on 02-13-15 I saw a 2008 ford f-450 listed for sale at the Miami dealership. The description claimed the vehicle was possibly garage kept by the previous owner and it was in meticulous maintained. (view the bottom to see the description from their website). I called an spoke to a unknown lady. She stated that a 50 point safety inspection was completed on this vehicle. I was later contacted by Albert Candelario (Internet Sales Manager). I asked what was wrong with the vehicle and was told that nothing was wrong and it was in great condition. I scheduled an appointment to view the truck on 02-14-15 at 11:00 am. At 10:58 I received a call from Albert claiming another customer was looking at the truck. At 11:11 am I received another call from Albert asking if I would place a deposit on the truck. I arrived at the dealership at 11:38. When I approached the truck I could see scratches and a dent on the tail gate. I walked around the truck and noticed numerous scratches and a poor attempt touch up a the large scrape on the front bumper. I crawled under the truck and saw a large amount of oil on the rear of the motor and transmission. There was fluid on the transfer case of the front drive shaft. We started the truck and placed it in reverse. A loud clunk could be heard. The noise also happened placing it into drive without accelerating. What can I say, "Stan the Man" made my car shopping experience a memorable one. I walked in, showed him the car I was looking for. He then informed me that the truck was no longer at their location, but before I was even able to say that I was walking out, he told me to hold on and stormed into a room, got a key and told me "let's go get your truck" Stan drove me HIMSELF to their sister location in Margate Florida. When we got there, he handed me the keys and told me to drive it back to their Miami location. Now that's what I call customer service people!! I went to Metro Ford they sold me a escape with white spots on it, found out that it was actually paint. They told me that they were going to get the paint off if i were to give them a couple of days that was not what i wanted to hear I told them to forget the whole deal that I was going to look someplace else. It must have been my lucky day after all cause I went to Autonatio Ford of Miami and got greeted by a very nice gentleman name Armando Fuster not only did this gentleman treated me with tender loving care but he guaranteed me that I was going to get a better deal with him. My wife and I were referred to AutoNation Ford Miami by a good friend. We were told to ask for Jeremy Chandra, which was by far the best recommendation I have received. We sat down with Jeremy and explained what we were interested in, how much we could spend a month and what our expectations were. Our previous experience with other dealerships was all about us spending more than we wanted, not with Jeremy. Jeremy searched his lot and let us test drive a few different vehicles to get a feel of what we thought would be best. He then worked with the finance team to get me out of my current lease early and we drove off the lot with a brand new Fusion SE for exactly what we wanted to pay a month. I highly recommend making the trip to this dealership and asking for Jeremy!!

My daughter, a 19 years old, went to the service department on Nov 16, 2013 because she noticed a noise when she went over speed bumps in her 2006 Ford Explorer. Since we had an extended warranty that I bought at this dealer, I instructed her to get the car inspected. First, she was told that inspecting the car and diagnosed the problem it will cost her $125.00which se refused to pay because she knew that under the warranty the maximum you will pay for any repair is $100. Then they told her that it would take 1.5 hours to diagnose the problem (She saw a group of mechanics chatting in waiting area like they did not have any assignments).Then the service advisor said that they could not work in her car because it was Saturday and they could not contact the extended warranty department (although this is the dealer who sold me the warranty). The light of the tire pressure was on so my daughter was to put air in the tires. They brought the car back without doing anything, did not put air in the tires and did not inspect the truck just to make sure that there was a safety issue that could case a major problem. I called to complaint to the manager and he said that the light of the tire pressure was intermittent which indicate a problem with the system. I asked if he checked the tires with a tire pressure gauge and he said that the service advisor visually checked the car and did not see any problem with the tires! When my daughter got home I check the tire pressure light and it was solid red (the service manager just lie) and the front right tire has 20 PSI. In my 20 years of Ford ownership I had never had such a bad experience. This service department did not have regard for the safety of a young client that could have a serious problems but maybe because it was Saturday, it was too much an inconvenience.

I am so happy I decided to go with this company!!! I have less than perfect credit, but that did not stop them from trying ANY and EVERYTHING possible to see that I get the car I wanted. I was able to trade in my old 02' Mustang for a 2011 CERTIFIED PREOWNED NISSAN ALTIMA! I must say I now enjoy my leather seats, moon roof and push to start;). Did it mention it only has 22 thousand miles! I also got a great rate and even better pricing!! Francisco aka FRANK was absolutely amazing! I found the car on Internet and got in contact with Joslin pretty quick. After 1 week looking to more cars and places, I came to see the car. Perfect condition. Totally different from regular car dealers located on SR7. Joslin even had sent me pictures taken from her smartphone so I could see it when I required, right after the inspection. After negotiation with Joel, we agreed on final price and trade in of my car. I am perfectly happy with all of it. The price, the trade in and the car! Great surprise in the end when signing the papers: I got 2 years free basic maintenance (oil and air filters). And a free brand new car mate. Nothing too valuable but very enjoyable when you're buying a preowned car. The car had been cleaned up and looked like brand new.

