AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare is the best. I got a great deal with my Chevy Trailblazer trade-in & a great price on my new 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Came in the other day for my oil change, as well as fix a minor recall on my vehicle & I was out in 1 hour. AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare has the BEST customer service in any department you deal with. I even had my brother purchase a Hyundai Palisade. Wonderful people & I'm so happy I purchased my vehicle with them!!

I called John R at Auto Nation about selling my vehicle. He was very professional. I had everything in the way of documents to bring in, sent photos prior to the day of sale. John told me exactly what was needed as far as documents. John was efficient in evaluating the car and he made the process seamless and timely. I left with a check in hand. Not only was this deal completely botched by finance, but I was disrespected by the General Manager himself after the fact on the phone. I certainly would never return to this dealership, but I absolutely want to commend Darren for his exemplary service, kindness, understanding, and professionalism.

AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare is a good Dealership. They've been around for awhile and really try to do their customers right. They can't promise you too much in this day and age but they do sell a good product and stand behind it. This is our second car we've purchased from them and have been happy with both both purchases.

After receiving a car recall letter from Hyundai. I went in for system fixes. When I received my car I noticed a dent on the hood. When I mentioned this to the manager he blatantly refused it's not their fault and I must have missed it. Looking at the inspection report before turning in my vehicle there is no mention of any damage. Then he makes the excuse he might have missed it. Worst dealership ever no accountability and very unprofessional. Avoid going to this place.

We were shopping for a mid size SUV and looked at over a dozen different makes and models at dealerships all over the Northwest Chicago suburbs. Brian Zimmerman was the salesperson at AutoNation that assisted us in reviewing the Hyundai models. His knowledge of his product offerings - and the product offering of competing brands was thorough and helpful in our buying process. We visited the AutoNation showroom early in the process but returned after visiting several other dealerships. Brian was again helpful, knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with us and extremely professional throughout our pricing negotiations. Following our purchase of a Hyundai Tucson we are absolutely delighted with the car and all of its technology. Brian was again very helpful in explaining all of the functions available. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

I came to Hyundai O'Hare to trade in an older Hyundai, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived a day earlier than originally planned. I was looking at a few late model used Hyundai Sonatas, both with low mileage, or a new Hyundai Elantra, and John Kraniotis came out to assist me. He told me of a 2016 Sonata which was being shown as a demo, and told me that the demo model would be sold as new, and at a price close to a new Hyundai Elantra - in effect, getting a Sonata for the price of an Elantra.The initial offer was steep, but I knew that was due to the amount still owed on the car I was trading in. John was very straightforward about that, and asked me to make a counteroffer. I did, and the offer to that was reasonably close, so I took it.I also came in a bit unprepared, paperwork-wise, so John allowed me the use of his computer, and I was able to get what I needed to facilitate the trade. John made the purchase of my Sonata relatively painless (everybody always wishes they could get a lower price), and took one big worry off of my mind for a few years, at least.

The staff at Ohare Hyundai was professional, informative and helpful. I had visited another dealership earlier in the day and they were unable to help me without additional financial paperwork and a prolonged process. I visited Ohare Hyundai that evening picked out the car I wanted 2017 Elantra lease and the fiance manager was able to secure my last an at our agreed upon price. Needless to say I never went back to the other dealership. The staff was so accommodating and worked within my budget and needs. Thanks again for an awesome experience. I will definitely buy another Hyundai. The Elantra is a great car, too! Quiet, smooth riding and I love love the safety feature it comes with. You won't go wrong with dealership or car.

I am not sure why i have sit write a review in 25 words or more. As I explain before I wasn't looking for a new car that day. I came in to get an oil change on my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, which is my second one, before that I had a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. So while I was wait for my oil change I decide to go up front and look and the new trucks. I stop the young lady name Sylvia Drwila, to ask her a question about the white Hyundai, that was sitting out front. She open the door and let set in it and we took ride and I was speechless the I could I wasn't sure if I was going to make it back to the dealership. When seen all those new and fancy things in that truck compare to my first two words could not explain how happy I was. So when Sylvia, and came back in and sit to make a deal I wasn't sure if it was going to work with the help of Sylvia and her boss they made my dream come true. When I let the dealership that day i more happy about this truck then i was when I brought my first.I have to give to her she really know how to make a person feel good about buying a new car. If I had to do all over again I would definitely look for her. If someone was to ask me who I refer they see at that dealership I would say without any doubts PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR SYLVIA DRWILA.

This dealership was extremely professional and everyone was so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I have been to plenty of dealerships where you feel like they either don't care about your presence or are so pushy it makes you want to leave, but NOT here. Sylvia Drwila was a great saleswoman I would definitely recommend her. She takes her time explaining everything you need to know about the car you are interested in/buying and will thoroughly answer any of your questions. I am definitely a perfectionist and visited countless dealerships before this one, but can honestly say this was one of my most positive experiences - hence why I ended up buying a car with them! Look no further, this is the place to go.

Coming off of a totaled car, I needed to buy a car and despite being early in the process, met countless, super aggressive dealers who didn't honor my requests nor the fact I planned to buy later in the week. So before going home I stopped by AutoNation and 1. found an incredible deal on a Hyundai Tuscon, and 2. found an incredible dealer. Brian is the consummate professional, so knowledgeable and personable, but also respected my needs and let his deal speak for itself. The other dealers I went to tried to sell me a car I didn't want and continued to harrass, even minutes within my departure, so dealing with Brian was a breath of fresh air and led me to purchase same day. Best deal out of all of the cars I saw. Highest recommendation I can give.

the dealership staff are nice but I thought I would get a price cheaper than I got. After they check my credit score they told me that I'm not qualify to get $1000 bounce back and I couldn't get the loan from Hyundai bank even though my credit score was high. that is the only thing I'm not satisfy about it.

I have my car serviced at the dealer I bought it from...O'Hare Hyundai. Service is always done quickly and to my satisfaction. My one complaint...once my vehicle is in for service, I ALWAYS get a courtesy call that the vehicle needs more service then I initially brought it in for. My most recent oil change turned into a call that I needed new front brakes($305), brake line flush($89), new cabin filters($45) which I had just replaced !!! I feel as I'm always being "up-charged" for some sort of extra service. A standard oil change always turns into several hundred dollars of maintenance. I appreciate knowing if my vehicle needs service, but, there's no way it needs extra service every oil change.

We're long-time Hyundai lovers...both owning and leasing. Just leased our 'most loaded' vehicle ever...and the features are the best value and beyond our expectations! The paint, the interior finish and appearance are always top-notch. We have continuously been impressed with the suspension and handling of Hyundai vehicles...never have had a problem recovering from a pothole or broken roadway. This was our first time using the website to create a vehicle and submit it to our local dealer electronically; two salespeople responded in less than a minute; we connected with one by phone, the other by e-mail. Best parts of this transaction? Our dealer is about 5 minutes away, and the Autonation car washes and and 10 point checkup nationwide just made our day. Good experience. The one thing I did not like was when I went to sign the title, the person told us that in order to get the 10 year warranty will cost us additional $ 25.00 to our monthly payment. That info was not related to us when we signed the agreement on the monthly payment amount. Also the car advertised on the website had pictures with sun roof, which was one of the biggest reasons why we were drawn the this dealership in particular, but when we got there the car did not have a sunroof. The dealer applied the savings toward the car with a sunroof but that was not enough to fit our budget. At the end we still bought the vehicle because we loved it even though it was not the one we thought we were going to buy.

I had a pleasant experience at AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare from start to finish. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Gold who asked, "what can I do to assist you?". Thereafter, I shared with him the type of car that I was interested in buying which lead him to take me outside on the lot to see the car. while outside on the lot, Mr. Gold gave me a thorough detailed review of the car, asked if I wanted to take a test drive, and offered to answer any questions that I may have had about the car. From this point on, Mr. Gold went over-above-and-beyond to ensure that I was given the best deal possible to be able to take the car home; and I truly received the best deal possible! In closing, before I drove the car home, Mr. Gold re-visited what appeared to have been the "audible Hyundai Owner's Manual" {LoL}, scheduled a free health-checkup appointment for the car, and vowed to give me a follow-up call the next day regarding the vehicle purchase.

I have been very happy with the customer service and buying process from Auto Nation Hyundai. I bought a certified 2012 Sonata from them last year. I have had 2 minor problems with the car, both of which were fixed in a timely and satisfactory manner with no charge to me. All staff are knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand and take the time to explain things to you. I have called on several occasions with questions and have received satisfactory answers. Although buying a car can be stressful I felt that I was getting a quality car for a fair price. It is very easy to make an appointment for routine maintenance or repairs. I love my Sonata and would not hesitate to buy another, and it would for certain be from this dealership.

I took my seventy year old mother to AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare to look at a used car I saw advertised. Bob asked us what we were looking for in a car and our price range. First he showed us the car we came to look at, then he said he had a newer car with fewer miles that he thought would be a better fit for my mother. He was right, it was the perfect used car for her. It was originally priced out of our budget range, but Bob gave us a great deal. It's the perfect car at the price point we were looking for. A week after we took the car home we realized one of the key fobs did not work. We sent Bob an email explaining the problem. He call back, had us bring the car in and they reprogramed the key fob at no charge.

I came in and spoke to the sale manager after being mislead by a different dealer. I negotiated a price with the sales manager in a relatively brief period of time. Other dealers tried to hold me hostage for hours with trips to managers office and rejections of offers.The sales manager treated me with respect and we got down to the business of pricing without the nonsense of shuffling in and out of an office.

