I having been buying cars. This dealership has one of the worst after sales Services that I have ever had to deal with. I took me more than ten phone calls to get my tags from this dealership. After the initial provisional tags expired. They had to send me extra provisional tags . A process other dealerships take 2 weeks to do, took this dealership more than a month. Seems they are just interested in getting your money. The rest they don't care.

A few years ago I bought a civic ex there and had to pull teeth to get the valet key as nobody would return my call. Then I bought a 2016 civic touring model from college park Honda which has 100 times better customer service. So I take my civic to auto nation for service on 21sep16, I did get a loaner which is nice, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, I've had an infotainment system issue since I bought the car and auto nation just can't get it right. I've been there several times for the same issue but their respond time on returned phone calls is almost non-existent and the management has holds no accountability. I only go to auto nation because it's close.

A few weeks ago my Air conditioning went out!! I live in Virgina so it is very necesary this time of year. I was told I needed a new air compressor. Chris worked with me through possible options on how to get it fixed. He was very reassuring that we would figure it out. Later on that evening , I got another call from Chris that my ac condesor went out too. At this point I was so overwhelmed and did not know what to do. Chris calmed me down and was able to apply a lot of discounts to ease the high amount needed to fix my car. AND just recently my emissions light went on and I called and left a message for him because I had such a great experience. He ended up texting me what was going on and we ended up chatting on the phone and he gave me a suggestion of what I could do myself in order to solve the issue therefore not needing a visit to the shop. Chris is a wonderful advisor and I will be sure to bring all my business to him!!

My buying experience was very smooth and for the most part pleasant due to the outstanding support and work of Mike Brown who sold the car to me (the third Accord purchased with his help). One negative aspect was the extreme pressure put on me by one of the financial managers to buy extra options which I didn't want. His associate (Jonathan, a native of Nigeria) was great, but the manager was a bully and almost cost the dealership a sale..

sales associate was 5 star effort. However it was 3 hours after the purchase before we could sign the lease agreements. Once we got into the lease office everything went fine. The car was not clean * under the hood was very dirty and the car was dusty on the inside. We were disappointed when we got car home. I cleaned up the car myself.

Buying a new car was a smooth experience here. It was my first time buying from a dealership, so I was worried about added fees- but I really wanted a honda certified used car (like a used car with a new car warranty). They explained everything and walked me through the process. Dana and James were really fantastic, and no one tried to fast talk me. The financing paperwork guy (forget his name) was amazing. He was really straight up with me about warranties that I would never use and weren't worth it. He broke down the services included in the warranties that he thought were worth it, and showed me the warranties he actually purchased for the cars his kids drive. I really felt like they weren't trying to sell me anything that wasn't worth it. I love my honda civic and more importantly, I love only filling up the gas tank once a month! I saw a comment below about financing taking awhile. I also had to wait for awhile, but they brought me a drink and I didn't mind. I also took my time asking finance guy questions to make sure I understood everything- which he gladly explained to me multiple times. I think it is a positive that I had to wait because it means they aren't fast talking people in the finance office!

Wanted to bring to your attention regarding the Service at dealership: Autonation Honda, Dulles, Sterling VA.: Last year 2 tires replaced at the dealership. Since then a few services done, tires rotated etc. Recently - the other 2 tires needed replacement. It was at this time - realized that the previous tires replaced were "NOT AS PER Manufacture Specs". Types Installed 100T (on a Honda Odyssey Touring 2010 model). The Specifications clearly indicate 102T. As customers, we were not notified when this was replaced that these did not meet specs. Multiple services done since w/tire rotation and nothing mentioned by the dealer. Now the vehicle is running with 2 tires at 102T rating and 2 with 100T rating. Repeated calls and visit to the dealership has led to vague responses (with no follow through) "We will have our Manager call you / we will have our service Director call you" and top it off "This by the way is NOT a problem"....We go to dealership for service to ensure that the vehicle maintains Manufacture specs as intended by the designers of the vehicle. Clearly - the dealership doesn't think that the Manufacturing specifications matter. By the way have been a huge fan of Honda - this is my 4th Honda product (2 Odyssey's and 2 Accura's).....This is a absolute pathetic experience, where a dealership takes zero accountability for its actions and absolute disregard for the customer. If this is the case for clearly visible parts - wonder if the specifications of the internal parts being replaced meets specs.... Find a better responsible dealer to take your car to...

Car buying experience cannot be worse than this. I went to buy a CRV few weeks ago. Spent nearly 7 hours there with my wife and my 18months kid and when we are going to close the deal, they said they cannot finance me because of my immigration status. I am a recent PhD graduate and just started a job. There is nothing wrong with my immigration status that they cannot finance me. Several friends of mine bought their cars with similar status. The sales person Leo, forced me to contact my manager and asks for a letter that will state that my company will keep me for 5 years. Without this letter they cannot finance me for 5 years. Such an unusual request! They took copies of my every possible immigration documents: passport, visa, ssn card, academic transcript and said nothing would work. Not only that, at the end, they throw several very derogatory comments. When I asked, do you have any template of the letter that you are asking. The finance guy said, "well it's not like a love letter", as though I don't know anything about official letters. Then at the end, Leo said "you may go to Mexico and sell the car". I don't know what's going on their mind. The very next week, I went to another dealer and bought a car without any trouble with 5 years financing. And obviously, nothing is changed in this one week in terms of my immigration status. They only needed my SSN and visa status and did not ask for my passport, visa or make copy of SSN card. Besides the horrible experience at this Honda dealer, now, I am very afraid what Honda/ the salesperson will do with all of my confidential documents and constantly worried about identity theft. I will highly recommend international students or recent graduates not to go to this dealer. They will just humiliate you and waste your valuable time.

They were non-responsive, I was continually bounced around to different people, they had hidden charges, did not honor the price that I was quoted, and then apparently sold the car after telling me that it was reserved for me. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership.

I found a pre owned car on CARS.COM at this dealership. I submitted an inquiry and was contacted promptly and a test drive was arranged. Once I drove up 4 and a half hours to the dealership, the car was presented as well as all the service work done before placing the car for sale. We finalized the deal and I flew back up to pick up the car a few days later. My local credit union provided financing for the car, so I took a cashiers check and was able to leave on my way back home to NC within a few hours. Painless. Fast forward 60 plus days later, the check was cashed 2 days after the original transaction but my credit union has yet to receive the title to the car. After the first 30 days a second temporary tag was mailed and out promises were made to get title and registration handled ASAP. 60 plus days later, the second temporary has expired phone calls go unanswered. Kurt Kessler, the general manager, has stopped answering, let alone, returning my phone calls or the from the credit union manager. This dealership is the worst on customer service after the sale. Get everything you need before the pens hits the paper...once you sign on that bottom line, all customer service is over. They will not respond to phone calls, emails, social media, faxes....buyers beware

I purchased a 2002 VW Passat from Auto Nation (AN), and had the pleasure of working with Kevin. The car has been great and I have had it for about 45 days. I visited this dealership while shopping for new car, I had all my communication through email about the price and the deal which I am going to buy the car. I was in the market for an 8th generation Honda Civic Si coupe and saw one listed by Autonation Honda Dulles at a price a bit above my budget. However, I decided to make an inquiry to be thorough, and was contacted by Kevin Azizsired by email, my preferred means of communication at the outset. He answered all of my questions promptly, but did not pressure me. He described the outstanding used car sales policies of Autonation, including the 3 day/150 mile return policy, the 2 month warranty that applied to the car I was interested in, and providing a detailed written report of all of the work done on the car. Over a period of time, the price was reduced to the point that I decided to buy it. I am a Maryland buyer, so buying from a Virginia dealer can create additional problems regarding separate state inspection requirements, but Kevin was willing to accommodate my preferred process to have the car inspected in Maryland before signing any paperwork. There was also no objection whatsoever to my having my mechanic examine the car. After everything checked out, completing the paperwork was about as quick and painless as I have ever experienced buying a car. To top everything off, because of a scheduled price drop to take effect the very next day, the dealership honored that reduced price. To sum up, Kevin Azizsired was an ideal salesperson who did everything just right, and Autonation Honda Dulles is a dealer that I would have no hesitation recommending for a used car purchase.

