I want to thank Jason for all his help! The first day we met he greeted me and was very helpful. The day before purchase he stayed lates and ran numbers so I could get into the vehicle I wanted with a payment I could afford. My salesman's name was Bryan, and he did an excellent job getting me a great deal on a 2012 Chevy Malibu when I came in. I had originally came in intending to look at cheaper vehicles, as I was purchasing on a budget, and I don't have great credit or a lot of capital for a large down payment. Bryan ended up getting me a way better deal than I expected on a newer/better car than I had expected. Very low interest rate, they were able to work with me on a low monthly payment and low down payment even though I don't have great credit established. I even contacted Bryan after the 5 day period explaining my key remote lock button wasn't working, and he offered to replace it on the dealerships dime instead of me having to pay for it myself. This is the second car me and my wife have purchased from this dealership and we are very happy and would recommend to friends and family.

I had done some research and knew I wanted either a Mazda CX-5 or Hyundai Tuscon. After test driving the Mazdas I went to the Hyundai dealer to try the Tuscons. I also let them know that I was wasn't buying right away. They were respectful and let me know to take my time. The Hyundai sold itself and the warranty was outstanding. This Tuscon is the nicest car I've ever owned and the sales manager Paloma help me get it at a manageable price. I couldn't be happier

I just purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from AutoNation over this last weekend. It was by far the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. Since my warranty was running out on my 2013 Sonata, I decided to peruse the inventory on line and try to determine the trade in value of my current vehicle. Even with high mileage at 99,000, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of value that was provided me at the AutoNation website. As expected, a salesman called me the following day to help me determine the exact value of my trade in and help me find a new Sonata. What I did not expect was the professional soft sale technique I found dealing with the AutoNation sales representative, Bryan McGovern. He recognized me upon arrival at the dealership, was eager to help, respected my time which is pretty limited these days, provided a wealth of information, and patiently answered all of my questions. There was no hassle and no haggling. I purchased a much nicer Sonata with many more features with no money down, essentially the same monthly payment and a 125,000 warranty. It was exactly what I wanted to happen and that never happens. All around great experience!

Paloma Moore was wonderful to deal with and was very helpful in getting the vehicle i found even when it meant sending someone to Austin to get it. I am very happy with the vehicle i got so far :-). I have owned a Hyundai for 10 years now (santa fe, Veloster and now Tucson). I love the price/value you get with a Hyundai. So far i had one problem in those 10 years and it was solved swiftly and without hassle (the trunk button disintegrated a couple of years ago ;-)). Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Love the car, the mileage, and the way it drives. Lots of technology in this car so we opted for the full 10yr./100000 mile warranty which gives us 7 years and about 77000 miles left. My only complaint is on the Hybrid battery warranty. We were told it was lifetime but after reading through the manual, we found it to be for the original owner only. We still get the 10/100000 though.

Wonderful staff, professional at all times, offered water, kept the communication throughout the whole process. Great handoff from salesman to finance manager and so on, simply a good process. Could be a little more kid friendly, they get a little restless-just a recommendation while parents are working with salesman or finance manager maybe a high school student job opportunity hire to entertain the children, possible coloring books, piece of property to have swing set or something of the sort so parents can focus with out kids nagging. just a recommendation not anything this dealership didn't do.

Hyundai Autonation has always treated us very well....their staff is quite friendly, courteous, and very professional. They are always willing to answer all of our questions....we never feel rushed or neglected. After receiving numerous emails and phone calls in January of this year from another dealership in town, we decided to give them a try...we were very disappointed! After being there for three hours and filling out paper work, we were told they would contact us the next day. Well, the call never came. We felt so disappointed...our time was wasted and the salesman was, simply, dishonest. We learned our lesson. So, when we decided to look for a vehicle again....we went back to Hyundai. We had quite the opposite experience. Honest, upright, and friendly!! We will continue to visit Hyundai for all our vehicle needs in the future.

Best auto buying experience of my life. AWESOME! I had done a lot of the ground work online with the sales associate, so when I went in to the dealership the process was so easy to complete. I didn't have to haggle with anyone or deal with pushy salesmen. My salesperson was the nicest guy I've ever dealt with and the financial side of it was even better. They weren't in a room far away. They were easy and came back with an even better deal than I had thought and better interest rate so I was able to get more add-ons with my vehicle than I thought. The sales manager also met us on our way out and offered her business card and asked us to call her if we had any issues. Overall, I already recommend this dealership and my sales associate to all my friends and family. I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle which will be real soon.

AutoNation Hyundai in Corpus has very professional and knowledgeable sales people. Initially Ed took good care of us and then Neal took over. Neal showed excellent skills trying to find some cars that could meet our expectations and what we were trying to acquire and working with Management when needed. The process was quite long (nearly 2 days) but he was very patient and understanding. By the 2nd day we finally narrowed it down and decided on a nice Sonata/Limited with a few more options. The other individuals we dealt with such as Paloma, Jason and Brian were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I regret was that a day later when I checked the tires pressure they all were at 45 psi (cold) instead of the specified 34 psi. But that was not direct responsibility of Neal, it was a mistake made by someone in Service when they prepared the car.

Love the Car, it has everything I needed.Only issues is the Push Button Starter does not always make a connection like it should.it is finiky. You have to have had the key in the car for a few seconds before starting the engine and your foot has to first be placed on the break............. then you push the button and the car will start. Other wise it locks up and does not start. It is very finiky.