I was extremely satisfied with my salesman Brian and I love the car. He was very helpful and took the time to go through the vehicle with me and answer all of my questions. He did a great job. It was the second half of the experience that i was not happy with.. I was not happy with the Finance Department and believe he tried and succeeded in taking advantage of me. I wast told that the bank would not finance my rates if i didnt purchase some of the warranties that he was offering. After speaking with a friend who is in finance for another dealership he informed me that that is not true and i am in no way obligated to purchase anything other then the actual vehicle. This was very sneaky and underhanded especially because he assumed i didnt know better. If I am making a large purchase from a creditable dealership I am banking on honesty, and credibility that I would hope your company sets a standard by. I felt that his tactics to make a sale were sneaky and underhanded and it makes me wonder if the whole dealership operates this way including the service department. This is the 3rd car my household has purchased from Ohare Hyundai and most likely will be my last. Shame on me for taking his word for what i supposedly needed. He made the sale and gained a small amount of money in commission but unfortunately the dealership lost a customer for life which is a shame because that couple thousand dollars in no way makes up for the difference my household may have spent in purchasing new cars in the future. I have also tried numerous times to receive the General Managers e-mai address and not one employee would give it to me when he was unavailable.

Darren and Curt are wonderful to work with!! What a great experience thanks to them!! They were very helpful but not once did we feel pressured. We had been to many other dealers but didn't feel as comfortable. Darren is awesome and made sure we had all the information we needed on the car we were interested in. Everything was perfect with the car. He went out of his way to make sure all was in order for us. He is very professional and takes care of his clients well. Curt was also helpful with the process and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Visited this dealership several times looking at a used 2009 Sonata for our daughters to drive. We made a deal with our salesman, Bob Gold. We signed the bill of sale along with the manager. Bob shook our hand and said "thank you for your business". We were to come back the next day with a check from our credit union. We called Bob the next day to set up a time to come over and pay and told him we had our check. We called since it was his day off. He scheduled us for 7:30pm. At 7:00pm he called to tell us they sold the car to someone else. Besides the fact we were upset they sold the car we made a deal on, they offered no solution. No offer to exceed our expectations. It was simply, "we sold your car. Not much else we can do." We went to the dealership to complain and the manager said the paper we signed was nothing more than a price guarantee. He also said we visited the dealership 3 or 4 times and we should have bought the car sooner. There's more to this story that's upsetting but I believe you get the idea. I since found out through other reviews that my situation is not uncommon here. What they did with us is common business practice there. If you absolutely feel you should visit them for a new or used car, get as much in writing as you can because a bill of sale, handshake and a thank you isn't enough with them unless your handing over your payment.

The Santa Fe's have a problem with the throttle body. And of course it's not covered. When I told the service manager that looking it up online you could see there is a problem. He told me to google unicorns and I'd find a problem with them. Then he refused to give me the contact information for his zone rep. I wrote a letter to Hyundai Customer Service and their response was a big fu. These 10 year 100,00 warranty's are no warranty at all.

Our salesman Brian Zimmerman was very knowledgeable about the car. We were very impressed that, even after the sale, he took a lot of time to thoroughly explain how to work all the fine features of the car. We are very happy with the car. It has a beautiful stylish appearance inside and out. It has many features that we would normally expect on a luxury priced car. It is smooth riding and spacious inside. I can't think of anything I would want added to what's already there. It is FABULOUS.

Not having bought a car quite awhile I was dreading the car purchase experience (years of listening to horror stories). Based on the experience we had at AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare, I could buy a car everyday (in the figurative rather than literal sense). In addition to being treated professionally and kindly during the prepurchase and purchase process, both of our sales professionals spent a great deal of time with us during the post purchase process. I would give high marks and kudos to this dealership. However, I would give less than high marks to Hyundai (not for their product) but for their lack of genuine Black Friday incentives.

I saw a car for sale online at Autonation Hyundai. I stopped in and was greeted by Peter Siemieniuk. He was the friendliest, most genuine, low pressure and patient car salesman I have ever met. My experience with him was perfect. The sales manager Peter was also very nice. Everything was perfect until I thought was I being deceived by someone in the finance office. Overall, a great place to buy a car, but as at almost every dealership, beware of the numbers when dealing with additional warranties. Other than that, you will be treated like gold.

After calling the day before to ask if service would honor competitors coupons and being told that they would as long as it was from another Hyundai dealer, I brought my car in for an oil change. When I presented my coupon from Gregory Hyundai for a $14.95 oil change, the service rep said " oh, we can't do that". When I told him I just called the yesterday and they said they would he just kept saying they could not match that deal. This is the second bad experience I have had with this service dept. First time was when I called for about a recall, made the appointment then when I got there was told they didn't have the part in stock. They could care less then either. This is the last time I will ever deal with them again and I will also make sure to inform my friends of my experience.

I had a great experience buying a car from Sarge Sakinovic at this dealership. He took my budget into consideration and found the perfect car for me. Sarge was very professional and personable. He actually made the process fun. He took his time explaining everything to me. Starting with the test drive he explained all the features this car had to offer. Sarge even programmed the blue tooth from my phone for me. Any questions I had he was willing to answer.Everyone else I met at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. Came in to trade in my car and get a new huyndai Darren was the guy helping me and my dad we went to look at cars wanted to drive one he took sweet time getting the keys but that's ok that's not that bad. We went to his desk told him what kind we wanted and he said he will be right back because he has to get the account information. Me and my dad were waiting for like 45 min we finally got up and saw him with a new customer showing her cars on the other side of the building.

My fiancee and I had done our homework online. We had also previously been to 3 dealerships on a prior day and 1 other the day we bought our 2011 Sonata. Every other experience left us uncertain, unhappy and unwilling to buy a car. We showed up to Hyundai O'Hare with no real expectations. We were drawn to the look of the Sonata and were pleasantly surprised at the price. We walked around the lot just to be sure and came back to the office where we met Sarge. He was very polite, funny and personable and quickly pulled up details on the car and had us test driving it. He showed us some of the cool features and answered our questions knowledgeably. We then discussed monthly payment options. He could tell we needed to speak alone so he walked away and gave us space. We really appreciated that very much. We made our decision and started the paperwork. I left to go and speak with Sam and he was also very knowledgeable and swift in processing. On the way out we took a picture with Sarge and jumped into a nicely cleaned and detailed car and have had no issues with it since. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend people visit Sarge at Hyundai O'Hare.

I never thought I'd be writing about my car buying experience, but I am. First of all, I was contacted by Peter Siemieniuk immediately after inquiring on line that I wanted to by a new Elantra. Peter set up an appointment for my wife and I on a busy Saturday. He took us for a test drive and explained all the options that came with the Elantra. He was very low pressure, professional and very personable. Peter made the whole experience a no brainer. I came in to the dealership with such a knot in my stomach, fearing another typical ugly experience--but it wasn't. I had investigated pricing on the car. Peter beat it! Peter also took the time to re-explain all the gadgets on the car at delivery. A very patient guy. Then came the time to do finance, that's when Shahbaz Sheikh took over. Same as Peter--very low pressure and knowledgable of his product line (warranty packages and financing possibilities). My experience with this dealership: I'm sorry I hadn't gotten my 2011 Tucson from Autonation Hyundai. I recommend everyone to buy their car from these guys. Really no hassle.

Unbelievable! I can't begin to tell you the ridiculousness I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. I never imagined that buying a car could be so seamless and so enjoyable! Sarge and Keith didn't pressure me, negotiated fairly and even let me take the car I was thinking about home for the night while they got the paperwork ready for me. The next morning, Peter explained everything in plain English and I was on my way in 15 minutes. No kidding, Sarge even took a picture of me to add to his book of happy customers. I had scheduled an appointment for a break replacement. I had limited funds to do it with. When they found the rotors would need to be replaced if they couldn't turn them Joe went out of his way to find the best but least expensive ones he could, Fortunately they could turn them but it will only last awhile. He also had to have them work on it asap since my ride decided not to come pick me up. This wasn't necessary since i was willing to wait but they did it for me. I've only used this dealer three times but have been happy each time. Also I generally take my car to Firestone but they beat their price by almost an hundred dollars.

I want to start off by saying that Sarge Sakinovic and Shahbaz Sheikh made my first car buying experience a great one. Being that this was my first time buying a car I wasn't sure what to expect. I've heard plenty of stories from friends about their car buying experiences not going so well but the people at AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare made mine pleasant. Both Sarge and Shahbaz were very friendly and informative. They offered a lot of information and had no problem answering any questions I asked. Not to mention they asked me throughout the process if I did have any questions. There wasn't an impersonal feeling to the whole process either, both Sarge and Shahbaz are very sociable and nice. They won't pressure you and will even talk to you for a little about something off topic as you go through the process. Lets face it, buying a car takes time and talking about one thing for that long would just be boring. If you are looking for a place to go I definitely recommend AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare and I will definitely be sending my friends to them.

Went in for warranty work. Technician must not have had any training at all. Everything they touched was done incorrectly or replacement parts broken. Had to call Hyundai assurance and took another dealership 5 days to repair.

This is the place to a buy a car new or used. The salesman I talked to and purchased a car from was a young guy named Sanel. He was very nice and courteous to us and treated us like a human being and a friend. Usually when you walk into a car dealership salesman pressure you and make you feel uncomfortable and try to rush you to buy a car that you dont really want but Sanel was willing to work out a deal and treated me like a friend rather than a customer to make some quick cash. Everything he said was truthful and he promised me a lot of things and kept his word. He even stayed 2 hours later after close to make sure I was happy before I left the lot with a used car I purchased. I usually dont write reviews but I was so pleased with their service that I wanted to let others know. If you ever need a new or used car ask for Sanel because hes a guy that is honest and keeps his word.I will definately recommend my friends and family here whenever I need a new or used car.

Since we purchased our used Toyota Camrey in January our experience with the service department has been a blessing. We added an extra warranty and so far they have gone over and above to make sure that when a service is to be performed they always check first to make sure there is coverage. There has never been a situation when the costs of each service has been accurate when picking up our vehicle with no surprises. They always treat us with respect and the quality of the work done has been excellent. I have and will continue to recommend O' Hare Hyundai to friends or family based on the quality of their service department. Cars are cars but service after the sale is critical and they meet all these requirements. Thank you guys for the care and attention.

