I needed a newer used car and didn't have a lot of time to do it. I started looking at the inventory at various Honda dealerships and found a good possibility at Auto Nation Honda 104. Within an hour, Max H. had responded to my email inquiry. I met with him that afternoon. He accompanied me on the test drive giving me a thorough description of the 2014 Honda Civic Sedan's features which was invaluable. I liked the car instantly! Taking care of the paperwork and financials was relatively easy. The whole process took only 4 hours. I was surprised they wanted me to take the car that day, even though I had to return with a cashier's check later. Everything worked out fine. Best car-buying experience in my life so far. The staff was friendly, attentive and competent. I hit the jackpot with Max.

10/06; 8:44am. brought 2014 crosstour in for oil/filter to "express" area plus worbling noise associated with axle speed and slight vibration in steering wheel. 1+45 min. later, no luck on noise and oil/fltr changed. Interesting that the invoice states the bill was paid at 9:10am! (not 11:10am). I checked the oil level after 2hours back home--the oil dip stick was showing the level OVER an inch above the "full" hash mark. Took it back the next day and the same service advisor said 'probably normal 'but let me get the tech who performed the work. The tech came and checked the level and stated "just a little bit over"! Really (just a little bit pregnant). Although I just turned 76 and still have a lot to learn, overfilling engine oil is really bad and was probably taught to me when I was 11 and driving my grandpa's Willy's on the ranch.The HONDA OWNER'S MANUAL p.475 states:"NOTICE: DO NOT FILL THE ENGINE OIL ABOVE THE UPPER MARK. OVERFILLING THE ENGINE OIL CAN RESULT IN LEAKS AND ENGINE DAMAGE"The tech reserviced the oil and delivered the car. Upon which time he told me "I refilled it twice and both times were "overfilled". Checked the servicing equipment and it was faulty. I refilled it a 3rd time manually to the proper lever. Maybe I should tell my supervisor about the equipment."You think!! How many other vehicles had been over serviced with this equipment and the poor level of tech and supervisor knowledge.

They promised to sent a $100 referral for us bringing in someone to buy a car.It has been 8 months, and still nothing.We have talked to George Michael and different managers at least 15 times. They keep saying that they will sent it. They should just tell us to get lost. That would be easier to accept.

Took my wifes Honda Pilot in to get a hole in the tire patched. I know there was a hole since I was filling it up with air for the last 2 months. They "looked" at it and found NO hole in the tire. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me this. Funny I know there is a patch in it. Took it too peerless Tire up the road and within 5 minutes they found the hole/patch. So I had them mark the tire with chalk to show where it was. They do not want to fix tires at the express side. Now i am standing here waiting for them to warranty it which it sounds like thats not going to happen either so much for their ROAD HAZZARD WARRANTY. THEY changed it to appointments only so they won't take walkins . STAY AWAY.. all the negative reviews are true. This is the same review on yelp.

I brought my car in per the airbag recall. They performed a free diagnostic rest and claimed my car needed over $1,000 worth of care/maintenance - including a new transmission dip stick because they said it was missing. My gut told me to get a second opinion and I am so thankful I did. I took my car to Jiffy Lube and Grease Monkey where both companies not only said that my car was perfectly fine but also showed me my dipstick! Unbelievable! I will NEVER take my car to the Honda dealership on 104th ever again

Max was helpful and courteous. The only reason the buying process is not five stars is the process of getting my rate on the loan. Max presented the initial offer of 5.99 as a gift but in the end we got much lower. If I had not told him we were going to check with our credit union the better offer would not have been made. I do not want to play games. Customer service during the buying process was great. However, when I got home I realized the driver side car matt was not there, I returned to the dealer and Max was not present. The salespeople would not help me stating they would give Max the message. I never heard from him. I have sent two emails and stopped by the dealer again to find out he was on vacation. Making me purchase car mats is not good customer service.

I visited AutoNation Honda 104 in February 2016 along with couple of my friends to get an idea what it takes to buy a car, as I would soon be moving in to this area. The sales guys in AutoNation connected with me and give me the choices of models, finances etc., and asked me to come back after I moved. They continued to be in touch, after I moved, gave suggestions with my license, insurance and financing. Mentally I was clear to buy a Honda car, as I owned another Honda model for 8 years which gave a good performance.When I was ready to buy the car, I wanted to get Fit as it was in my range. The sales person suggested me to look at Civic LX and decide. I settled on LX but then I realized that the features in EX is what I looked for. He also suggested the body color which looked pretty. With couple of test drives I settled down finally on Civic EX and learnt that this model was chosen as the best US car in 2016. Besides the car is made in USA! The sales person was fine with all my changes and took care of the paper work in couple of hours. It was all done so easily and did not affect my work schedule. The price difference between a used and new Honda cars is not much. For those who can bridge the price gap, I suggest you to go for a new car, as you get the warranty! If you have a driving license and financial backup, it doesn't take more than an hour to get your car at AutoNation! Just keep driving.

BUYER BEWARE.I bought a 2008 Honda Element with 128,000 miles. Twenty two days later it needed a new engine. Auto Nation was contacted and I was told that was the "risk I take for buying a used car." Listen up folks! That is the risk you take buying a used car from Auto Nation Honda 104 in Westminster. Since posting on craigslist, a few people have emailed me claiming they had been sold broken cars too. FYI I was stranded in Oregon waiting for a replacement engine for 25 days. Day after I received a new engine I started to drive home to CO. I was then stranded in Boise at 1am, car wouldn't start because of other electrical problems. I hadn't even made a car payment yet on the Element and I was out $4200 out of pocket.

