopping any car buyer should expect. A note to the General Manager (sorry for forgetting your name), though I don't believe solely on tough love, you must be doing something right. You've got a great team. Please keep up the good work. I am very happy with my experiences at AutoNation Ford in Margate. I had checked on the internet on Fords, and in response to my interest in a Ford Focus, set up an appointment with Howard Kusnick for a Saturday test drive. From the very beginning, Howard was very helpful, interested in what I wanted in a car, and did not apply any pressure. I was very pleased with the test drive in the Focus. Howard went through the specifics on this particular model and he did check to make certain that these features were available in the car color that I wanted - white. Raymond in the financial department very carefully went over all the options in all of the paperwork and answered all my questions. Howard took care of setting up SYNC with my cell phone and got my Focus detailed. Both Howard and Raymond stated that they wanted me to be a happy and satisfied customer. I let them know that I was very happy with my new car and with the overall experience at AutoNation Ford in Margate.

I saw the Mustang GT 500 I wanted on the internet. I had been shopping for the model for some time and knew how much I would pay to take the car home. I went to the dealer and after a short, straight forward negotiation, purchased the car for a great price. Within a couple of hours I was driving my new car home. The sales staff was freindly and curtious, the deal was just as we negotiated and the car was detailed and ready to go when I finished signing the paperwork. Things couldn't have gone smoother.

My salesman, Tim L, was knowledgeable and truthful and this made the whole process pass smoothly. I came expecting to look at one model but after listening to me and showing me my options, I decided to purchase a more suitable car. I am very please and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The last time I was at this dealership was over 5 years ago. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago as I have been thinking about purchasing an SUV. I have visited several dealerships over the last several months in Broward and Dade County. So far my best experience has been at this dealership and that is why I am taking the time to write a review. First off I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Cameron Haney. He was very knowledgable and when I went on to tell him I wasn't looking to buy until another couple of months or so and was shopping around he didn't treat me any differently. I'm saying this because you'll be surprised how quick a person can change when you are not there to buy but "just to look". I also like the fact that he wasn't trying to over sell the Ford brand but did go over what sets them apart. At the last dealership I went to the guy was literally hanging on the door to show me how strong the hinges where! A few days after my visit, I received a follow up call from Cameron thanking me for coming in and letting me know that he looked forward to helping me whenever I was ready to make my purchase. Talk about great service, I didn't even buy a car from them yet! I have never gotten a follow up call from a car dealership before even after purchasing a car! After looking around and learning more about the Ford brand I have decided that I will definitely be getting more bang for my buck and great gas mileage so I will be back! I look forward to writing another great review once I make my purchase from Auto Nation Ford in Margate.

He explained everything every step of way. Another friend recommended a Ford Fusion so I had my sites set on that car. I just bought a new Ford explorer from autonation ford and my experience was fenomenal. Believe it or not but I was there til 1 am closing the deal. By the way, the dealership closes at 10 pm. Just the fact that the whole staff was there until I closed the deal and signed all paperwork. My sales man, Paul Cole, was exceptional in all he did. Throughout the whole process he would ensure my wife and I that everything was on its way to close at the price we wanted and it allowed the stressful process of buying/leasing a vehicle to go through very smoothly all the way to the close. Not only that but they fixed a ding in the passenger side door that I had found the next afternoon. Very great experience! Will most definitely come back

I purchased a used truck from them. We had a lot of problems getting the deal done, but we did. After I had it a couple of months I started having problems so I traded it in. I have called,faxed, emailed, mailed in all the paperwork so I can get my gap insurance money back with no results. I have called the general manager at least 8 times and they just put me in voice mail. If this is the way they treat their customers I recommend you don't buy from them. I guess making them look bad is what the want, so next is the social media, newspapers and tv to show everybody what they are like. All I wanted was a phone call to solve this.