In over 20 years of buying cars, I've never felt the need to write a review for a car dealership. But the level of service was so good at this place, I feel that everyone should know the experience I had. First of all, after requesting information on their website, I received a call from Adbi H, the internet manager. He was courteous and professional, and asked me specifically what I was interested in. I made an appointment to come in the next day, and he even emailed me some information about the car I wanted. I went in the next day and met him, and he then introduced me to Abdel Diaz, the man who eventually sold me my car. Abdel showed me the available stock, and took his time explaining to me the equipment/options, etc, and the pricing. I then found the car I wanted, and we worked on the price. I was honest and upfront with Abdel, and warned him that my credit had suffered over the last couple of years, and that it might be tough to get me financed. I also told him what I was willing to pay monthly, and how much I could afford to put down, along with my trade-in. Being a humble and totally down-to-earth guy, he looked me in the eye and told me he would to his best to get me in the car I wanted. Between him, the managers, and the finance guys, we came up with a good price for the car, a fair price for my trade-in, and a monthly payment that I was satisfied with. After making the deal, the transaction went smoothly, the paperwork was done quickly, and Abdel brought my new car out. He then took his time to show me all of the features in the car. He was very knowledgable and professional, a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking to buy a new or pre-owned Ford, DON'T BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!! The customer service is fantastic, and even after a couple hours of negotiating and trying to get a deal done, I never felt jerked around or cheated!! I've purchased cars from Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi, and none of them gave me the level of service that I received from here!! Great inventory, great people!! And by the way, my Ford Fusion Hybrid is fantastic!!

Just recently had to call for service, we contacted Armando for guidance, he went above and beyond to coordinate with the service manager to facilitate our needs. When we arrived at the service dept, we dealt with one of the mgr also named Armando and he was great!! Shopping for cars is usually our least favorite thing, but after our experience with the personnel at this dealer we'll definitely return. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Make sure to ask for Armando, you'll also be very pleased!!

I am so grateful Armando Fuster happened to be my sales person. I have been looking to purchase a car for the last month now, and I visited many dealers and test drove several cars in the category I was searching for. SO once I finished my research phase and I made my decision on what to buy, I picked the dealer I felt most comfortable with. Guess who. About three months ago I purchased a mustang for my daughter who was going away to college. The manager Luis and the salesman Hector made our purchase fun! This is a follow up to my previous review. After writing to the General Manager Mr. Eddy Socias regarding my experience and displeasure with one of his staff members, he quickly responded to my concerns. Mr. Socias personally took care of my wife and I and ensured that we got what we were originally promised, and in the end we drove away in a beautiful new vehicle. Its not everyday that you see leadership within an organization that truly cares about establishing a quality customer relationship, but now I'm confident that Mr. Socias does. I ordered my wife a 2013 Ford Fusion SE from a different dealer (we live in Central Florida) on December 22nd, 2012. We custom ordered the car since the closest one we were able to find with the options she wanted was in Ohio. After 8 weeks, I had enough of Ford Marketing telling me I had to talk to the dealer for more information (all they could tell me was that the order was "processing") and the dealer telling me I had to talk to Ford to get more information. After doing a brief search I found one with the exact same specs had just been delivered to AutoNation Ford Miami. I figured I'd give it a shot though the deal I had arranged with the other dealer I initially ordered from would be hard to beat. That Tuesday evening I called AutoNation Ford Miami and Dan Saraiva answered, he's in Internet Sales. I described my frustrating situation and told him he had to match the price I agreed to purchase it for with the other dealer and that it had to be that exact car if I'm to be a buyer. In just a few minutes he called me back and said they would match the deal. Since I live 300 miles away, he offered to drive it to me himself but I preferred to pay to have it delivered on a truck (didn't want the extra miles and usage on it). Dan worked out every detail, had the paperwork overnighted to me with a return envelope for overnight shipping, and wow'd me with every step. By Thursday I had the paperwork in my hands and a check from my bank, by Friday I had the car in my driveway - wow! Dan kept me appraised of everything very well via text message (which was extremely convenient for me) and provided me more than enough detail along the way. We wanted the car to be delivered that Saturday - but on Friday morning at 10:30am I received a text message from Dan that said "Good morning. Good news, the car just got detailed, I received your paperwork, and I just loaded it on the truck for delivery tonight." - WOW! I couldn't believe it!!! He followed it up by saying "Also, I threw in a new set of nice floor-mats since this model doesn't include rear floor-mats and I know you'll want to keep the floor clean." - WOW! Later that evening Dan spent an hour on the phone walking us through all of the features and talking us through the setup for the Sync system - WOW AGAIN! It sounds cheesy but Dan and AutoNation Ford Miami single-handedly restored my faith in Ford (I also own a Mustang GT). They didn't have to go the extra mile and do the extra things that they did, and Dan certainly didn't have to add a personal touch to the entire process, especially given the price I was paying, but they did anyways and I couldn't have had a better buying experience. I'd buy another car with Dan and AutoNation Ford Miami in a heartbeat because we were treated like royalty (even though we never once visited the store) and because it's the extra little things that really made it perfect. Thanks Dan and thanks AutoNation Ford Miami - you guys really helped make an already frustrating situation into an amazing experience!