Kurt our sales person was super knowledgeable about the car and helpful every step of the way. The Manager and finance persons were professional and fast. There's usually a lot of sitting around and waiting when you buy a car but these guys were the fastest I've experienced. I was driving away the car sooner than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Everyone made the car buying experience easy. They worked hard to get me a deal that worked for me and my budget. We went to several dealers shopping for cars and these guys were the best. Of course my new Civic is great but it was the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and professional demeanor of the people there that was the deciding factor for me. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will likely come back when we need another car.

Purchased the Honda CR V Touring with all the options available. My wife now has 250 miles on her vehicle, and loves it, with the exception of the tech equipment. All the Honda advertising mentions smartphone connectivity. If you use a Windows based phone (not). The phone pairs with the car for phone calls but that is it. You can not update navigation or listen to music etc. thru the system. This of course, is not the fault of the dealership, but is very disappointing to discover after the fact............!

I've been wanting a car for sometime now. I was scared to commit to something pricey and long term. Not to mention my credit is not all that amazing. I went into go Honda AutoNation and it wasn't long until I selfishly found something that I want. The question was can I get it? James Norby and his associates worked very hard to get me qualified for this car under my own name. No cosigners involved. Eventually they found a way for me to get the truck and I left about one hour later. I could not be happier. I also wanted to give a big shout out to Pao Lor from the service department. He is awesome go see him in your new vehicle that you bought from go Honda AutoNation!!!

Experience started out great. Spoke with the same gentleman on the phone on several occasions before our visit. He had details about my interests in the car we were searching for and knew we were traveling an hour to get to this dealer. He called each day leading up to our appt which really impressed me. Upon arrival, we were sent to speak with someone else despite having an appointment set up with a particular salesman. I don't think this is professional or good customer service. We had to start from scratch telling someone else about our interests, etc. We were told several times, and the night before, that we would be able to look at two color choices in the car we wanted. The next day there was only one choice of color - I doubt they sold one that quickly. The salesman wasn't the most professional, had a cigarette out on the desk and used profanity to try to be funny. They worked with us on price and trade in and that part went o.k. - no different than any other negotiation at a car dealer. Unfortunately we were told our car had certain features only to find out it did not. I emailed the salesman and asked about the feature he said it had and he continued to act like it did. (I just assumed he was the salesman and had to be right about the car he was selling me) I thought I was going crazy so I spent an hour searching in the manual and on the internet only to find out it was not what he said. The higher model had these features but I cant help to think it was told to us to make the car more appealing. This was disappointing. Overall I got a good car and a good deal but some issues that we had to deal with made it only an average experience. Not sure I would go back.

Outstanding experience. We were in the market for a new mid-sized and there were only three brands for us to consider. In order we moved fairly quickly from our local Toyota (immovable bookends rigid asking price/low ball offer on trade/2.9% financing) to Jeep (too high asking price/2.9%), and Honda (very friendly group/$5 + incentives to buy/very reasonable trade in value for my car/1.9%). We owned all 3 brands previously and like them all but everything fit together for our purchasing the Honda Pilot L-EX based on overall best dollar value and product rating over the other competitors .The Honda Autonation 104 sales rep (Zachary K.) spent over and hour introducing us to the vehicle we eventually purchased. Simply put he went above and beyond and even chasing us down a mile away from the dealership to return our garage door opener I had left in my traded in car., His helpfulness and knowledge about Honda products was over the top. He was wonderful and contributed to our enjoyment of understanding what we were buying. If you need a new Honda this was the place for us.

After Purchase of car when I took to thenm for 1st Oil Change, I was told by Manager that he cannot honor me with 2 Year Maintenance as I got discount while purchasing the car. I still have the Maintenance certificate they gave it to me.After argument with the Sales manager, he admitted their mistake but still didn't provided me what they promised during sales. They spoke to me very rudely and said that it was my mistake that I didn't explicitly got this 2-Year Maintenance Free in WRITING from them. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy HONDA vehicles from this location and if you are buying 'Be Ready to face this cheating'.

I was not looking to take on a new car payment, My old car's headlights stopped working so a new car was essential. I wanted to buy a car with proven reliability that I knew would last me longer than my old car. I bought the Civic EX-L. AutoNation did what they could to bring the price down to meet my budget needs. Jeremy Matthews (internet sales) was great and answered all my questions. He made sure that we understood all the cars features and gave us ample time to play with the car on our test drive. Other dealers seemed to rush us through the test drive. Brad from finance made signing my life away somewhat enjoyable. Although Jeremy and Brad clearly had other buyers to take care of, their attention was solely focused on us until we left. The only thong that could have been better was the facilities. Other dealers had a restaurant inside so you could get a bite to eat while the multi-hour process unfolded. Having some complimentary drinks would have been good as well. Overall my experience was great and my next car will come from them as well.

The best place to go to get repairs and maintenance done on your car! I drive a 2012 Honda Civic and my heater went outa few days before Christmas. I took it to Honda on 104th, and they took care of everything. Kristil spoke with her manager and since it was a newer car and I had no way to pay for it before the holidays, they paid for everything. It ended up snowing on Christmas and the 2 days after, so I am very thankful for everyone involved. I have a two year old son and I wouldn't have been able to take him in the car at all if Kristil wouldn't have felt the need to help me. I've always gone there to get my oil changes and I've never once felt like they weren't giving me their best service. I'll never go anywhere else. Every Honda dealership should be like these guys.