On October 26th, I had a flat tire 1 block from home. I called Roadside assistance, and Maria 1st asked if I was OK, which I appreciated. She said a tow truck would be arriving within an hour. George got there early and acted in the same professional way as Maria. I was immediately impressed with the service. When I got to the dealership, Bob Oberding went out of his way to make the repairs at no cost. I sincerely appreciate Maria's, George's, and Bob's efforts on my behalf. I worked with Tom to purchase a fully loaded 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and was given an extremely fair price. Tom was genuine and agreeable, very good salesman as far as sticking to his guns on pricing. I spent more than I was looking to but paid less than the value of the car. Rich was great, honest with me about my credit being slightly less than amazing and sold me on a reasonable warranty that will cover the car up until I have finished paying on it (if I pay it off at least a year early), and really only brought the cost of my monthly payments up $35 from without the warranty. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends or family if they are looking to buy a car. Standard negotiations rules apply as far as nailing down the cost of the car but after everything was signed and settled it was nice to shoot the breeze with both Tom and Rich.

Brought my 2011 Elantra in for a gas mileage check in. I noticed that they were looking for Elantras for their used car inventory. I inquired about trade in value and pricing on a new Elantra. I worked with Keith who was very patient as I contemplated, and negotiated the numbers. I never felt pressured, as it was a calm experience. I am very satisfied with my 2013 Elantra. This was my 3rd car from the O'Hare Auto Group, and I have to say that this last experience was the best.

I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. They have great customer service that goes over and beyond. My most recent experience has been with the Service Department. I was getting a remote start put on my car. The Service department made it a very easy experience. They made sure they had a loaner car waiting for me so I would be late for work and Bob in the service department let me know if I wasn't there by 6:00pm (the shop closes at 6:00) that there would be a manual in my car but to call if I needed help with anything. I got there a couple minutes after 6:00 and the porter went to get my car. The porter handed me my keys and Bob from the service department was leaving and stopped his car (even know he was leaving for the day) to show me how to work my remote start. I have to say Bob went above and beyond. I have had nothing but good experience with this dealer and would recommend anyone to buy a car from them or get your car serviced from them. My Husband and I went to another dealership earlier in the day to Purchase either a Tuscon or Sante Fe .That dealership, besides customer service was horrible and we left unhappy. So we thought we live near O'Hare Hyundai and thought lets just go see if they are willing to sell us a vehicle.We entered, spoke to Steve Squillo and right away said we can help you .Introduced us to Bob Gold, who was charming and friendly and understood what we did for a living and what our needs were. Then told him we wanted a Sante Fe but this is what we are looking for Cargo plus AWD.He took us out the lot showed us what was available ,got keys so I could drive it and WENT with us to explain all the little what's this in the car .EXCELLENT!! LOVED the ride ,Loved the car,. We knew that we wanted that vehicle.The whole purchasing of the vehicle went smoothly. Hyundai offered such a nice package with the Sante Fe. Keith was so helpful, he really took his time explaining everything on my new Santa Fe to me. Showed me how to operate all the options, took the time to register the blue link and my phone, waited until I had tried both to ensure I was comfortable with everything! Emailed me prior to my second visit in to see if I had any additional questions. Brian was great as well, he explained all the different finance options and the optional warranties available, explained them to me not like an idiot but in terms that were easy to understand. I went back a third time so Keith could show me how the blue link features functioned and we tested that out as well. We would definitely recommend Ohare Hyundai to everyone and tell them to ask for Keith Burgess!

From the minute Darren introduced himself to me I knew I was not dealing with a pushy salesman. He really listened to me and showed me what I was looking for. From the test drive to the actual purchasing of the car he made what can be a tedious process a very pleasant process. When Brian came in to do the financing he was also pleasant and made the process easy. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable as well. He laughed and joked and really set me at ease. Both Darren and Brian provided excellent customer service and never ever displayed any of the pushy pressure tactics to get something I did not want that is a notorious characteristic of car salesmen. I want to personally thank Keith Burgess from O'Hare Hyundai for making our recent car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Prior to going to O'Hare, we had visited a local Ford dealership to check out the Focus. We found the car to be all right, but we felt very pressured by the dealership itself to make a purchase. We were very put off by this approach. Our experience at O'Hare Hyundai was the complete opposite. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by Keith and felt immediately at ease. We explained to him our needs, and he showed us a number of cars that matched our want list. He gave us ample time to review colors, inside features, take a drive and discuss the pros and cons. He provided great input without putting us under any pressure, an approach that seemed to be part of the overall culture of the dealership.We purchased a Hyundai Elantra within an hour of walking through the door. Most of the purchase was driven by our love of the car, but it was also influenced by the great comfort we had in Keith and O'Hare Hyundai. i had bad credit. i understand it was hard to get me financed. should not have given me the runaround for three days. was told to put down a $400 deposit on a car. got a call from bob. i was told they needed a phone bill. i only have a cell. i asked if another bill would be o.k. bob said yes. i drove all the way there. before i could take the bill out, i was told the deal could not be made. big waste of my gas and my time!

I purchased a Hyundai at O'hare. The overall purchase experience was good, however after I gave them all 10's on the Hyundai Dealer Survey all customer service was gone. I finall tried to contact the owner Kevin Mize. He could not be bothered to call me back!!!!!! He had Steve Foresta call me back instead. All he wanted to do was argue with me. He finally listened and said he would call me back which he did. He promised someone would call me back the next day. No one did (no missed call or message on my cell phone). I again reached out to Kevin Mize. Again no response from him!!! Steve called back and continued to argue! He told me my wife had said something that she did not. He call me a liar. When I said "Isn't the customer always right?" He stated "NO"! This seems to be the O'hare motto. Make the sale, then forget the customer!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I drove here on a Saturday around noon to check out some cars I saw on their website which appealed to me. Alerted Tom I would be there around noon and I arrived right at that time. Waited 15 minutes to even speak to Tom and then he told me it would be another ten minutes as He was finishing up with another customer. He pointed out the car I was looking at and I went and took a look while he finished up.I drove the car, and it wasn't to my liking. I test drove two others and then found one I liked. Tom and I negotiated the price along with some touch up work to be done and I thought I was set. I already had financing in place, but they pushed me to fill out a credit form telling me it would only be a "soft" hit to my credit as they were going to try to get me a lower rate. I sat there for over two hours getting the "It will be a few moments..." more than a few times.Finally, after that time, the finance manager came out and told me that he had one other place to check, but the rate was coming in higher than I already had in place and since my bank was already closed, if I wanted the car right then, I'd have to sign for the car at a higher rate and then go back to my bank to get the lower rate. I declined and told them to contact me when they had it figured out and asked for my key back. He rolled his eyes at me, which he also did at other buyers while I was waiting, and walked away.Never heard back from them again....Plus, I now have six "Hard" inquiries to my credit that I have to clean up.DO NOT waste your time.....

He made sure I was looking at the right model and it had the features that I wanted. Did a test drive and showed my the handling of the car.The dealership presented me with a great offer for purchase and a fair trade in figure for my car. The level of service he provided was beyond my expectations. He called me several days later to make sure I was enjoying my new car, which I am. Initial contact and test drive was with Tony. He was low pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Had to leave and absolutely no pressure to keep me there or buy. Very pleasant. Returned later that day, Tony was busy with another customer, so he passed me to Darren. Again, friendly and low pressure. Darren was patient, knowledgeable and down right helpful. Not my typical experience to a dealership. Bought the car that day. Great group of folks.

brought my car do to transmission issues,check engine light was on. After $99 inspection, mechanic guaranteed that the cause its the alternator low voltage charge, fact that was visible already, the battery light was on. Replaced the alternator my self only because the service department wanted to make a sale, they didn't seem to care or wanting to help. Took my car to a random auto shop from down the street, in less time, for less money the guys told me the real issue is. I was never treated so poorly.

I was very concerned in keeping my payment as low as possible and he offered me several payment options. After chosing a new Hyundai rather than a used Honda he went over the lights, wipers, radio setups, seat adjustments, etc. Michael offered any help I would need in the future. He introduced me to the service manager who was very pleasant also. I received a follow-up call from both the salesman and the dealership manager several days after purchase thanking me and offering any help if needed in the future.

We were never pressured to purchase anything beyond what made sense for our situation in terms of extra packages or a more expensive model, allowing us to leave having paid within our budget. Our salesman and the manager were excited to show us what our new Hyundai Accent would offer us as though they themselves were going to reap the benefits of the gas mileage and standard features. Our salesman took great care to make sure we understood everything about the car before we drove it off the lot and shared his knowledge of warranties, service and how to get the longest life out of our new car via maintenance. The manager, salesman and finance manager were accommodating and patient during an extremely hectic sale day, never leaving us in question or holding us to their own schedule. Driving the new car off the lot, we felt as though we had been told the truth and that we had support for the life of the car to come, right in our own town. This dealership fosters a relationship with their customers for the life of the car. Considering the universal stress of buying a car, this experience was the least stressful it could have been.

Dan, the finance manager, was excellent to work with. We were in and out of his office and completely satisfied in under a half hour. He explained all of our options, made the sales push, and then respected our decision not to upgrade our warranty or purchase additional options. He hit the right combination of persuasive without going over the top into annoying. Very efficient and truly expedited the process for us, saving lots of time. I rated the overall experience as Good only because we had to wait awhile before seeing Dan. The dealership was exceptionally busy that evening.

Dan Chatfield was our final contact, the Finance Manager, and he made the paperwork part of the deal enjoyable, yet informative. Overall my experience at the dealership was fair. I would have liked the price of the car I bought to be lower, and they weren't good on negotiating. The salesman was very nice, and he did try to accomodate me. His manager Mark was not as friendly and not as polite and accomodating.

Bob was referred to me and he took great care in finding what I wanted, had it ready for my test drive, offered refreshments while I was waiting for price info etc. The financing went very smoothly, the additions I had done were ready for my car pick-up 3 days later, no hassels. Bob showed me around service area, introduced me to service people, then showed me how to use all the new features on the car - saved lots of reading and searching time in the mountain of manuels. I was able to use the bluetooth phones immediately and the navigation system. Didn't have to fumble with books etc to learn. Everyone was friendly and saying hello and was I being helped or could they help. Much nicer than some other dealerships.