Our visit to AutoNation Honda Dulles didn't start out well. We showed up to test drive a vehicle that was supposed to be held for us, but was sold the day before. They had another vehicle that was similar, but more expensive (of course). We did test drive it and then went and looked at other vehicles closer to the price of the one we first wanted to test drive at AutoNation. We eventually came back to AutoNation and purchased the car that was more expensive because it was in better condition than the others, but only after they dropped the price some. During the sale of the vehicle is where they earned the 4 stars (if not for the issue with the first vehicle I would have given them 5 stars). They took very good care of us while we waited for everything to go through. It did take a few hours and I have two little girls, but the salesman and the others at the dealership did everything they could to keep us entertained. Including feeding us dinner and snacks, giving us a dvd (the vehicle has a dvd player), and drinks, and pretty much anything else that we asked for. Though I do still wonder about that first vehicle...wish that it was at least there for us to check out.

Then...sit around the dealership for an hour. Fill out the paperwork, and then Jerry? the "Manager" comes along and says we don't have a deal at this price. Kavveh is nowhere to be seen during this discussion. Waste of time! Don't bother with this slimy bunch of donkeys. Expect some shenanigans, or better yet, go somewhere else. I received a notice from Honda stating there was a recall for my Accord for a piece of the airbag. I called AutoNation (where we purchased it) and they said they didn't have the parts to fix the recalled airbag and it could take 60 days to get them. After some complaining about the recall they offered a loaner vehicle while waiting for the parts.I went to drop off my vehicle yesterday morning and pick up the loaner but there was some sort of disconnect between what I was told the day before and yesterday. Apparently the parts had arrived and they were able to fix my car in an hour. They were very nice and offered us many different ways to make up for the confusion that had occurred and help us with our day. Miscommunications obviously happen and they did a great job solving it. Recommend to anyone!

I gave these guys to many chances and could write 3 pages on the list of failures. Here are the highlights: Dumped Oil all over my engine and did not clean it up, made a mess of my garage and and made the car smell like burning oil for weeks even after they fixed it. They replaced our Water Pump and Timing belt. A week later we had no power steering. Back to them to discover that they had broken the tensioner pulley on the Timing Belt. Are you telling me they didn't notice this when they installed the Timing belt? The last straw was that after bringing it there for 2 years to diagnose a vibration in the front end. They repeatedly told us they needed to balance the tires, needed new brakes, etc. Weeks later the vibration was back. After them telling me I needed new brakes for the 2nd time in two years I took the vehicle back to a trusted service center that was much further away. They found that the front wheels had over 30oz of weight on them. They were appalled. The attention to detail and care of the technicians at this place is appalling.

We started our car buying experience at Honda Dulles with a phone inquiry about a particular color/model vehicle that we desired, and was pleased by the quick response, accurate information, and confirmation on the price and availability of the vehicle. Other local dealerships had been hesitant to give out detailed information and just seemed to want potential customers to have to make the trip into the showroom. Yes, we knew exactly what we wanted (we are repeat Honda buyers) but were still surprised at how easy the buying process was at this particular location. They also have a great service department which is open late and on Sundays. We have already recommended our salesman (Tony Afnani) to several people. We will definitely return to Honda Dulles when our current Hondas expire, though that probably won't happen for awhile!

So, just driving through the lot I had the good fortune to come upon an exceptionally clean used car. The challenge was that I had my three young children with me so logistics were challenging. My wife and i contacted this dealer regarding an advertised used Honda Accord. After expressly noting our requirement that the car not have been previously owned by a smoker, and receiving specific assurances that it had not from the salesperson, we drove down from Baltimore to see the car. When we arrived it was obvious to us that the car had been in fact owned by a smoker. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and there were clearly discernible ash burns on both the driver's seat and the front carpet. It was obvious to us that the salesperson either had not inspected the car as promised or intentionally mislead us to get us to come to the dealership. Either way the misinformation caused us to waste 3 hours of our day.

The process is never really "speedy," but they got us through it without any undue delays. I had a deal on a certified honda civic and on my way to sign and pick up the car, the salesman called me and told me on his way to pick up the keys that the car was sold. I call this a bait and switch as they wouldn't sell me another car that was $500 more for the same price that I agreed to. You would think that after that fiasco that they would want to make me happy, but this dealer just doesn't care, so I went to another dealer and will never do business with honda dulles again. For the price I was shocked that I didn't have the same kind of service that I am used to in. We get our car vacuumed and washed at every service plus a private work station with a usb port. I will say that the tech that worked on my car was AMAZING. He went through everything with me and even what I needed to do to my tires when I return to FL.

I was searching for a new car for my parents. When we settled on a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L, we tried a few dealerships via phone calls and email in the NoVA and Va Beach area (since my parents live in Va Bch). Autonation Honda was the last place we tried after finding out the other dealers' prices weren't too impressive. I actually didn't expect much different from Autonation Honda but I gave them a try anyway. After an online inquiry, I was contacted promptly by Kavveh (Kevin) Azizsired. We communicated by telephone and email but when it came to settling on an Out-the-Door price, I requested he send me an email. Kevin was happy to do so. The out the door price we settled on beat the competition by a mile!!! I thought there was a catch but there was not! I convinced my parents that the price was a "deal" so they drove up from Va Bch and purchased their 2015 Accord EX-L. The process was painless and smooth...no pressure sales tactics whatsoever! After driving away, we still couldn't believe the deal we got and how easy the buying process was. I would, without hesitation, recommend Autonation Honda for a new Honda purchase. My wife and I recently completed the purchase of a new 2014 Honda CRV. We love the car and found the buying experience to be very easy. We worked with Michael Brown and found to him to be low key, low pressure but very attentive. After test driving the car during the week of the purchase, the majority of remaining communication took place via e-mail and by phone. When we walked into the dealership on Saturday evening, there was no haggling or back and forth. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend that customers ask for Michael Brown. The only hiccup with the experience was an inoperable AC on the car. The service department quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. In fairness to Autonation, the car was transferred from another dealership, but they did drop the ball in not doing a thorough pre delivery inspection, hence the score of 4 for the overall experience, not a 5.

The professionalism of the general manager to call the client the following day to say thank you is quite rare. Another gesture that shows HONDA OF DULLES is number 1 for a reason. We had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Honda. Our salesman was Kerry. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and laidback. He didn't pressure us like the other dealers. He also fought with the sale manager to get the deal done for us. I do recommend that you bring in your research (i.e print outs from TrueCar, Edmunds, etc.) to make sure you get the best deal. Also, don't be afraid to fight back on the "options" that are already on all the cars. The back-end process (financing and warranty) took a long time, but they will work with you to get a warranty (if you want one) at your monthly price point. Overall, we were pleased with AutoNation Honda.