Just ONE star for customer service, but that is only because of what happened today.-Bought a new Honda this summer, was told that the car would tell me when it was time for an oil change.- six weeks ago a call from Autonation telling me to make an appointment for my first 5000 mile oil change. Surprised, but made an appointment for today 11:30- Received FOUR confirming emails.- Showed up at autonation at 11:30- "you don't have an appointment, you don't need an oil change, come back when the car tells you".- Ticked off. I complained. "Oh it is some third party company who is doing this, just ignore them".- Two hours later: call again from autonation: you have an appointment but now tomorrow.- Called autonation where I was again told "this is third party stuff, just ignore it".No, I won't just ignore useless phone calls and fake appointments and me wasting my time to show up. Autonation, you know who I am, if I don't hear from you with a REAL explanation (no 'third party' excuse) I will climb up the autonation or honda ladder.Signed: ticked off seriously.I love my Honda though!

I went through Costco to get a decent "no haggle" price. The sales person was nice enough, although every time he disappeared to give someone some paperwork or to print up some paperwork, it took 5-10 min. The process seemed to be dragging on too long. Then, he sent me to the Customer Financial Services Manager. I was paying cash, so the CFSM was called the "Paperwork Manager". Robert V. was the young man who spent 10-15 minutes trying to convince me that the $29,000 car I was about to buy really needed a $2,000 Service Plan because there was a good chance that some of the computer systems would likely need repairs in 5 year. I told Robert in the first 60 seconds that "I will not buy a service plan." He went on, and on, and on regardless. He then had me initial and sign and initial and sign a dozen unnecessary and not legally binding pieces of paper. I refused to sign the "Legally Binding Arbitration" agreement. He then wanted me to initial by the "Price" of the car that we had agreed was inaccurate. By now I had had enough and I let him know in no uncertain terms that I was done messing around with all of his sales and paper work B.S. After a smirk and a "I'm just doing my job..." I raised my voice again and told him that this is exactly the kind of prolonged crap that I was trying to avoid. He smirked and looked down and seemed to be thinking to himself, "I guess he really doesn't like be put through the sausage grinder." I took another 10 minutes for him to finalize the paperwork but not before he put another piece of totally useless paper in front of me - a blank "Financial Agreement" that he wanted me to sign because I "wasn't going to finance the car".It took 3 1/2 hours and was one of the worst experiences of my life. I WISH I would have walked out on Robert's punk xxx. It wasn't worth it. If I had known that AutoNation Honda on 104th in Westminster, CO was going to do that to me, I never would have walked through their doors.

I've purchased or leased 5 Honda's at this location and I've always been satisfied until now. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot the tire change again. Now, I have to find the time to go back to the dealer so they can complete the job. I test drove the new 2014 Honda Accord and was impressed. However, the salesman, Max, was pushy and informed me I owe more than the value of my 2012 Accord SE because the new Accords offer more standard features than what I have. So, my Honda depreciated more than in previous years? The dealership is not what it used to be. it's time to compare other vehicles for my next purchase. ,The dealership has left a negative impression on me. There is no consumer loyalty.

I have been taking my car to this dealership for the past 10 years and have had ALL my service repairs take care of here; that is when it was John Elway and then Go Honda. They offered quality service and seemed to bend over backwards to assist you. I have to travel over 120 miles to get to this dealership but always felt they were worth it until now. Auto Nations Sucks. What happened? I have been having an issue with my car stalling the first 10-15 minutes of driving each day and took it to them and they "couldn't seem to duplicate the problem even though I stayed overnight so it could be checked the next morning. Well they said they drove it for 30 minutes and nothing so now I would have to pay for the service and the rental car they lent me for the day. The car is getting worse and they want me to drive it there and do the same thing and when speaking to the "MASTER TECH" Joe, he tells me to go the Greeley its closer and when I say it isn't closer, he says well were in Westminster and it is only 45 minutes from us so it has to be closer to you... Like I have not been to both places. I should know so tell me why he has to argue when that is not the point. I finally say goodbye. Later when I just called back to speak to Chris who set the call up with Joe. By then Joe had already gone to Chris to save his butt and all Chris says well, he was only trying to help you. I said well I have been coming to this dealership for all my service and I will NO Longer be back... All he said was "ok" NEVER again will I take my car there OR buy a new car from them. I pretty much thought all dealships were the same but did I learn a lesson today. They must be too busy to care about the customer. My advice is DON'T waste your time with Auto Nation unless you have lots of time and money to throw at them.

I had done some research via the internet and their Internet Manager, Christi Lyman, had provided some options to consider before I made an appointment to meet with her. This was great! I knew the prices from the start! I felt comfortable and at ease with Christi the moment I met her. She knew her stuff, yet, was very easy to talk to and work with. She went above and beyond bringing up several models for me to look at. Once I made up my mind she immediately started the process of having the car detailed and ready within an hour or so. The Finance team was short staffed and that process took a while but it didnt hurt too much. I really appreciated the fact there was no pressure and everyone treated me well. I will definitely would recommend Autonation to my friends and family.

Yes the CRV had a Warranty in place. Did AutonationHonda104 miss the leak during their 150pt inspection? Did anyone care during the 3 day guarantee buy-back window? Not Joe H in sales or Rick his manager. Buying process was fine -- got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The hard part was service after the sale. It became immediately apparent these guys didn't care if I had a leak (now defined as a ''seep,'' by them) that they didn't need to fix or address and was of no concern -- as the Warranty would cover it. Buyer beware -- it is not illegal to withhold mechanical problems on any car.