Our experience was with the collision repair department, and unfortunately, one star is as low as I can give them. We chose AutoNation because of their location to where we were going to be staying, and their name is all over South Florida, so we figured they had to be reputable. When we took our van in to get the damage estimate, the estimator at AutoNation who handles all claims for our insurance company, could not have been more unprofessional. My wife arrived at the scheduled time, yet he felt the need to tell her he needed to leave and go pick up his son, and to just wait until he gets back. Once he did get back, he was more preoccupied with his child than he was in doing a halfway decent job in estimating the damage to our van. Once we finally were able to get the van in to be repaired, it took approximately a week and a half, which was fine because we were able to get a rental car while the work was being done. Once the work was "done" (yes, in quotes for a reason) and we got the van back, we had to leave to drive 16 hours up the east coast the next morning. But it gets better from there. When my wife picked it up, she discovered an empty beer can in one of the cup holders, which actually might partially explain the low quality of the repairs. Furthermore, she discovered that several objects of ours that were stored away in the vehicle and not left out in plain sight were also missing, which means someone had to have gone through the whole van and removed them from storage spaces, and upon further inspection, these things were found throughout the repair facility. The reaction she got from them was "Oh, we didn't know you wanted to keep them." The next day we had to leave to drive back up north, and on our way discovered that the workmanship was of the poorest quality and the entire rear fender had been installed wrong, and as a result was putting excess pressure on the right quarter panel and causing it to pull away from the vehicle. Not exactly an ideal situation cruising north on I-95. Once we returned home, I immediately called our insurance company to report this. After a few days of going back and forth between my insurance company and AutoNation, we were scheduled to have it inspected and have the repairs estimated by the body shop we trust near us. According to the estimator, he had never seen such a simple repair job messed up so badly. Our insurance company conveyed to AutoNation that they strongly recommended they cover the cost of fixing what they could not fix correctly the first time, as well as cover the cost of the rental car we would need while the repairs were being made. So the car goes in to be fixed, correctly this time, and we pick up the rental car with the agreement among all three parties (us, our insurance company, and AutoNation) that we would be reimbursed in full for the cost of the rental car (insurance company has documented proof that AutoNation agreed to this). Once the rental car was returned, I contacted AutoNation about getting reimbursed, and was told to email them a copy of the receipt and my mailing address so a check could be sent. That was in mid-August. It is now late-March, and AutoNation still is refusing to reimburse us for the $1300+ rental car bill they had previously agreed to compensate us for. Not only are they refusing to make good on their promise, but they have now resorted to not returning emails and nearly a dozen phone calls from myself and our insurance company. Would I recommend you have your car repaired at AutoNation? Up to you, but I prefer to do business with a person or business that is honest, treats its customers with respect, and makes good on their promises.

I haven't owned a Ford since the 1980s. However, at this time my wife and I needed a smaller SUV. However, after having researched the comparable SUV and Crossover vehicles we settled in on the Escape. All that was left was to choose from among the several area Ford Dealers. It turned out that the closest was also the best, by far. The "team" that worked with me, Solomon and Mike in finance and Hector Roa and Patrick Montague in Sales, headed by Armando Maysonet was exceptionally professional and personable. I did not get the impression that they were nice merely to sell me a vehicle, rather, they were genuinely interested in putting me into the best vehicle to satisfy my needs. We bargained on the price, but they didn't hesitate to show me the "real" facts and figures. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in a comfortable atmosphere. No pressure, no hassles, no slick talk. So, if you want a Ford and if AutoNation Ford in Margate is within your travel range I can highly and unreservedly recommend them.

I had mostly a great experience at AutoNation Ford Margate. Howard, my salesman, was straight forward, helpful, and very courteous. The office manager was efficient and effective. The whole purchasing experience was great and the price was great. One slight glitch, the detailing personnel pulled a fast one. There were two carpet pads which had come unglued and separated from the floor and I had asked them to be glued back on. I didn't check to see if they did this, and got home to find that the two carpet pads were not only not glued but were gone from the car. A telephone call to Howard quickly resolved the problem and the carpet pads were found and glued. Perhaps the best part of the purchase experience is that it did not end with the actual purchase. Howard has followed up on several occasions to check up to see that we were satisfied with the car and to offer his assistance if we had any concerns with it - great followup and interest in his customers. I think that this kind of experience give Autonation Ford Margate a five star rating.

