In both cases, we told him what we were looking for an he had the car waiting for us when we arrived. He also made sure we had an appointment with the finance department and we were in and out in less than an hour and a half. Would never deal with anyone else!

Cliff Jenkins was very helpful and attentive to my needs. It was an easy experience buying from this dealership and they have many ways to obtain the vehicle you are looking for. The car had one dead headlight bulb but I do not consider that the fault of the sales department. Their shop needs to be a little more intensive with their inspections if they are going to point that out as an advantage in buying their cars, however the car I bought was otherwise in great condition.

Ww couuld not fnd the Honda we wanted at our local dealership so we decided to shop on line. Autonation had the exact model and color CR-V we were looking for.Their internet department gave our inquiry a quck response and price quote. We negotiated a price by phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When we arrived at the dealership Dagmar Mirate had the car prepped and ready to go. The price was exactly as agreed on, All questions were thouroughly answered. The finance department handled the paper work quickly without pressuring us to add on unwanted services. We had been looking for almost three weeks dealing primarily with the Honda dealer, lots of back and forth. One car we were interested in sold, so we had to look for others.We eventually narrowed it down to two cars on two different lots. Rather than go from lot to lot, the Honda dealer had the other car brought over so that we could do a test drive. We did not make it easy on the dealer, but the sales person was more than willing to work with us. Not only to find a car, but get us a deal better than what was advertised.

Our salesman Pete (King of the Test Drive) was terrific. He understood that we just wanted to get info on some Hondas (Civic, Accord and CRV), either to lease new or buy used. We test drove five vehicles. He was very patient and NOT pushy. I suppose it is easier to sell cars that sell themselves. Everything was great until it was time to be financed. The sales woman that worked with me, Casey, was very knowledgable and helpful, but it took almost two hours to get my financing papers written up, even after I was approved. Once the papers were written up, the process went smoothly again. Casey told us they were down a financial officer, that's why the wait was so long, but I feel they should have gotten someone else in to cover. All in all, it really was a great experience, everyone was very nice throughout the process, and the long wait is my only complaint.

Dealer demonstrated attention to detail and followed up on questions she did not know. While they did not have the lowest price I was offered, it was fair and worth it not to have to deal with the games other dealers or her other colleagues play.

I had a similar experience a couple of years ago, I stopped in just to take a look at the Honda CRV, and that day ended with me trading in my Honda Fit and driving out with a beautiful CRV, which I must say has been my favorite car of all the cars I've owned over the years. The first time I visited AutoNation in Valencia, I informed the Internet Manager, Casey Helton, that I wanted a 2016 dark blue Pilot. She informed me that she didn't have one at this time, but would contact me when she get's one in. Approximately one month later, she called me to let me know that she has the vehicle that I want. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and bought it that day. I thought that Casey forgot about me and the vehicle that I requested, but she came through. Also, she told me that they would fill the tank up with gas, but when I got the car, I noticed that they didn't fill it up. I called Casey and she told me to bring it in and she would fill it up for me. Casey Helton was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and made my sales event easy and calming. Two thumbs up for Casey Helton and AutoNation in Valencia!!

Even though we communicated over email, she was very clear and detailed with her communication where it left no room for any misunderstanding when I was ready to purchase the car. Upon arrival, Cliff the Lease and Sales Manager had the vehicle ready for me and was very accommodating even after I changed my mind on the interior of the car. The only compliant I had was the wait for the Finance Manger to help finish the paper work. When I did meet with Jennifer the Finance Manger, she was great. We normally work through the fleet manager or on-line purchasing, however, we were visiting the different dealerships with our daughter to determine if we wanted a Honda, Kia, Toyota or Mazda. So on this day we worked with saleman Leo Tisa. He was extremely helpful and showed us all options for purchasing a Civic from Used to New. He particularly assisted my daughter who the car was for. Toyota would not talk to her or assist her with fitting in the Prias (5'10), Mazda never had any sales person even offer to help us. Kia was very helpful but in the end the Soul did not match up to the Civic. Our saleman was so helpful we decided to come back and purchase the car through him rather than on-line for the same price I might add.

Went to go check out a used Mustang car, the guy that was showing me the car was great, I test drove the car it was great. The car was convertible but we could not get the convertible down the latch was stuck even with 2 hands we could not get it unlock, it had a long glue trail on the convertible top where someone had slashed it, car did needed to be repainted a lot of faded spots, the third brake light was all faded will need to get replaced, I made an offer of what i thought the car was worth, and the management was telling me that the car is 12 years old and I explained to the guy that the car is at a dealer and when you buy at the dealer the car should be in great shape, you should not add money to a car especially when buying from a dealer. Helpful Honda Dealer i think not..