Just purchase a 2015 Fit and with the help of David Lax the process to buy this car was easy. The only thing that is make me uncomfortable because the "guy" in financial was to eager to sell additional warranties, I keep saying "no, thank you", but he didn't get it, he is keep going how good the "additional warranties are" and I am keep say "no, thank you". That was completely waste my time.

Stopped into just see about a car but ended up buying one and not even one I was looking to get. The guy showed me a Civic, which I was certain at the time was the car for me. Showed me the technology and we went on a test drive. Then a hybrid in the showroom caught my eye so we went on that drive. He admitted to not knowing a lot about the hybrid questions I had so we went and found the answers I was looking for. He let me use a store computer to find out what the reviews were but he admitted that it was not a big seller for them. Good thing we looked online since I found out that Honda had just announced they were discontinuing it. An advertisement for the Fit caught my eye then. A check online made me interested. A test drive had me sold. The finance guy made it easy to understand what I was signing up for and I walked out with a new car. Another staff member took the time to help me get the Bluetooth set up with my phone. Good job guys!

The folks at the Honda Dealership on 104th and Federal in the Denver Metro area have always been pleasant to work with, whether it is in buying a car or regular service. Michael Christian was very nice to work with in getting my oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off, and recall issue taken care off. It is nice when your car has to be in the shop due to the recall, that they shuttle you home and then pick you up when the maintenance is completed. The drivers were very nice and professional, as well!

This is the third car that I have purchased from this dealer. Each time I used the Costco Auto Buying Program that made the price straight forward and non-negotiable. I compared the price I was offered by this dealer for a 2014 CRV LX to the average price other buyers were paying in my area and it was lower. I searched the used inventory at this dealer and others in the Denver area and could not find a 2012 or 2013 CRV with low miles (less than 20K) that was cheaper than what I could buy the 2014 CRV for. Not much into options so the LX has all of the equipment that I need. There was not a lot of wasted time at the dealership waiting for the sales person to talk to their manager or finance person to complete our paperwork. My advice to other buyers is to do your research before you show up. Know what you want to buy. Know if you want an extended warranty or not. Know what you want to pay. Know what you should pay for the vehicle you want. I actually went to a Subaru dealership to buy a Outback with all of the information above and they messed up the sales process so bad I left that dealership and bought the CRV from this dealer.

We purchased this minivan on Saturday 7-18-2014, and the sales process went well the sales man was wonderful to work with and it seem to go smooth. However we needed to get some repairs done. They were to replace the windshield and both headlights. They scheduled the appointment for this work today 7-23-2014 at 8:20 am. When we set the appointment we asked how long the work would take we were told at the most 3 hours. So the plan was that my wife wold go to do the maintenance this morning and be on her way in a few hours. When she arrived this morning she was told that yes the lights were in but that the glass was not set to be done in a 4 hour window from 1 - 4 this afternoon. We only have one car so she would need to wait. Or they could give her a ride home. This would not be an option because we live over an hour away from the dealership. So after waiting for about 3 hours my wife and 2 year old son were a mess he did not want to sit in the hot "HHHHOOOOTTTTT" waiting area for many more hours so she said that they need to reschedule the appointment on a day when she could get the boy watched and she could sit and wait. This is not good communication on the part of the dealership or the service department. Please if you purchase a used auto from them and they are going to do the work get an email / in writing the time of the appointment who is going to do the work and how long the work will take. Also make sure that all parts are available when the service is to be done. (PS we were told that all parts were at the dealership when we set the appointment.)

I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best experience I've had. Kurt Fuhrman was an excellent sales person. He helped me all through the process of buying the Accord. He explained fully the information about the car and answered all questions I had. The paper work process went smoothly and quickly. If there was any issue I would suggest to the dealership, it would be to make the negotiation process a bit more private. We sat at a table thas was only a few feet away from another table where visiting was going on. This may have only a one time issue. Overall I would recomend this dealership. ,

Dan Healy (sales), was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had all of my best interests at heart. Dan Blatnick (sales manager) took time to make sure I was having a great experience and to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Nori Limbacher (finance manager) had access to all banks and credit unions and was able to offer me the most advantageous way for me to purchase the car. How refreshing! Both Dans and Nori certainly fulfilled every expectation I had with the AutoNation Pledge. I shopped several Honda dealers before AutoNation, and none of them came close to the great deal I got with AutoNation. I'll return to buy again and again!

Save the time and go somewhere else. Received a quote from Kuni and AutoNation said they would match it. So, since the dealership was closer to my house I decided to take Kurt up on his word and come in. They did not match the quote, furthermore, they were well over $100 where I wanted to be for a monthly payment. I sat there and wasted an entire afternoon going back and forth just to walk out because the sales manager refused to get me to the number I wanted to be. I guess he didn't get the memo. In the car sales business when you don't meet my number I will find another dealership that will. After walking out, the sales manager calls me about an hour later (of course) and tries to get me to put another $500 down and they can get me to where I want to be. Well I didn't want to put another $500 down for you to get me to where I want to be, I wanted that number with what I was offering to put down, not $500 more. At this point I had already contacted Kuni and they were able to beat AutoNations' quote without putting the extra $500 down. Three days later I was driving the brand new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted from Kuni. Turned out to be a great experience and AutoNation missed out on the opportunity for a sure sale.