I was in the market for a few months looking and test driving the Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain and Ford Edge. I test drove each vehicle and was very close to purchasing a Chevy Equinox, when I walked out of the dealership because they would not come down to my price. After test driving each of those, I did not have that feeling of really liking each vehicle I test drove so I went back to AutoNation Ford in Margate to test drive the 2014 Ford Explorer. That is when I fell in love and decided to make a purchase. My salesman, Jerome Jean-Baptiste was extremely knowledgeable in each vehicle I test drove and did not pressure me at all. He has called me to follow up on my learning the Ford Sync and he truly has gone above and beyond to make sure I know all the features of the vehicle and that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Also, the finance man Mike was very helpful in getting me the best possible interest rate and thoroughly going through all the finance paper work with me. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I recently bought an Audi A4 2.0T there and before they gave me the car they said something was wrong with the turbo and they would have to keep the car for couple days in order to fix it and I agreed. When I went back about 6 days after, they gave me the car and I went home with it thinking that they fixed it because that was the reason why I left it there at the first place. Not even 4 months after the car started acting up and I brought it back so they can fix it. I left the car and came back multiple times and they never fixed it. Til' now the car it's still at their parking lot and still have the same problem. I tried to contact the corporate office but I can't reach them, I left my name and, phone number so they can call me back but they never did. It makes no sense to me because I'm still paying every month for the car while I'm not even driving it and also the insurance. I regret that I came to them to buy the car and it was my first time financing a car. Stay away from that dealership.

Brought my Ford Mustang in for warranty repairs. And the dealer did NOT honor the new vehicle warranty. I was ripped off and lied to several times. The mechanic (Jonathan) and the Assistant Service Manager (Reinel) are dishonest and un-proffessional. They went out of their way to lie to Ford Motor Company in order to make money off me. This dealer does not care about customer satisfaction, only about making money! Stay away

I only gave a four stars to quality repairs, because I made an appointment, and I waited one hour and half to center the steering wheel on my new Ford Focus 2014. All other services, was excellent. Mr. Barry was very patience and he knows his job very well with a lot of knowledge. The sale's manager, Chris, makes me feel welcome and he explains very well what they can do for me, and how we can get the car that I want. And Mike, Finance guy, is very nice and I asked a lot questions, and he answered and explained everything to me. I was buying a truck to pull a horse trailer. I searched online and on site at various dealerships. I was mostly helped in my decision making process by Shane Guilkey at AutoNation Ford. He knew everything there was to know about trucks and the various options and packages. I was very undecided in my search effort but eventually came to the perfect truck with the patient help of this knowledgable salesman. The AutoNation inventory system was also a great help in finding my truck. I was allowed to browse it on their computer system at the store and Mr Guilkey even drive to Miami with me so I could test drive a car I liked at the AutoNation lot down there. I appreciated the patient, kind and knowledgable help I received and I love my truck.

Andrei, and Anthony, were excellent, their knowledge of the vehicles, and the model and color of the vehicle that we wanted was and added bonus. They were courteous, kind , thoughtful, and considerate of me and my family. Their experience and their willingness to make this a pleasant experience was unlike any previous experiences we had had at other Dealerships. I would not hesitate to encourage my friends and family to shop at Auto Nation, especially the newly started VIP Section and Program. Went in to have service on my 2011 Platinum F-150 which I loved. I was looking around and found a 2013 Black Limited, which I didn't even realize they had. Met with Solomon Mills and he knew everything about the truck. It actually wasn't much different except color from my 2011. I explained my financial situation and Solomon came up with a solution. I actually lowered my payment on a 2yr newer vehicle. I really didn't think it was possible. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my truck. This was my first experience with Autonation and I was happy with the experience. Facility seems a bit outdated, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Would and will recommend them to anyone.

This place is great! Went online and found the car I wanted and sent in for information on it. I also submitted the paper work for financing at the same time. The store opened up and I had a email responce and 30 minutes later I had a call for an appointment. when I arrived the car was out front with the tag in the window reserved for me. We sat down for a moment then went for a drive. We came back sat down and signed a few papers. Then after about 15 minutes they called me back for a few more papers and the car was mine. Thank you Autonation for a great car buying experience!