AutoNation Hyundai Corpus Christi is the best place to purchase a car and their continuing service is also excellent. Professional and courteous staff - always working FOR you. John Jewel worked hard for us to find exactly the car we wanted - low mileage, certified pre-owned and a great price! And Brad in service went above and beyond for us on a warranty issue on one of our older Hyundai's. We love our Hyundai's (we now have 3!) and we won't go anywhere else to buy or service our vehicles.

Red McCombs in San Antonio wasn't giving me the respect and service a customer deserves. We decided to try Auto Nation in Corpus Christi. Alex, or like our family likes to call him "The Boss Alex" was great. He was able to answer all our questions and was able to get us exactly the cars (2) we were looking to buy. Additionally, since he speaks both spanish and english flawlessly, my wife and my mother were able to understand the whole process that much better. Our salesman as Joey and he was great! He brought us every vehile we wanted to try and new his stuff when it came to answering our questions. He helped us compare prices and features of each vehicle and got us at the monthly payment we wanted. Joey and Paloma stayed late to make sure my husband and I were taken care of and got the paperwork done. Paloma is the one who handled the paperwork we signed. Went to the store by a referral to speak with Ed Marshall regarding the new Sonatas. He was very friendly and ask if we would like to test drive a new vehicle. Great vehicle. I decided to work on a price and Ed did not make me feel pressured or obligated to buy. He believes in his products and showed us all the great features and great gas mileage that the car has. I don't shop often but when I do I expect to be net by someone capable and willing to answer any and all questions, volunteer information, show as many cars and features as necessary, and take as much time as needed to convince me of pride and faith in the product, desire to make a sale and most of all that I am oat the right dealership to be certain of being a satisfied customer whether or not I buy. Because I was early to the showroom, Edgar, from the service department, began my experience in just that way. Truly, he saved the sale, because I would not have stayed to wait for the sales rep. Edgar took time to show me my business was important to him. He showed me what models were available for what i was interested in, explained all of my inquiries and let us test drive our first vehicle. When the showroom opened, Edgar asked, and then put me in touch with Jerry Bibb who continued my shopping experience equal to Edgar. Comfort, safety, size, features, mileage, service, warranty and cost were all considered and explained. Another test drive was made and after looking over several more vehicles. By the time I made my decision, I was running into a time conflict, but Jerry and the financial department were very efficient and were able to process and finalize everything to allow my 16 year old daughter to drive away in her new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS. What a happy girl. Thanks to Edgar for holding the sale, and a big thanks to Jerry for being the salesman I needed and expected.

I had been looking at hybrids for several months. Several of them were comparable and about equal in mileage, However the Sonata stood out. I traded in a 2008 Sonata GLS. That car was great and it really would have been our car for many more years, but I wanted the mileage of a Hybrid. This is our third Sonata and I am very pleased. I am actually getting over 37 mpg in the city. I want to brake it in slow before I take it for a long highway run. It's so quiet I have to double check my gauges to make sure it's running. It also handles like sports car. I bought the limited version and so it came with a bunch of nice options. The electronic toys work great. The blue tooth and navigation are fantastic. I have really come to appreciate the backup camera. Overall I cannot think of anything that falls short of any expectations. I would buy another one any day.

Being a first time car buyer, i was very nervous. I went to several different lots and talked to a lot of different people. Everyone always made me feel nervous and with no confidence that I could do this. This is a big deal to me! They wouldn't let me speak up. They all over talked me and told me what I would like instead of listening to me of what I wanted. Well, when I pulled up at Autonation Hyundai, I was greeted by Jerry Bibb's. He let me talk and he listened. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the vehicles. The first vehicle that I test drove, I wanted it! He made that whole experience a breeze for me. He left me alone when I needed to make decisions. He wasn't pushy. I told him I needed to sleep on it and he understood and didn't follow me out the door. So I called him when they opened the next day and told him I wanted it and I went in and bought it. Everyone was nice there. Wonderful experience. I bought the Santa Fe Sport. I love it! I smile every time I get behind the wheel. Thank you Jerry!!!

I do like my new Hyundai very much. It took me a long time to decide. I had been to 13 dealerships and no one made me feel like they were working for me. I went to AutoNation Ford & Honda and felt like I was bothering them. I was recommended to Jose Rodriguez so I gave it a change. A rear end collision totaled my 2012 Genesis Sedan recently and my injuries were limited to some back muscle issues that are expected to resolve in 4-6 weeks...NO NECK OR SHOULDER INJURIES! This is thanks to the safety features built into the headrests. I replaced the 2012 with a 2013 Genesis Sedan because I know how protected I am in this vehicle. And, it is a beautiful car with great features. The service I received in arranging for the purchase was so convenient using their e-mail access... I strongly recommend the Hyundai Genesis Sedan to anyone who values safety but wants a vehicle that has great styling..

I went to the dealership in search of a used car in place of my fairley trade in vehicle. Not know much about cars, I was greeted by Mr. Richard Alvarado and shown around the lot at good priced used vehicles. When I had expressed an interested in possibly buying something new he asked me what I would be interested in. Without much detail from myself, he said he had just the car for me. He took me straight to the new 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and I instantly fell in love! Car shopping doesn't happen often for anyone, so when the time comes you hope for an easy/fun experieance. And I got that and more! Mr. Richard Alvarado was down to earth, easy going and didnt try to "sell" me any car. He knew what I wanted and gave me the best possible deal. I am very thankful!

As my Toyota broke down one intersection before I could get it to Toyota dealers, I ended up at Chapion Hyundai's shop. They dignosed the problem, not major, but they where so nice and their cars so low priced, I baught one (Sonata) that I've driven everywhere with no issues of any kind! Great cars.