I went on Sat morning just to check out and research cars since mine was 9 years old and I wanted to get a car that had better mileage. I went to five dealers and only 3 out of the five were good. But the best dealer experience was when I went to AutoNation and met John C. who was very professional, not pushy or fake. I explained I was just checking out cars and so he took me for a test drive. I really liked the car. I proceeded to look at other cars but when I got home, I decided to get the Honda Fit. I just wanted to make sure the price I saw was a good one from AutoNation, so I went on a website that checks out prices to assure you your price would be fair. I then decided to buy my Honda Fit from AutoNation because John was such a genuinely great salesperson who gave me information about the car and explained all the features. I was very impressed because it isn't the case for most dealerships to really care about the customer. I then called up John and thought I would have to wait until Sunday afternoon before I could make a deal and buy the car. However, John said come in and I will take care of everything. He had already been there since early morning so I thought I would have to wait but I didn't and I went home with a new car. I traded in my old Honda. The general manager ok'd the deal and everything was fine. Heather made the financial arrangements and the total car buying experience was truly delightful and I was good to go! The sales team was not pushy or aggressive and listened to what we wanted and never veered off that course. I recently was in need of a second car as my daughter had just gotten her license and I knew we could not function as a one car family. They gave top dollar for my trade in. BEWARE of the finance department. Mrs. Bull is a tough cookie. She will press and press and press more attempting to make you purchase an extended warranty. One of her phrases, "that's just a dumb decision, I mean I've sold cars for 12 years and that's just dumb, not to mention your buying a GMC". If you can tough out the finance department this is probably one of the best places to purchase a vehicle in California. I appreciated there honesty and fairness. Saw a 2012 used Accord on Mother's day and asked the sales person to email an estimate on buying the Accord or leasing a new 2014 Accord. We were trading in a low milage 2011 Civic. The sales person took the info on the Civic for the trade-in value and my credit application. I fully expected a call the next day. No call on Monday so I called them and they knew nothing about our interset in either car. The sales manager did, finally, email the requested info on Tuesday morning. My wife went to the dealer late Tuesday afternoon to test drive the 2012 Accord and liked it but couldn't put a deposit on the car. She was told that because all the info was in my name she couldn't even purchase the car without starting over, plus they told her that the car was scheduled to be sent to a tent sale at some other dealership. After work on Tuesday I met her there and purchased the car only to find out, as I was leaving the dealership, that they only had one key for the car and that it had no owners manual. Great. They said I could purchase a second key at a discount, $45/key, $100 to program it. They relented and gave me the second key!

Bought a new Honda Civic Hybrid thru Dave S. Dave showed me some technology features and helped setup Bluetooth. I am very happy with the car and the customer service was exceptional. Dave programmed in all my favorite radio stations etc and has followed up via phone and email in the days after the sale.

I had a positve experience with our car shopping at Auto Nation Honda Valencia. The sale agent Mr.Eduard Kabateraine was very pleasant,professional in dealing with us. He did not pressure us to buy the car.He was very accommodating and answered all our concerns and questions . We bought a honda accord EX-L. Few days after the car purchase, he called and left a msg on our answering machine asking if we have any questions or if everything is ok with the car. I appreciated his gesture of calling to check if we had questions or if everything was ok with the car.

Had been looking for Kia Rio as a used vehicle and found this one online, contacted via cars. com and right away I was contacted by Gideon Larranaga as to the vehicle. It had all I wanted so he would hold it for me till I could see it the following day. Since it was his day off Gideon had Rudy Rodiguiez take care of me and all went well. They were willing to work with me to get me into the car at my price. Even in Finance Andy was amazing and explained everything to me. Great experience! This is my 4th Honda at this dealership, and the second one this year. Sales person was great, not pushi at all. Nevertheless the final part of the purchase, the financial service was really slow. Both times they only had one person in financial office and that took most of the time. The fact that I went back for another car demonstrates it was a great experience after all!

I really liked the sales manager Dustin--even though he wasn't the one we wound up sealing the deal with. The buying process is long and arduous, but that is to be expected.

The sales folks were good until we got into the financing process. I told them that I was a member of a credit union and when I did that boy did the fun begin. I was told that they work hand in hand with my credit union and know that they generally don't finance used cars passed 3 yrs and my payments would be higher than what I wanted them to be. Well no wonder. Auto Nation Valencia Honda tried locking me into a 9.99% interest rate and for 54 months to get my payments where I wanted them to be. This was because my credit score was low as they reported to me. This was a Sunday so I called the credit union the next business day and not only I found out that they would finance my car for 48 months but because the interest rate was 3.69% it lowered my payments even more. This is not exclusive to just Valencia Honda as I shopped a lot of the Auto Nation dealerships in the Santa Clarita Valley over the course of 3 weeks looking for the right car and the right financing but was told the same line as earlier. This was very disappointing to hear as they knew they had me in a bind but low and behold when I called my credit union and had them run my credit for a loan they told me my credit score was alot higher than was reported to me by the dealership. Therefore I was able to take advantage of the better interest rate and saved well over $1700 in additional monthly payments and interest charges over the life of the loan. Good job Auto Nation