I had an accident and had to jump into buying a new vehicle before we as a family were ready for a monthly payment. I shopped around online and I went to a couple other dealers before coming back to Honda 104. I was extremely happy with the service and the ability for them to understand that this is a tough process they worked with the interest rate and payment as close to what I could afford. The other dealers were constantly trying to sell me down on a used vehicle or a lesser model than the Ridgeline RTL w/Nav that I had my heart sent on and that I was willing to make payments on to own. My wife and I were looking for a used car for our daughter. The first one we looked at was a bit overpriced and more to our tastes. When we stated this, the next car was almost exactly what our daughter was interested in. It was great the cars were brought to us as my wife has difficulty walking. Everyone treated us very well and got us taken care of so we didn't spend the entire day looking and rejecting at many selections. They found out what we wanted and zeroed in on that. The price was a bit over Kelly Bluebook, but not excessively.

We generally consider buying a car to be about as pleasant as having a root canal with no anesthetics. So, we did a lot of online research before starting out, and had narrowed our search to Honda CRV and another car brand comparable model. We went to AutoNation 104 first and dealt with Kurt F. We stated up front that were we not there to buy, but merely on a fact finding mission. Kurt was very courteous, personable and conscientious in making sure he understood what it was we were looking for. He took a great deal of time telling us about and showing us all the features on the CRV, including a test drive. This helped us to decide which model would be best for our needs. We left there and went to another dealer to check out the competition. The experience was quite different. We were basically told to go online to review/select the features we wanted. Even though the other car seemed to offer a lot more in terms of technology, we decided to go back to AutoNation the next day for the CRV because of the Honda reputation for reliability as well as the much more professional and personal treatment we received from Kurt F. AutoNation honored the USAA Buyer Service quote we had and we left with the car the same day.

I looked up the inventory online and wanted to get a bottom $ price. I had an online quote from another dealer & Autonation beat that! I went to the dealer & met Brandon who showed me a new pilot & explained every feature. I had a working knowledge of the vehicle even before the test drive wad completed. I had to leave & wasn't pressured to do something to hold the car that day. I got a chance to drive the exact Pilot I wanted home to show my wife & returned it that evening. Again, no pressure to buy now. I called Christi on Saturday to start the paperwork & was only there a couple hours when I went to sign. They accepted my offer & gave me a fair value for my trade. I was shown what extra warranties & service plans they had in the final signing process but I didn't feel pressured to get anything extra. I purchased an extended 8 year warranty because of all the electronics in the car. I got out fast & felt good about the process! I'm going back Friday to get the front windows tinted. I would buy from them again!

While they are extremely friendly there, it took some time to get the deal done. Also, I had asked for a coupon for accessories, which I never received. I also felt like there were several things in the vehicle that I was not sure how they worked. I didn't even know how to turn the lights on and it was late, that would have been nice to know. I felt like at the end while I was wanting to be done, I was rushed out the door with very little explanation on how everything worked in the Van. I felt like he just wanted to be done to get on with his night. Kurt which is who I had worked with prior was great and friendly, but he was helping someone else I would have liked to have finished everything off with him. I also felt like I was encouraged to give all 5's on this report which really made me not want to because I was being told to. Everyone else in the dealership was great, and while I felt like the gentlemen who took care of me was nice I feel like things could have been more smooth.

I had a great experience purchasing from GO Honda. I worked with two associates over the course of purchasing my new CR-V, and both were friendly and knowledgeable. Chili was patient and helpful on my first visit, even when I was clear I would not be purchasing that day. When I later returned for a test drive, Chili was with another customer. Instead of asking me to wait (with two young children in tow), Chili promptly introduced me to Jay for immediate assistance. Jay was very patient while I installed my child safety seats before test driving the vehicle, and did an excellent job explaining the many features of the vehicle. I felt the experience was very smooth and the process of buying the car was well managed.

We worked with several people at the dealership, and interactions with every one of them were positive. The follow up was very impressive. We got several phone calls just to check in (it took us over a month from start to finish to make the final decision on vehicles), and at no time did those calls seem pushy. I felt like any question I had was answered quickly, and if the answer was unknown, they would get back to me promptly with the answer. In comparison to the other dealerships we looked at (Toyota dealers in particular), Go Honda was undoubtedly the best one.Jay Dureja is who we worked with the most. He was very friendly and pleasant, and very patient. We have 3 young kids who do not always behave, and he was very understanding with any issues we had. I would definitely recommend Jay and Go Honda.

BUY FROM THEM. I bought a Honda Fit from Go Honda this week, and the experience was a breeze. Joe L. made everything easy to understand; Anthony (the finance manger) spelled everything out in clear terms; Max's service exceeded my expectations. I shopped around at 4-5 other Honda dealers, among one of which was one I had been loyal to for my car servicing needs the past 7 years. Turned out no other places were able to give me an offer that would beat the deal at Go Honda! They matched the lowest offer I got from other places--and threw in an additional discount on top of that. Plus, they offer free maintenance the first 3 years. What more could you ask for? What impressed me most about Joe L. and Go is that there was no high sales pressure or pitch like what I was feeling at other dealers. Joe L. was upfront and clearly spelled out everything. Most notably, he kept every discount and price match promise he made over the phone without bragging about it like some dealers do. We didn't have to haggle or renegotiate at all once I got there to do the paperwork to buy the car. I appreciated that very much. Before buying my Fit, I did lots of research online. Having read tons of things on "dirty dealer tricks," I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I walked into a dealership, but all in all, you don't have to worry at Go. This is a place with good integrity, and I feel it's one I can trust. In sum, I highly recommend this dealership. In the future if I want to buy another Honda, Joe L. and Max would be the first people I call.