On Monday September 15, 2014 I send a request for 2003 Accord with 53K miles, I get a call by Mr. Quaye around 11am I talk with Mr. Quaye that I will be there at 6pm after work, I came in at 5:30pm I call Mr. Quaye I say I am here in front of the dealer, he say wait for me 10 minutes I am in front of the dealer in my car waiting talking with my friend 30 minutes when by and the mid time a sale representative was checking us out, he looking us all suspicious very rude and didn't even offer his services his help or to ask who we where looking for and them after waiting half of hour in my car Mr. Quaye call me to get in and he wasn't there to greeted us at all, no one else did not even the receptionist; Those employees didn't care and them Mr. Quaye came out of a office just to tell me that the manager say that the car was already sold. How amazing is that!!!

Our sales rep Mike Matsos was very matter of fact the first time we met him. His upfront honesty and clarity about the buying process, negotiating, and being on full sales commission took out some of the guess work and haggling. Online resources and competition allow to negotiate a fair price. Every successful sales person has to put some urgency behind a purchase, but Mike did a great job of balancing creating urgency with allowing room to make an informed decision. Received a follow-up call 2 days after first contact with a better financing rate; again not too pressing. He made himself available for me to take the car to a nearby dealership for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The car checked out as he had described. The rest was smooth sailing. After the purchase Mike even made arrangements for the shuttle service so that I could take the new car home and could get back to the dealer to pick up my other car. The financing department (as they all do) tried to sell me everything under the roof but were not too pushy getting me to buy unwanted extra protection - again, just the right balance. I bought an oil changing package which will have me coming back and help me with sticking to the maintenance - to me worth it. Come prepared, know your facts around what you want to purchase, and the staff is more than willing to accommodate you, even if it is third party. They are not out to screw you. They want to sell you a car, talk positive about the experience, and bring back more business - for that, they take the extra step without running over you. Yes, of course they want the sale and make a profit - would you want to work for free? For their price I could not find another like vehicle within 250 miles. The overall experience was great - ask for Mike, he will get you in the car you will want to need without needing to want it.

Got a new CRV 2 weeks ago (Thursday). Before we left the dealership we noticed that the strip on the drivers side is chipped so the salesman adviced us to bring the car on Wednesday. My husband called and salesman said to bring it on Saturday instead. Saturday we brought the car to the dealership just to be sent home because according to the salesman the guy who is supposed to fix the strip is not available so we are asked to bring the car on Monday. After leaving work early that Monday just to bring the car to the dealer, I was told by the service advisor that I was not on the schedule so I looked for the saleman who told us to be there at 3:30 and only to be told that the repair guy is not available so he gave me an option of bringing my car again to the dealer or have the guy go to our house for the repair which i opt for the latter. Unfortunately too, the day after we got the CRV, a rock crack the windshield. I called the dealer and the salesman said to call the insurance. Called the insurance and suggested to call the dealership. Called the dealership and they said to bring the car to the shop. When I got to the shop, I was told that the repair is not done there so they sent me home. So, at this point we have had wasted time and wasted gas going back and forth to the dealership because of miscommunication and because we chose to trust our salesman. Honestly, because I am disappointed with the customer service I have gotten from AutoNation in 2 weeks, I am considering returning my CRV. I had dealt with Toyota for 7 years with no issue and I am not looking forward to having to deal with poor customer service for 5+ years. Kudos to the repair guy who came to replace the strip on the CRV though and also to the service advisor-Arvin

Read about, called about, drove to see a used vehicle. Service was great by phone and then call from "a" sales.mgr was good also. Upon arrival greeted just inside door by a very friendly young lady...my salesman found me and was friendly as well. Service ended here. After seeing the car which was detailed poorly I found a 1.5" x1.5" inch square piece of "repair" work on the cars A pillar. The pjece was sunk about 1/8" into the poo illar...not flush by any measure. When asked about it my salesman said I don't know probably an antenna. He then disappeared for approx 5 minutes after playing on his cell phone. I thought he went to check with the manager to see if they knew what that repair had been. After all the repair was quite a piece of the front driver side pillar and was showing rust under the brushed on touch up paint. After returning the salesman admitted he didn't go talk to anyone he had something to take care of and just left us standing there. I came pre approved for more than the cars value more than the stated asking price and could not believe he just left me standing there. Then when he got the sales manager to ask about the damaged area the sales manager said this is a very good price for an as-is car. "This is an SI an SI" this made no difference for me missing a piece of very serious metal in the "A" pillar of the vehicle. I simply asked why wouldn't they detail this vehicle being a 2010 with nearly 100,000 miles and I got a fist full of excuses about pay rate of detailers, poor lighting in the warehouse that they clean them etcetera what a joke. After flaunting his experience with the company and telling me that "this must not be the car for me" again that I drove nearly 2 hours to come see, pre approved from my bank that very morning to buy, and approved by my car insurance company to put on my plan... this is what he says? All I can figure is that this "sales manager" has hidden under this beautiful facilities sales volume for his quote unquote 18 years experience. Who needs a secret shopper when a customer can walk in to be treated like a lesser individual? Did I mention I drove pre approved ready to buy ready to insure and brought my family to help me drive his vehicle home? Can you understand truthfully how upsetting my experience was so much for that car and that dealer. I get the impression from reading about Autonation that this is not the type of business or service they provide so here is your opportunity to read, talk to or email a person that was rejected for purchase over and honest safety concern. In fact they refused to see if the metal missing from the car went through the pillar due to safety concerns with the airbag...safety? Why do you think I wanna know if it is straight through the pillar? If I have to repair this after purchase I deserve to know what is going on there...as does any other customer who would ride in this vehicle. Sent on a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

Our lease was nearing the end of its "life" and we went in to discuss options and easily decided upon getting a new 2014 CRV EX, fully loaded. We were going to lease, but the dealer showed us that to finance it was almost exactly the same price per month and gave us the residual value, plus other incentives that leasing didn't provide. It was a no-brainer decision for us, and our salesman, Wayne, was extremely helpful in showing us the various vehicles readily available that met our desires and needs, and we ended up closing the deal - the 3rd one with Wayne. Highly recommend him to help you with any questions you may have.

I walked in "ready to buy" as long as the truck was as good as it looked on-line, and had no issues during the test drive (By the way, I drove 4 hours to get there). Everything was good with the truck. From the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot - FOUR HOURS (2 hours to remove some wax from the bumper and the vent guards under the wipers). This dealership is in the DC area with tons of military living/working nearby and there was no financing pipeline with Navy Federal Credit Union - REALLY? I got my own financing by driving down the street (after I was told that I would probably have a difficult time getting financing) - From arrival at NFCU to out the door with the check - 35 minutes. Almost "ZERO" negotiating - even for an obvious issue that a dealer should have dealt with before I even arrived. I was told that "We have a guy coming in tomorrow that can write a check for this vehicle".......I had my checkbook in the car with 62K in my checking account. I could have written a check for it too, but I "wanted" to finance the truck. Simply put, I had to deal with a lot of arrogance and little cooperation for someone that was "ready to buy". The facilities were very nice (they even had a cake that day), but since they took so long to "remove wax" I assume that it "had to be" a facilities issue........what else could take that long to remove wax?........therefore, only three stars for a facilities rating. Two months ealier, I drove two hours to Richmond (late on a Sunday afternoon) and bought a camry. From walking on the lot to driving away, with financing, tags and an extended warranty (not to mention a really good deal) - 1 HOUR. Quite the difference. When I told them that I was driving up from Chesapeake to look at the truck, they were nice enough to hold the keys for me so that no one bought the truck while I was on my way - So I appreciated that.