Our Honda Pilot buying process was excellent. We had received some internet quotes and had spoken with Bryan on the phone. AutoNation Valencia was actually not the lowest quote but Bryan said to bring in the other quotes (West Hills) and AN Valencia would work to match it. When we arrived Bryan was busy so he had us work with his partner, Heather Bull. Heather was great. We took a test drive and then spent a few minutes on the price and she got us into the right price range. The whole process unfortunately takes time (difficult when you have a 5-year old boy with you) but Heather was a professional the entire time. We used the Honda 0.9% financing since it beat my credit union so that was a little bit of extra time while we filled out the forms and Honda ran our credit. While we did the financing, Heather had the Pilot cleaned up and filled with gas. When we took delivery, she helped sync our phones and then we were on our way. I highly recommend the super internet sales duo of Heather and Bryan. That is the way car buying should be!

Worst dealership experience ever. I'm not sure how they are in business. Their initial offer on a monthly lease for a 2013 Civic was so outrageous and offensive that I had to just walk out. I got the exact same car at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills for $150 less per month. Read that last sentence again. $150 DOLLARS LESS PER MONTH! Just ridiculous. And I was a returning Honda customer too. Don't waste your time with this dealership. Take the short drive to Galpin and get a great deal on a Honda.

They did contact me to tell me that the monthly payment had gone down since they reworked the loan and that i didnt have to bring the money i had told them i would bring in. I originally went to this dealer looking to buy a pre-owned 2010 Honda Civic. However, the day that I visted the site, the car had just be sold the day before! John, the salesman, was very experienced and knowledgeable in discussing my options with me. And then Heather took it from there! Her demeanor excelled beyond my expectations from a car dealership. She set everything up for me pertianing to the paperwork and payments. In the end, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2013 Honda Civic Coupe. Power Honda's service has not stopped there! Heather called me a few days later to check up on how I am enjoying the car and insisted that she is available for any questions she can answer or assistance she can provide by just calling her. Although buying a car is overwhelming and nerve-wrecking, the environment and "helpful Honda dealers" from Power Honda Valencia eased my nerves and made the process memorable.

We contacted through cars.com and got a very quick response from Heather, we explained our whole situation in wanting to trade our Nissan Armada for the Toyota Avalon XLS after going back and forth a few e-mails she knew exactly what we needed to do so when we drove down to see the car it was waiting in front for us, we took it for a test drive and loved. We were out of there in our new car in 3 hrs that night! Everything went fast and easy and very smooth! I would recommend the only thing is that they get a taco bell or some kind of fast food in the place while your waiting on paperwork or getting the car detailed =) Thanks so much for everything!

Submitted a few requests online to try and get some pricing information before the wife and I stopped in to have a look at their selection. The sales team in the internet dept were extremely slow to respond (it took a few days to get a call back) and were not willing to give quotes via email, and preffered you stop in person. Sorry, but refused to play that game and went with another dealer instead.

I took my honda pilot in initially for a check engine light. They first diagnosed it as a loose gas cap and charge me for a new one suspecting that it was leaking vapors. Weeks later, the check engine light came on again, they reset it for me no charge. Again, the light came on in addition to the VTM light (4WD warning.) I got fed up they did a leak test to find the source but no results. I took it to my independent mechanic and he found that a rodent chewed up my electrical wires, which caused the lights on the dash to illuminate. My independent mechanic even saved the frayed wiring to show me as proof.

We called this dealer looking for a car that was listed on Cars.com, first call no one answered the phone. Second try we actually got through to a person, they proceed to get all of our information before they would tell us if the car was still on the lot. After 5 minutes of being on hold, a new salesman comes on the line and says "It is at our South Bay location." To which we say where is that? Salesman, oh near the airport... hello this is LA which airport?? He then tries to get us to come in and fill out paper work, hello the car isn't there why would come to you to fill out paper work? Overall this dealship needs some help!

Had been looking for a used Honda Pilot for months. Knew my price range and what a good deal was. Had looked at Pilots in Cerritos, Carson, Orange, and Simi Valley. Power Honda had two, but not what I wanted. Jacob, the sales person was great! Found a Pilot that had not even hit the floor! Let me test drive it, twice. Jacob had the service department work on it and check it over. Negotiated a great price to keep my business in the Santa Clarita Valley. The only thing was the time it took to do the paperwork and pay... took forever.