We had a great experience from the time we walked in the front door. Kurt was our salesman and he took the time to get to know our most important needs. We felt that the personal approach he took was refreshing. He stayed past the dealership closing to work hard at getting us the best deal possible. Ryley, the sales manager also worked hard and gave me a smokin deal on my trade in. I found a car online through Cars.com, and wrote to the dealership, Go Honda on 104th, for an appointment to see the car. I got a reply from the dealership confirming that the car I was interested in was available, and they scheduled an appointment with me to see the car in person. I drove from Golden, leaving work early to see the car, and when I arrived at Go Honda, I was informed that the car I had come to see had been sold that morning. I was mad. I had taken time out of my day, and had driven some distance to see a specific car, only to learn that it had been sold. Not only had it been sold, but it was sold prior to me making my appointment to see it! In addition the sales person who contacted me to schedule the appointment wasnt even there when I arrived. He had the day off. Clearly Go Honda doesn't care about its customers. Their system is designed to just get you "in the door", then sell you on "something". I vowed to never visit Go Honda again. Do NOT go to Go Honda to buy a car. They do not care about you.

I had a great experience at GO Honda on 104th after having bad experiences other places. Being a younger male some of the other dealerships treated me like I didn't know what I was doing and insulted me by saying I would "probably" need a cosigner on my loan before even running the credit check. Not the case at GO! I worked with two different salesmen which both did a stand up job, I worked with Jeremy and Dan Healy both of which made me feel relaxed and wanted my business, the way it should be. I walked out on Jeremy the first night because they didn't seem to want to haggle to much. A sales manager from GO called me the next day and wanted me to come back in but I didn't. The next day Jeremy called me and wanted me to come back in and work on the deal a little more, so I did and am really glad I did. The haggling is a little intense at GO but they lay it all out in front of you in an individualized list and I feel that we met somewhere in the middle where we could both agree. They respected me in a way that other dealers did not and I really appreciate it. None of the other Honda Dealers I went to treated me like this and after shopping for a new car for two weeks, these guys were the only ones that took the time to call me back and follow up. A sincere touch that our busy world has lost the common courtesy to do. The service department is really nice as well (I had a exterior/interior chemical treatment done) and they answered all of my questions and were very helpful. I truly enjoyed this experience and will go back to buy a car from them again. Good Job!

I have never bought a car over the phone and this was a new and very rewarding experience. They gave us a great trad-in, beat the new car price by $2,000.00 at other Honda dealers, beat the price on the extended warranty, and threw in free oil changes for two years. This allowed us to get other options for our new car and put less down. We saved BIG time with them. You Go, Go Honda. We were so pleased that we have already recommended Go Autos and Auto Nation to at least five people who are looking to buy a new or used car. By the way, our old Honda CRV was a 2001 EX with 155,000 miles and in great shape. So Hondas are not only great, safe, and dependable cars, they will also last a long time.

We bought a used Honda Civic EX-L. We were told that we had 3 days/100 miles to return the car,for ANY reason. We returned it the next day. When we arrived 'our' Sales Man came over to ask what was wrong. I told him we were returning the car. He had several questions, which I really didn't want to answer, because I knew there wasn't any answer that would satisfy him, but I was honest anyway. He tried convince me to keep it. When I stuck to my guns, he walked away and a sales manager came over and asked the same questions, he got the same answers, and tried to get me to buy a new car. When told him I didn't want a new Honda, he walked away and 'our' sales man came back and started the same question game. When I told him I just want to return the car, he told me it was really busy and said I needed to come back after 7:00pm. It was 2:00pm. We do not live in the area so we found another dealer ship in the area and went there. After hours of attemping to buy a car (which is another story, look for that on an O'mera Ford review) and getting a bite to eat, we went back to Go Honda and 'our' sales man said he was still busy. After seeing several sales men standing around doing nothing I firmly said "I have been in the area since 2:00 and don't live close by and I want to go home, please get somene else to help me" He did and a guy came right over, asked for the keys, said he needed to check out the mileage and the car, which he did in 2 minutes and said we could go. I asked about the money I paid for the car, that I needed it back, he looked baffled and said, "What money?" I said I left a check for car and I want it back! He walked away and a few minutes later 'The Finance Lady' came over and we followed her to an office where she canceled everything and gave me my check back. The whole process took 20 minutes but we had to wait 5 hours to get it started. They were nice while we were buying, but not too accommendating when returning!

After 5 hours of being on the lot to purchase our car, we went home. It was night time when we got back to out city. The next day we found out that the car had white paint on it but only on the right side. We took it back and they, Gen. manager and sales manager, told us that over a 100 cars had got paint over spray on them from stripping and painting the building. We took it back twice to have the paint removed and the second time, the service writer said that if they tried to remove any more of the over spray paint, they would damage the original paint and that they would have to re-paint the car. Now this is a brand new car! I called and left a message for the Gen. manager to call me and he has not returned my call and it has been two months now. The truth is, NOT one person from Go Honda has called us about the car, not even the sales man after we bought it. After the second time of them trying to get the paint off the car and the wheels, and I was told they couldn't, I went up and spoke to the sales man that sold us the car, Max, and he said "at least the engine runs good". After contacting American Honda and they tried to get the general manager to call my husband, my husband has yet to receive a call from him. But the general manager did finally return American Honda's call and responded after my husband told American Honda that the only recourse we had was to take them to court? One of the managers told Todd, at American Honda, that he would only talk to me because my name was only on the title, not my husband's name? I let my husband handle this because the first time we took the car back, which is a three hour drive for us, they tried to tell us that it was paint from the building. So why did the paint and body man say it was so hard to take off? He also said they didn't buff the car. Then, when my husband asked him how the black trim got all dull, he said that was the result of buffing. The managers tried to smooth it all over with me but I sure am glad my husband was there, seems to me they were trying to take advantage of a women not knowing anything about cars. Lucky my husband retired from the police force. He had his recorder on when they told us about the other cars and said they would make it like new. We still have paint and no calls from the dealer or anyone from there. We have contacted the Attorney Generals office and asked them for a class action suit. How many of these cars were sold with paint on them that they can't remove? By the way, the paper I signed to go to aberration instead of court, is null and void. My husband can take them to court and we have our lawyers fixed to do just that. We just want a our car without paint on it, that is it, nothing more. This matter has made me very sick but I am willing to go all the way with it so that other people will not have this problem in the future.