WOW Auto nation with full respect please tell me what to say, how to react and whom to blame, but personally speaking for me its very wrong way of treating customers and there should be word of commitment and it was really hurting, i really felt so bad that i coming again and again and giving them chance to back step every time with simple word SORRY Auto nation, still i respect you reputation and even still trust the brand, rating and comments is purely based on bad experience nothing else Regards Jasmeet

This is the fourth Honda we have purchased with Mike's help and each time it was a pleasure to experience his candor and patience. We got excellent trade in value for two cars we were selling and good advice on the options that Honda was offering. We also like the service department at AutoNation Dulles Honda for their discounts and reasonable advice on repairs and maintenance. Also, Honda replaced the main battery on our 2003 Civic Hybrid after it had about 125,000 miles on it and was out of warranty -- a $4,000 dollar gift from Honda for their hybrid owners and good customers.

I had been searching for a used convertible , preferably one of German make, for a number of months. This was to be a retirement gift to myself. After searching the Internet and test driving cars at a few dealerships , I was still unable to find what I wanted. At one dealership , the SERVICE CAR IMMEDIATELY icon went off as soon as I started it. The salesman tried to shrug it off as of no consequence. Needless to say that turned out to be a wasted afternoon, and it was especially irritating since I had made a 50 mile drive from Virginia to Maryland with an appointment to test drive the car. Then two weeks ago my daughter and I visited one of the mega used car dealerships in Sterling, VA and didn't find anything. As we left, I suggested we visit the AutoNation Honda dealership which was nearby, and see what they had. We had bought a number of new Hondas from them (still have two in the family), were very pleased with their sales process and after sales service, and we always worked with one of their salesman , Mike Brown. As we drove in we noticed a 2004 BMW 325 ci that looked very promising. We contacted Mike and he set up the test drive for us. My daughter and I both agreed this was the car I should buy. I asked Mike for a couple of hours to think it over and then called him back later that afternoon to confirm the deal. The next morning, my daughter and I went in and completed the paperwork with Mike. The whole process was quick, smooth and painless. We should have gone to AutoNation Honda first and saved a lot of time and effort! Thank You again Mike! Remember when I started this review by saying this was retirement gift to myself? My big problem now with the car is getting the keys from my daughter!

The experience was so positive that we returned and bought a 2014 Pilot, specifically asking for Mike Brown. I never feel pressured, rushed, or that I'm having my pocket picked. My wife and I visited Dulles Honda to test drive and probably buy a new CR-V. We knew what we wanted (features and color) and spoke to Mike M beforehand. When we arrived, Mike had the car ready and waiting for us. The test drive confirmed our choice. There was some negotiation, but we soon arrived at a mutual purchase price. Mike was very knowledgeable and made the process run smooth. My only complaint was with the hard sell on a service agreement from the finance office. This dampened our experience somewhat, but I am hoping future dealings with the service department will erase this from my mind. Dulles Honda does have a great inventory and the staff all are very welcoming.

Let me start by saying that I am not a "dealership guy" or someone who has a new car every few years. I usually buy from an individual seller just so I don't get an upsell or overcharged for something I can't trust that I am getting. These guys were not that at all. This dealer provided all of the background information on the vehicle I was interested in, all online: free carfax; price on website; mileage and pictures. I was able to go to the dealer website when I was ready to purchase and chat online with someone at the dealership to express my interest and within an hour I received a phone call on the availability of the vehicle and was able to set-up an appointment. My sales person, Mike, followed up our phone conversation with an email and even called when I was en-route to make sure I wasn't having problems locating the dealership. When I arrived, the car I was interested in seeing was already pulled out for me to see. Mike came right out and provided me a paper copy of the carfax as well as the repair history of the vehicle. After a walk-around the car we took the car out for a test drive and Mike talked to me about the repairs and the cost. My research prior to arrival were exactly what I saw when I arrived and we made the purchase. We filled out the paperwork for my trade-in and the final steps of paying and reviewing the affordable NO-PRESSURE extended warranty options was as simple as buying groceries. All of the staff and management in the dealership were great and I really did like the service and support from them all.

Purchased a 530i BMW May 7 2013 from Albert Moore (salesperson) and Gene (sales manager) with a promise to repair a window crack sent a picture to the window repair guy via text. I received a text back saying it is not repairable. What am I told I won't have my windshield replaced. If you promise to repair something and its unable to be repaired you take the next step in fixing that promised repair even if you have to replace. You don't tell a customer you promised that your not putting anymore money into a car. You don't say oh that window chip is bigger. Yeah that's a good look just throw out any excuse to get the customer to back down from what you promised but they constantly like to remind you that customer satisfaction is what they want and provide. These guys are a joke. Well I'm not legal action will be taken we'lll see who plays who. My whole experience was horrible with this dealership to date. The only process that went fairly smoove was when it was time to sign that check over go figure. I also called to speak to someone and was told he was with a client so I left a message I waited 2 hours for a return call nothing so I called back and then I was told that the person that I was waiting on wasn't even in today wow now your lying to customers anyway after several attempts and messages left I received a call back a couple days later Updated to follow

I actually live closer to Pohanka of Fredericksburg but after dealing with Ray Obryhim and his incompetent staff I will always use Honda of Dulles. I have owned four hondas now and after being completely lied to and treated absolutely horrible by the the pohanka dealership in Fredricksburg, I thought I would never buy another honda. I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life. We chose the dealership because one of our financial institutions uses them as part of their car buying service. Things started out OK.... after the 20+ minute wait to see a sales rep and after numerous people that walked in after us were assisted. We test drove a vehicle. We liked it. We got a print out of the price - not just the price, but the estimated tax, tags, fees, etc. We talked to our sales rep about it. We discussed with him our desired price point. We left without purchasing but feeling OK about the transaction. We went home. We asked for quotes from other dealers for the same make/model. We got them. Entire "out-the-door" breakdowns too - all fees, tax, tags, etc. I don't think Honda Dulles realized that we had this information. We spent the next few days negotiating a price. The sales person we dealt initially with apparently left the dealership mid-week. Multiple people from the dealership then contacted us, and it didn't appear that the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. We became frustrated. I mention this to one of the sales managers that calls us. We held out hope. I e-mailed with said sales manager. I forwarded him the price quote (but not the "out the door" breakdown) from one of the other dealers. I basically said: here is the quote we've received. X was listed as the "Vehicle Selling Price" on the breakdown of purchase that your manager gave us last week. If that can be Y, we're good. The response I got back: we're good. We made an appointment with the sales manager for today. We got to the dealership, and waited again. Another person - who was NONE of the people we had dealt with before - came out to have us fill out our paperwork. He (Wayne) was very nice - probably the best person we dealt with the entire time there. He shows us our breakdown. The vehicle selling price is not Y. We point it out. I forward him the email from the sales manager. He goes and talks to the sales manager. He brings back a new printout. New printout is not only not Y, but it is also $900 more than what was on the first print out. We say "What?!" Wayne goes to get his sales manager. Sales manager comes out. Says: "well this is what you asked me to do. That other quote didn't contain blah, blah, blah [remember, I have the out-the-door breakdown]. I know, I used to work there. Here's where we matched Y price [not the final Vehicle Selling Price, which is what I asked for & what I was told "we're good" on]." We say, you told us you were going to do Y as the final Vehicle Selling Price. Y is our bottom line. If not Y, we're leaving. Sales manager says "I can't touch that." We leave. As we're leaving - some other rep comes up and asks us if we're interested in another model vehicle. Moments later: I receive an e-mail from sales manager. Says "I'm confused.. I did what you asked me to do." Blah blah. I respond: No you didn't... By the way, we noticed you upcharged us $900 while we were sitting there... Worst experience ever... will make sure I share." He then responds AGAIN saying I didn't read through the e-mails correctly and to do so before I say anything negative about the dealership (ironically doesn't address the $900 difference in the two printouts we were presented today). Would never use again, and would NOT recommend. And the nice, up front dealer who is albeit a little further away but gave us the out-the-door breakdown has now gained our business (and we're still getting a better price than Honda of Dulles offered us).