SALES PERSON GLEN TURPENING WAS ATTENTIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CONSIDERATE THRU THE PURCHASING PROCESS. SOME BUMPS WERE ENCOUNTERED BUT EAGLE AND TURPENING SMOOTHED ALL PROBLEMS OUT DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS AND THE VEHICLE I LEASED MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. I have never had such a good experience at an Auto Dealer. the people were friendly and the process went really smooth. I like the relaxed atmosphere of sitting in the lobby. I didn't feel high pressured and the owner even came out and shook my hand. I got to hit this gong. That cracked me up they do that whenever anybody buys a car. I will definitely go back to this dealer.

I was very pleased with my experience purchasing my Ford Flex through Autonation Ford Margate. I went through the internet department and worked with two salesmen - Glen Saccomano and Mike Miller. Both answered any questions I had but were not overtly pushy or aggressive. All communication whether by phone or email was friendly and professional. The management and finance staff were also very friendly and thorough. I started my search in May and just now purchased my Flex in August. The follow-through and periodic emails from Steve Lynn checking in to see if I was still in the market for a new car let me know they wanted to earn my business. The negotiation process was relatively pain free and I am happy with my new car!

I have been purchasing and leasing cars for a very long time and this experience has been the best one ever. I had both Mike and Rose helping on our lease for our new Explorer and they were both friendly and professional. Rose is fairly new in the biz but she did a great job. This is the first Ford Inhabe driven in 30+ years and I can see a long relationship now. Kudos to Autonation Ford.

In short, I would seek out Rita at Autonation Ford of Margate if you are looking to get a new Ford, the experience has been great.

My experience at autonation was great. They took the time to understand my situation and worked hard to get me what I was looking for. Not only did they work hard while I was there but also after I left. I was pleasantly surprised the next day after I got my car to get a phone call from the dealership telling me they were able to get me a better deal from the banks. Also I would definatly recommend my salesmen Isreal, he was fantastic.

Israel Gluzband, the saleperson at Autonation Margate Ford, explained in detail the Ford Fusion and it's advantages. Took us (wife and myself) for a test drive and had the patience for all our questions. He was not "pushy" as we encountered at the Toyota dealer and thereby permitted us to properly evaluate the two brands of automobiles. Extremely happy with the Fusion and Israel Gluzband.

We knew the car / options we wanted and contacted Autonation Margate through their internet sales manager. Steve Lynn was very efficient in researching what was availalble that would meet our wishlist. After confirming suitable vehicles were available, he arranged for us to meet salesman Eddy McDonald for a test drive. We were quickly greeted when we arrived at the dealership for our appointment and our saleman Eddy McDonald was ready to go. We spent a few minutes chatting about how similar our names were and getting to know each other, but then we got down to business.Eddy was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (Ford C-Max with 302 option package). He was also willing to spend as much time as needed to insure we had all the information we needed for purchase decision. We loved the car we took for a test drive and decided to buy it. A couple hours later we owned the car. Eddy rode with us to a local gas station and showed us how to fill the tank using the new capless filler (he paid for the gas). When we got back to the dealership he spent about an hour with us showing us how all the systems / controls in the car worked. He also linked our phone to the car for us. His patience and tutoring made learning how to operate what could be a pretty technologically intimidating car relatively easy.I had done a lot of research on the value of our trade-in and what a fair price for the C-Max would be. With a minimum of haggling, we settled on a price that was right in the middle of my "fair" range. Given other car buying experiences over the years, I was amazed at how painless it was to get what I considered a great price at Autonation Margate.When the car was delivered it was spotless and everything was in top shape and full working order. No followups were required with the dealership to fix anything after the sale. This is the first new car I have purchased that didn't have at least some small thing that needed attention after the sale.

I recently purchased the most beautiful Explorer that I have ever seen from Lee Shaw at Autonation Ford, Margate. He is a sales person who is soft sell and allows his clients to process the vehicle after he has shown them the merits of the automobile which is chosen by the client. I loved his infectious smile and easy demeanor, which is pleasing to my personality. Autonation Ford Margate should be proud to have him, because he immediately senses "What a woman wants." The financing process was made very easy and not painful, as it can be, by Tariq King, even though there was an equipment failure. In fact, everyone with whom we came into contact at Autonation Ford Margate was courteous and helpful.