I have never had as great an experience in a dealership as I have had at O'Hare Hyundai. Darren Conwell shatters the stereotype and the negative connotation of the salesperson. Darren was extremely patient during my car search. He allowed me to test drive a number of vehicles, and he did so without a hint of displeasure over how long it took. Darren genially accommodated my indecision and the exchange between me and my many family members who joined me at the dealership.I have never met a salesperson who didn't try to vigorously push a sale until I met Darren. Twice before I visited O'Hare Hyundai before the day I finally purchased my new car, and both times Darren was composed yet accommodating. Darren earned my respect through his confidence and his respect of my independence. I could not have had a better experience. Darren was both knowledgeable and helpful; he was both patient and eager to help. Darren provided me with the rare great dealership experience, and he allowed me to find the best car in the 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T.Likewise, Dan Chatfield, the finance manager at O'Hare Hyundai, was equally as pleasant and accommodating as Darren. Dan didn't waste my time when it came to finding a price that would work for me. Dan made the car-buying process smooth and the paperwork effortless.I waited more than a month to write this review so that I could remain objective and not be overly influenced by my jubilance at having a new car. While my 2012 Hyundai Sonata still very much excites me, I am confident that I had a truly memorable experience at O'Hare Hyundai; one that many people don't experience at other dealerships.Thank you Darren and Dan!

When a legitimate question came up after a sale, I was met with hostility. Instead of the manager addressing the issue (or even acknowledging it), the manager became confrontational, which caused me to react in a poor manner. Furthermore, this incident was discussed with by workers of O'Hare Hyundai with people outside the dealership and that had no direct impact from the situation (and the story they shared was of course were one-sided). I would of totally dismissed the way I was unprofessionally treated, mainly because I responded poorly to the confrontational demeanor of the manager, but since someone at this dealership has decided to go this route and discuss this matter with others, I have decided to post this. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, two at Feeny Jeep last year, and was never treated so poorly. I will never go back to this dealer again or recommend it. Go to Loren Hyundai, Gregory Hyundai or Elgin Hyundai - I did to discuss how I could get in contact with Hyundai's Corporate Offices to log a formal complaint. They all were extremely helpful.

Customer Service: I gave a rating of 5 because Mike was very helpful and friendly, and even synced my phone up with the car after the purchase. Quality of Work: I brought my car in after to have the rust protection and remote starter installed, and it was done promptly with no problems, as promised. I gave a 5. Friendliness: Both Mike Obal (sales), and Robin of the service department were friendly and helpful. Friendliness worthy of a 5 rating. Overall Experience: This is also a 5 because of the ratings in the other categories. Price: I researched some local dealers, and I think I got the best price at O'Hare Hyundai. 5

This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from O'Hare Hyundai. I bought a new 2011 Sonata in March of 2011. We like the car and decided to buy another Sonata for our family. So, just prior to the Holiday Season we were interested in purchasing a 2012. We were quite busy planning for the holidays and our 2 college students just returned home for their winter break. Since time was hard to come by, I decided to try and deal on-line. Gina from internet sales was great to deal with. She understood what I was looking for and would always respond to my messages quickly. Oftentimes within minutes. After arriving at a price I was willing to pay, and a Sonata GLS equipped the way we wanted we went to O'Hare to buy the vehicle and dealt with Keith Burgess on the sales floor. He was very willing to help us and good at explaining the process and the paperwork we had to deal with. The negotiations were already finished so it was just a matter of finalizing the deal. We then dealt with Keith once again a couple of days later when we returned to have a remote starter installed. Vince, in service took charge and by the end of the day he was demonstrating to us how to use our remote starter. I would not have returned to this dealer to buy a 2nd car if I wasn't happy with the first Sonata and all the people I had to deal with. I would strongly recommend this dealer. With 2 cars from O'Hare Hyundai I am sure I will be dealing with them for quite some time.

Customer service was great, I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. The quality of the work is great too because paper work was done correctly and everything was done in a well fashion matter. The staff there is amazing! The dealer who took care of me was Luke and he was friendly and good company. Overall the experience was good and I was satisfied with the service I received and happy that I decided to get my first car at this dealer.

My car was on it's last leg and the repair costs outweighed its remaining value. Now, I dread going shopping for a new car because of the haggling involved over the price and financing, however I couldn't be more pleased at the experience I had with O'Hare Hyundai. My twin brother and I were looking for the same car...A Hyundai Elantra (Limited). When we arrived at O'Hare Hyundai we were greeted by Bob Gold as we checked out the inventory on the lot. Bob was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable instantly. He took the time to explain every detail of the car from bumper to bumper and I never felt rushed or pressured. His courteous and helpful attitude made my animosity about buying a new car just melt away! Dan Chatfield made the finance part of the experience go very smoothly. He was willing to work with us in order to make sure everyone was happy with the deal. I couldn't be happier with how we were treated. This car purchase has been one of the smoothest transitions I have experienced, thanks to Darren Conwell, the Sales Representative at Ohare Hyundai dealership (in DesPlaines, IL), and Dan Chatfield, the Finance Officer who led me through the financial arrangements, explained the extended warranty, accepted my Pontiac GrandAm for trade-in, and practically gift-wrapped my new car. At the onset, I researched Hyundais 2012 Elantra on the internet, checked Consumer Reports ratings, & planned several strategies for comparing the 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS and the 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited; then, as a COSTCO card member, I went to the COSTCO website, identifying the car I was interested in purchasing: the make, model & year, along with my zip code. Immediately, I was given both an authorization number for purchasing a car at Ohare Hyundai, and also the name of the salesperson who would assist me in making a car purchase. I received several carefully orchestrated calls & emails from Darren Conwell to see where I was in the process of selecting a new car. We exchanged a few emails; I needed time to think clearly & Darren encouraged me to do just that. So, about 10 days after my inquiry at the COSTCO website, I phoned Ohare Hyundai and set up my appointment for Wednesday, the next day, with Darren Conwell. The next day, I met him for the first time; it was easy to recognize he is highly motivated, as he was neatly dressed, wearing a bright colored shirt & an enthusiastic smile. At all times, his demeanor was pleasant, courteous, & thoughtful. I knew I was at the right dealership, & by three hours later, I had test driven one of the two cars he selected from the inventory. While I had to leave for some other personal business, I returned several hours later, to finish the process. In the next three hours, Darren went over the owners quick guide, the warranty program, additional arrangements, & the pricing on various add-ons (I chose the paint seal), as well as the paperwork, reviewed any yet to be resolved issues & answered any remaining questions from me. He introduced me to Dan Chatfield, the Financial Officer, whose responsibility it was to clarify any extended warranty offers, explain the Hyundai Assurance plan that quotes the buy-back value of the car down the line, lets say, in 5 years. Dan knows his responsibility & is careful & considerate in offering the customer the items that would make a perfect configuration. Because I was using the COSTCO no hassle-no haggle approach, the buying process is simplified. Trading in my old car began with Darren and was authorized by Dan Chatfield. The only matter that needed completion for me was the paint seal, & they would take care of that the next day. Lastly, the financial arrangement on my part sealed the transaction. Dan Chatfield oversaw the state license transfer, & calculated all the taxes in the transaction, as well as the trade in of my Pontiac Grand Am. As planned, I returned on Friday to accept delivery of my new Blue Sky Hyundai Elantra as my personal celebration of my Moms 101st Birthday. Friday morning came & Darren met me with his big smile; once again, he was dressed very business-like, wearing a grey, blue & white plaid sweater vest over a deep blue shirt, & dark trousers. Heres a car salesman dressed to send one customer home with a new car, & yet, ready for another client. For a couple hours, Darren Conwell reviewed the drivers manual & guide, removed the license plates from the old car & re-attached them to my new car, checked for any dust & dings, made sure I left with a full tank of gas, & bid me happy driving .. In the past week (of ownership), I have had 5 phone calls from Hyundai employees at the dealership & the corporate office thanking me for my business. This is one special Hyundai car dealership with special people in sales:Darren Conwell & Dan Chatfield!

On my third Santa Fe from O'Hare Hyundai. I have based my purchasing decsions on logistics, and the excellent service I have received from Vince in the service department, the rating and quality of the vehicle as well as the value for the price. The last two purchases went very well, this latest was very pleasurable because of the manner in which Keith handled the sale. I highly recommend a visit to this dealership. They have set the bar for sales and service.

I live in Las Vegas and had been to a LV Hyundai dealership with very disappointing results. I was interestd in the Sonata Hybrid which they did not have, and I asked if they could let me know when one was available. Six months later, I have never heard back from the sales person! My son, who had leased his Sonata from O'Hare Hyundai, said that when I was visiting in October we had to "see Mary" when I was in town. His experience at O'Hare Hyundai had been so positive, he not only recommended the dealership to me, but also our good family friend. We all made an appointment with Mary Rycerz who juggled both of us nicely, with the resulting sales of a second Hyundai to my friend and the Sonata Hydrid for me. The process was smooth, upfront and actually pleasant. The delivery of the car was quite remarkable in that Mary handled the details efficiently, Dan Chatfield gave the financials in a clear, easy to understand manner, and Bob Gold did an outstanding job of explaining all the bells and whistles of the Hybrid. Everyone I met there was friendly, personable, straightforward, polite and seemed to genuinely want this experience to be positive. From the first greetings to the follow up thank you calls I feel this dealership takes the literal pain out of buying a car! I was comfortable throughout the process and absolutely delighted with my new car. I purchased my first Hyundai yesterday. Did a lot of online research, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, Toyota and VW. Hyundai had the best price, best warranty and best safety record. I had a wonderful sales man-Bob Gold. He explained the pros/cons of Sonata v. Tuscon. I landed on the Tuscon, took for a test drive and that was it. Bob, walked me through all of the options which at first were quite intimidating. He took a lot of time explaining and showing everything to me. I previously owned 2 VWs and they didn't explain anything to me, gave me the keys and I had to learn everything myself. Dealership is state of the art, all personnel are very friendly. I like that when you buy the car, they ring a bell and everyone claps. Additionally, can't tell you how many of the associates came over and introduced themselves as well as offering congratulations. Dan was also very helpful explaining the terms of the contract and what I needed to do in updating my city sticker, IPASS and auto insurance. I love my new car, can't believe all of the perks that come along with owning a Hyundai. They believe in their product and their service which is refreshing.