I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life.We chose the dealership because one of our financial institutions uses them as part of their car buying service. Things started out OK.... after the 20+ minute wait to see a sales rep and after numerous people that walked in after us were assisted. We test drove a vehicle. We liked it. We got a print out of the price - not just the price, but the estimated tax, tags, fees, etc. We talked to our sales rep about it. We discussed with him our desired price point. We left without purchasing but feeling OK about the transaction.We went home. We asked for quotes from other dealers for the same make/model. We got them. Entire breakdowns too - all fees, tax, tags, etc. I don't think Honda Dulles realized that we had this information.We spent the next few days negotiating a price. The sales person we dealt with apparently left the dealership mid-week. Multiple people from the dealership then contacted us, and it didn't appear that the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. We became frustrated. I mention this to one of the sales managers that calls us. We held out hope.I e-mailed with said sales manager. I forwarded him the price quote (but not the entire breakdown, which I had) from one of the other dealers. I basically said: here is the quote we've received. X was listed as the "Vehicle Selling Price" on the breakdown of purchase that your manager gave us last week. If that can be Y, we're good. The response I got back: we're good.We made an appointment with the sales manager for today. We got to the dealership, and waited again. Another person - who was NONE of the people we had dealt with before - came out to have us fill out our paperwork. He (Wayne) was very nice - probably the best person we dealt with the entire time there. He shows us our breakdown. The vehicle selling price is not Y. We point it out. I forward him the email from the sales manager. He goes and talks to the sales manager. He brings back a new printout. New printout is not only not Y, but it is also $900 more on the first print out. We say "What?!" Wayne goes to get his sales manager.Sales manager comes out. Says: "well this is what you asked me to do. That other quote (remember, I didn't forward him the breakdown) didn't contain blah, blah, blah. Here's where we matched Y price (which was not where the final Vehicle Selling Price was on the printout)." We say, you told us you were going to do Y. Y is our bottom line. If not Y, we're leaving. Sales manager says "I can't touch that." We leave. Ironically, as we're leaving - some other rep comes up and asks us if we're interested in another model vehicle.Get in my car. Moments later: it's an e-mail from sales manager. Says "I'm confused.. I did what you asked me to do." Blah blah. I respond: No you didn't... By the way, we noticed you upcharged us $900 while we were sitting there... Worst experience ever... will make sure I share." I have had two vehicles serviced at this location on more than one occassion and I recently purchased a 2013 CR-V. All experiences to date have been positive. One complaint I do have with Honda is the cost of their parts. Perhaps not unique to Honda, but original equipment replacement parts seem excessively priced.

I want to thank Honda of Dulles for the outstanding job they have done in helping me decide on a new vehicle. I was down to two or three vehicles and deciding on what I preferred for ride and accessories etc and the sales staff here went out of their way to help me with my decision.I am a long time Honda Accord Owner having driven over 350,000 miles since 1988 in multiple cars. I must have looked at not less than 10 different Accords in various trim and colors. Never once did I feel pressured by the sales staff to buy a car immediately. As a matter of fact, I NEVER WAS APPROACHED A SINGLE TIME BY A SALES REPRESENTATIVE! And I did give this dealership several opportunities to speak with me as I have been back there at least three times to do a test drive. Weekends, evenings, mid week, I tried to find a time when the sales staff wasn't just sitting around waiting for someone to come beg them to speak. I really wanted to drive a new Accord to see how they have improved since my last purchase in 2000 and couldn't even get anyone to answer a question or go on a test drive.In all honesty, I would have expected nothing less from this dealership as they wouldn't fix my current Accord and let it self destruct by refusing to do some transmission work under recall/warranty due to manufacturing issues. I had to take the car to another dealership to get the problem resolved. I STILL want to do a test drive of an Accord and will have to drive further now to another dealership to do that. I am about 99% decided now on my new car and I can safely say that the sales staff at Honda of Dulles have helped me come to this decision. I guess I will go to the dealership that fixed the car so many years ago when this one failed to do so. I am glad they have a new facility and the same bad attitude towards customer service. The team at Dulles Honda was fantastic! Mike Matsos was great at helping me navigate the new car buying experience. Mr Baker was able to work within my budget and offer me great financing! They even gave me top dollar for my trade-in- 2002 Honda odyssey. Seeing what they were willing to give me for my old honda really closed the deal on the new van. The fact that they gave me such a great price on my2002 showed they really stand behind Honda name and that the car really does hold its value! Post purchase i discovered that friends of mine purchased a honda pilot from Mike the following weekend and they had the same great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dependable car with a sales and finance team who put the customer first!

Sales process very good. Had to return to pick up 2 ond key for 2011 Pilot - could have made when vehicle was being certified and saved me a ~ 50 mile round trip. Ask service to replace bulb in map light due to intermittent failure to light - - - came back with " no problem found ". In dealer parking lot while leaving, map lamp failed to light - - "problem found". Then they replaced bulb no more problem. All in all no big deal, however willing to inconvenience a customer (a return trip) for the price of a small bulb.

I have been using this dealership for maintenace for several years now and have had nothing but stellar service. I have found the late hours particularly accomodating to my tight schedule unlike other dealers who only have "normal" business hours - ie when I need to be at work. But,of particular note, the tag-team efforts of the ever so pleasant service advisor, M.J. Lawson, and mechanical genius in the back, Greg Sutherland, have always left me reasured that my car is well maintained and in top shape. Always pleasant, and always willing to give me time to explain what the problem is, or what they are recommending to prevent a problem. I NEVER feel like I am being talked into anything that the car actually does not need, and have on multiple occaisions been told by both individuals when I raised various particular concerns, that although a valid concern, not something that need to be addressed at that time - how often will other outside mechanics simply agree and urge you to preform the work you are inquiring about, simply so they get the work ? Not here. That leaves a very calming feeling with me that I am being taken care of, but not being taken for a ride, but also, that much more attentive when they actually do recommend something to be done - it's nice when you have the feeling that someone is actually on your side.Thanks guys. My overall experience with Honda of Dulles dealership has not been a good one. I purchased a used vehicle on false pretenses. The website and the salesman led me to believe that the vehicle was equipped with many accessories that in all actuality it did not have (I.e. Bluetooth audio, navigation, park assist) just to name a few. When I contacted the salesman after discovering that the accessories I wanted were not in the vehicle all he could do was "apologize"? Because of being misled in reference to the accessories of the vehicle it made me question the "quality" of the actual vehicle that I purchased. So I took the vehicle to the dealership, and to my surprise there are thousands of dollars in work that needs to be performed on this vehicle. Again, when I reached out to the salesman I was advised " oh no don't listen to the dealership, they just want money"? As of today, with all my concerns and emails no one from Management has contacted me in order to reconcile any of these issues. Overall, I feel like I have been misled and taken advantage of. This is far most the worst car buying experience that I have ever had and I am thinking of involving my Attorney. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Last Sunday, I turned in a lease a few months early and leased a new Accord. The process was very smooth. The salesman, Dexter Malloy is everything you want in a car salesman: friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. While I was there a long time, he made my stay enjoyable. I don't remember the name of the sales manger, but he was also friendly, straightforward and honest. They assessed the value of my trade in higher than KBB. Other dealerships often use the manager to bring high pressure at the end, but that's not the case here. Also loved Earrett, the finance manager. I highly recommend Honda of Dulles. Make sure you ask for Dexter!