I drove two Explorers in the mid 90s and loved them for their ability to get me where I wanted to go in the rain or in the snow in Southwest Pennsylvania. When my 98 fell apart because wear and tear, I leased a Nissan Rogue, but I always loved my Explorers. When my lease was almost over, I started looking at the newly redesigned Explorers. I was in love, so my husband and I went to Autonation Ford in Margate to look, and we met Lee Shaw, the salesman with the infectious smile. I discussed my love for the Explorer, and he showed me a new one, how it worked, and I demo drove it. I was more in love, but not quite ready to perpetuate a deal, until a silver 2013 Explorer had just arrived. Needless to say, because Lee did not pressure me, I returned to the showroom the next day, so that Mr. Shaw could show me even more toys that were on the silver Explorer. We made the deal where Lee helped to close out my lease on the Rogue, and to begin with the sale in earnest. Tariq King was the financial officer who assisted with that end of the sale, and he was absolutely marvelous. Autonation Ford, Margate should be very happy that it has two such engaging, intelligent, personable employees. I have had my new Explorer for a week now, and I feel like a Princess every time I get into the cabin to drive it. Amazing. Thank you Lee Shaw, Tariq King, and Autonation Ford, Margate!!!!!

I brought car in to your Quick Lube on Friday,April 26th for a simple oil change. I was told it would take about 45 minutes tops. Instead they made me wait about one and one half hours because they started doing an inspection which I did not want them to do.I just wanted an oil change and wanted to get home.I realize that you make your money not on oil changes but the other work that the oil changes bring in to your shop but this was totally ridiculous. I went there for the oil change because it is called "Quick Lube" but it is anything but that.I would appreciate if one of your managers would. Call me regarding this poor service experience!

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.First off, my boyfriend and I went into the dealership and was greeted by NO ONE!! It was about 10-15 minutes that passed, before we even got any assistance or acknowledgement. The salesman we ended up with was nice enough, took us to see a few cars in our price range and we did end up purchasing a car from this dealership. The car was decent enough but it took about 3-4 hours to finalize everything and I was paying cash so no financing was involved AT ALL. Now beyond that, the car had an issue with the engine so although I bought it, I had to leave it there for service to repair the problem. When the car was picked up, the back windows did not roll down (although they rolled down when I initially looked at the vehicle). My boyfriend was told by the service department that the motors were bad and was given a $400 quote to fix it. After a couple days, a trip to the junk yard and another repair shop, come to find out...my motors were fne, one was unplugged and one was dirty. The fix costs me NOTHING!! So the service department told a blatant lie about the issue and was trying to swindle us out of $400!!! This issue led to several weeks of phone calls and visits, yet no resolve. I wanted to cancel my 3 yr service contract as I do not trust their service department and will not bring my vehicle there for ANYTHING! And during one visit one of the managers promised to reimburse me for the wasted money spent at the junk yard purchasing motors. The managers promised time after time to contact me back regarding the resolution of the issue but I never received any call from any of the 3 or 4 I spoke to. I had to constantly call and leave mesages and email the salesman for about 2 weeks! I finally spoke to someone in customer relations, who gave me contact info to someone in finance and I was told that I had to sign a form to cancel the plan I purchased. A SIMPLE FORM!! This form could have been signed upon my first visit after this whole lie was found out! When I went to sign the form, it took over an hour just for that to get done (the form itself took 5 minutes, the remainder of that time was wasted waiting on someone to be "available"). Even as I sit here and type this, I still have not received my refund for my cancelled policy or for wasted purchase of motors at the junk yard and no one has even called to follow up to see if the issue was fully resolved. I will NEVER go back to this Autonation and would not reccommend it to anyone at all.

Out of the three SUV's I've owned, two of them have been Fords. They make me feel safest and are the most reliable. I worked with Margate Ford on my last lease and was so satisfied, I was looking forward to my upcoming trade-in. Even with another Ford dealership 10 minutes from my home, the extra 12 minute drive didn't bother me. There couldn't be a more laid back and nicer place to buy/ lease a vehicle. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome!! My sales manager (for both deals) Andre was extremely patient and worked diligently to find the exact new car I wanted to lease. As someone who does not make descisions easily and is very indecisive, I cannot stress to you the patience he had for me! Not once did I feel pressured or rushed and he was available 24/7. I left with a new Escape and am completely satisfied! If you are looking to join to Ford family, you must go to this location! Ask for Andre!!