I have never purchased a Hyundai before and was referred to Ray Reynolds at O'Hare Hyundai. While there, I was taken for a test drive by Darren Conwell who expertly pointed out the facets of the Sonata GLS and SE. Ray guided us through the purchasing process and was honest and genuine about making sure my wife and I had a good car-buying experience. Upon selecting the SE, Ray and Darren expediated the process and explaned the electronics and keyless entry - neither of which we had prior experience with. In the finance department, Dan Chatfield made sure we understood the financing and the warranty.I would definitely recommend buying a car at O'Hare Hyundai.

This dealership made me feel extremely comfertable looking at new and used cars to purchase. The atmosphere was pleasant and not pushy. Keith worked with me in every detail of getting a car. He broke down the dollar ammount with taxes, title, tranfer, dock fees, and trade! He broke it all down and was able to get me the exact car that I wanted at the price that I wanted. He was very a friendly, genuinely nice, family guy and not typical sales guy that I have met many tims over. Usually when the sales guy approaches my chestgets tight and I feel totally uncomfertable, and I just want to leave. It did at first but when I told him I would let him know if I had questions he let me be and I went back to him when I was ready. He never once made it like I had to buy today, he just worked with me and answered questions and I made the decision as it should be. It was a very pleasant expierence. I should say the best car purchase expierence that I have ever had. Even the big manager got involved in looking for the perfect vehicle for me and the finance guy (Sam) went over every detail in he end. They all worked really hard together to get me what I wanted and I am happy I went here to get my car and no other dealership. Thanks O'Hare Hyundai...you are awesome! And Keth is the best!

Bob Gold was great. Sincere, professional, very friendly, and easy to work with.I truly appreciate all of the time he spent going over everything. He showed me how to operate, and explained, every single control. We reviewed all of the features and he gave me additional information on those that I wasn't very familiar with. I don't feel that anything was left out, or that I was rushed through anything. Dan, the finance manager, worked with me to ensure that I walked out of the dealership with a new vehicle. The part that I found the most considerate was that while he explained all of my options, he didn't try to harangue me into add-ons that I didn't want. I had a very positive experience, and won't hesitate to recommend O'Hare Hyundai in the future.

Yes. They responded to our internet inquiry promptly. They were friendly when we came in to look at and test drive the vehicle we were thinking of purchasing. When we decided to make the purchase, they offered us a fair price. The paperwork was explained and completed relatively quickly and painlessly. They even stayed past closing time so that we could leave with our vehicle that evening. And they have contacted us more than once to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase.

I brought my Sonata in to this dealership to have an oil change. I was greeted by Vince who was both friendly and professional. we purchased a used car for our son's graduation in June. From the beginning it had a rattle in the rear end. We brought it in last week and spoke to Vince. He said that he would walk it through the process and figure out what the problem was. He called us three times to let us know what was going on. When we went in to pick up the car, he told us that he found out that there was a recall on the problem and it would not cost us a cent. His attitude and commitment to serviceing the customer should be commended. We will definatly be bringing our car to Vince for all our repair and maintenance needs.

I came in looking for a used vehicle, and vince rotella was there promp to help me. I told him my story and how my credit was a little low! Unlike most dealers vince did not try and push me out the door!! He talked to me about used cars and being a first time car owner and things as such. Never in my life have i felt so eased and pleased. I want to thank vince rotella for all the help he provided for me. We purchased 2 Hyundai vehicles in 2004. We are so pleased we chose to purchase from O'Hare Hyundai because of the Service Department. The personnel are a friendly, professional and service oriented team of individuals. We generally work with Vince Rotella, who is outstanding, but we have worked with other Service Advisors as well. They work as a team with the Parts Department and the Mechanics to keep our cars serviced and running efficiently. Not only would we consider purchasing from Hyundai again but when we do it will be from O'Hare Hyundai because of its professional Service Department. We feel that O'Hare Hyundai's Service Department provides years of consistent professional service and maintenance to keep our vehicles running.

I purchased a vehicle in August after my car (Hyundai Elantra) was flooded in July. Everything was going fairly well until the end. They did not qualify me as a loyal previous customer (which I was for over 4 years and they had records of ALL my services done on my Elantra) which means they did not give me the $500 discount, and then after I paid in full no one did the proper walk around or help me set up my technology in my car. They took my $27,400 and left me on the road. Poor customer service after the sale.

This place is awesome! The general manager, Steve Foresta took very good care of me. I bought a used car from there, I mentioned that their was a weird noise coming from the front, got it checked out, they told me i would need tires and guess what, the dealership paid for my new tires. very friend staff, they do not pressure you, they take care of you and i liked my car buying experience very much .

I was having a problem with my brake lights. The bulbs weren't out, the fuses weren't out but the lights were not working. I explained this to Ryan who automatically knew that it the brake switch was the problem. The place was pretty packed so he offered to get me a ride home because there was a chance it would take all day to fit me in between appointments. I got lucky and someone was able to look at my car right away and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The best part was that Ryan saw that I had a warrantee on the car still so I ended up getting the whole service at no charge. He was extremely nice and helpful and had a few good jokes up his sleeve. Willbe coming back to him for all my car troubles now.

I worked with Tony Aviano on buying a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday, September 3, 2011. I had received a call from Gina DiGiacomo, an online sales representative with whom I had spoken to before, earlier in the day when an Elantra Ltd. unexpectedly became available on the lot with features I had requested. She kept me in mind, as she had promised, and gave me a call as soon as the car arrived. I met Tony upon walking in and immediately found him to be a likable and genuine person. I had a price quote on a car I had preordered from another dealership, and Tony worked with me to match that excellent price. The process of buying the car was comfortably quick and without hassle (nobody tried to hard sell me on unnecessary add-ons). They evaluated my trade-in fairly, and Tony gave me a how-to tour of some of the features on my new, freshly washed and waxed Elantra before I drove off the lot as a satisfied customer. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend O'Hare Hyundai to anyone looking for a new Hyundai!

Bob Gold was great. He was very helpful and informative. Getting in to Dan Chatfield's office to close the deal took quite a bit of time, but it was midday on a busy Saturday. I haven't had a chance to evaluate the service department yet, as my new Sonata only has ~ 300 miles on it at this point. But, so far, the car has been great.

Darren was very accomodating, staying late with us (after closing) on Friday evening to ensure we had all of our questions answered and had all of the information we needed to make our decision. We came back the next morning to buy our Hyundai Tucson. Every aspect of the buying experience proceeding seamlessly. We felt that every person we worked with was genuine and tuned into our needs.

Michael was very easy to deal with during the whole sale process. He followed up with us often, but never made us feel forced into the sale. We appreciated all of his help and others would be lucky to have him as a salesman.

He was not only professional, but treated Emily and I with courtesy and respect. Mike's the type of guy the goes "above and beyond," even on the small things. This was my best experience I have ever had buying a new car in all of my 59 years. Angle made the hole sales procedure go extremely well. He is definitely a keeper. His knowledge as well as his personality made my decision very easy. I hope that the service department is as good as sales. Just a note Dan in finance was pretty cool too. I usually find this is the worst part of buying the car but he actually made me laugh a few times. Thanks again for the whole pleasant experience of purchase a car. I will be back for another when it is time.

Mike and Dan were knowledgeable about their areas of responsibility, and both were appropriately friendly. Mike explained many options on two vehicle types (Sonata and Sonata Hybrid) and made it possible for me to see clearly what I could get for the money I was willing to spend. While interested in selling me a car at no point was Mike pushy, and I appreciated that. Dan helped me understand the various warranty options so I could make an informed decision. Overall, it was all good!

As I stated to all I encountered I bought 3 accords at this location when it was a Honda dealership and now I have returned to the same superb customer service, non stalking, no preasure experience. It was wonderful. Others in the car sales (really it is all about how when is treated vs sales)should lead by their example. I could have gone to a dealership within 5 minutes from my home but the 30 minute drive here was well worth it. I highly recommend O'Hare Hyundai to all for a great fun experience.