He took me around to look at all the vehicles on the lot so I could get just the right one and made it very easy. We had an appointment that we had to get to so instead of making us wait for the finance dept, Joe put a dealer tag on the car for me and let me head out. They came to our office the next day to finish up the paperwork and pick up the dealer tags. The price was just what they quoted us, no extra fees added at the last minute. Honda of Dulles was our second stop of the morning and we thought we were in for a long day of looking at many dealerships for a used car but in reality, Honda of Dulles ended up being our last stop. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who introduced us to one of their salesman Ron Deberry. Ron quickly let us know it was his first day on the job at this dealership but that he would do whatever he could to make sure we had a great experience. Long story short, we found a vehicle that met our needs, Ron worked closely with the Sales Manager and Jereniah in finance and we were able to put together a deal that worked for both of us. For a new guy on the job, Ron was GREAT to work with. His follow up since buying the car has been outstanding and he exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend that you check out this dealserships for both new and used car needs and remember to ask for Ron Deberry.

They were also trying to presure you with the apperance package and paint protecton junk. They also low balled me on my trade in...took in next store to carmax and they offered me $1000 more. I went there because my car was acting up and the check engine light was on, but they said nothing was wrong. Then, a week after that my transmission broke. This was only the first problem with them though. Two years ago I received a coupon for new spark plugs in my car as part of a lawsuit, and when I tried to use this they said they could not accept it because they claimed two years was too great a time to wait, when the sheet I got said it was good for 15 years.

This was a very disappointing experience for us. We had seen a pre-owned car online that we liked and went to the dealership on Wednesday. Good experience there as they were very friendly and did put the hard sell on there. After leaving on Wednesday we started some negotiations via email for the car we had looked at. The original starting price was about $26,100 and by Saturday morning we had negotiated to $25,200 plus their $449 processing fee. When we went in they pulled the old bait and switch on us. After sitting there for about 45 minutes we were told that the price they had given us was on a different car than the one we had seen on Wednesday and did not have the DVD player. Unbelievable since every email going to them mentioned it was the car with the DVD and we had not looked at any other blue Odyssey's on our first visit. Of course when we asked if they would honor the price they said they couldn't because it was $1,000 difference. That excuse makes no sense because if it was a $1000 difference then the price of that car would have been about $25,100 to start and there would have been no need to negotiate! Definitely did not deal with us in an honest fashion so buyer beware!

Don't trust this dealership! On a Thursday I negotiated and agreed to a purchase of a used car. I live at 50 miles away. An appointment was set for Saturday at 11AM to make sure the car was as advertised and to finalize the purchase. Everything was set. On Friday afternoon I receive a call saying they sold the car. Seems to me that when you agree to a price and you set a time for pickup they could have held the car as stated for 48 hours. DON'T TRUST THEM- They don't honor their word. I am a 19 year old young mother, who works full time as well as college full time. I have such new credit, that it didn't help me at all. I had my mother cosign with me and in doing so was able to lease a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. They dropped the price for me, they worked me into the payments I could afford, and they did it with no money down!! They also threw in a package where I could go to any Honda and get my oil changes and other services taken care of because I live an hour away. They made me feel very comfortable, like they truly cared about me. Arnold called himself the "miracle worker" and they truly did work miracles for me. I will DEFINITELY be recommending all my friends to Honda of Dulles!

They had NO problem selling me thousands of dollars of extra protection, etc. But don't you dare try to USE any of it. I had been searching for months and months for a new car lease, but was left feeling bitter, dizzy and frazzled after going to so many dealers that would give me the runaround and try to screw with me. I was so sickened by the way I was treated and all the stigmas about the car buying process proving true, I thought I would never see the light at the end of the tunnel. Then came, Honda Dulles... I was immediately greeted at the front desk and was asked to wait, but was then immediately greeted by Brandon. He sat us down briefly, asked what our needs were and then encouraged a test drive. Although it was 95 degrees outside, he had no problem at all pulling the car from the back corner of the lot and bringing it around to the front so we could wait inside with the A/C. I am a bit particular and he ended up getting 3 different cars for me, ensuring it was no trouble at all to do so. His "I'm on your side" low pressure sales approach was refreshing, to say the least. He was fair, to the point, didn't use the "waste my time and get me to waste a whole day in there" approach and had no problem at all going to his manager with my offers. He made me feel like he was on my side... Not long after we started negotiating, getting straight to the point, Brandon brought his manager over, Russell, who was very nice, professional and to the point as well. Low pressure, easy going and approachable. I told him my terms, he told me what he could do and fair enough, we shook on it. Done deal... easy, peasy. We had a little hiccup with the credit, but Russell personally offered to look into it further with HQ to see if they could still meet our terms. He offered to let us take the car home and said that he would let us know next day what the outcome was. We opted to not take the car because if we had to bring it back, it would have been a pain since we live 30 miles away and DC traffic is a pain. We were prepared to drive back up the next day after receiving the wonderful news (first thing in the morning, btw) that we were approved and were getting what we wanted, OUR terms. However, Russell took it a step further and offered to deliver the car to my place of work. How convenient?! Another 95+ degree heat day and here comes Brandon with my car, all the way from Dulles to Pentagon City, detailed and already with PERMANENT tags, taking the inconvenience of having to go to the DMV out of my hands. Wow, how much better could this get?! Needless to say, I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and my experience. Maybe this could be a lesson to other dealers out there... a "snake-like" approach, the wheeling and dealing, making a customer feel pressure and/or taken advantage of them, waiting for them to get to their car having left the building and only then willing to negotiate simply doesn't work. There were plenty of cars that I had seen and was happy with prior to my visit to Honda Dulles; a few of which I much preferred and would have bought if it weren't for the daunting, dreadful high pressure sales I had incurred while trying to do so. The laid back approach, the "I'm on your side" feeling each (and every) employee gave, the fact that they seemed to "care" and actually worked with integrity to earn my business, this was priceless to me. I got the car I wanted, the terms I wanted and service unsurpassed by any others I have come across to date. My expectations were not met; they were exceeded. Thanks Brandon and Russell for everything. I couldn't be happier with my "burgundy n gold"... I love my car and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The dealership was willing to go the extra mile to make a deal that I was very comfortable with. They let me drive the vehicle and then just walk out the door where I could do additional research without a hassle. The next day I called to negotiate a price and they were willing to do it over the phone so I didn't have to make the hour and half drive to the dealership for nothing should we not be able to reach a deal. Took minivan in to fix power doors and to have state inspection. Called back to tell me that the engine mounts were broken and needed to be replaced ($800) and the car will not pass state inspection. Checked the state DMV website to find that the engine mounts are not part of the state inspection protocol. Picked up the car immediately (without calling first). Took it to Goodyear in Ashburn and my minivan passed state inspection without any problem. These guys are CROOKS...RUN AWAY.