My son and I researched entry level cars and decided that the Ford Fiesta was the ideal car. We went to AutoNation Ford at Margate and met with Israel Gluzband. Israel listened carefully and although he did not have a car for us on the lot, he started looking throughout the AutoNation system to find a Fiesta for us. With the help of Mike Carbone, they were able to find a Fiesta that exceeded our expectations. My son now has a car that will serve him well. It is always a pleasure to work with true professionals. I love the focus, all the sync the look the comfort but i do not like the way it jolts from 0 to 15. It rides like a manual transmission instead of an automatic from the stop position.

I drove from Miami to Margate to look at the car that I eventually bought. The whole experience was a pleasure. Denny is a thorough professional that did not waste my time and made me feel he wanted my business throughout the negotiating process. His responses to my questions were prompt and to the point. Never did I have an instance in which I felt he was wasting my time. Once we agreed on deal, the closing process was again, totally professional and efficient. Most of the transaction was done over the phone or via emails. Once we got to the dealership to sign the papers, everything was ready and we were out the door in less than an hour.Again, it was a pleasure doing business with this team of professionals. Unlike the bad experience that I had a couple of days before, where a Miami dealer wasted four hours of my time, these folks were the opposite extreme and a pleasure to deal with.I am not usually a high praise giver, but in this instance I highly recommend Maroone Ford of Margate, Denny, Dominc and the entire team there.

Maroone Ford of Margate delivers. They deliver not only a quality product, but place knowledgeable customer contact employees out front with the customer. We dealt with the GSM Stacy Horton, the Internet Sales Manager Eddy McDonald and SYNC Specialist Amanda Catao. They totally committed their time and effort to our purchase and guided us through all the features of our new vehicle. It's not every day you can come across a first class dealership. I recall researching online for a good dependable car online in consumer reports. The Ford Focus came up as the best value for both the review team and normal users so I then decided to visit the Ford website. I picked the car type I wanted and arranged a meeting for it. Next thing you know I get a phone call. Everything was nice and smooth.I was helped by Javier who was very pleasant and easy to work with. Always accommodating and asking what I felt. I always felt like I had enough space to think. The atmosphere in that building is very chill and relaxed. They have a cook making food in the back. Nothing fancy but you could get a sandwich and a soda while you wait. I did a lot of researching and this car was the best deal for me. It feels good getting an American car and not feeling foolish about it. :)

my overall dealings with this ford agency has been basically good and did not encounter any major problems so far. My sales person Mr. Anthony Wiggins was very informative and knowledgeable with my questions and would highly recommend to other people who are intrested in buying a new ford care to use him a a sales person.This is the second time I have used this dealership due to knowledge sales persons and service when needed and as I said have yet encounter any major problems.

After a bad experience with another dealer, I came back ( my last truck was from Maroone Margate ) to Maroone and my experience couln't have been better! Starting with Dominic Distilo. When no one could find the EXACT truck I wanted, I told Dominic my preferences, and within 20 min. he found the truck! Very professional, no bull, just super to deal with! He then handed me off to Eddy McDonald, and imagine my surprise, SAME treatment! Professional, no bull,and talk about easy to deal with. I needed to wait a few days due to a recent property closing,before buying the truck, and Eddy not only said no prblem, he had the truck ready when I was! Not only do I think he gave me a great deal, he was easy to talk to, and by far the most knowledgable car sales person I have EVER dealt with. Not only will he now get any of my business moving forward, I will HIGHLY recomend him to anyone that I know looking for a new car. I'm so happy with this purchase (and my buying experience) I wanted to sleep in the truck the first night I brought it home!!! SUPER people to deal with !!!