This car buying experience was a huge improvement over our many past car purchases where game playing was the norm. We were very pleased with the no-nonsense approach of this dealership and our salesman, Mike Obal. Everyone we came into contact with at this dealership was very professional and made us feel that they were happy to have our business. Following our purchase, Mike took the time to program our radio stations with our selections and also set up my phone on the bluetooth system in the vehicle. He also followed up with a phone call several days later to assure everything was to our liking. It was a pleasure to deal with this business & we will definitely refer them in the future. I narrowed my choices on a new car to 3, a Hyundai, Nissan and Ford went to each dealership to test drive the vehicle, each sales person was nice and friendly but theother two dealership never went out of their way to try to work with me I left feelingthat they really didn't want my business. But I have to tell you how impressed I waswith Keith Burges when I test drove the Sonata he went out of his way to try to workwith me to purchase this car. I told him that I was going to think about it because Iwas going to a couple more dealerships. After a few days he left a message on my machine to give him a call I was impressed because he was the only sales person to call me. That made a huge part in my decision because I felt like he really was trying to work with me in purchasing a new car. I researched a car for my daughter (2011 Elantra, which she purchased) then I got the fever also. My wife and I went in a week after my daughters purchase to put a down payment on a new Elantra for ourselves. It came in within a week. Darren our Salesman, Ray the Sales Manager & Dan the Finance Manager went above and beyond to make the purchase smooth and easy, and it was. I had a great experience at this Hyundai dealership. Buying a car always takes more time than you want, but Angel was very enthusiastic and friendly. Staff was great and helpful. A little understaffed when we went to purchase our new car, and it took longer than normal, but the staff there was still great to work with, friendly, helpful etc. Family ended up purchasing 3 cars within 2 weeks. My Experience at OHare Hyundai was excellent. The employees were great, very easy to work with, and personable. Even the employees not directly involved in my purchase were very polite and friendly. At no time during my time in the dealership did I feel uncomfortable or rushed to make a decision. I felt as though the staff truly wanted to assist me in finding the perfect car for me. I left the dealership with a great car that I absolutely love! I found the gas mileage and the sleek appearance of a new car that I was looking for. I was conducting a national search for a green 2004 Honda Element preferably to be located in a low pot-hole, low road salt, low hurricane/hail damage state and if necessary I was willing to travel for the purchase if the car, condition/mileage, and price were right. I had decided to use local dealerships in this pot-hole, road-salt, hail-damaged locale to practice my negotiation skills. I selected both private sellers and dealership staff on whom to practice without any intent to purchase on the spot.I pulled in to the twin O'Hare Honda Hyundai dealerships and do my delight found there were no "sentries" posted at the gate (commonly called 'vultures') for which my thought was, "Ahhh, laid-back - just the way I like it." I swept past a receptionist after spotting a "white shirt" (whom I later found out was the manager) and asked to talk with someone about a used 2004 green Honda Element I saw advertised and wanted to test drive. He introduced me to sales representative, Ernie Loma.Ernie's friendly and respectful manner was a good match for my intention to "practice negotiating" to benefit my national search. He made direct eye contact without any "sizing me up" affectations, extended his hand in a firm cordial handshake, and complimented me on matching his firm grip. After locating the key, he mentioned that the car was just recently accepted into inventory having been solely owned by an employee. I have been conducting an intensive search for the past several weeks, 3-4 days a week for several hours each day on the internet, using owner blogs, trend blogs, car rating services in addition to CarFax, Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Edmonds and knew that the 2004 Element was the highest rated of all of the years of the car. I also knew what to check under the hood in the engine compartment, on the under-carriage, in the tire storage well, on the upholstery, windshield seatings, and had a checklist of what to look for to make sure that all of the vital creature comforts were present (driver's armrest, headrests, floor mats, driver's manual, etc.)After the test drive, I systematically addressed my 'checklist.' I looked into the engine compartment, found it clean, so clean in fact that I had to re-insert the oil dipstick several times before I could actually see the oil glisten rather than measure the oil level by a dark residue. There was no dark oil residue. I knew I had found a possibility of a "keeper car" in my own locale. Getting down on "all fours" I laid on the ground and slid under the car to find it had been well cared for and even the catalytic converter had no rust. I found no evidence of flood damage in the tire compartment, no hail damage on the body, and found only some careless key damage on the hatchback door handle that looked quite recent. Ernie printed out the CarFax report and handed me a multi-page document revealing exceptional car care history. I decided to call my family "life-lines" to get some input. The family feedback was an overwhelming "GRAB IT!"Ernie Loma's invitation, "What has to happen to make this YOUR car?" left the discussion open and easy to have.There must have been some inventory error, as the price of the car might have been mislabeled and was lower than I had found on my national search; never-the-less I wanted to try to negotiate some service options. When I actually used my calculator to determine that the error was strongly in my favor, heard the feedback through Ernie Loma from the dealership manager ("white shirt") on my negotiation requests, I extended my hand to Ernie and shook on the deal.Sitting down with Dan Chatfield, the Hyundai Finance Manager I found a relaxed, engaging conversationalist who made the details of the closing easy to accomplish. He both attended to details while educating me on the relationship between all of the pieces. After entering the dealership with no intent to "buy on the spot", I left the dealership lot with an exceptional vehicle in design and engineering, maintenance, history, and customer service from Ernie and Dan in addition to the manager, whose hand was symbolically extended by honoring the posted, advertised price for the vehicle despite the inventory listing error instead of disputing it to me as the potential buyer.Thank you, O'Hare Hyundai team for assisting me to accomplish my time-sensitive goals, treating me in the respectful manner which made it more likely to finalize my plans at your doorstep. I was happy to leave the lot without having to wade through any "sentries at the gate" and no "piles of vulture feathers" were left in my wake! Even though I live closer to other dealerships in the Fox River area, I am more likely to have the service continue with O'Hare service department.

From the moment we walked in the door, the employees of O'Hare Hyundai were friendly, knowledgeable& accommodating. They were aware of our price range, what we were looking for and the areas we needed more guidance in. Steve was friendly, organized, and extremely accommodating in our search and throughout the entire leasing process. Bob was extremely knowledgeable, approachable , and enthusiastic, without being pushy. As a first-time leaser/purchaser, I REALLY appreciated this. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Dan, in the financing department, was great! The process of making a car downpayment and signing all the official forms can be an intimidating and scary process. I was looking to get out of my gas guzzling truck and into a fuel efficient car. I had my eye on the Sonata. I wanted specific options. Limited, Turbo, Grey ext, Black int, with Navi. Well that car was much harder to find than I had anticipated. Turns out they were to find exactly what I wanted without the turbo. (and after a test drive of both, I was totally fine with that!) As with most people I don't really "trust" dealerships. However after looking online and reading some of the reviews about O'Hare Hyundai, I decided to try them out. There were two reviews that had good experiences with Mary Rycerz. So I asked for and got her. She was very helpful and listened and wrote down every detail I needed! (she actually LISTENED to me). Turns out the car had to be shipped from Milwaukee! It arrived the next day. I had some questions about my lease and how all the numbers "came together". Ray Reynolds, a sales manager there answered EVERY DETAILED question that I had. I was very impressed. They were able to work with me and get me to the numbers I needed to be at! When it cam to delivery of my car Mary was busy with another customer.(good for her!)They immediately paired me with Bob Gold who took me through my "orientation" of my new vehicle. This was the most comprehensive walk through I have ever had. And I have owned Lexus, Acura, and BMW. He is very nice and extremely professional. He took me through EVERY detail about the car. He even went through the owners manual with me. Then off to financing. I met with Dan Chatfield who was also very friendly and got me in and out with no problems. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them all!(and no, I don't work there, I am a real customer!)

I needed a new vehicle. I started looking at the crossover vehicles and visited a couple of dealerships and test drove. I had a horrible experience at the first hyundai dealership I went to I eventually went to O'hare hyundai and from the first time I walked in I was greeted with a smile and excellent service. Frank Delegge was very informative and helpful. Dan the finance manager came up with some great numbers for me. They were even nice to my kids the were offering snacks and gave them a balloon. Overall start to finish this experience was great and I will definetly send my friends and family to them.

Angel is very professional and made my car buying experience very positive and exciting. I went in on a Saturday and test drove the car I wanted. I told him I needed to think about it over the weekend and I would give him a call back on Monday. He loved that he did not pressure me into buying the car that day. I called him first thing Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He took his time going over all of the features on the car. I ended up dropping the car off the next day and started to look at the turbocharged Sonata. I sat down to talk with a salesman and ended up purchasing the car. I visited this dealer with my teen age son during spring break. After looking through the inventory in the lot, I picked out a Sonata that was equipped the way we wanted and a color we liked. I then met Angel Santiago who offered us a test drive. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. After returning and sitting at his desk we started to talk. Not only about buying the car but about a number of subjects including baseball. He found out my son was a high school baseball player and the 2 of them connected right away. Well, after getting down to business again I asked him how much they wanted for the car. After getting the price I knew that I would like to buy from them. The FIRST price they came up with was a good one. Not the usual high offer, counter offer, and the back and forth haggling that is so commonplace. I then met Dan Chatfield. He explained the finance options and the Hyundai Warranty. He was also very pleasant to talk to and didn't pressure us. After he left, I was surprised to hear Angel tell us to go home and think about it. I couldn't believe that I didn't hear the "magic" question, "What would it take for you to buy the car now"? Angel then gave me his schedule, days off, and hours and we did leave. After thinking things out and talking to my wife that evening we went back 2 days later to purchase the car. While we did the paperwork the car was cleaned and prepped for us. I then told Dan that I didn't come in prepared to pay. He told me to take the car home and bring him a check later that day or the following morning. That was another nice surprise. When my wife and I returned the next morning with our check I told Dan we needed to visit the Parts department to buy an IPOD cable for our new Sonata. Dan personally walked us into the parts department and introduced us to the guys. Then Nick Raimondi gave us the proper cable and even gave us a discount on the part because we bought the car from them. I feel that everyone I dealt with at O'Hare Hyundai made it a point to tell us all of our options but did not make us feel like we were pressured to buy. It was a comfortable experience and I would not take the time to write all of this if I didn't feel like giving this dealer a strong recommendation to all of their future customers.

Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Angel Santiago was very easy to talk with and I did not feel pressured at any time to make a purchase. He drove to a distant dealership to obtain the vehicle that I wanted and his customer service was excellent. Angel was very thorough when explaining the features of my vehicle and did not rush me into making a purchase. He made sure my car was in perfect condition and ready to drive off the lot. Dan Chatfield was also very easy to talk with during the finance process and he took the time to make sure I understood all of the figures/transaction details. Dan is very patient and approachable as well as knowledgeable. Buying a new car can be a little intimidating if the sales team uses high pressure sales tactics or if they are "fast talkers." The team at O'Hare Hyundai did not use high-pressure sales tactics and I felt no buyer's remorse. In fact, I left feeling like I had selected a great vehicle at a great price! This is a great group of professionals who absolutely do not fit the negative stereotype of car salesmen. If you are in the market for a new car, stop in and ask for Angel. You'll be in good hands without feeling any pressure.

We had an excellent experience at this dealership. We went in just to check out the cars, but weren't sure we were interested. We looked around for a short time and then Tony came out to talk to us. We took a test drive and he was very helpful, but not pushy at all. We told him we were going to check out other cars, and he was very polite and didn't try to make us stay. We left and came back a couple days later. Tony was once again very helpful and courteous. He listened to what we said and worked to meet our requirements for both car and price. Once we had agreed on the sale, we worked with Dan in the finance office. He understood our time constraints and made sure he got us everything we needed and finished the paperwork in time. Tony also gave us a good overview of the car and took time to review each feature to make sure we knew how to use it.