We bought a loaded Honda Odyssey and they were very competitive with the pricing and also included the 3-year maintenance with the car. After we brought the car home we still needed the roof rack installed. The dealer went the extra mile and picked up and dropped off the car at my house as I have a new enfant at home. I have bought four Honda vehicles from this dealership since 2004. My experiences in the past have been good as far as fair pricing, good periodic servicing, and convenience of dealership hours. My last experience was below par. This was not the fault of James, the sales representative but the fault of the sales manager. John was his first name but I don't recall the last name. He was rather rigid on price negotiations which may be expected but as a recurring customer, uncalled for, and as it turned out the vehicle has a slight scratch on it and they told me to bring it back to be painted. I was told I would be given a pre-owned car as a loaner while the painting was done. When I got there I was told Enterprise Car Rental would pick me up and provide a car at Honda's cost. What they don't cover is the gas you use on the rental as well as insurance you pay to cover any damages. So, instead of just having me keep my trade-in until the painting was done, they caused me out-of-pocket expenses that should have been unnecessary. I was not thrilled over the experience as well as not thrilled that they put an additional 40 miles on my vehicle driving it to the paint contractor. They also didn't see a need to replace the gas they burned up but didn't see a problem that would have to pay for gas used on the rental. On a side note, ever wonder why they have sales representatives when all they end up doing is going to the sales manager who then comes back to you and tells you what he can't do?

I bought my car February 4th and it's been in for service 4 times since. It's a 2008 CPO civic w/ 32k miles. It had a large gash in one of the front tires when I bought it and instead of buying two new tires, they swapped the front two off a 2011 that had 11k miles. They did this on the 6th of February and re-aligned the car. It pulled VERY hard right and I immediately called to let them know I'd be back to have it re-done. I recently moved over an hour away from Dulles Honda so it's difficult for me to drive there during the week now, but I've had to bring it in 4 times for the same problem-- they keep giving me the car back after an "alignment" and the car continues to pull hard right. Keilan Palacios is the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with. I bought a $20k vehicle and gave him a large downpayment and he had the audacity to call me a "Kid." I had two witnesses with me that heard him say it. He and his management staff should be embarrassed of their actions and the way they've handled this situation. The general manager was stomping around like a madman and wouldn't even speak to me. It's completely unacceptable that I have to keep going back to have my car aligned and they can't make it work properly. I believe they owe me a new set of tires for the vehicle because the issue was there before I bought the car and was brought to their attention before I signed for it. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I will not stop until this issue is resolved and I receive a formal apology from Keilan Palacios and the entire management staff of Honda of Dulles.

This morning they recommended brake service and said we could drive it to work and come back at night to get it done. Tonight they said both rotors needed replacement and it would be $100 more than estimated earlier. They were either incompitant in the morning or illegitimate at night. No matter what it is unlikely we will buy (something we planned in the next 60 days) or service with them again. We will even consider other brands more seriously.

Every time I took it there, I was always surprised with unexpected charges and received a lot of pressure to buy additional "recommended" services. The salesman, Jason Donahue, spent hours with me making sure I understood exactly how to use my car before I finally drive my new car. I'm very pleased that they worked beyond the nature of their service like asking we if how am I feeling since I just had an accident a week ago. They were very accommodating like asking me and my friends if we wanted anything to drink. Even after I bought my car, Jason called me just to ask if everything was fine or if I have any problem, I'll just give him a call or drop by coz he'll answer them as soon as he can. I hated their Car repair service. I live in Ashburn and I have Honda civic 1998 one owner car, 100K miles. My check engine light got on and I took it to them. Intially after diagnosis they told me its gonna cast $325. I agreed. After few hours they called me after chaging parts that it needs more repair and gave me estimation of $700. Well I agreed. Then they told me it needs a fuse and that will be available tomorrow. Now I was stuck because they already changed few parts. So the final bill was $1167. I paid that money and after 1 day my car stopped at the middle of waxpool road. I almost got killed because they cars come at very high speed. I took my car back to them 3 times and after a day it stops. Now they told me that the have a mechanic who has 32 years experience with Honda and he thinks that some wiring needs to be replaced which connects the car computer. since car engine light just turned on and now it is not even moving I agreed for more repairs. They charged me $138 more. All it means that my car didnt need any alternator to be changed, battery or any other parts. Thats how their diagnostics process works. The even dont know what needs to be changed in the car. So today 1/13/2012 my cars engine light came back and when I took my car again, they are telling me that it needs a new computer which is $1000. What the hell .If you guys knew that my car needs a new computer why u keep on changing parts and charging me for nothing. my car is still at the shop. I received an excellent customer service when i went to purchase my Honda CRV. Singh was very friendly in giving me all the information on the car and going through its manual. If it weren't for his way of handling the sale of the car, I wouldn't have purchased from the Dulles dealer and might have looked futher. Not only that but when the car tire was cut, he helped me find my way at the dealer that day and get it done right away, saving me time and effort as this happened on a saturday. I would recommend him to anyone I know who would want to buy a Honda. i still contact Singh should I need to ask anything regarding my car.

They'll screw you with a smile. For a Door Lock Actuator they tried to charge me $294.75 quoting $85 for the part. Actual cost for the part is $37 and 1 hour labor. They also wanted $100 to diagnose the problem. That charge disappeared fortunately. Front Brake Pads and resurface / turn Rotors they tried to charge me $395.00 quoting $99 for parts. Actual cost for parts is $55 or so shipped, OEM. With labor cost averages $100 - $250 for the front. They wanted $800 to get both sides done. Along with those they wanted to change my power steering fluid, transmission fluid and pollen? filter for $105-$110 a piece. No thanks. 2007 Honda Civic 65k miles. Shop around, get a second opinion. Don't agree to anything up front. Check how much the stuff should cost first.

Last year I purchased a CPO Honda Pilot. I took my car to Carmax to have it appraised and was informed that the entire passenger side of the SUV was had been repainted thus they gave me a greatly reduced quote. I sent numerous emails and left a phone message to Keilan wishing to discuss this as he's the used Manager. I finally stopped by as he would not return either email or phone messages. Customer service implies just that, serving the customer. When you don't respond you aren't.I stopped by this evening and expressed my concerns that I had been sold a CPO car that had been repainted which devalues the car. He accused me of slander, libel, and extortion. Yes I feel that having paid CPO prices for a car that had been repainted which would surely devalue the car was extortion. If Carmax was able to determine the car had been repainted, then Dulles Honda should have been able to determine that. I know the car has not been repainted in the year I have owned it. So that leaves two other possibilities: one the 150 point inspection done at Honda of Dulles is less thorough than Carmax's once over or they didn't disclose the car had been repainted. So this is not libel as libel is based upon lies. The discussion I had there was not slander either as that would also be based upon lies. Not that it appears Keilan know the definition of either. I suppose Carmax could have lied about the car being repainted but that seems a bit unlikely. Did Keilan acknowledge that they have no duty to disclose a car being repainted, you bet. Did he insinuate that I could have painted the car and then tried to extort money from them and setting a precedent for them being open to a future slew of claims, you bet. Don't think buying CPO means you shouldn't worry... heck maybe you should have the car looked at my Carmax instead and find out for yourself if it's the real deal.Do I think a manager should accuse a customer of slander, libel, and extortion, well maybe it's more what do you think. Would you choose to go a place like that? To each his own. If anything, Keilan would be guilty of slander per se for accusing me of trying to commit a crime, extortion. Disclaimer for the record: this is absolutely the opposite of "reckless disregard for the truth", it is based up on my opinion, and these statements were made in a good faith and reasonable belief that they were true.

My wife brought our car in for a state inspection. They told my wife that the brakes barely passed and would need replacing before leaving the dealership otherwise it would be to unsafe to be on the road. Wait a minute, if they passed inspection then how is it they are an accident waiting to happen? When I called the story was very much different. Suddenly they brakes had two months of life left, but the brake shoes and the drums would need replacing because there was too much rust, and would cost me nearly $700. I paid for my state inspection, and left, driving the next morning over to Midas to get a second opinion. They did acknowledge the brakes were low but said my drums were in average condition, nowhere needing replacing. I got my brakes done for less than $250, a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. So in short I've learned: *They give a different story to someone who they thought they could take advantage of*They lied about the severity (how could the be deadly brakes if they pass a state inspection)*They over inflated thier prices or try to make you spend more for service not required.I miss Leesburg Honda, they actually had a good service department, these guys are all new and obviously have a different agenda than honest service.