When I went in to Maroone Ford, I was driving a 2001 Ford Focus which was previously owned by my parents. I put about 80,000 miles on the car and only had to replace shocks, hoses, etc. Only wear and tear items. The car served me well. I did a lot of research on the internet and compared websites for different dealers and manufacturers. Maroone was the most comprehensive and included the CarFacts at no cost on the website. The folks had bought the Focus at Maroone and so I ventured out. I was greeted cordially by Mike and as soon as he realized I had communication on the internet with Steve, he immediately brought Steve to the showroom. Steve, the internet guru, brought Andre with him and we began to discuss what I wanted and what my budget was. I felt NO PRESSURE at any time. I was interested in buying or leasing. I drove the new 2012 Ford Focus and did not care for the changes in the style. Shortly, Andre came up with a 2012 Ford Fusion that was beautiful. Andre was so knowledgeable about the features and answered every question I had. When I drove it I realized it was my new car. I now needed to find out if I could afford it. It ended up that I leased this car for less money down than I had anticipated and a monthy payment that worked for me. I did not get as much for my trade-in as I had hoped but when I realized my friend had bought a 1999 car previously this week for a little less total money than it cost me for a 2-yr lease(down-payment + trade-in + payments) on this 2012 Ford Fusion I was sure! I will pick them up when they have their car in the shop for repairs!

I went into Maroone Ford in Margate on a spur of the moment idea. I had something specific in mind. They found it, had it shipped to Margate, and I drove home in it. The sales person was great. The rest of the sales staff was gracious as I paced waiting for my dream come true to come up from Miami, FL. I am very happy with Maroone Ford in Margate and all of the staff that I had the good fortune to meet.

Best car buying experience ever! Eddy McDonald was VERY knowledgeable,professional,friendly & effectively fast. Even with the system down most of the afternoon, he stayed late & got er done! In 1999 we purchased a Taurs SE. It had all the bells and whistles. 6 months later you had to replace all the valves. 5 years later with only 30,000 miles, the Compressor had to be replace. Since the car was out of warrantee we paid for it. Today the car has 57,000 original miles on it and has numerous mechanical problems, included having the transmission tourque converter replaced. On November 30th 2003 we purchased a 2004 Taurus SE. 2 days after we took delivery, without warning the transmission failed. The dealership replaced the vehicle. The vehicle also nickled and dimed us to death. Today the vehicle has 48,000 miles on the odometer and 3 months ago, again with no warning, the transmission failed. Again we had to foot the bill because even with and extended warranty the time not the mileage had expired. Having had Fords all my life, let me tell you what I said to my wife when the transmission failed on the '04 Taurus the first time, and I quote, "Detroit forgot how to make cars." Does that about sum it up? Funny thing is youv'e contacted us when we are about to go car hunting. I can promise you this it will not be a Ford! When I've got some more spare time I plan to write Deerborn and detail our excapades with the Ford Family of Fine Cars! As you can tell we are very bitter. Wouldn't you be? I was in the automobile business for 30 years, in sales and management and I can tell you that it's pretty bad when you can't trust your 2 vehilces to go out of town on a trip! I will tell you this, we will endeavor to tell all our friends and neighbors of our trials and tribulations with Fords. As you know their is an old saying if you want to comunicate, "tell a friend, telelphone, telegraph. Sincerely, Dan & Bea Torchio It will be interesting to see if your respond to this email. I went to Moroone Ford of Margate, Fl, with the intention of buying a used 2008 Expedition. Instead I left with a new 2010 Expedition and to me the best deal in the state of Florida. Our sales rep., sales manager and finance rep. were the best!! I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car or truck, they are a great sales team!

Sales people were very friendly.Trade-In price required two "meetings" with the Used Car Manager before I received a price that was close to my expectations. I did not have this issue with another dealer when I was purchasing another vehicle.Final payment to purchase the new car was slow due to having only one cashier and another customer ahead of me that "tied" up the cashier for a very long time. I should have been out much quicker if they had another cashier. This brought the customer service and my overall experience down one point.

April 25, 2010. Test drove 2010 Ford Fusion with salesperson Diana at Maroone Ford. Pleasant test drive over familiar rough spots on highway. Diana very informative about featurs of the car. The car was very very good, but decided the Toyota Camry had the edge. I presumed that was the end of Maroone Ford. Diana called a couple of days later and said she could work with me on the purchase of a Camry through Maroone Toyota. She did her best to get the price down to best OTD price I had been quoted elsewhere. Unfortunately, the sales manager at Maroone Toyota couldn't match best offer. Enjoyed working with Diana at Maroone Ford and wished Maroone Toyota could have sealed the deal for her. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere at Maroone Ford. Give them a shot with an OTD price on a new car.