This dealership is more interested in the setup than the customer. They want to have you wait by having you wait why they go in their office, walk around the corner, lead you around the longer way, etc.. all to rack up "relationship" time to determine if they have you following and gaining your trust. Its nearly so obvious you would rather beat them like some dog would do to a stuffed toy. Take note, this dealer wants to focus on finding the DUMB. DONT BE DUMB and waste your time here at GO104Honda.

Took our 2004 Honda Pilot to the service center because we could not put any fuel into the car without it overflowing. We suspected there was something wrong with the fuel line leading down into the tank, let them know of the problem and left the car there. Four hours later we get a call saying they will have to keep the car for 3-4 weeks because they have to replace the fuel gage system AND mileage system leading to thousands of dollars of repairs. I questioned them on why those repairs were necessary when it would not fix the problem of fueling the car. The lady I was speaking to stated that they had not looked at the fuel tank because they didn't think that was the issue. I pressured her to have them look at the fuel line and tank and call me back. An hour later we get a call saying that was indeed the problem and they just needed to replace the overlow valve, still costing us over 500 dollars for the repair. I can not believe the incompetence of their service technicians when they could not even diagnose such a simple and obvious problem. If I had not questioned them and pointed them in the correct direction to make the repairs we would have been out a TON of money and not even had the issue we brought the car in fixed to begin with. SO disappointed in the service we received we will NEVER buy a car from here OR take a car here to be serviced again.

Key to ignition of our 2005 Honda Civic would not turn. Dustin called me while I was at work, recommending that the car would need a completely new ignition lock and cylinder switch assembly for a grand total of $802.00 (parts & labor). Well, common sense told us to try our spare key and that perhaps the original key was just worn down, which it was. Since my wife was alone when her car locked up, she decided to get it towed to the dealership and I only feared the worst would happen - them taking advantage of her in hopes of a huge commission. Well, that didn't happen! The next day, after leaving two voicemails with the service department and sales, which I never received a phone call back from anyone acknowledging they had received my calls, my wife and I returned to retrieve our original set of keys. Not a single word came from the gentleman's mouth who gave me back my keys. Terrible, just terrible!

We went to compare the CRV with the outback. I explained this to the sales rep in the parking lot when he approached us. He had us follow him into the showroom I assumed to look at a CDV there but instead he and another sales person tried to steer us into a office. When I asked why we weren't looking at vehicles he told me I needed to fill out some paperwork first. I told him I wanted to look at CRV first and that I wasn't filling anything out until then. He told me he couldn't show me any vehicles until I filled out his paperwork. We proceeded to leave but were stopped by 2 other sales persons. Not sure what they were up too but it sure seemed odd to me. My advice, go to a different dealer

Purchased new car last week. Dan Blatnick was a great internet sales guy. However, when I got to the finance dept. my whole experience changed. Janice the finance manager was all about really high pressure sales. Had to tell her I was not interested in Honda Care insurance 10 times. She persisted making feel as if I was stupid and uneducated for not buying her product. She would not let it go. She told me my new car would fall apart and could cost up to $5k to fix. When I complained to the manager he had Janice call me. I thought maybe she was calling to say sorry. Instead she told me I misunderstood the situation and even told me I wrong and corrected me about my concerns. I have purchased many cars over the years and never have I been pressured and treated in such away. I will never return to Go Honda because of how I was treated by the finance department and Janice.

I was looking for good trade value for my older Odyssey, and a good lease deal on a new one. GO Honda was the best dealer for both. I checked out thre other dealers and kept coming back to GO, and I wasn't dissapointed. Anthony was great from beginning to end, very friendly, courteous, attentive, despite the fact that he was clearly very busy with several customers. Somehow he managed to take care of all of us in a timely manner. I was amazed at how much he knew, and shared, about the inner workings of the vehicle. The fincancing/paperwork piece with was fast and smooth, and they even found a mistake in the original taxes that ended up saving me money. Brad Parker in finance was great, even fun, to deal with. I purchased some extras, thus went back on a different day to the service department, and again, great service. Several folks offered to help point me in the right direction, and once I got there, the work was done well and done quickly. All in all, a great experience. I was treated extremely well. I'll go back to GO next time...

Our salesmen Jay Dureja was great! He was great in giving us detail information about the car and made us feel comfortable that whole time. Brad Packer made the whole financing process easy and very understanding. Rick on the other hand understanding the position he is in was not very nice and made us feel we were not worth his time. We know the negotiation part is difficult however I believe that when you make the other party feel worthless then you make your product look less valued. Jay is really the reason why we decided to keep working with Honda and the reason we came back to the dealership besides the fact that I loved the car and believe that Honda has good cars. We actually left the dealership and went to visit other Honda dealers to find another car just because we did not feel like dealing with Rick any longer. However we did not find what we were looking for so we went back to Go Honda a day later and purchased our car. While we were there I could tell which person I would prefer to work with and who I would not want to work with. There were some people that were very friendly while others did not give you the time or day. Honda does sell a good product but when the people who represent Honda act like thier nose is up in the air it really turns people away from honda. Our sales person did not act or make up feel this way as well as Brad. At the end of the day I did go home with the car of my dreams. I will truly reccomend Honda because I strongly believe in the product.