I went to one of these auto shops trying to fix a problem with my accord. They told me it would cost me almost $500 because I have a broken something or another. I went for a second opinion and Im so glad I found Honda of Dulles. It was a fifty dollar part and they charged me a hour to install it. For less money and better quality I got all my problems solved. Thank you Honda of Dulles.

I would definitely use this dealership again. All staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We did not feel rushed and walked away with a great deal...and a great car. When I mentioned feeling hungry, my salesman brought us some nice hot pizza!! The general manager rushed my registration through so I could apply for personalized plates and the sales manager personally worked with us on pricing. Many times after buying a car I feel that I have been bamboozled, but not this time. I felt all employees we dealt with were very up front and honest. Go buy a car from Waly....he rocks!!

I came to Honda needing an oil change. The last place I went to messed up my drain plug and I had to replace it and I wasnt too happy with that. I wasnt too sure about the price different but I wanted to be assured that it would get done correct. To my surprise the price wasnt too much more and I know it got done correct, and in a timely manner. I will be back for all my service needs from now on.

Over the phone, Honda of Dulles gave us the best price in the area, confirmed that the vehicle we wanted was in stock, and told us the current interest rate through Honda financing. We walked in the door and there were no surprises and we got the deal we expected. They did not play any games with us. The whole purchase process took longer than we expected, and they could have managed our expectations better in that regard, but I don't see that they were any different than any other dealership in that way. When we called with follow-up questions, the sales team remembered who we were, returned our calls promptly, and addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. We would buy from Honda of Dulles again.

This past Tuesday morning I went to Honda Dulles. I had been looking at selling my 2007 V6 with high miles and getting a used, newer-model 4 cyl. with less miles and had just the day before been looking at Honda's and Camry's. I've owned two previous Accord sedans and was entertaining the idea of getting a Toyota. When I arrived I was introduced to Anoop (or Al as most there call him) and was VERY impressed with his friendliness and willingness to really listen to what I wanted. I've dealt with many automobile sales associates in the past and by and large Al was the best of them all.After narrowing down my choices based on price, mileage, and style I test drove a couple of vehicles that were in the running. They both went well and we returned to the dealership. I then asked what they'd price my car at if I were to sell/trade it in to them (no liens and paid in full). They manager took it out and after a while came back and Al brought the offer in writing. It was much better than Carmax or the Toyota dealership I'd been dealing with and was closer to what the various used car pricing guides were. After this I had more faith in the dealership. If they were actually not trying to undercut the value of my car then that was a good sign.After a few more hours and meeting with the Finance rep. who got me a great rate (as good as I could have gotten on my own with my bank) I completed the purchase of the car. By that time Al had already transferred my plates as well as retrieved my county sticker from the window. They had detailed the car and it was sitting outside waiting.I cannot credit Al and all I worked with enough. I'm impressed enough that this will be the first dealer I go to when we purchase another car later this summer for my wife.

We had a great experience. We specifically wanted a black Pilot which they did not have in stock and they received one from another dealership so that we could be happy. Also, we were originally looking to buy a Pilot from a dealership in Woodbridge as they offered a low USAA price. This dealership was willing to negotiate with us and give us a low price pretty similar to the USAA price at the Woodbridge dealership.During the process of buying the car which was late on a Wednesday night, my husband had to go home because our sitter had to leave and I was left to finish the paperwork as I was the signer on the loan. They arranged for me to get a ride home without us even asking for that. The sales/general manager did this for us and it was extremely helpful. We are thrilled with the service we received and would come here again. Mike was a helpful and reliable salesperson, and he's very sweet.Thanks for everything! It was time for an upgrade on my Accord and I wasnt sure if mine was worth anything. I went to one dealer (not to be mentioned) and I felt so pressured and got a really bad vibe. The following week my sister told me about Honda of Dulles. She has been getting her routine maintenance their and hasnt had any issues. I thought I would give them a shot. When I pulled up I was greeted with a smile from Teresa. She wasnt pushy at all, listened to what we wanted, and serviced our needs. We took a drive in a brand new car, I was in love. I wasnt sure If I could get approved for it but we went for it. Meanwhile they started to inspect my old Accord and were going to making a offer for a trade in. I wasnt expecting much but they well over exceeded my expectations which put me just over to be able to get the new car. Im so happy with my purchase and especially the service I received from Honda of Dulles.

I purchased a 2011 Honda Fit from this dealership because it was geographically close to my house and the ratings for its former ownership (Leesburg Honda) were positive. The salesperson, Andre, either lied about the model he was trying to sell me (stating that it had stability control when it did not) or was ignorant about the vehicle's features. When I pointed out the error and demanded a different model he tried to convince me that this option that I wanted was not technically necessary, "That's just to keep the car from hydroplaning at highway speed." Some other issues:1. Tried to include >$50 labor fee to install floor mats.2. Tried to include >$50 labor fee to install cargo mat.3. Salesperson did not show up for appointment to finalize purchase/take delivery (nobody knew where he'd gone - another salesperson stepped in as we were about to leave and scrap the deal.)4. Sales manager tried to slip in >$2,800 worth of extended warranties and servicing at closing.5. Was convinced to pre-purchase 36,000 miles worth of oil changes for $195 - thinking that I would get about 7 changes for that price ($28/change at every 5,000 miles) but will only get 4 ($49/change at every 7,500 miles.)6. Center console - aftermarket option included as part of the purchase - was not listed on the sales sheet, but its cost was included in the price. Had to catch them on the error and make them write it into the contract before signing.The dealership is clean, easily accessible, and has comfortable waiting areas so I'm not going to give it a one-star rating for overall experience, but I made a mistake in giving this organization my business. They didn't deserve it. I had an excellent experience at the Bill Page dealership on Rte. 50 in Falls Church back in the 90's and should've gone there instead. I do not trust these people. I will get my pre-purchased oil changes on schedule and, otherwise, never set foot in the building again.

The experience of trying to buy 2 new cars at once at this dealership was a nightmare. Even though we had an appointment to finalize paperwork for both cars several days in advance, the cars were not available. We test drove a car, completed initial paperwork, and made an appointment for 6 days later to finalize the paperwork, trade in a car, and buy the new one. Two days later we decided we needed a second car, and informed the dealership by phone of this. We fully expected to drive 2 new cars home after our appointment Instead, there were no cars available. We waited for hours for information to be sent from other dealers on cars which were to be transferred. Even though the next day was a very busy one for us (of which we informed more than one employee), we could come in for a short time. We told an employee this again when we spoke with him the next day to confirm the cars were at the dealership. We asked that all paperwork be prepared so that all we had to do was sign and leave. Instead we were expected to be there for hours while they dealt with a computer system that wasn't printing out the correct information-information that should have already been prepared. The staff completely wasted our time. We spoke to two managers who were not helpful at all. They just stared at us when we, very angrily, said why we were upset and that we were leaving. The only remark of note made by one manager was that he heard me say "Now" (in reference to the fact that we needed to leave, and our keys should be returned and our tags replaced) three times. Since he didn't move or say anything until our voices began to get louder and we kept getting angrier, I felt it was necessary to say it repeatedly.The customer service at this dealership was the poorest I've experienced in any business. There was no apology, and everyone was fine with two people leaving very angry. The staff did not listen to us or show much respect.