I went into this dealership with a "just looking" attitude. I entered and was greeted by Angel who was quite friendly and welcoming. We spoke a few minutes about the type of car I was looking for and went out to the lot to see the cars available. I went in thinking I was going to get a Sonata sedan. I took one for a test drive and Angel suggested that I look at an Elantra Ltd that they had just received on the lot. It was a bit smaller than I thought I wanted, but when I took the Elantra for a test drive I really felt comfortable in the car and loved the way it handled.We went back in and talked about the price, warranty, etc. Angel was very thorough in explaining everything about Hyundai and the Elantra. He was never pushy and we worked on getting the best price that we could.He went over all of the features in the car and made sure everything was ready for me to take it home.All of the staff was very polite and not pushy at all. They explained everything I needed to know about the car and the financing and warranty. This purchase was just what I was looking for, even though I didn't know that when I walked in the door. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We went in on Monday night to buy a new Elantra (got the Sky Blue - LOVE IT). Bob was extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure that I understood all the features on the car. He even linked our two phones to the Bluetooth for us! And Dan has to be the BEST finance guy around. We never felt pressured in any way-I would highly recommend this dealership and Bob/Dan in particular. I was very pleased with Mike because he was knowledgeable about his product base, clearly answered any of my questions and made it a point to be friendly but not overwhelming. What I most liked about Mike was that he was not pushy; for example, when I told him I did not want to continue looking at the car one step above the one I ultimately purchased, he said "ok" and did not try to push me toward the more expensive car.

Our sales person and used car sales manager,Darren Conwell and Mark J., were great, very friendly, easy to work with, polite and personable. Darren has a can do attitude, and really hussles to provide customer service. He even did the detailing of our car himself. This is the first dealership I would reccomend to others. I have never liked the part of the car buying experience that requires working with a sales person until now. The sales staff at O'Hare Hyundai made the whole experience wonderful. We actually had fun shoping for and buying our car there. I never thought I would say that about a car dealership! Until now I always viewed the sales staff as an obstical that stood between me and the car I wanted to buy. This is the first time I felt like the staff was assisting and facilitating my purchase. My car was totaled as of 12/22/2010 which,led me on a search for a new vehicle. I had been looking on internet for sometime for a new car or one only a year old with low mileage. I have always been a Honda advocate but when I asw that the Elantra mmade 40mph on highway and 29mph in city I became quite interested. I also so the new design for 2011 and was very impressed. Compared to the 2010 and earlier models it is fresh. I started my search by going to Schaumburg Hyundai(Patricks). They had only two colors,white and black.Iwas not happy or impressed. And I only had a thirty time in which to purchase.This was due to my loaner and to receive license fee and taxes from my totaled car.After calling three to four other agencies with limited colors I called OHare Hyundai. I spoke with Mike Obal. Silver was one of the colors so,I drove 30 miles down to see him. I swa the Elantra and was taken. Mr. Obal took me on a test drive and explained the vehicle to me.He was wonderful.When we returned he explained everything I needed to know about the car.I pet up purchasing the car and he walked me through the entire process.Mind you I arrived there at 6:30pm.It was 9:30pm when I got into the car.Again Mike explained switches,knobs,etc...It was a great experience. I can only say he is an asset and detrmental to the company.

I went into the Hyundai dealership to purchase a 2011 Sonata. Usually when buying a car I can't help but feel like I am being worked over the entire time...this dealership was very different. Of course they cam at me with a higher price at first but they came down to the price I needed them to without a hassle and I truly feel like I got a good deal. The salesman Mike Obal was very nice and was happy to allow me to test drive 3 vehicles before deciding which one I wanted. He also took the time to show me everything on the car and even stated that I could come back anytime if I had any questions. The finance guy Dan (unknown last name) was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to all of my family friends. This was probably the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car.

I returned to O'Hare Hyundai after buying my first car from them a couple years ago. I remembered the excellent customer service I experienced the first time, and I wanted to give them my business based on my experience I had with them. Darren and Dan were very nice, and worked with me despite the fact that I didn't have "perfect" credit. They listened to my concerns with the deal, and made sure I was getting what I asked for. I wouldnt go any other dealership period and will buy my next car frm these guys. These guys are the best. Their general manager Steve Foresta is the best. Worked w me on the price and financing to meet my needs. His staff is excellent, cleaned up the vehicle, washed and waxed it b4 I left their lot.

Our family had a great experience this weekend buying our daughters first car - Mike Obal greeted us as we walked in the door and made the whole experience wonderful for our daughter and us as well - he was very knowledgable, took the time to explain all the details and answer all our questions. There were no surprises through the entire process and we are confident that we made the right choice in purchasing from this dealership.

I came to the dealership wanting to trade in my older Hyundai for one equiped exactly the same. I made that clear to the salesman. I looked at a car that I was told was the same but nit the color that I wanted. Mike said lets make the deal with this car and we will get the color you want. Oneof the main things that I had on my old car that I wanted was ALL WHEEL DRIVE. Turns out that the one that I drove off the lot was front wheel drive only. My mistake for not reading the sticker and trusting that Mike was giving me what I asked for. I asked to see the sticker on the car that I made the deal for and was not allowed to makeing me thing that I got bait and switched. Like I said, My fault for not reading the paperwork. Quite possible a great deal for them for selling me a front wheel drive model for the price of an all wheel drive. Follow up. I responded to the dealers review response and here is what he had to say. It turns out there was an additional issue with this dealer in that they did not fully pay off my previous car loan. Sorry to bother you with my discontent Steve! Here is Steve's reply to my e-mail.Bob,I will have our finance director look into this and get back to you ASAP You have made your unhappiness known to the entire world by bashing us on line, and dont need any further reminders of your discontent. Although the process was a trite lengthy, I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with all of the staff at O'Hare Hyundi. Staff were professional, funny, and no strong arm tactics or head games. Just honest rational conversation, which is appreciated. Mike was extremely patient with me, letting me drive many models, answering all of my questions, and showing me all the features on my new car - staying after the dealership was closed to do so. Mike called me the next day to see how me and my new car were getting along. Dan was very humorous, quick witted, and explained options and pricing in the best and easiest fashion. I was brought bottled water when I got thirsty and they even shared a pizza with me since I was there over dinner time. My husband bought a Santa Fe there 1.5 years ago and always raved about the dealership, and now I know why. I bought a brand spanking new 2011 Elantra which just came out days ago. What a beautiful ride, and I love the body design and roomy interior. I'd definitely buy another car here because I was treated respectfully and honestly.

This was about as painless a dealer experience that I've ever had. Salesman Bob Gold was very cordial, respectful, and easy to work with. There were almost no classic old car salesman tactics or misdirection. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, so what's not to like? We received follow-up calls after the sale from both the sales manager (a recording), and the salesman asking if we were happy and everything was OK with the car. I'd have no problem recommending this dealership to friends or family.

In few words.Prompt, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Helpful (you getting whole basic course how to use" all new fancy features and old to) and you get set up you cell phone (Bluetooth) and other stuff, so you are ready to go without spending few hours on reading manual. Mike Obal sales person and Dan from Financial Department were honest enough, if you know what to ask. Bottom line is: I cant compare with other dealerships (it is my first car in 14.5 years & first dealer I went to) but generally I had good experience with a dealer even in this stressful situation (buying a new car).

Mike Obal was fantastic to work with. He provides superior customer service and his goal is to make his customers happy. He made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. We would definitely buy another car at this dealership through Mike! After having our car for a few days, Mike even called to see how everything was going. My Mother was hit by a bus in her 3 year old Elantra. The car was totaled. She didn't even get a bruise. She wanted another Elantra because she really loved that car. Easy to drive, great gas milage, and safe!!! Mike was very understanding and answered all of our questions accurately and throughly. We were in and out in a reasonabe amount of time. Everyone was friendly. What a great VALUE! Great Job Mike!

I have not been more pleased with the a dealership experience than this one. I have purchased from ford, Mitsubishi, Honda and Acura, and the friendliness and non-car salemany type of characteristics was delightful and unexpected. I visited another Hyundai dealership, Rogers Auto, and felt the same way about their staff!

overall it was a great experience-- I researched the car I wanted with Carsdirect.com and was contacted by this dealership -- they had in stock what was shown to me on their website so my time wasn't wasted with high pressure sales or excuses -- the sales rep was great -- very friendly and knowledgeable and I'm very happy with the car and deal I received. This was one of the easiest and best experiences I've had buying a car.

I came to this dealership looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe. Here I met Michael Obal. We looked at all three types of Santa Fe's that were on his lot, and the SE model was the model I liked the best, plus this was the one that fit my budget best. Unfortunately the SE they had was sold the day before. Mr Obal took my name and phone number and told me he would do his best to find a similar vehicle and let us know. The next day he called us to tell us he had found the exact vehicle, and it would be her the next day. When I went back, it was just as he said. We sat down and talked price and Mike was very honest. He worked with us to give us the best price he could. I left his office knowing I was given a very good price and I was glade to have done business with Mr. Obal. This is the person I would come back again to buy another vehicle when the time comes.

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. We were greeted immediately but not harassed. The price was very fair, so there was not much back and forth. The purchase was actually very quick much to our surprise. When we sat down with Hector in the finance department he was very personable and efficient.We had a small electrical problem with the car. The situation was handled quickly. Vince in the service department was excellent. We received a loaner and updates regarding our new vehicle.Our overall experience was excellent.

This was my best car purchase experience ever. Darren Conwell took the time to discuss price via telephone and fax and I walked into the dealership and my paperwork was ready to purchase my new Hyundai Santa Fe. I was out of the dealership within 1 1/2 hours. Darren explained all the vehicle features and even set up my bluetooth phone connection which I really appreciated. The price was extremely competitive and the O'Hare Hyundai staff was friendly and courteous. I will recommend O'Hare Hyundai to my friends and acquaintances!

From the minute I entered the showroom, this dealership felt good. I had a pre-arranged Internet price and Tony Aviano respected that commitment throughout the buying process. He was very friendly and informative. I wanted a 2011 Hyundai Sonata in silver with an upgrade package, but they didn't have one in stock. Tony told me they would find one for me, which is exactly what they did. O'Hare Hyundai found the car at a dealer in Tinley Park, and had them drive it up to Des Plaines for me. Now that's service! I would recommend this dealer to anyone...