Dan Traurig was very professional in the manner that he dealt with me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, was very knowlegible about the product, supplied a variety of quote options on-line, followed up on all action items, processed the paperwork efficiently, reviewed the manuals completely after the car was purchased, and was prompt and punctual in all of our dealings. Although I initially intended to buy as used car, Dan guided me to purchasing a new car without any pressure or feeling of being "played." All in all, Dan was a pleasure to work with.Bill (I think his last name is Doanne - his card is not with me)is the sales assistant that handled the pricing evaluation of the cars that I traded in. As was Dan, he was a pleasure to work with - professional, knowlegible, and straight-forward.

Chili made purchasing my new car a pleasure, this was the first time I bought a brand new car and purchased it on my own. Chili put me to ease and made me realize it can be stress-free and easy. My parents were thrilled with his customer service and will be purchasing their next cars from him as well. Every time I've goe in nice my purchase Chili remembers me and my mom by name, it really shows he cares.

We visited this dealership twice to look into buying a new car. The first time, we walked around the lot for about 10 minutes, even stopping to poke our heads in the showroom, and no one even said hello to us. We saw a couple of salesmen that watched us walk by, but apparently didn't catch anyone's attention, so we left.The second time, we had comparison shopped at another dealer and were ready to take a few test drives. This time, someone came out and spoke with us, but as it was only his second day on the lot, didn't have answers to most of our question and was unwilling to unlock cars for us to look inside until we sat down and gave him our information. We ended up going into the showroom to look at the models on display, and he brought over someone with more experience who was very friendly and knowledgable, but the first impression had already been made. Twice.I understand that car salesmen have to start somewhere and that they're all new at some point. We did go out on a few test drives, and our salesman seemed to loosen up a little. Our overall experience was okay, but I felt bad for this man who did not have all the answers to our questions and seemed very nervous working with us, and I believe that was mostly due to lack of training. When considering spending 30-40k on a brand new car, I want to have complete confidence in the salesperson I'm dealing with, and would not likely return to make our purchase here.

Went in for a Dodge Van that was on there lot, Worked with Daniel Blatnik after waiting 20 minutes to get help. At first he was friendly, started to try and work a deal out and he kept saying no. I went to the used car sales manager and he was ok, still over priced. Had the car looked at, it needed a new A/C comp and Battery for a start. They decided to replace those items. After we bought the car it needed a thermostat an alternator and starter. They do not inspect the cars very well. I never got a carfax or emissions in the mail like they said they sent. I had to go in and get coupon for the emissions and tried to talk to Daniel, he was very rude and did not care. They lack in quality service, all they care about is the mighty doller. I have bought 3 cars from them and this will be my last. They lost a customer for life.

Very disappointed in Go Honda 104th Service.I do not recommend the Service at this location. Please do not learn the hard way. A combination of poor, poor communication and extreme over-inflated prices caused a lot of frustration and in my view an unnecessary repair. Service rep even said to keep the part as it looks brand new! Manager apologized for all the miscommunication, but their miscommunication caused me a lot of money in an unnecessary repair.

My wife and I were treated very well by the sales rep. We have less than perfect credit, with high debt to income ratio. They worked very hard to get a deal done, and we did sign on two used cars. However, we had to have a co-signer which was out of state. This is were the mess started. Can't take the cars. OK, well we were promised the paper work would be overnight fedexed on Monday morning, and we would have the cars on middle of next week. Tuesday evening, co-signer still has no paper work. Call, no one returns tell 8:00pm. There was a problem with the bank accepting the loan,...Ok no problem, take off from work on Wednesday for a hour and forty five minutes to re-sign paper work...again promising it would be overnight fedex (Which is the main reason for taking time off work to sign paperwork)...Now its Thursday co-signer still had no paper work...Call, get tracking number...Package is across the US and was sent ground!! Call back very upset. Nothing they could do, it must have been placed in the wrong box. Thursday, nothing solved (this was suppose to be the latest we would pick up the cars, but I don't hold the bank against them, I do hold the fact the package was sent ground against them). This is why I am giving the company a 1 on quality of work, and if there was a worse rating I would have marked it. Don't lie to me and tell me it is getting overnight service...The tracking number is for ground shipments. Lies, and broken promises is what you will get working with these people. Mean while my wife and I are down to one car (which we are trading in for the two), with a five year old, and new twin girls, juggling work schedules to transport to and from school, daycare, and all the good stuff which comes with being a parent. Stand up and take responsibility, fix the problem, and most important don't LIE TO ME.

While I had a pleasant experience with the salesperson, Chili, I felt low-balled on my trade-in offer. Instead of working with me, they wanted a wholesale price based off of various auctions. I had no idea where these numbers came from or whether they were real or not. I cited the Kelley-Blue Book value and was told they didn't use the KBB, so I told them the difference was several thousand dollars. They told me it was the best price which I told them it was the best price for them b/c they would list my trade-in for 5-7 thousand more than they were giving me. I walked out at that point because it was clear they would not work with me on a deal that benefitted BOTH of us. I understand the nature of the car business, which is overall shady and even slimy, but they wouldn't even try to work with me on a FAIR value. Luckily, I went online and found an even better deal elsewhere. I would never go back to this dealership.