Michael worked very hard making sure that I was very comfortable in the sales process. No high pressure but just a good, friendly, imformative discussion about the vehicle I was interested in. I had a price from another dealer and Michael made sure that he could compete with that offer and in fact beat it. He was very professional in both appearance and manner. He displayed a good knowledge of the vehicle and after I purchased it, he went over everything in detail and made sure I understood how everything in the vehicle worked. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition (clean,no dings or scratches etc). Michael took the time to show me the service department and introduced me to the service manager. A few days after I purchased the vehicle, Michael called to see if I had any problems or question and thanked me again for my business. I felt this was a nice touch and showed that this dealership appreciated your business and not just " sell it and forget it." I would highly recommed this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai and would certainly recommend that they work with Michael Obal.

From the very first moment, the salesman, Mason, exerted every effort to make buying my car a pleasant experience. He answered all my questions directly and fully. There was none of the hard-sell and bait-and-switch techniques too often employed by dealers against hapless customers. I had not anticipated making a purchase decision and taking receipt of the vehicle on my initial visit to O'Hare Hyundai. But once I decided to commit on a buy-decision, given that I had not been accompanied by a spare driver on this occasion, Mason personally drove the vehicle a considerable distance from the dealer's Des Plaines location to my home in order to complete an immediate delivery. If you want polite, professional, and honest service, I would highly commend O'Hare Hyundai and Mason to your attention.

Michael Obal proved to be a very efficient, no-nonsense salesman, with no gimmicks and phony friendliness. I had been to several dealers in the last two days before coming to O'Hare Hyundai. What I really appreciated was that Michael was very sensitive to the fact that I was worn down and disappointed by previous refusals at other dealers both at Hyundai and Ford dealerships in the Chicago area. I told him that I wanted a speedy process and he obliged. When we agreed on a price for the new car and my trade-in, he moved me quickly and efficiently thru the paperwork and the rest of it. It took less than two hours. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Michael Obal and the rest of the sales staff at O'Hare. (My only complaint---and it's a small one, almost inconsequential, but nevertheless the kind that gets noticed by customers---is that Tom, the manager, did not shake my hand at the end of the deal; he merely walked away and engaged with another person. That was not a good way to end a relationship where I had just written a check for $7500).

We went to this dealership by the recommendation from our son who got his Genesis last year. Everyone was friendly, informative and not pushy. The Genesis we wanted was not on the lot so they researched to find the car we wanted. We had our car in two day. We would highly recommend any of our friends to go to this dealership.

Excellent buying experience. No pressure, just a straight forward deal. I would recommend OHare to anyone. We made the deal and I asked if I could get out with the car in an hour as I had an appointment! They did it! Both Jordy and Ray checked to make sure I made my appointment. I don't think I ever purchased a car that fast. On the way home, Jordy called me because he saw a scratch on the steering wheel and they would like to replace the insert whenever I had time. I never noticed it, but I thought it was a nice gesture that they would notice it and offer to replace the part!Again, I would recommend O'Hare to anyone.

The guys at O'Hare Hyundai were fantastic! They explained the program clearly and precisely and addressed all my concerns. In the end, I leased a 2011 Sonata and couldn't be happier! Michael Obal was friendly, courteous and professional. When test driving the vehicle Michael answered questions I had and provided information I did not even think of asking. When it came time to decide, he did not pressure, he walked away so I could talk with my husband in private. He never became impatient when I wanted to sit and look into the two cars I was deciding on numerous times. I was very happy with Michaels salesmanship.

I bought my 2011 Sonata from O'hare Hyundai a few days ago and had Michael Obal as my sales person. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Michael was very informative and and helpful without being pushy at all. He explained the buying process, and did a very extensive walk though on the new car. There was no haggling on the price since I had a internet quote, my trade negotiation went smoothly as well. Michael is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. This is our 5th Hyundai. We bought our previous 4 from another dealer that was not so kind to us on our 5th, so we walked if they are too busy for our business. I emailed SEVERAL dealers and then today called and spoke with Mr. Jack Kim. He was SO nice and said bring all of the written emails and they will see what they could do. (I had some seriously great prices.) They matched the price, and beat it by just under a $100. We knew they were cutting profit by matching this price. Jack Kim, and his manager Ray, could NOT have been ANY NICER!!! We would go back there first to purchase another car, if we needed one. I thought it was the most pleasant experience purchasing a car ever. We previously had walked out on 2 others for games and the 'run around'. Thank you MR. JACK KIM!! You were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I attempted to buy the only remaining 2009 Elantra on the lot. The price quoted by Tony (Internet manager) was $13,284. I decided not to purchase. Two days later I called back and Tony offered me a deal on a new 2010 model. I called him back and made a new offer on the 2009: $1,000 below the 2010 price. The price, according to Tony, included taxes and fees. I drove to the dealership and Jordy began the paperwork. He then added all manner of fees, including taxes. I do not blame him for this; he was following orders. I told him the figures were wrong. Jordy blamed Tony, saying he was a new employee and not yet skilled. The manager and Tony walked over and Tony flat out denied what he had told me over the phone. The manager told me the figures were unrealistic. I can only infer that Tony lied rather than own up to the deal he offered me. I would never go to that dealership again.

When I walked into the dealer I felt a relief rush over my body. There is a good sense of energy in the place. The staff and sales associates were simply delightful. Ray Reynolds and Tony Aviano knew their stuff. They were friendly, respectful, and most importantly not pushy. Furthermore, the deal I received was amazing! Even the car porter came and offered to assist me while I waited for my new Hyundai, which wasn't long. I was in and out in about 2 hours flat. If you need a new or used Hyundai or need to learn how to treat/service customers stop in to O'Hare Hyundai. The team assembled is magnificent and well-organized by their manager Steve. Thanks to Tony and Ray for treating me like my business mattered. For all other Hyundai or car dealers in general...they have something special over at O'Hare Hyundai try to duplicate it please for the sake of all us customers who know nothing about buying a new car. Wonderful experience.

O'Hare Hyundai is an outstanding professional dealership. It was well worth the 30 minute drive from Elgin to pick up our new 2009 Black Santa Fe Hyundai. We had pleasant phone conversation with Tom Wojcik and met Mike Obal early morning to close the sale and pick up our new car early last Saturday morning. Mike was welcoming, informative and gave us probably the best new car orientation we have ever had anywhere ! The dealership has an expansive inventory which allowed us to find the much sought after black car. The sale price and availability trumped any other Hyundai dealer in the Chicago area. The finance officer was polite and efficient. We finished business in no time. Santa Fe Hyundais are popular cars. Anyone searching should consider this dealersahip first.

Mike found what we were looking for & made the appointment to come see him on 01/02/10.Mike was very prompt & took us right away. We liked how he took care of us only. He wasn't running around with other customers. All questions were answered throughly, & he was very patient with us. We thought he got us a good price & we would refer people to this dealership. I purchased a pre driven car on December 15th, 2009. I was greeted by Michael Obal who is a sales representive. From the time that I arrived, took a test drive and purchased my vehicle, Mike was very cordial and never did I feel any pressure. I was given a fair price on my vehicle and I am very happy with it. Mike has since called me to ask if I had any problems and to say that he was available for anything that might come up. The customer service at O'Hare Hyundai is very good. I had been to two other dealers before I went to O'hare Hyundai and I wasn't near as comfortable with them. I will definately recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Although the overall sales experience was great, we had issue with the finance manager from the Honda dealer not Hyundai as the Hyundai finance manager had already gone home. We felt the finance manager was purposely misleading and confusing with regards to the extended service, etching, and tire warranty service contracts to the extent that we almost walked away from the deal. Because the costs were more than expected, we requested clarification of the contracts and pricing, he then made rude and disparaging comments, blaming us for misunderstanding his "clear presentation". We had asked for pricing of all, were given a price, a discount, then a total but when he filled in the sales information the costs were approximately double what was quoted. We questioned this information and were told the price quoted was for the extended warranty only, the etching was additional and the tire warranty wasn't even quoted! This is the 2nd new Hyundai vehicle we purchased and was a much different and worse finance experience when compared to the first experience we had about 2 years ago. We have already recommended this dealership to others but have warned them about the finance personnel!

When my husband and I walked into the O'hare Hyundai Dealership we were immediately greeted and welcomed. Jordy Gross was very nice and listened to what we wanted in a car. He really took his time with us and went over every detail of the each car. There was no question as to how comfortable he made us.

Getting this car was a great deal for me. The service was especially spectacular. I needed a car immediately and I got it, delivered to my door, no less, with a full demonstration of how to operate it. The car is just what I wanted with a nice big trunk and just enough amenities. The sales personnel were extremely cordial.It was in all a gratifying experience.

I came on a walk-in to look around for more cars. I was welcomed warmly. I got to talking with a sales associate and drove around a bunch of nice cars. He was efficient to getting what I wanted. I didn't feel a large amount of pressure on me by him to buy the car quickly. I was able to take my time well experiencing the cars and learning about deals. It was a great overall experience coming to this dealership and I'll definitely go again because this definitely made the cut to places where I would buy a car from their reasonable prices.

We were very happy with the dealer and Freddy. They answered all questions, were very friendly and professional.Ray the manager came over and talked to us twice. There was no pressure or hype.We feel we got the most car for the money. Freddy has called numerous times asking if we need anything or had any problems or questions.So did the service manager.They really want you to be happy and will go the distance to please you.We are happy we chose them.

jorgy was very professional. we had called the day before inquiring about the hyundai accent. he gave us all the information about this vehicle and the promotions that were going on that the time. Told him we would be coming in the morning, he was waiting at the door and remembered our names. I was impressed. I had to go to work and only had a limited amount of time to see the car and process the order. He went right to work and got it done very quickly and efficiently. Jordy called several times to see how we liked the car and had any questions. Thank you Jordy!

The service was great. Jordy Gross was very helpful. We got the car we wanted which was the Hyundai Elantra at the price we were looking for. If I ever needed a new car, I would strongly consider getting another car from the O'hare Hyundai dealership.
